Abstract
The method of producing a magnetic membrane material consists in supplementing the polymer in an amount of 2.5 g to 7.5 g with water or a solution of 1% by weight of acetic acid to 250 ml, the whole is mixed at a speed of 300 rpm to 500 rpm until the polymer is completely dissolved, and then a magnetic filler is added to the polymer solution thus prepared in an amount of 0.1% by weight to 25% by weight of the dry weight of the polymer, in order to disperse the fillers in the polymer, the solution is placed on a magnetic stirrer at a speed of 300 rpm to 500 rpm. / min for a time from 20 min to 40 min, then the solution is placed in an ultrasonic bath at an vibration frequency from 20 kHz to 50 kHz for a time from 20 min to 40 min, the intervals of alternating mixing on the stirrer and in the ultrasonic bath are repeated three times, and then poured into Petri dishes to evaporate the polymer solvent, the process is carried out for a time from 24 h to 72 h at a temperature from 20°C to 50°C, while simultaneously exposing the material to a magnetic field generated by two magnetic sources, i.e. permanent magnets or electromagnets with magnetic remanence in the range from 0.1 T to 2 T for permanent magnets and magnetic induction from 0.01 T to 3.5 T for electromagnets, then the membranes are crosslinked for a time from 1 h to 2 h.
