Abstract

There is provided a submerged plasma generation device capable of stably maintaining uniform and high concentration plasma in a liquid, being easily scaled up, and being applied to a large-scale water to be treated. The submerged plasma generation device is a submerged plasma generation device that sterilizes water to be treated by plasma generated by applying a voltage between electrodes disposed in the water to be treated, and includes counter electrodes that are lined up facing each other in the same direction as a water flow direction of the water to be treated.
