Abstract
Description
Atomization components and atomization devices
[0001] This application claims priority to the prior application entitled “Atomization Component and Atomization Device” with application number 202310789715.9 filed on June 30, 2023. The contents of the above-mentioned prior application are incorporated into this text by reference. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic atomizers, and in particular to an atomization assembly and an atomization device. Background Art
[0003] In existing atomizers, the atomized matrix is stored in an oil cup, which is connected to the atomizer core. Gravity creates hydraulic pressure on the atomized matrix in the oil cup, which flows toward the atomizer core under the action of this pressure. During use, some of the atomized matrix is atomized to form an aerosol, gradually reducing the amount of atomized matrix. This decreases the hydraulic pressure in the oil cup, reducing the rate at which the atomized matrix flows toward the atomizer core. This change in the atomized matrix supply rate results in inconsistent taste in the aerosol generated by the atomizer core, impacting the user experience. Therefore, ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization has become a pressing technical issue.

It is understood, both explicitly and implicitly, by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
[0033] The present application provides an atomizer assembly. Referring to Figures 1 to 4, the atomizer assembly 100 may include an oil cup 10, a nozzle 20, an oil suction piece 30, and an atomizer core 40. The oil cup 10 is used to store an atomizer matrix. When heated, the atomizer matrix can be atomized to generate an aerosol, which is then transported through the nozzle 20 to the end where the user inhales. The nozzle 20 is connected to one end of the oil cup 10. An atomizer tube 11 is disposed within the oil cup 10. The atomizer tube 11 is hollow and cylindrical and communicates with the nozzle 20. The atomizer core 40 is mounted at the end of the atomizer tube 11 near the nozzle 20. The atomizer core 40 is arranged transversely to the atomizer tube 11, i.e., the extension direction of the atomizer core 40 intersects or is perpendicular to the extension direction of the atomizer tube 11. Both ends of the atomizer core 40 are in contact with the oil suction piece 30 to achieve fluid communication. The end of the oil suction piece 30 away from the atomizer core 40 is housed in the oil cup 10 and extends toward the end away from the nozzle 20. The oil suction member 30 is used to transfer the atomized matrix stored in the oil cup 10 to the atomizing core 40. The atomizing core 40 is used to heat the atomized matrix to generate aerosol. The aerosol can reach the inhalation end through the suction nozzle 20.
[0034] In the atomization assembly 100 provided in the present application, the atomization core 40 is installed at one end of the atomization tube 11 near the suction nozzle 20, and one end of the oil suction piece 30 is fluidically connected to the atomization core 40. The oil suction piece 30 transfers the atomization matrix stored in the oil cup 10 to the atomization core 40, so that the supply rate of the atomization matrix in the atomization core 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the oil suction piece 30. The adsorption force of the oil suction piece 30 is a property of the material itself and has nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure of the atomization matrix in the oil cup 10. The reduction of the atomization matrix in the oil cup 10 will not affect the supply rate of the atomization matrix. The supply rate of the atomization matrix is stable, thereby ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.
[0035] Users have increasingly higher requirements for the taste of aerosols, and specific evaluation indicators may include sweetness, coolness, fullness of aroma, and absence of burnt taste. In the prior art, methods of adjusting the atomization device to meet taste requirements can only improve one of the indicators, but may reduce another indicator. For example, increasing the heating power of the atomizer core can improve the sweetness of the aerosol, but high-power heating will cause a burnt taste; for another example, adjusting the components of the atomizer matrix can improve the sweetness, but atomizer matrices with higher sweetness are prone to carbon deposits in the aerosol generated by atomization, affecting the taste. In the present application, by installing the atomizer core 40 at the end of the atomizer tube 11 close to the suction nozzle 20, the distance from the aerosol to the user's inhalation end is reduced, and various indicators of the aerosol can be comprehensively improved. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the end of the suction nozzle 20 away from the oil cup 10 is less than 20 mm. The distance d here refers to the length between the upper edge of the atomizer core 40 and the upper edge of the suction nozzle 20. In conventional solutions, the distance between the atomizer core 40 and the mouthpiece 20 is typically greater than 40 mm, resulting in a poor user experience due to a reduced flavor when the aerosol reaches the inhalation end. Specifically, the distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the mouthpiece 20 can be 20 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm, 15 mm, and so on, without specific limitation.
[0036] Referring to Figure 5 , the oil cup 10 may include an oil cup sidewall 12 and an oil cup bottom plate 13. The oil cup bottom plate 13 is connected to the end of the oil cup sidewall 12 away from the nozzle 20. The atomizing tube 11 is connected to the oil cup bottom plate 13. The oil cup sidewall 12, oil cup bottom plate 13, and atomizing tube 11 enclose a receiving chamber 14, in which the atomized matrix is stored. The oil cup 10 may be made of plastic, and the atomizing tube 11, oil cup sidewall 12, and oil cup bottom plate 13 may be integrally formed.
[0037] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , the atomizer core 40 includes an oil guide 41 and a heater 42. The oil guide 41 is mounted on one end of the atomizer tube 11 near the nozzle 20. The heater 42 spirally surrounds the outer circumference of the oil guide 41. The heater 42 is located within the atomizer tube 11, and both ends of the oil guide 41 are connected to the oil suction element 30 to achieve fluid communication. The heater 42 is used to heat the atomized substrate in the oil guide 41 into an aerosol. The heater 42 can be made of stainless steel, nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, or titanium alloy.
[0038] The oil guide 41 and the oil absorber 30 are both porous media. The materials of the oil guide 41 and the oil absorber 30 can be different or the same. In one embodiment, the oil guide 41 and the oil absorber 30 are both made of porous fiber materials, such as one or more of fiber cotton, non-woven fabric, linen, and chemical fiber fabric. These materials all have excellent lipophilicity and oil-binding properties. Compared to ceramic materials, fiber materials have smaller pore sizes and higher porosity, resulting in a finer aerosol with richer sweetness and aroma.
[0039] The oil guide member 41 and the oil suction member 30 can be processed separately and then connected. In one embodiment, the oil guide member 41 and the oil suction member 30 are integrally formed to avoid a gap at the connection between the oil guide member 41 and the oil suction member 30 that increases fluid resistance, thereby ensuring smoother supply of the atomized substrate.
[0040] The oil suction member 30 can be positioned in a variety of ways. In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 6, the oil suction member 30 is cylindrical. An oil suction member mounting groove 15 is provided within the oil cup 10. The groove 15 extends longitudinally along the oil cup 10 to the bottom of the oil cup 10, and the oil suction member 30 is mounted within the groove 15. This groove 15 facilitates positioning of the oil suction member 30 during assembly and facilitates its installation. Furthermore, once assembled, the groove 15 limits displacement of the oil suction member 30, thereby ensuring stable oil supply. The groove 15 can be located on the inner wall of the oil cup sidewall 12 or on the outer wall of the atomizing tube 11.
[0041] In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 7 , the oil suction member 30 is cylindrical and is mounted on the outer periphery of the atomizing tube 11, extending longitudinally along the oil cup 10 to the bottom of the oil cup 10. The oil suction member 30 is mounted on the atomizing tube 11, which serves to position and secure the oil suction member 30 and prevent displacement after installation. This eliminates the need for additional positioning or retaining members for the oil suction member 30, simplifying the structure of the atomizing assembly 100. Furthermore, the oil suction member 30 evenly covers the exterior of the atomizing tube 11, increasing the contact surface between the oil suction member 30 and the atomized substrate, thereby ensuring a high supply rate for the atomized substrate.
[0042] The oil absorbing member 30 also serves as an oil storage device. In one embodiment, the oil absorbing member 30 is housed within the accommodating cavity 14 formed by the oil cup 10 and the atomizing tube 11, storing the atomized matrix within the oil absorbing member 30. Combining the oil absorbing member 30 with the oil storage device reduces the amount of material and simplifies the assembly process and labor.
[0043] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , an oil guide mounting hole 111 is provided at the end of the atomizing tube 11 near the suction nozzle 20. The oil guide 41 is mounted within the oil guide mounting hole 111. The oil guide mounting hole 111 prevents the oil guide 41 from shifting. Referring to FIG3 and FIG8 , the atomizing assembly 100 is provided with a sealing seat 50. The sealing seat 50 is mounted between the suction nozzle 20 and the oil cup 10. The sealing seat 50 connects the suction nozzle 20 and the atomizing tube 11, respectively. The sealing seat 50 can be made of silicone, which has good compressibility. When the sealing seat 50 is assembled between the suction nozzle 20 and the oil cup 10, the sealing seat 50 is compressed and deformed to seal the oil cup 10, thereby preventing leakage of the atomized matrix. The sealing seat 50 is provided with a boss 51 at one end near the atomizing tube 11. The boss 51 engages the oil guide 41 within the oil guide mounting hole 111, further preventing the oil guide 41 from shifting.
[0044] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6. A transverse partition 112, a rib 113 and oil-absorbing cotton 60 are provided in the atomizing tube 11. The transverse partition 112 is connected to the inner wall of the atomizing tube 11, and an air inlet hole 114 is provided on the transverse partition 112. The suction resistance of the atomizing assembly 100 can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the air inlet hole 114, so that the user can experience the taste brought by different suction resistances. The rib 113 is strip-shaped and extends longitudinally along the atomizing tube 11. A plurality of ribs 113 are distributed at intervals and connected to the inner wall of the atomizing tube 11. One end of the rib 113 is connected to the side of the transverse partition 112 away from the suction nozzle 20, and the other end of the rib 113 abuts against the oil-absorbing cotton 60.
[0045] As the aerosol flows toward the suction nozzle 20, as the aerosol moves away from the heating element 42, the temperature of the aerosol decreases, and part of the aerosol liquefies to form condensate. Under the action of gravity, the condensate flows along the suction nozzle 20 and the inner wall of the atomizing tube 11 toward the end away from the suction nozzle 20. The condensate may cause some components of the atomizing device to fail. To recover the condensate, in one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the atomizing tube 11 is equipped with oil-absorbing cotton 60. The oil-absorbing cotton 60 can absorb the condensate, thereby reducing the risk of some components failing due to the condensate. The oil-absorbing cotton 60 is placed against the end of the rib 113 away from the suction nozzle 20. The rib 113 can prevent the oil-absorbing cotton 60 from shifting.
[0046] Referring to Figure 3, in one embodiment, electrode blind holes 131 are provided on the side of the oil cup base plate 13 facing away from the nozzle 20. Electrode blind holes 131 are located on both sides of the end of the atomizer tube 11. Heater pins 43 are connected to the heater 42. After passing through the oil cup base plate 13, the heater pins 43 bend toward the electrode blind holes 131 and adhere to the inner wall of the electrode blind holes 131. Electrodes 70 are inserted into the electrode blind holes 131 and are electrically connected to the heater pins 43. The provision of electrode blind holes 131 facilitates the alignment and installation of the electrodes 70, facilitating automated assembly and improving assembly efficiency.
[0047] The present application provides an atomizing device. Referring to FIG9 , the atomizing device 300 may include the atomizing assembly 100, the control assembly 310, and the power supply assembly 320 as described above. The control assembly 310 may control the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected or disconnected with the power supply assembly 320 according to the suction action, so as to control the atomizing assembly 100 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol or stop heating. Specifically, when inhaling through the mouthpiece 20, the control assembly 310 senses the negative pressure within the atomizing device 300, and the control assembly 310 controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected with the power supply assembly 320, and the atomizing core 40 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol; when the inhalation stops, the control assembly 310 controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be disconnected from the power supply assembly 320, and the atomizing core 40 stops heating the substrate.
[0048] The atomizer assembly provided in this application has at least the following beneficial effects:
[0049] 1. The atomizer core 40 is installed at one end of the atomizer tube 11 near the nozzle 20. One end of the oil suction member 30 is in fluid communication with the atomizer core 40. The oil suction member 30 transfers the atomized matrix stored in the oil cup 10 to the atomizer core 40. The supply rate of the atomized matrix in the atomizer core 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the oil suction member 30 and is not related to the hydraulic pressure of the atomized matrix in the oil cup 10. The supply rate of the atomized matrix is stable, which can ensure the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.
[0050] 2. The distance d between the atomizer core 40 and the end of the nozzle 20 away from the oil cup 10 is less than 20 mm, which reduces the distance for the aerosol to reach the user's inhalation end and can comprehensively improve various indicators of the aerosol.
[0051] 3. The oil guide member 41 and the oil suction member 30 are integrally formed to avoid a gap between the oil guide member 41 and the oil suction member 30 and to avoid increased fluid resistance, thereby making the supply of the atomized matrix smoother.
[0052] 4. When the oil suction member 30 is arranged in a columnar shape, an oil suction member mounting groove 15 is provided in the oil cup 10. The oil suction member 30 is installed in the oil suction member mounting groove 15, which can not only facilitate the installation and positioning of the oil suction member 30, but also limit the displacement of the oil suction member 30, thereby ensuring the stability of the oil supply of the oil suction member 30.
[0053] 5. When the oil suction member 30 is cylindrical, it is sleeved on the outer periphery of the atomizing tube 11. On the one hand, the atomizing tube 11 can be used to install and position the oil suction member 30 and prevent the oil suction member 30 from shifting after installation, thereby simplifying the structure of the atomizing assembly 100. On the other hand, the oil suction member 30 evenly covers the outside of the atomizing tube 11, increasing the contact surface between the oil suction member 30 and the atomizing substrate, thereby ensuring the supply rate of the atomizing substrate.
[0054] The above descriptions are only some embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention. Any equivalent device or equivalent process transformation made by using the contents of the description and drawings of the present invention, or directly or indirectly applied in other related technical fields, are also included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
