Method for producing a natural bath soap

Abstract

The present utility model relates to method for producing a natural herbal bath soap utilizes a controlled oil-infusion and botanical integration process. The method comprises extracting a bio-active essence from oregano (Origanum vulgare) leaves into a carrier oil to form an infused oil, melting a soap base, and sequentially blending the oregano-infused oil with oatmeal and additives prior to solidifying the mixture in a mold. By employing controlled thermal infusion and sequential blending, this method prevents botanical degradation, uneven particle distribution, and skin irritation, yielding a stable, moisturizing bath soap free from synthetic additives.
