MODULAR GRILL WITH DOUBLE GREASE DRAINAGE CHANNEL FOR GRILLS

Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular grill with a double grease channel for barbecues, comprising a removable grill that is placed over a traditional grill. This modular grill has a frame that supports a series of M-shaped channels, each with a central valley and sloping walls, designed to collect and channel liquids generated during cooking to one end of the assembly. The traditional grill is suspended by rings connected to a leveling chain, allowing its height and angle to be adjusted within the barbecue. The combination of both grills eliminates gaps through which grease could drip onto the coals, improving the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of the cooking system. Both grills are secured and aligned by a hinge.
