The subject of the application is a fruit harvesting head using tree trunk shaking technology, clamping the jaws during the extension phase of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod. The fruit harvesting head using the tree trunk shaking method, composed of a body (1), a movable clamping jaw (4), a stationary clamping jaw (5), rotating elements driven by a hydraulic motor, and a hydraulic cylinder for clamping the movable jaw (4), is characterized in that the clamping of the movable jaw (4) is performed during the extension phase of the piston rod.
