FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates generally to extending social networking aspects within an intelligent routing system. The present invention is further directed toward socializing such synthetic relay and group streaming, where participants have multiple sources of content or data. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention essentially relates to certain systemic means for group relay and streaming. Relay is basically a social feature that monitors the current playback preferences of a member of a user group, independent of the content source, and relays those playback preferences to other members of the user group. These members may belong to a selected social circle, whether a public or private subgroup, or a geographically defined subgroup, so that the selected social circle can participate as a user group, engaging with the content as initiated by the user. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi content initiator within the user group, with the purpose of providing a content-based platform for social interaction. Content sources can be user-generated direct playback selections or they can originate from indirect streams that are algorithmically generated or curated by another person or group. For example, an audio source originates from a third-party service, and the audio signal for the broadcast does not have to originate from the user's own device or mobile application. The broadcast provides a dialogue platform through which group members can provide real-time feedback via various means, such as sound overlays, video overlays, or text comments. This dialogue is intended to be based, at least in part, on the broadcast in which the group members are participating. In this way, the group of users is provided with a stream of content and media for social interaction. Thus, the social relay system according to the present invention contemplates a number of potential variants, as discussed in more detail below, under the Detailed Description section of this document. The group streaming aspects of the present invention provide additional social functionality in terms of collectively curated content streaming, optimized for a group of people listening to and interacting with the same media content. Each member of the user group naturally has individual preferences in terms of content. For example, the individual preferences submitted by the user group members might include preferences for artists or actors, genres, albums, films, trends, decades, etc. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi The defining characteristic of group streaming according to the present invention is its focus on optimizing collectively curated content or media streaming for members of a user group, utilizing multiple initial and ongoing inputs (such as preferences, upvotes, downvotes, etc.). Prior art contemplates some market solutions that offer individual curation and streaming optimization based on individual input. However, prior art addresses the need for a system that curates and optimizes content streaming on a group basis, considering multiple inputs and for multiple users. The above social functions, namely, a social relay system to enable individual members of a user group to relay selected content to other members of the user group, regardless of the source, and a group streaming system to enable members of a user group to deliver curated content collectively, are both subject to some intelligent routing parameters, which work to provide real-time synchronization of media content, between at least two parties or members of the user group, whose media content can be obtained from at least two separate access points or protected environments. While the Applicant's prior disclosures have focused on synchronizing media files across direct-request cloud sources, the present invention is directed toward the real-time synchronization of streaming media content from at least one indirect source to a direct source. In this way, the present invention aims to further socialize intelligent routing and synchronization environments governed by certain reporting and compliance systems. The ability to obtain streaming indirect content from an alternative direct source (i.e., a legally owned, privately held, and personal source not delivered peer-to-peer or on a fed computer network) with a compliance monitoring application is believed to be fundamental to the present invention. In other words, a content streaming provider, such as a digital radio provider or another entity that shares or transmits content, is requested by a consumer to access that content. The content streaming provider and the consumer each have different legally owned access points to the content to be streamed or shared. The consumer may have legal rights to request this content from a source owned by the consumer, while the provider may stream content from various sources. Thus, it is believed that direct access to content from the consumer's own library is more efficient and economical than obtaining access from the provider. If content is obtained in this way from the consumer's own library, this content delivery should impact the content provider's reporting. According to the present invention, the compliance application accurately tracks and reports the resulting revenue generation for rights holders. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED MODALITIES AND METHODOLOGY Now, with more specific reference to the drawings, the present invention essentially relates to certain computationally implemented systemic means for group streaming and retransmission, for example, through the enabling of a mobile application or other similar software operable via smartphones, tablet computers, mobile devices, and / or so-called smart devices, such as smart TVs. As noted above, retransmission can be considered a social feature or function that detects the playback preferences of a member or user, where that member is part of a user or member group (100) of at least two members (10). For example, in Figures 11 and 13, a generic mobile device (101) is illustrated, and the member group (100) comprises a series of mobile devices (101), representing individual members within the member group (100). In this way, a content initiator or original member of the group of members or users (100) can initiate a broadcast through the function provided by the Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi application enabled by device or system according to the present invention, to the other members of the user group or members (100), regardless of the content source. In other words, a member relays playback selections to other members such as devices (101) of the user group or members (100), whose other members may be within a selected social circle, whether public or private. For example, it is envisioned that the subgroup may be a group of friends, co-fans of a certain genre of music or film, or a geographically defined subgroup, so that the selected social circle may participate as a member of the user group (100), listening to the content delivered or transmitted, as initiated by the content initiator within the user group, for the purpose of providing a content-based or content-initiated platform for social interaction. Content sources can be user-generated direct playback selections or they can be obtained from indirect streams that are algorithmically generated or curated by another person or group. For example, a sound source could originate from a third-party service and the audio signal for retransmission to other members' devices (101) does not have to Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi originate from the initiator's own device (101 or mobile application). The relay then provides a basis for inter-member dialogue or a dialogue platform through which the members of the user group (100) can provide real-time feedback using various means, such as sound overlays, video overlays, or text-based comments. This dialogue attempts to be based, at least in part, on the broadcast that the group members (100) are listening to, thereby providing the user group members (100) with streaming content and means for social interaction based on it. Thus, the social relay system or application according to the present invention contemplates a number of potential variations to achieve these ends. A file correspondence relay system is generally illustrated in Figure 1. In this variant, the member or user is listening to music or other media content on a member device (1) via a third-party application (2). The application (2) plays the media content as described in (30) through the Application Program Interface (API) (3), as is common in mobile operating systems or applications. The VERTIGO-branded application (4) according to the present invention may preferably request (31) sound waveform data from the actively playing sound via the API (3). If the user or member enables the "stream my stream" function of the VERTIGO brand application (4), the application (4) delivers (6) the sound waveform data to the VERTIGO brand server (5). The VERTIGO brand server uses file matching techniques (7) to identify the music being played by the user or member through the third-party application (2) and then delivers (9) the media content (11) to the other users or members (10) of the selected user or member group or social circle (100), preferably through a group curation service collectively (8). With reference to Figure 2, the reader will consider the relay system called Tn-App or application, according to the invention. This method or variant, which performs the desired function, does not require preferred file correspondence techniques (7), simply because the member user creates their playlist or selects a song from the VERTIGO brand application (4), which cooperates with the member's device (1). The VERTIGO brand application (4) reports (6) to the VERTIGO brand curation service. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi (8), the content (11) that the user or member is following, said content (11) is then retransmitted (11) to the users or members (10) of the selected social circle or group of members (100). With reference to Figure 3, the reader will consider a social streaming system of the HTTP redirected type, according to the present invention. This variant of the social streaming system occurs when the user or member is using the VERTIGO brand application (4) but is following the music or media (12) provided (6) by a third-party service provider (13). The user or member makes the playback request within the VERTIGO brand application (4), but is redirected to the third-party service (13). The VERTIGO brand application (4) simultaneously delivers (15) to the VERTIGO brand curation service (8) the resource referring to the audio or media being requested by the user of the third-party service (13). The VERTIGO brand curation service (8) then requests (14) that resource from the third-party service provider (13) and delivers (9) the media content (11) to the users (10) within the selected social circle (100). With reference to Figure 4, the reader will consider the social-type relay service or system to third parties, according to the present invention. This variant focuses on Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi in a third-party service provider (18). The third-party service provider (18) allows applications and / or services (19) to register (21) with the service provider (18). The song or media content being played by a user or member, and the user's current position within that media content or song (updated intermittently via applications / services (19)), so that other unrelated applications / services (20) can retrieve the media content being consumed by the user, for retransmission (22) to the end user of the applications / services (20). Another possible variant of the social broadcasting system according to the present invention, not specifically illustrated, involves recording and retransmitting the user's audio stream. This approach is less preferred because it is anticipated that mobile broadband will be affected and that some privacy issues may arise, particularly if the application cannot distinguish between the content of the media (e.g., music) and a simple audio output from a phone call, for example. The streaming system of the group, application or feature according to the present invention, focuses Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi mainly in the optimization of collectively curated content or media streaming for the members (10) of a user group (100). With reference to Figure No. 5, the reader will consider that the members or participants of the group streaming (10) of the user group, enter (17) user preferences in a group streaming curation compilation service, system or application, collectively (16). With reference to Figure 6, the reader will consider a general flowchart illustrating the processes or methodology of group streaming, according to the present invention. It is believed that the group streaming method according to the present invention basically functions to enable the members or participants (10) of the user group (100) to deliver collectively curated content. The methodology preferably comprises the following steps: initiating a collectively curated group stream by inviting potential members of a user group to join the user group illustrated in general (32). Invitations to the collectively curated group stream can be individual and accepted by potential members of the user group, who then join the stream after acceptance. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi group streaming and become members of the user group (100), as illustrated in general (33). Each user or member (10) individually and respectively enters (17) their user preferences into a curated system or application of the group (16), as illustrated in general (34). The group curation system or application (16) compiles the preferences entered by each user individually into what can be called a group curation profile. In this way, the media content is tailored to the tastes or preferences of the entire user group (100), as illustrated in general (35). The media content is then delivered to the members (10) of the user group (100), as initially defined by the group curation profile. The group streaming methodology according to the present invention also includes a function that continuously or periodically updates the group curation profile, requesting and accepting improvements to it. In other words, by individually updating the group curation profile with the additional periodic input from individual users as they navigate through sequential content deliveries, the group curation profile and The delivery of media content is thus optimized, as illustrated in general (36). In other words, by utilizing multiple initial and ongoing revenues (17) (such as likes or upvotes, downvotes, etc...) individual members or participants can thereby improve the group curation profile. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi As indicated above, the social relay system or application and the group streaming system or application according to the present invention preferably further comprise some formal means for enabling inter-member communications based at least on the delivered or shared content. Accordingly, it is envisaged that a live sound overlay function may preferably be incorporated, in which the members (10) of the user group (100) can converse (as in a conference call) with their sound streams overlaid on a curated (algorithmically or manually curated) sound or media stream. In line with this concept, a certain degree of in-streaming social interaction is also envisioned as part of the audio overlay function. In other words, it is envisioned that social streaming and group streaming systems or applications according to the present invention may enable the user or member (10) to provide comments on in-streaming or midstreaming media content. Thus, in this sense, the comment may be linked to or directed at a specific point (for example, the lyrics) of a song or a line of a film. It is envisioned that, in addition to audio overlay, the comment may be presented in text or video format. Preferably, the systems may provide limits on the length and / or placement of the comments made in order to comply with certain protocols regarding the use / playback of the content. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi The present invention further includes a social mode function, whereby the systems are activated by the physical orientation of the member device (101). When the user or member (10) wishes to interact socially with any song or media file that is playing, either by commenting or rebroadcasting, the user or member can reorient the device to a horizontal orientation, as generally illustrated (37) in Figure 13, from a vertical orientation generally illustrated (38) in Figure 11. By reorienting the member's device (101) horizontally (37), social mode is activated, and the device (101) interacts with the audio waveform and locates other members (1) who have commented on or are listening to the song, or who are otherwise following the content with which the user or member (10) is currently interacting. This allows the user to interact with the media immediately, regardless of their previous location within the application. All these features are accessible in social mode, which is preferably activated by an associated gyroscopic medium in cooperation with the device (11). This medium operates to detect a horizontal position of the device (37) and switch the application to social mode. The present invention also contemplates extending and / or including certain concepts established and more fully expressed in International Patent Application No. PCT / US2015 / 019099, which pertains to a specific or geographically enclosed streaming service or group streaming. As an extension of Application '099, whose application focuses, in part, on streaming in geographically enclosed locations, the present invention contemplates the ability to conduct transmissions (live or scheduled) in specific geographically enclosed locations, creating exclusive destinations where live events or curated radio broadcasts are transmitted. With the objective that the user or member (10) becomes involved in When engaging in social activities such as sharing, commenting, expressing preferences, etc., while simultaneously communicating via a mobile device (101) and operating a vehicle (e.g., car, motorcycle, etc.), the user or member (10) must first be able to drive the vehicle safely and without interruption. Therefore, in most cases, the use of the member's device or the mobile device (101) must be hands-free. To use a mobile or member device (101) while participating in a social media activity (e.g., sharing music or media, expressing preferences, commenting, inviting, etc.), through the member device (101), the user or member (10) requires a means to activate a social action (such as commenting, expressing preferences, sharing, etc.), simply by making movements with the user's fingers or hands or through any form of voice activation, so that the user's hands are not interrupted, hindered, or distracted from the primary activity of operating / driving. In this regard, social broadcasting and group streaming systems according to the present invention preferably comprise certain voice means, operable by hand or fingers, to activate or initiate the systems in cooperation with the vehicle configuration, to allow Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ to the user to quickly and securely initiate social broadcasting and the group streaming system(s) or the VERTIGO brand application (4) connected to the member device (101), for example, via Bluetooth technology or other similar wireless connections. Thus, the reader is directed to Figures Nos. 7-10, which generally illustrate a steering wheel (40) variously equipped with buttons on the steering wheel to initiate (a) the VERTIGO brand application (4), by means of a VERTIGO brand button (39), as generally illustrated in Figures Nos. 7-10; or (b) different features of the VERTIGO brand application (4), such as sharing (41); inviting (42); and commenting / expressing preferences (43), as generally illustrated in Figures Nos. 7 and 9. Accordingly, it is believed that social broadcasting and group streaming systems according to the present invention are preferably operated or activated based on the vehicle configuration via the Social Media Engagement Button(s) (VERTIGO brand) (39), (41), (42), and (43), located on the vehicle (cars, motorcycles, etc.) or its driving mechanism (e.g., a steering wheel (4), steering column, etc.). The Social Media Engagement Button(s), as exemplified by buttons (39), (41), (42), and (43), are preferably located on the driving mechanism, as exemplified by the steering wheel (4), such that the buttons (39), (41), (42), and (43) are within easy reach of the user's thumb(s) (102) or any finger (103). Once the selected button is pressed, all social activities such as commenting, sharing, expressing preferences, etc., are activated. They can be activated preferably by voice commands or based on the number of clicks (e.g., one click, double click, etc.) pre-programmed to indicate a command for a social activity / action (e.g., comment, share, express preferences, etc.). It is worth noting that most modern vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions leave one (left) foot free during vehicle operation. This means the driver's left foot could be used for other non-essential activities, such as clicking, pressing, keeping musical beats, etc. This invention further provides a built-in device or a separate (detachable) remote / wireless device or a wired device in communication with a mobile communication device (101) or a built-in communication medium, designed for operation via the driver's free (left) foot as a means of social / other communication. This particular concept has not been specifically illustrated as such, but it is believed to be inherently adopted by the Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ example steering wheel mechanism, equipped with manually operable buttons, as described above and supported by Figures Nos. 7-10. Furthermore, the foot-operated means for activating the various features of the present invention may be provided in the form of a built-in push / press button located under the driver's left foot, conveniently situated on the vehicle floor, which may be remotely / wirelessly connected to a member device (101) or wired to a member device (101) or to a vehicle-mounted communication means. The foot-operated button may preferably include adjustment means to position the button in a location or position more suitable for the particular operator. The foot-operated button can preferably be used to enable functionality through a number of clicks / presses to communicate different commands, such as sharing with a single click or expressing preferences with two clicks. As a transmission mechanism (40), it may comprise a series of buttons to enable the function by manually activating them; it is also contemplated that the means that can be activated by the Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ pie may further comprise a separate, detachable push / press button device located on the floor of the vehicle or elsewhere to act as a social / other means of communication. This separate, detachable push / press button device may be connected remotely / wirelessly to a mobile communication device such as a device (101) or alternatively connected to an embedded means of communication. The separate / detachable push / press button device may also preferably use a number of clicks / presses to communicate different commands, such as the sharing function via one click, and the preference expression function via two clicks. The above systemic aspects according to the present invention, including (a) the social aspects of relaying to enable individual members of a user group to relay selected content to other members of the user group, regardless of the source, and (b) the group streaming system to enable members of the user group to deliver curated content collectively, are subject to certain routing parameters that function to provide real-time synchronization of media content between at least two parties or members of the user group, whose media content may be obtained from at least two separate copyright access points or separate environments. The so-called intelligent routing techniques contemplated by the present invention are more fully expressed in the Specifications associated with International Patent Application No. PCT / US2014 / 069067 (Application '067), which are incorporated herein by reference. Assuming the so-called intelligent routing in connection with the systems of the present invention, if a user or member (10) is requested from a relay stream or group stream to play a song or other media file that the user or member (10) owns or to which the user or member has legal access, the VERTIGO brand server (5) and the application (4) play the song or media file that the user owns or to which they have access, as a result of the subscription service, instead of transmitting the content from a third-party service provider. Request '067' provides an indirect source of protected media to be routed and consumed through a second, direct request source of the same protected media. The effect of such routing is to create a synthetic transmission, where the original source of the media (Indirect Source) is not actually sent through the Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ media consumer, but rather the direct, separate, legally compatible, consumer-owned, and source-of-the-same protected material access point is delivered instead. An indirect source can be defined as any source where the consumer does not directly select the specific media to be consumed, but rather that media selection comes from a second indirect source, even if that source is a computer-managed stream, such as a digital radio provider or an individual live streamer. Such routing or synchronization from an indirect source to a separate, compliant direct source could exclusively enable a legal and compliant media listening or viewing experience for two or more people (e.g., a group), when and where access to the copyrighted material is derived from two separate, compliant media sources. The present invention is based on these concepts by providing intelligent routing synchronization systems and methods for socializing a synthetic relay and group streaming (emphasis added). Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi The identification of the song or media file is preferably achieved by means of certain file matching techniques that use content waveform metrics to quickly and accurately identify the media content and the matching query is done through the VERTIGO brand application (4), to determine if the media content can be delivered from a source directly associated with the member (1C) and if so, from which source associated with the member, and if not, if there is any more efficient alternative source available for the particular member. The intelligent routing and compliance features of the present invention thereby eliminate the unnecessary delivery of content that is more efficient and has already been acquired or accessed by the user or member, and simultaneously protect rights holders from misappropriation of intellectual property. While the Applicant's prior disclosures have focused on synchronizing media files across direct-request cloud sources, the present invention is directed toward the real-time synchronization of streaming media content from at least one indirect source to a direct source. In this way, the present invention seeks to further socialize the intelligent routing and synchronization environment governed by certain compliance or reporting mechanisms. Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ The ability to obtain indirect content streaming from an alternative direct source (i.e., a legal, privately owned source that is NOT delivered peer-to-peer or from a computer network) with a compliance application, with a regulatory compliance request, is believed to be fundamental to the present invention. With reference to Figure 11, the reader will consider a schematic in support of these concepts. A content streaming provider, such as a third-party cloud-based digital radio provider or other similar source or party that shares or transmits content, is generally illustrated and referenced (50) with a VERTIGO-branded regulatory server / application, generically referenced (51). That content streaming provider (50) is required by the consumer on the member device (101) to consume the content from that content streaming provider (50). Thus, it will be understood that the content streaming provider (50) and the consumer on the member device (101) each have different points of access to copyright or legal ownership, such as access point (103) versus access point (104) to the content to be streamed or shared. For example, the consumer on the member device (101) may have a legal right to a direct request to this content from the consumer's own source. Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ hosted or stored on the member device (101) at the access point (104), while the content streaming provider (5) can stream content from a different source such as at the access point (103). It is believed that direct access (represented by arrows) (105) to content from the consumer's own library is more efficient and economical than accessing (represented by arrows) (106) content from the content streaming provider (50). If content is obtained in this way from the consumer's own library or access point (104), the delivery of content (represented by arrows) (105) will have, or should have, an impact on the reporting otherwise required by the content streaming provider (50). The compliance device (52) operated through the VERTIGO brand server / application (51), according to the present invention, accurately tracks and reports the due revenue generation for the rights holders. Due to the origin-agnostic nature of the data in the systemic aspects of the present invention, the data routing regulation system is understood to be fundamental for protecting rights holders while simultaneously increasing the efficiency of content delivery. The data routing regulation system according to the present invention, Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ preferably comprises, in combination, a data routing compliance device or machine (52) and the described intelligent routing system. Accordingly, the data routing compliance device (52) is in communication with the intelligent routing system, which intelligent routing system makes more efficient use of a plurality of data sources, which sources comprise or store data files or media content for transmission to users or members (10) of the user group (100). The content delivery network of the intelligent routing system delivers selected data files or media content to an end user or member (10) from an optimal data source location, which is selected from a group consisting of data sources, such as the content streaming provider (50); a secondary cloud-based locker (53), such as iTunes Match; a second third-party cloud-based content provider (54), such as Spotify; and local storage or access point (104). The compliance device or machine (52), according to the present invention, further provides (a) intellectual property rights management, (b) compliance monitoring, and / or (c) compliance reporting of data file transmissions. Essentially, it can be said that the present invention provides a function preferably (represented by arrows) (107) (1) by delivering an indirect transmission request from a local server (e.g., digital radio, as exemplified by PANDORA®RADIO); (2) by delivering an indirect transmission request from a second direct request source (e.g., ITUNES MATCH or SPOTIFY or cloud locker, such as DROPBOX or any cloud medium); (3) by delivering a direct transmission request from a second direct request source based on (a) price economy or (b) sound quality of the source; or less preferably or alternatively (represented by arrows) (108) (4) by delivering an indirect transmission request from a server connected to a peer based on the right of a second direct request source to play or transmit;(5) delivering an indirect transmission request from a server connected to port (110); and (6) delivering a direct transmission request from a source connected to a peer based on the right of a second direct request source to reproduce or transmit.; It is believed that social media and group streaming systems or applications according to the present invention preferably cooperate with technology that provides geographic media distribution zones, working together with a media synchronization system, allowing purchases in a geographic region to be synchronized with users' devices and libraries without the need to carry the physical media. The use or application contemplated in this aspect of the present invention is the creation of geographic regions within a physical retailer building (i.e., the distribution zone is defined as the store walls). For example, the system allows users or members (10) to have special streaming and access to samples while inside the store. A user or member (10) from a group (100), as defined by non-member shoppers, located within the boundaries of a store, may thus be authorized to stream audio in full and free of charge, as long as they remain within the store boundaries, or they could watch a movie without restrictions, as long as they remain within the store boundaries. As soon as the user or member (10) (or more precisely, the member or mobile device (101)) leaves the store, access is restricted and the user or member (10) can only listen to previously purchased content or content accessed via the Internet (i.e., special media access is only granted within the store's boundaries). If the When a user or member is in the store and listens to or reads something they wish to purchase, they can immediately make the purchase within the app, and their purchase is synchronized across all their devices via VERTIGO's branded synchronization services, described above. The retailer receives payment for the media sold directly or via transfer from those proprietary systems. It should be noted that the system is not strictly limited to audio but can be used for any form of media (video, audio, books, etc.). With reference to Figures 14-16, the reader will consider that the system preferably comprises a remote synchronization service (130) for synchronizing (133) and (137) (Figures 14 and 9) media and media libraries with multiple member devices (101). It preferably comprises a geographically distributed digital zone (134) with activation zones (208) within zone (134) and deactivation zones (209) outside zone (134), as generally illustrated in Figure 16. The geographical distribution area (34) can preferably be exemplified by (a) the range of the Wi-Fi network, (b) GPS coordinates, (c) geographical areas defined by geographical boundaries such as streets, roads, city limits, etc., and / or (d) through the use of nodes that transmit Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi radio frequencies that define the location of a device (and determine if it is outside the physical limits or building construction of a retail outlet or display case) through triangulation (e.g., Bluetooth Low Energy can be used for this purpose). Geographic boundaries can also be determined using nodes that emit radio frequencies around the building's perimeter to determine whether the service is within or outside the store's boundaries. The reader can refer to Figure 15 for further details. In other words, a geographic distribution zone (134) can preferably be defined by some form of radio frequency emitting node, either by limiting access to the range of the nodes' radio waves (as in Wi-Fi) or by using some form of radio frequency to identify the position of a mobile device (inside or outside a building). Alternatively, a geographic area can be defined by cooperatively associating a plurality of nodes or locations interconnected point-to-point to define the boundaries of the geographic area. The geographic distribution zone (134) is essentially a privileged access zone to the media library of the distributor identified by the geographic distribution zone (134), and those users or members (10) within the zone (134) may be appropriately considered as a user group (100). The system also preferably comprises mobile devices (101) with a client application, which synchronizes (137) with remote synchronization services (130) and is used to determine the boundaries of the geographic distribution zone (134) and further grants or denies access to the media based on the device's location. The system also interacts with transaction services (136) by registering purchases and authorizing transactions made with mobile devices (101) within the geographic distribution zone 34 and sending the purchased media or purchase record to the remote synchronization services (130), which distributes the media to all connected devices (101). Thus, in Figures 14 and 15, a device (101) was granted access (138) to the media in zone (134) when it was in position (207) within zone (134). If the user decides to purchase media while in the geographic distribution zone (134), the request (139) is sent to the transaction / purchase services (136). The transaction is then credited to the distributor, who is identified with the geographic distribution zone (134), and the media or purchase record is sent (140) to the services. Roz^nn / Lznz / E / YiAi synchronization (130) and then is sent to all connected devices (101). One variant of the system could direct the transaction (139) to the purchasing services of the distributor identified with the geographic distribution zone (134), and the distributor's services (136) then notify the synchronization services (130) of the user's purchase or transfer the purchased media to the user's account within the synchronization service (130). The synchronization services (130) then transfer the media to all connected devices. Figure 15 is a diagram of the complete system along with other sources (141) and (142), through which sources (141) and (142) can be either traditional or digital retailers. While the preceding specifications establish a high degree of specificity, they should not be considered as limitations of the invention, but rather as establishing some preferred modalities and features. For example, according to the foregoing, the present inventive system essentially provides a social relay system to enable members of a user group to relay selected content to other members of the user group, and a group streaming system to enable members of a user group to curate the Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ delivery of content, collectively. The social transmission or retransmission system according to the present invention is believed to essentially comprise, in combination, certain synchronization means for the real-time synchronization of media content among the members of the user group and certain content retransmission means. The synchronization and content retransmission means cooperate among a group of member clients (101), each of whom is in communication with at least two content sources that have different parameters for evaluating the efficiency of content delivery. Synchronization methods can be described as comprising means for identifying selected content (such as file matching methods, characterized by waveform analysis) and delivery management methods for directing the delivery of selected content from optimal content resource locations for each member client. In other words, these optimal content resource locations for each member client are selected from at least two affiliated or communicating content sources. Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ with each member client (101) . Content relaying media, as exemplified by the VERTIGO brand server / application (51), request delivery addressing media to deliver selected content to user group members from a content source member of the user group (i.e., member (10), who initiates or activates group sharing (e.g., by pressing the share button)). In this way, user group members are able to access (simultaneously) the selected content, which originates from the content source member and is received from optimal resource locations of selected content within the user group, for the purpose of providing a content-based platform for social interaction among the members (10) of group (100). The at least two content sources may preferably comprise at least one indirect content source and one direct content source, so that when the system determines which source is more efficient, it will select the most efficient source of content to be delivered. It should be noted that the at least two content sources define at least two legal access points. The system also includes data routing mechanisms that communicate with the at least two separate legal access points to provide (a) intellectual property rights management, (b) compliance monitoring, and / or (c) content delivery compliance reporting. Given the social nature of the systems, a dialogue platform is also envisioned to enable members of the user group to participate in real-time dialogue regarding at least the selected content. The dialogue platform can encompass any number of communication methods, but it is believed that it will preferably utilize some means of overlaying live audio to enable members of the user group to engage in real-time oral dialogue, at least regarding the selected content. The systems also include several means of activating the system. These means of activation can be exemplified as operating through the reorientation of the member device or through button-based means in the vehicles, in communication with the member's communication means, as exemplified by a member device (101). When defining button-based means in the vehicles, these means may preferably be selected from the group consisting of manually operated means and means that are Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ operate through the foot. The social broadcasting system can also encompass the group broadcasting system, at least to the extent that it enables members of the user group to collectively curate content delivery. In this sense, the group broadcasting system includes methods for collecting users' individual content preferences and additional methods for compiling a group curation profile based on those preferences. Further methods are also provided for individually modifying the group curation profile after its initial compilation or creation to optimize content delivery to the user group. The social broadcasting system does not need to be directed at members who are already familiar with each other; rather, it can be directed at members located within a specific geographic distribution area, which is targeted by a broadcast stream. In this sense, it is envisioned that the social broadcasting system may comprise or utilize radio frequency emitting nodes to identify the geographic boundaries of a targeted distribution area, with the aim of creating a broadcast / digital marketplace within that area. The distribution area Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ geographical can preferably be defined by a geographical location, in order to create a virtual streaming / digital store within that geographical location. It is also considered that some social and group transmission methodologies are supported by the above specifications, together with the drawings presented in support of these specifications. In this sense, the social transmission method according to the present invention enables members of a user group to transmit selected content to other members of the user group and can be said to comprise the steps of receiving content initially obtained from a content provider on the device of the originating group member; checking whether the initially received content can be obtained more efficiently from the content provider; and obtaining the content more efficiently on the device of the originating group member. The retrieved content can be shared with devices belonging to group members. In communication with the device of the group's originating member, each member device is asked whether the received content can be retrieved more efficiently. The content retrieved more Roz^nn / ίζηζ / Β / γίΛΐ can be efficiently provided additionally to the group's member devices. The query stage may preferably comprise the file mapping synchronization stage(s), which preferably comprise the stages of metrically analyzing the waveform to provide a file mapping. The group broadcasting method according to the present invention basically works to enable members of a user group to collectively curate the delivery of content, and can be said to comprise the stages of: initiating a group broadcast by inviting potential members of a user group to join the user group; accepting invitations to the group broadcast by the potential members, who thereby join the group broadcast and become members of the user group; individually and respectively entering the user's preferences into a group curation compilation system; compiling the individually and respectively entered user preferences into a group curation profile; and delivering content defined by the group curation profile to the members of the user group. Members of the user group can refine the group curation profile by updating Roz^nn / ίζηζ / E / γίΛΐ individual and respective of the group curation profile with additional periodic income, thereby optimizing the group curation profile and content delivery and also participate in the dialogue regarding the delivered content, which is anticipated to have a marked effect on group curation collaboration.
