Abstract
The system for predicting the health and service life of rechargeable electrochemical cells consists of a measuring chamber (1), which contains a charging disconnector (2) and a discharging disconnector (3), a tested electrochemical cell (4), a camera (5) and a temperature measurement block (6), and further of a programmable source (7), a programmable load (8) and a control system (9), which is formed by a control circuit (10), a charging control block (11) and a discharging control block (12), and further of an evaluation system (13), which is formed by a data collection block (14), a parameter extractor (15), an evaluation block (16), a database (17), a reference values block (18) and a results display block (19). The system for predicting the health and lifespan of rechargeable electrochemical cells, based on measurements from the charging and discharging process of a given electrochemical cell, evaluates the parameters of the equivalent circuit of the evaluated electrochemical cell.
