Abstract
The present utility model discloses a multi-layer centrifugal de-oiling machine designed 5 to remove surface oil from fragile fried snacks, such as Kangkong chips, addressing the technical problem of compressive loading and mechanical breakage found in conventional single-basket systems. The machine comprises a vertical square shaft and a plurality of stackable perforated trays configured with central square sleeves for positive mechanical engagement, ensuring uniform torque transmission and preventing rotational slippage. Each tray features lateral perforations and a substantially non-perforated bottom to direct oil outward while preventing downward contamination between layers. The cylindrical housing includes a base inclined at 10 to 15 degrees to facilitate immediate gravity-fed oil evacuation. This multi-layer configuration enables distributed loading, preserving product structural integrity while achieving efficient oil reduction for food processing applications
