Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of carpets, and particularly relates to a detachable and washable anti-slip carpet.BACKGROUND

[0002] A carpet is a floor covering made from natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, wool, silk, or grass yarn) or chemical synthetic fibers, and is braided, tufted, or weaved through manual or mechanical processes. Carpets belong to artisanal crafts with a long-standing history worldwide, and have been applied to floors of residential buildings, hotels, conference rooms, entertainment venues, sports halls, exhibition halls, vehicles, vessels, and aircrafts, which effectively reduce noise and achieve thermal insulation and decoration effects. To facilitate cleaning, carpets available on the market are usually designed to be detachable, and detachment is usually achieved through hook-and-loop fasteners, interlocking teeth, increased static friction, or fitted connection of nylon hook strips with tufted carpet segments. However, there exist the problems of poor fitting performance and easy slippage.SUMMARY

[0003] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a detachable and washable anti-slip carpet, so as to solve the technical problems mentioned in the above Background, including the problems of poor fitting performance and easy slippage, where carpets available on the market are usually designed to be detachable to facilitate cleaning, and detachment is usually achieved through hook-and-loop fasteners, interlocking teeth, increased static friction, or fitted connection of nylon hook strips with tufted carpet segments.

[0004] To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: A detachable and washable anti-slip carpet, including a carpet layer, where a base layer is arranged at a bottom of the carpet layer, a plurality of oppositely positioned J-shaped anti-slip convex teeth are formed along four peripheral edges of an upper surface of the base layer in a staggered array manner, the plurality of J-shaped anti-slip convex teeth are grouped in a left-right direction and in the staggered array manner, tops of the plurality of J-shaped anti-slip convex teeth are all in contact with four peripheral edges of a lower surface of the carpet layer, the J-shaped anti-slip convex teeth are fitted with the lower surface of the carpet layer at an angle, and anti-slip convex columns and through holes are arranged on a lower surface of the base layer in a staggered manner.

[0005] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the base layer includes strip-shaped plates horizontally arrayed, and anti-slip convex blocks vertically arrayed are arranged on a lower surface of each of the strip-shaped plates horizontally arrayed.

[0006] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, bottoms of a plurality of the anti-slip convex blocks are in an inverted V-shape.

[0007] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, triangular buckles are fixedly connected at four corners of the lower surface of the carpet layer, a plurality of triangular buckles are snap-fitted with four corners of the base layer respectively, and the plurality of triangular buckles are snap-fitted with the strip-shaped plates horizontally arrayed.

[0008] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the plurality of triangular buckles are made from elastic fabric.

[0009] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a spacing between the strip-shaped plates horizontally arrayed is adjustable, and a spacing between the anti-slip convex blocks vertically arrayed is adjustable.

[0010] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, the number of the strip-shaped plates horizontally arrayed is greater than the number of the anti-slip convex blocks vertically arrayed.

[0011] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, a plurality of the anti-slip convex columns are in a flat-topped conical shape, and the plurality of the anti-slip convex columns are all made from TPE.

[0012] As a preferred technical solution of the present disclosure, bottoms of the plurality of the anti-slip convex columns are in contact with the ground before the triangular buckles.
