The singular forms "one" and "the" may also include the plural forms.

[0030] Currently, traditional complex event processing methods are based on product definition documents by developers, and code development, performance testing, product verification, etc. are carried out for each logically defined event. The testing process is long and costly, resulting in low efficiency in complex event processing.

[0031] To this end, this application provides a complex event processing method, electronic device, storage medium, and vehicle, including monitoring raw sensory events; obtaining complex events based on the raw sensory events; matching the complex events with preset rules in a rule library; and determining the processing result of the complex event based on the matching results. In this way, any complex event can be processed based on the raw sensory events, thereby expanding the event capability library of the "understand me" system, reducing development costs, and improving the efficiency of complex event processing.

[0032] Please refer to FIG1 , which is a flowchart illustrating the main steps of a complex event processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] As shown in FIG1 , the complex event processing method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps S100 to S400 .

[0034] Step S100: monitoring original perception events.

[0035] Step S200: Acquire a complex event based on the original perception event.

[0036] Step S300: Match the complex event with the preset rules in the rule library.

[0037] Step S400: Determine the processing result of the complex event according to the matching result.

[0038] Based on steps S100 to S400, the process includes monitoring raw perception events; obtaining complex events based on the raw perception events; matching the complex events with pre-set rules in a rule library; and determining the processing result of the complex events based on the matching results. In this way, any complex event can be processed based on raw perception events, thereby expanding the event capability library of the "Understand Me" system, reducing development costs, and improving the efficiency of complex event processing.

[0039] In a specific embodiment, before monitoring the original perception event, the method further includes: obtaining preset rules; storing the preset rules in a rule library; wherein the preset rules include at least an event window, a start event, an end event, context information and perception judgment logic.

[0040] Specifically, the vehicle can include an "understand me engine" module, which builds an event engine. When it starts, the preset rules are registered with the event engine. The preset rules are described as follows: First, the event window (span) is defined as 60 seconds, indicating that the maximum duration of the event is 60 seconds; then the start event (begin), middle event (middle event, which may not be present), end event (end) and event triggering logic of the combined event are defined. Execution must be strictly in accordance with the timing of the start event, middle event, and end event. The above process can successfully implement the construction of complex events. Next, it is necessary to define how to throw events. In this step, the context variables (context information) that need to be calculated are first defined and stored. Finally, the ejected events (emits) are defined. Emitted events are the process of obtaining the processing results of complex events. Each ejected event needs to have perception judgment logic. Only after the perception judgment logic passes can the actual ejected event be obtained.

[0041] The number of people currently in the vehicle can be used as an example of the context information, but is not limited thereto.

[0042] The following rule can be used as an example of the preset rule, but is not limited thereto.

[0043] 1 span:60s

[0044] 2 begin:

[0045] 3 event:open_door

[0046] 4 context:start_number=context.getPersonNumber()

[0047] 5 end:

[0048] 6 event:close_all_door

[0049] 7 context:end_number=context.getPersonNumber()

[0050] 8 process:

[0051] 9 context:diff_number=end_number-start_number

[0052] 10 emits:

[0053] 11 -perception:diff_number==1

[0054] 12 event:single_person_boarding

[0055] 13 -perception:diff_number>1

[0056] 14 event:multi_person_boarding

[0057] Pre-load preset rules into the rule base to provide basic support for the rapid and efficient processing of each subsequent complex event.

[0058] The above steps S100 to S400 are further explained below.

[0059] The raw perception event is an unprocessed event generated from the cockpit system and is an atomic event that cannot be decomposed.

[0060] Regarding step S100, a raw event sensing module may sense a raw event in the cabin. In one embodiment, at least one of the following may be used as an example of a raw sensing event: the driver's door opening, the passenger door opening, the rear left door opening, the rear right door opening, the driver's door closing, the passenger door closing, the rear left door closing, or the rear right door closing.

[0061] The above is a further description of step S100 , and the following further describes step S200 .

[0062] The original perception events include a first original perception event and a second original perception event, and the types of the first original perception event and the second original perception event are different.

[0063] A complex event is an event that describes a series of events occurring according to pre-written preset rules. The complex event includes a first combination event and a second combination event.

[0064] Specifically as shown in FIG. 2 , the above step S200 can be implemented through the following steps S201 to S202 .

[0065] Step S201: Filter or combine the first original perception events to obtain the first combined events.

[0066] Specifically, one or more first original events are filtered or combined to obtain a first combined event. For example, a first original event may include any one of the following: driver's door opening, passenger door opening, rear left door opening, and rear right door opening. The combination of these original events constitutes the first combined event. Other invalid events during the vehicle door opening process may also be filtered.

[0067] Step S202: Within the event window, filtering or combining the second original perception events that occur continuously to obtain a second combined event.

[0068] Within the event window defined by the preset rules, continuously occurring second original events of a different type from the first original event are combined or filtered to obtain a second combined event. For example, the second original event may include any of the following: driver's door closing, passenger door closing, rear left door closing, and rear right door closing. The combination of these original events constitutes the second combined event. Other invalid events during the door closing process can also be filtered.

[0069] The above is a further description of step S200 , and the following further describes step S300 .

[0070] Specifically as shown in FIG. 3 , the above step S300 can be implemented through the following steps S301 to S302 .

[0071] Step S301: when the first combined event is obtained, activating a non-deterministic state machine, obtaining a first state of the non-deterministic state machine, and matching a rule corresponding to the first combined event in the preset rules based on the first state.

[0072] A nondeterministic finite automaton (NFA) is a finite state machine in which each state and input symbol pair can have multiple possible next states. Furthermore, NFAs can be used to implement the rule-matching logic configured for a complex event processing rule. Specifically, the rule-matching logic configured for a complex event processing rule can be parsed and compiled to obtain a series of state vertices and the edges that represent state transitions between these vertices. These vertices and edges can then be used to construct the NFA corresponding to the complex event processing rule.

[0073] Specifically, when the first combined event is obtained, the non-deterministic state machine NFA is activated, the first state of the non-deterministic state machine is set to start, and the rule corresponding to the first combined event in the preset rules is matched based on the first state.

[0074] For example, taking the door opening event as the first combination event, the rule corresponding to the first combination event in the preset rules may be a rule for obtaining the number of people currently in the car after the door is opened.

[0075] Step S302: When the second combined event is obtained, a second state of the non-deterministic state machine is obtained, and a rule corresponding to the second combined event in the preset rules is matched based on the second state.

[0076] Specifically, when the second combined event is obtained, the second state of the non-deterministic state machine is set to end, and a rule corresponding to the second combined event in the preset rules is matched based on the second state.

[0077] For example, taking the door closing event as the second combination event, the rule corresponding to the second combination event in the preset rules may be a rule for obtaining the number of people currently in the car after the door is closed.

[0078] The above is a further description of step S300 , and the following further describes step S400 .

[0079] In one embodiment, the first combination event includes at least one of the main driver's door opening, the front passenger door opening, the rear left door opening, and the rear right door opening; the second combination event includes at least one of the main driver's door closing, the front passenger door closing, the rear left door closing, and the rear right door closing; the method also includes: when the first combination event is obtained, recording the number of people in the first car; when the second combination event is obtained, recording the number of people in the second car.

[0080] Specifically, after the door opening event occurs, the number of people currently in the car (the first number of people in the car) is recorded, and after the door closing event occurs, the number of people currently in the car (the second number of people in the car) is recorded.

[0081] Specifically as shown in FIG. 4 , the above step S400 can be implemented through the following steps S401 to S402 .

[0082] Step S401: updating context information based on the rule corresponding to the first combined event and the rule corresponding to the second combined event.

[0083] Specifically, the context information is updated according to the rules corresponding to the first combined event and the rules corresponding to the second combined event in combination with the actual collected data.

[0084] Step S402: Obtaining a processing result of the complex event based on the updated context information and the perception judgment logic in the rule base.

[0085] Specifically, the following embodiment can be used as a specific example of the above step S400, but is not limited thereto.

[0086] In one embodiment, determining the processing result of the complex event based on the matching result includes: updating the context information based on the rules corresponding to the first combined event, the rules corresponding to the second combined event, and the number of people in the first car and the second car; determining the number difference based on the updated context information; judging whether the number difference is greater than a preset threshold; if so, determining that the processing result of the complex event is a single person boarding the car; if not, determining that the processing result of the complex event is multiple people boarding the car.

[0087] Specifically, the context variables are updated based on the recorded or collected number of people in the first car and the number of people in the second car, combined with the rules corresponding to the first combination event and the rules corresponding to the second combination event. For example, the number of people in the first car is assigned to the starting number, and the number of people in the second car is assigned to the ending number. The difference in the number of people is calculated based on the starting number and the ending number. Combined with the perception judgment logic in the rule base, it is determined whether the difference in the number of people is equal to 1 or greater than 1. If the difference in the number of people is equal to 1, it is determined that only one person is on the car. If the difference in the number of people is greater than 1, it is determined that multiple people are on the car.

[0088] An event engine is built within the Understand Me Engine module. Upon startup, preset rules (combined event list rules) are registered with the event engine. The event rules define the event window (span), start event (begin), intermediate event (middle), end event (end), perception judgment logic, and emission event (emitevent). Each combined event rule constructs a non-deterministic state machine (NFA). When a start event occurs, a rule's NFA is triggered and set to the initial state. If subsequent intermediate events occur, the current NFA queries for an edge corresponding to the current intermediate event and follows this edge to the next state. If an end event occurs within the current window duration, the NFA enters the end state and informs the event engine that an event match has occurred. At this point, the perception judgment logic is entered. Different perception judgments may emit different combined events. The Understand Me Engine then triggers the Understand Me story based on this combined event.

[0089] In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , after a door opening event occurs, the original door is first judged and opened, and uniformly mapped to a door opening event (open_door). At the same time, the number of people in the car (the starting number of people) is recorded. At this time, the NFA is activated, and the NFA state is set to start. The start rule is matched in the current NFA.

[0090] Within the event window (60s), if a single door closing event continues to occur, it will be mapped to an all-door closing event (close_all_door). At this time, the end rule will be matched in the current NFA, and the current number of people in the car (the end number) will be recorded.

[0091] After the current NFA matches the rule, it enters the process, updates the context variables in the rule, and calculates the difference between the end number of people and the start number of people.

[0092] Finally, the event emission logic is entered, and the logic is judged according to different perceptions. If the judgment is true, a specified event is thrown, such as whether one person or multiple people are boarding the bus.
