Novel Composition for the Formulation of Suspensions

Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, advantageously a ready-to-use liquid composition or dry powder for reconstitution, comprising: Cenobamate or a salt, hydrate or solvate thereof, wherein the pharmaceutical composition for administration is preferably a suspension for oral administration and a kit of parts for the precise dosing and administration of the pharmaceutical composition. Furthermore, the current composition contains at least one surface-modifying agent that controls the solid state of the Cenobamate in suspension; and a method for treating partial seizures in a human patient comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition.
