Anti-human CD19 antibodies

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to novel antibody that binds human CD19 ("anti-human CD19 antibody"), wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region (VH) and a light chain variable region (VL), wherein the VH comprises heavy chain complementarity determining regions (HCDR) HCDRI, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and the VL comprises light chain complementarity determining regions (LCDR) LCDRI, LCDR2, and LCDR3 with novel sequence IDs. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical composition comprising the claimed antibody which is therapeutically effective for treating B cell associated disorders such as autoimmune disorders.
