Abstract
A mould free process for making very light weight wind turbine blades using composites such as aluminum pipe, galvanized iron sheet, card board and fiberglass is disclosed in this invention. Description contains examples for making 250 watt and 500 watt wind turbine blades at wind speed ratings of 8 meters per second.
