Abstract

The invention relates to veterinary science and can be used for the prevention and treatment of varroatosis and nosematosis in bees. The objective of the invention is to expand the arsenal of highly effective environmentally friendly anti-varroatosis and anti-nosema preparations from available local plant materials. The technical result is achieved by obtaining a highly effective herbal preparation for the prevention and treatment of varroatosis and nosematosis in bees, containing a 10% tincture of plant materials in 70% ethyl alcohol, characterized in that as plant raw materials it contains a herbal collection consisting of the following components in parts by weight: - buds of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) - 1-1.5; - herb of bitter wormwood (Artemisia absinthium L.) in the flowering phase - 3.5-4.5; - common yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium L.) in the flowering phase - 4.5-5.5; - the ratio of plant material and 70% ethyl alcohol is 1:10.When treating varroatosis, bee colony mite infestations are reduced to safe levels. When applied by top-dressing at a dose of 10-15 ml / l of sugar syrup in the spring and fall, the therapeutic efficacy is 84.7-87.5%, while when applied by irrigation at the indicated doses, the efficacy is 83.4-85%. When treating nosematosis, the drug's efficacy is 100%. The drug is also used for comprehensive treatment and systematic therapeutic and preventive protection of bee colonies, increasing the reproductive activity of queen bees, stimulating the development of healthy bee colonies, and increasing their productivity. It has no side effects. The components of the herbal preparation are environmentally friendly, readily available in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and inexpensive. The herbal preparation's production method is low-labor and low-cost.
