[0037] In some existing soccer shoes for children, a wearing cavity encircled by the vamp structure is too small to oppress the foot of the children, which induces discomfort of children. Long-term use of such soccer shoes for children will affect the foot development of children.
[0038] To solve at least one of the problems, the present application provides a wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children. The wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children is used in soccer of children.
[0039] In combination with FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children includes a vamp structure 100 and a shoe sole structure 200, where an accommodating cavity 110 that accommodates a foot is surrounded by the vamp structure 100; the accommodating cavity 110 has an opening 111 for the foot to enter; the vamp structure 100 includes a foot area 120 and an ankle area 130, where the foot area 120 is used to wrap the foot of children, the ankle area 130 is used to wrap the ankle of children, and the top of the foot area 120 extends upwards to form the angle area.
[0040] The foot area 120 can be divided into a shoe front area 121, a shoe middle area 122, and a shoe heel area 123, where the shoe front area 121 correspondingly wraps the toe of children and is connected to the joint part of the toe and metatarsal bone, the shoe middle area 122 correspondingly wraps an instep area of children, and the shoe heel area 123 correspondingly wraps the back part of children, including calcaneus. Specifically, at least the shoe heel area 123 of the foot area 120, and the ankle area 130 are integrally formed. That is to say, on the basis that the shoe heel area 123 and the ankle area 130 are integrally formed, a manufacturer can further set other areas of the foot area 120 integrally formed with the shoe heel area 123 and the ankle area 130 as well or the whole vamp structure 100 being of an integrally formed structure as needed.
[0041] It can be understood that a part of existing soccer shoes 10 for children have no ankles, so that they do not have the function of protecting the ankles. Children playing soccer is easily hurt as a result of collisions. A part of existing soccer shoes 10 for children is provided with the ankle that protects the ankle. But the ankle and the vamp are processed separately, and are then connected together by way of sewing, adhering, and the like, sacrificing a part of the tightness of the vamp structure 100, which results in that the protective effect of the vamp structure 100 on the foot of children, particularly the ankle, is reduced. Alternatively, the protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the vamp structure 100 due to suture lines, glue, and the like, which oppresses the foot of children, thereby easily inducing discomfort in the foot.
[0042] In the present application, because at least the shoe heel area 123 and the ankle area 130 of the foot area 120 are integrally formed, the vamp structure 100 wraps the ankle of children and near parts with the same tightness, so that the integral wrapping property is good, and the ankle of the children can be better protected, and moreover, the situation that the foot of children is discomfortable as a protrusion is formed on an inner surface of the vamp structure 100 is avoided.
[0043] In the embodiment, in combination with FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, FIG. 3 shows that the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children has a maximum width L1 located in the shoe front area 121 and a minimum width located in the shoe middle area 122, L1 substantially corresponds to the joint part connected to the toe and metatarsal bone, and L2 substantially corresponds to the position of the instep. The ratio of the maximum width L1 to the minimum width L2 is k, where 1.6≤k≤1.8. The part of the vamp structure 100 corresponding to the maximum width L1 is in a smooth transition to other parts of the vamp structure 100.
[0044] It can be understood that thanks to the particularity of soccer, the size of the wide toe box soccer shoe will be usually smaller than a normal casual shoe. The toe of the professional soccer player will often deform greatly. A target user of the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children is children. The foot and skeleton of children have been in the development stage. The too-tight soccer shoe will affect the development of the foot of children, and the joint part of the toe and metatarsal bone is the part that will be affected most likely in childhood. Therefore, in the present application, the ratio of L1 to L2 is set as k, where 1.6k≤1.8. In a case that k is less than 1.6, the oppression of the soccer shoe 10 for children on the foot is large, which is harmful for the development of children. In a case that k is greater than 1.8, the soccer shoe 10 for children does not have enough wrapping property, which does not meet the requirements of soccer. The wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children has a larger width at the joint part of the toe and metatarsal bone to form protection in a special area, such that it has a better flexibility and comfortableness. Specifically, for some users with a large forepart of foot, the corresponding ratio is set as 1.7≤k≤1.8.
[0045] Specifically, the elastic coefficient of the ankle area 130 is greater than that of the foot area 120, that is, the ankle area 130 is more elastic, is higher in wrapping property to the ankle of children, and has a better protective effect. Exemplarily, different thicknesses of the ankle area 130 and the foot area 120 can be set to achieve different elastic effects, or a material capable of enhancing elasticity is added when the ankle area 130 is formed.
[0046] Further, a part of the ankle area 130 close to the opening 111 is provided with air holes 131. The air holes 131 can enhance the air permeability of the ankle area 130. The manufacturer can arrange the area of the air holes 131 freely as needed. The area can be any part of the ankle area 130, or the area where the air holes 131 are formed can cover the whole ankle area 130. In addition, other parts of the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children can further be provided with air holes 131, for example, a shoe tongue area 125.
[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the foot area 120 further includes a bottom area 124 adhered to the shoe sole structure 200, and the bottom area 120 and the ankle area 130 are integrally formed. Thus, the vamp structure 100 can keep good tightness, which has a better wrapping property and a protective effect on the foot of children. Exemplarily, the vamp structure 100 is composed of a rubber material. By adopting a dip forming process, a foot copying shoe mold is heated and dipped in a rubber emulsion and is subjected to dip forming, molding, and the like to obtain a hollow blank of the vamp structure 100, so that the whole blank of the vamp structure 100 is integrally formed. Of course, the vamp structure 100 can further be integrally formed by other materials.
[0048] In addition, in other embodiments, the foot area 120 cannot be provided with the bottom area 124, but the vamp structure 100 is combined with the shoe sole structure 200 by way of adhering, sewing, and the like. The shoe sole structure 200 forms a bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 110.
[0049] Specifically, the foot area 120 further includes a shoe tongue area 125 located at the top, and the shoe tongue area 125 and the ankle area 130 are integrally formed. The shoe tongue area 125 is provided with a plurality of shoelace holes 126 formed at an interval, and the shoelace holes 126 are formed in pairs. The wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children further includes a shoelace 300. The shoelace 300 extends and passes through each shoelace hole 126 of the shoe tongue area 125 and can be stretched and fixed to adjust the level of tightness of the shoe tongue area 125 so as to fit the foot. It can be understood that in the embodiment, the shoelace holes 126 located on the same side are substantially formed along the same straight line. In addition, the shoelace holes 126 on the same side can further be formed along an extending path such as a curve and a broken line, which is not defined in the present application.
[0050] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the vamp structure 100 includes an inner layer 101 and a waterproof layer 102. The inner layer 101 encloses an accommodating cavity 110, and the waterproof layer 102 is adhered to a surface on one side of the inner layer 101 back to the accommodating cavity 110. The inner layer 101 is composed of a deformable elastic material to form a good wrapping property to the foot of children and will not oppress the foot of children greatly, which is beneficial for the development of the foot of children.
[0051] Specifically, a texture with a coarse surface is arranged on an outer surface of the waterproof layer 102, so that a football in contact with the coarse texture has a stagnating effect, thereby facilitating the motion state of the football by a user. The coarse texture can for decorative patterns with various shapes and colors, which are, by no means, limited in the present application.
[0052] It is to be noted that besides the two-layered structure of the vamp structure 100 in the embodiment, the vamp structure 100 can further be arranged as a multilayer structure such as a three-layered structure and a four-layered structure or the waterproof layer 102 is replaced by other materials. A specific layer structure can be made of any existing material on the market, including, but not limited to, a textile, polymer foam, a polymer sheet, leather, and synthetic leather.
[0053] In addition, the vamp structure 100 can further include other parts, for example, (1) a heel stabilizer arranged in the shoe heel area 123, for enhancing the stability of the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children; (2) a toe protector arranged in the shoe front area 121, particularly a toe cap, where the toe protector is composed of an anti-wear material; (3) an identifier, a trademark, and a label with a maintenance instruction and material information formed on the vamp structure 100; and (4) a shoe lift arranged at the top of the shoe heel area 123, facilitating wearing of the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children.
[0054] The shoe sole structure 200 includes a shoe sole 210 and supporting shoe tacks 220, and the supporting shoe tacks 220 are located on a side of the shoe sole 210 back to the vamp structure 100. Specifically, an outer surface of the shoe sole 210 can be made of an anti-wear rubber material and forms a certain coarse texture to enhance the frictional adhesive force. There are a plurality of supporting shoe tacks 220, and the plurality of supporting shoe tacks 220 enhance the frictional adhesive force between the shoe sole 210 and the earth surface, so that the motion is more stable.
[0055] Further, the shoe sole 210 includes a shoe sole interlayer, and the shoe sole interlayer is provided with any one of or any combination of at least two of a fluid filling chamber, a spring buffer, a magnetic regulator, and a motion control assembly. Specifically, the shoe sole 210 can be provided with a plurality of shoe sole interlayers, and the number of the shoe sole interlayers can be freely set as needed.
[0056] Referring to FIG. 4, the wide toe box soccer shoe 10 for children further includes an insole 400. The insole 400 has an upper surface facing the accommodating cavity 110, and the insole 400 can play shock-absorbing and buffering roles.
[0057] Specifically, the insole 400 includes a middle area 401 and an edge area 402. The edge area 402 encircles the middle area 401 circumferentially, and the thickness of the edge area 402 is greater than that of the middle area 401 to enhance the frictional resistance of the insole 400 to the pelma, thereby preventing the situation that the foot is hurt as the foot slides relative to the insole 400 when playing soccer.
[0058] Further, the insole 400 includes a buffer area 410 protruding out of the upper surface to enhance the frictional resistance of the insole 400 to the pelma, thereby preventing the situation that the foot is hurt as the foot slides relative to the insole 400 when playing soccer. The buffer area 410 is formed by a first arc 4101, a second arc 4102 and a third arc 4103. A length of the second arc 4102 is greater than a length of the first arc 4101 and less than a length of the third arc 4103. A curvature of the first arc 4101 is greater than a curvature of the second arc 4102 as well as a curvature of the third arc 4103.
[0059] It can be understood that during actions such as stopping the ball in soccer, whether the ball is touched by the inside of the foot or the outside of the foot, the foot of the soccer player needs to rotate around the center of twist. In the process, the foot is stressed greatly and is easily separated from the insole 400 or slides relatively, which may hurt the foot of children, and will also hurt the knee joint.
[0060] The technical problem is to be solved. In the embodiment, the insole 400 has a center 420 of twist, there is a plurality of buffer areas 410, and the plurality of buffer areas 410 are rotationally arranged around the center 420 of twist. Thus, the twisting resistance between the foot and the insole 400 can be improved, so that the safety coefficient of soccer is improved.
