Use of lactobacillus johnsonii GKJ2 for manufacturing lactobacillus composition for alleviating atopic dermatitis and regulating th2 and th17 cell immunity

Abstract

The present invention relates to a complex Lactobacilluscomposition for alleviating atopic dermatitis. The complex Lactobacilluscomposition includes at least one of Lactobacillus johnsoniiGKJ2 and L. plantarumGKK1. The complex Lactobacilluscomposition can be administered to a healthy subject in a continuation period, for significantly regulating Th1, Th2, Treg and Th17 cell immunity, altering gut microbiota, increasing the concentration of short-chain fatty acids in guts, thereby alleviating atopic dermatitis. Therefore, the complex Lactobacilluscomposition can be as an active ingredient for use in preparation of various compositions for alleviating atopic dermatitis.
