Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0001] This application claims the priority of the Korean Patent Applications No. 10-2024-0101480, filed on Jul. 31, 2024, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office. The entire disclosures of all these applications are hereby incorporated by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present invention relates to a jack base of construction scaffolding, and more specifically, to a jack base of scaffolding for a construction that enables the scaffolding to be installed more easily and quickly while being sturdy on various types of ground surfaces including horizontal and inclined surfaces.BACKGROUND ART

[0003] In general, a construction scaffolding is installed on the exterior wall of a building under construction so that workers can move around. Such scaffolding includes vertical and horizontal pipes that are connected to each other, brackets that fix the vertical and horizontal pipes to each other, and a jack base that fixes the vertical pipe to the ground. The jack base includes a base plate that is fixed to the ground, a screw shaft that is erected from the base plate and connected to the vertical pipe, and a support member that is screwed to the screw shaft and supports the lower end of the vertical pipe and adjusts the height of the scaffolding.

[0004] However, since the conventional jack base has its bottom fixed to the base plate so that the screw shaft is perpendicular to the base plate, there was a problem in that the scaffolding could not be installed when the ground surface was inclined because the screw shaft would tilt relative to the vertical plane. To solve this problem, a new type of jack base was proposed in which the screw shaft pivots on the base plate.

[0005] since the screw shaft of the new type of jack base cannot be fixed in a vertical position by itself when the base plate is installed on the ground, there is a problem in that the screw shaft rotates to be in close contact with the ground, that is, in a lying state. Accordingly, the worker must hold the scaffolding and vertically raise the lying screw shafts of multiple jack bases one by one to connect the scaffolding to the screw shaft, which is difficult and troublesome, reducing the convenience of the work, and there is a problem in that the scaffold installation work takes a long time.DISCLOSURETechnical Problems

[0006] The present invention is to solve the problems described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a jack base of construction scaffolding which has a simple structure and can be installed easily and quickly with less effort on various shapes of ground surfaces including horizontal and inclined surfaces without increasing the number of workers, thereby improving work convenience and shortening work time, thereby improving productivity and reducing labor costs.Technical Solution

[0007] According to a feature of the present invention, there is provided a jack base 10 of construction scaffolding used to fix a vertical pipe 4 of a scaffolding 3 to a ground surface 1, which includes a base plate 20 that is fixed to the ground surface 1 and has a hole 21 formed through the center thereof in an upper and lower direction; a screw shaft 30 whose lower end is engaged in the hinges 22,31 on opposite side of the periphery of the hole 21 on the base plate 20 and whose upper end is connected to the lower end of the vertical pipe 4; a support member 40 that is screwed to the screw shaft 30 and supports the vertical pipe 4 of the scaffolding 3; and a fixing bar 50 that penetrates the hole 21 in a swingable manner and is fixed by being embedded in a ground surface 1.

[0008] According to another feature of the present invention, there is provided a jack base of construction scaffolding, characterized in that a tapered portion 51 whose diameter becomes narrower toward the bottom is formed at the lower end of the fixing bar 50, and a plurality of discharge grooves 52 extending vertically and spaced apart along the circumferential direction are formed in the tapered portion 51 so that soil or concrete powder of a ground surface 1 is discharged as the fixing bar 50 is driven into the ground surface 1.Advantageous Effect

[0009] As described above, according to the present invention, a jack base 10 is provided, which includes a base plate 20 that is fixed to a ground surface 1 and has a hole 21 formed in the center, a screw shaft 30 whose lower end is rotatably connected to the base plate 20, and a fixing bar 50 that protrudes downward from the lower end of the screw shaft 30, so that the fixing bar 50 penetrates the hole 21 of the base plate 20 in a swingable manner and is embedded in the ground surface 1 so that the screw shaft 30 is vertically erected. Accordingly, the scaffolding 3 can be installed on various shapes of ground surfaces 1 including horizontal surfaces and inclined surfaces, and a worker can directly attach the scaffolding 3 to the vertically erected screw shaft 30 without effort while holding it, thereby improving work convenience and shortening work time.

[0010] And A tapered portion 51 is formed on the lower part of the above fixing bar 50 which is axially slanted to make it easier to be installed on the ground surface 1, and a plurality of discharge grooves 52 extend up and down in the tapered portion 51, so that when the fixing bar 50 is driven into the ground, soil or concrete powder is discharged through the discharge grooves 52, so that the fixing bar 50 can be driven into the ground with less force and with ease.DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

[0011] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of a jack base of a construction scaffolding according to the present invention.

[0012] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the above embodiment.

[0013] FIG. 3 is an use state diagram of the above embodiment.DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0014] The above-described objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent through the following detailed description. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. FIGS. 1 to 3 are drawings illustrating a jack base of construction scaffolding according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated, the jack base of the construction scaffolding according to an embodiment of the present invention fixes a vertical pipe 4 of a scaffolding 3 to a ground surface 1, and includes a base plate 20 that is fixed to the ground surface 1 and has a hole 21 formed in the center thereof, a screw shaft 30 whose lower end is rotatably connected to the base plate 20 and whose upper end is connected to the lower end of the vertical pipe 4 of the scaffolding 3, a support member 40 that is screw-connected to the screw shaft 30 and supports the scaffolding 3, and a fixing bar 50 that protrudes downward from the lower end of the screw shaft 30, penetrates the hole 21 of the base plate 20 in a swingable manner, and is fixed by being driven into the ground surface 1.

[0015] The above base plate 20 is formed in a shape with wide upper and lower surfaces, and a hole 21 is formed through the center extending upward and downward. As shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable that the hole 21 be formed in an elongated shape. A plurality of bolt installation holes 23 are formed in the base plate 20 to which fixing bolts 60 fixed to the ground surface 1 are coupled.

[0016] The upper end of the screw shaft 30 is connected to the lower end of the vertical pipe 4 of the scaffolding 3 and the lower end is engaged in the hinges 22,31 on the base plate 20. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the screw shaft 30 is provided with a pair of rotating pins 31 that are connected to the base plate 20 by a hinge 22, so that the screw shaft 30 is rotated to form a predetermined angle with the base plate 20.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the hinge 22 is made of an arc-shaped metal plate that surrounds the rotating pin 31 of the screw shaft 30, and both ends are welded to the upper surface of the base plate 20. The hinge 22 is provided on opposite sides of the periphery of the hole 21 of the base plate 20 in the elongated shape. It is disposed on both sides of the width direction of the hole 21.

[0018] As is known, the above support member 40 is screw-connected to the screw shaft 30 to support the lower end of the vertical pipe 4 of the scaffolding 3 and can adjust the height of the scaffolding 3 by raising and lowering it along the screw shaft 30. The support member 40 is provided with a pair of handles 41 protruding from opposite ends.

[0019] The above fixing bar 50 protrudes downward from the bottom of the screw shaft 30 but can swing in the hole 21 of the base plate 20, and it is fixed by penetrating the hole 21 and being embedded in the ground surface 1. The fixing bar 50 is integrally fixed to the bottom of the screw shaft 30 by welding or the like, and is fixed to the base plate 20 in the form of a long hole. It swings or rocks along the longitudinal direction of the hole 21.

[0020] And, at the lower end of the fixing bar 50, a tapered portion 51 is formed whose diameter becomes narrower as it goes toward the lower end, and a plurality of discharge grooves 52 extending vertically and spaced apart along the circumferential direction are formed in this tapered portion 51 so that soil or concrete powder on the ground is discharged as the fixing bar 50 is driven into the ground surface 1. Accordingly, even if a hole 2 into which the fixing bar 50 is inserted is drilled in the ground surface 1, there is no need to remove soil or concrete powder remaining inside the hole 2 in advance, which is convenient, and dust is prevented from flying during the removal process, so that the working environment is improved, and the fixing bar 50 can be driven into the ground surface 1 more easily.

[0021] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the jack base of the construction scaffolding configured as described above is installed on the ground surface 1 as shown in FIG. 3, and the lower end of the fixing bar 50 is pressed against the ground surface 1 to mark the installation position of the fixing bar 50. And a hole 2 is drilled at the marked position on the ground surface 1 using a drill or the like, and when the fixing bar 50 is inserted into the hole 2 of the ground surface 1, the screw shaft 30 is vertically erected. Then, the base plate 20 is hinge-rotated about the screw shaft 30, and the base plate 20 is fixed to the ground surface 1 by using a fixing bolt 60 and the bottom surface of the base plate 20 tightly contact to the ground surface 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the jack base 10 of the construction scaffolding of the present invention can be easily installed on a ground surface 1 having a horizontal surface or inclined surface with various inclinations using the above method.

[0022] As mentioned above, the screw shaft 30 can be installed so as to be vertically erected on a slanted or horizontal ground surface 1, so the worker can directly connect the scaffolding 3 to the screw shaft 30 while holding it, and since there is no need for the worker to individually erect the screw shaft 30 of each jack base 10 vertically, the worker can install the scaffolding 3 more quickly and easily with less effort.

[0023] The present invention described above is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the attached drawings, and it will be apparent to a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains that various substitutions, modifications, and changes are possible within a scope that does not depart from the technical spirit of the present invention.
