Abstract
Disclosed is a feed pelletizer machine with dynamic torque modulation (DTM) for the feed processing industries to increase productivity and versatility. Traditional pelletizer machines frequently have problems with uneven pellet quality and excessive energy usage because of their fixed torque application. The invention uses an innovative approach using dynamic torque modulation to address these issues. By dynamically adjusting torque levels throughout operation, the machine maintains consistent pellet quality while also maximizing energy efficiency. Results indicate significant improvements in energy efficiency and pellet quality compared to conventional machines. This shows that dynamic torque modulation is a promising method for improving the performance of pelletizer machines in the agricultural and feed processing industries.
