Abstract
The present invention provides a composition and method for obtaining reverse micelles that allows the incorporation of a saline aqueous medium and an enzyme into the interior of the reverse micelle, keeping the substrates insoluble in the aqueous medium outside the reverse micelle, comprising a surfactant, an organic substrate, an alcoholic substrate, an organic solvent, a salt, and a regulator.
