The subject of the application is a non-invasive measurement system, particularly in buildings intended for human habitation, while ensuring basic living needs, requiring the supply of various types of utilities. Each of the transducers (6) and / or (7) and / or (8) and / or (29) and / or (33) is installed in the building individually or in subgroups for installations with a large number of receivers, in the closest possible proximity, in locations ensuring individual recording and / or measurement of the appropriate type of medium, such as water, air, electricity, electricity, thermal energy. Transducers (6) and / or (7) and / or (8) and / or (29) and / or (33) are connected by signal cables (5) to a signal concentrator (4), which transmits data via a CAN bus (2) in the form of an appropriate cable harness to a central unit (3). The central unit (3) is connected to a network repository in a data cloud (21).
