Microbial fertilizer as well as preparation method and use thereof

Abstract

MICROBIAL FERTILIZER AS WELL AS PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF The microbial fertilizer includes a biochar and a-symbiotic N-fixing bacteria inoculated on the biochar carrier, wherein the a-symbiotic N-fixing bacteria are Klebsiella sp. The maize straw-derived biochar with a particle size of 0.25-2 mm has a more significant effect on improving nitrogenase activity. The biochar with a particle size of 0.25-2 mm provides good habitat for strain cells and can preserve moisture and fertility better to ensure the growth and reproduction of strains. The loading effect of the maize straw-derived biochar is superior to that of woody biochar. Relative to the woody biochar, the C: N ratio of straw biochar is lower, which is beneficial for growth of N-fixing bacteria. The preparation of the fertilizer improves total N and microbial biomass N contents in soil, particularly the maize straw-derived biochar has a more significant effect on increasing soil microbial biomass N content, which is closely related to soil microbial activity.
