Abstract

The invention relates to a compound of general formula (I):in which X1t X2> X3 and X4 represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen or halogen atom or a Ct*C6-alkyl, C3-C7cycloalkyl,' C3-C7-cycloalkyl-Ci-C3-alkylene, C-pCe-fluoroalkyl, CrC6-alkoxyl, CrCe-fluoroalkoxyl, cyano, C(O)NR1R2, nitro, NR1R2, CrCe-thioalkyl, -3(0)-^-C6-alkyI, -S(O)2-Cr C6-alkyl, SO2NR1R2, NR3COR4, NR3SO2R5 or aryl group, thearyl optionally being substituted; W represents a fused cyclic group of formula: bonded to the nitrogen atom via the 1, 2, 3 or 4 positions; A represents a 5- to 7-membered heterocycle comprising from one to three het eroatoms chosen from O, S or N; the carbon and / or nitrogen atom or atoms of A optionally being substituted; Y represents an optionally substituted heteroaryl; process of preparation and a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof.
