A Process and an Apparatus of Water Consumption Monitoring System with SMS Notification

Abstract

A microcontroller-based Water Consumption Monitoring System with SMS Notification was created to help households effectively monitor their water consumption. This process provides real-time updates on water consumption and displays in screen of the amount payable; this aims to helps households awareness and promote more responsible water use. Sending SMS notifications when a flat rate is reached to a set value. In addition, the apparatus has a self-charge mechanism to support the power in-case of the interruption.
