Method and apparatus for controlling the operation of an incineration grate

Abstract

The present application discloses a method and apparatus for controlling the operation of a waste incinerator grate, which are used to control a grate operating in several sections. The method comprises: correcting a reference speed of a grate by using an actual thickness of a layer of debris material on the grate so as to obtain a corrected speed; adjusting the corrected speed according to the environment in which any one or more sections in the grate are located so as to obtain a speed appropriately corresponding to each section in the grate; and regulating the actual operating speed of each section in the grate by using a speed properly corresponding to each section in the grate. In this application, the reference speed of the grate can be adjusted according to the actual fuel situation on the grate, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the grate during operation; and on this basis, the actual situation of each section in the grate during the operation of the grate is further taken into account, and the actual working speed of each section in the grate is adjusted taking into account the actual situation of each section in the grate during the operation, so that the reliability of the waste incinerator grate during the operation can be further improved.
