Abstract
Description
[0001] Natural bioactivator and process for preparation thereof
[0002] FIELD OF THE IN VENTION
[0003] The present invention relates to a natural bioactivator which promotes the growth of props and increases the resistance to damage by droughts, floods and pests.
[0004] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Today, production of pollution-free and green crops is a trend of agricultural development in the world. To produce green crops, the use of chemical fertilizers and agricultural chemicals and their residue in the crops should be reduced to the minimum At present, the sustainable development of agriculture has been greatly hindered because the soil ecological environment has been contaminated due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizers, agricultural chemicals and chemical synthetic growth promoters.
[0006] It is of great significance to prepare bioactivator using natural substances containing growth promoters, macroelements and microelements necessary for the growth of crops.
[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to disclose a natural bioactivator which promotes the growth of crops and increases resistance to damage by droughts, floods and pests, and fully contains macroelements and microelements necessary for the growth of crops, and enhances the effect of microorganisms favorable to the crops.
[0008] SUMMARY
[0009] 1. composition of the natural bioactiyator of the present in vention
[0010] The natural bioactivator of the invention comprises 50-55% of Artemisia gigantea extract, 5-10% of Syringa dilatata. extract, 20-30% of the biological sedimentary rock powder, 2-5% of sugar, 1-3% of acetic acid, 6-8% of glutinous rice flour and 2-4% of sulfur in percentage by weight.
[0011] The Artemisia gigantea extract is an aqueous extract of Artemisia gigantea leaf with a moisture content of 20%. The Artemisia gigantea extract, which contains amino acids, vitamins and the secondary metabolites of plants including coumarin, triacontanol, choline, tannin, essential oil, saponin, arid phenolic compounds, etc, increases the yield of crops by prompting plant growth, increasing the resistance to unfavourable environments (drought, cold, salt, hail, heavy frost, virus, pests, etc.), and strengthening plants in combination with the nutrients and microelements.
[0012] The Syringa dilatata extract is an aqueous extract of Syringa dilatata leaf with a moisture content of 20%. The Syringa dilatata extract contains phenolic glycosides such as syringin, which can increase the resistance of plants to unfavourable environments.
[0013] The biological sedimentary rock contains macro- and micronutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, silicon, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, molybdenum and sodium, which are essential for plant growth.
[0014] The sugar and acetic acid, are nutrient sources for azotobacter beneficial to plant growth.
[0015] The acetic acid is glacial acetic acid with a purity of 99%.
[0016] The glutinous rice flour increases adhesion of the fertilizer on plant leaves and is a nutrient source for plants and.microorganisms.
[0017] The sulfur is a microelement and has, antimicrobial activity against pathogens.
[0018] 2. Process for preparation of the natural bioactivator of the present invention.
[0019] The natural bioactivator of the present invention is prepared by following steps: preparing extracts of Artemisia gigantea and Syringa dilatata respectively; preparing compound of Artemisia gigantea extract and biological sedimentary rock by mixing and grinding Artemisia gigantea extract and biological sedimentary rock powder; preparing adjuvant by mixing Artemisia gigantea extract, Syringa dilatata extract, sulfur, glutinous rice flour, sugar, acetic acid; finishing product by mixing the biological sedimentary rock powder, the compound of Artemisia gigantea extract and biological sedimentary rock and the adjuvant. The Artemisia gigantea extract is prepared by drying the Artemisia gigantea leaves naturally, extracting them with water at 100 °C for 2-3 h and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.
[0020] The Syringa dilatata extract is prepared by drying the Syringa dilatata leaves naturally, extracting them with water at 100 °C for 2-3 h and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.
[0021] The biological sedimentary rock powder is prepared by drying the raw material to moisture content of less than 5% and then grinding to particle size of less than 40 gm.
[0022] The glutinous rice flour, sugar and sulfur are used after grinding to particle size of less than 10 gm.
[0023] The compound of Artemisia gigantea extract and biological sedimentary rock is prepared by mixing 60% of the total amount of the Artemisia gigantea extract and 40% of the total amount of the biological sedimentary rock powder homogenously, and then grinding them to particle size of less than 10 um by ultra-fine grinding.
[0024] The adjuvant is prepared by diluting the Syringa dilatata extract and the rest (40%) of the Artemisia gigantea extract to moisture content of 40%, mixing together, adding sulfur into it to be fused and mixing with sugar, acetic acid and glutinous rice flour in a stirrer.
[0025] The ' jp^bduct is finished by grinding flie rest (60%) of biological sedimentary rock powder to particle size of 10 / an, mixing it with the adjuvant and the compound of Artemisia gigantea extract and biological sedimentary rock.
