The contents of the above-mentioned prior applications are incorporated into this text by introduction. Technical Field

[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic atomizers, and in particular to an atomization assembly and an atomization device. Background Art

[0003] In the prior art, pins that are connected to the heating element as a whole are usually extended from both ends of the heating element, and the pins are connected to the power supply. Generally speaking, the heating element and the pins are integrally formed. In order to increase the heating power of the heating element, the heating element usually uses a material with a large resistivity, and accordingly, the pins also have a large resistivity. When the distance between the heating element and the power supply is large, the resistance value of the pin increases, which may lead to a power mismatch between the heating element and the pin, resulting in poor explosive power of the heating element, resulting in a poor taste of the aerosol. Therefore, how to improve the taste of the aerosol has become a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.

[0004] Pins are usually flexible wires with low bending stiffness. They are easily bent during assembly, making it difficult to align the pins and automating the assembly of atomizers, thus reducing assembly efficiency. Therefore, improving the assembly efficiency of atomizers has become a pressing technical issue.

[0061] The present application provides two concepts (a first concept and a second concept) regarding an atomization assembly and an atomization device. The following embodiments of Figures 1 to 12 of the present application are different implementations under the first concept. Under the first concept, the same components are represented by the same reference numerals, and different reference numerals represent different components. The following embodiments of Figures 13 to 24 of the present application are different implementations under the second concept. Under the second concept, the same components are represented by the same reference numerals, and different reference numerals represent different components. Under different concepts, the same reference numerals may represent different components, and components with the same name may use different reference numerals.

[0062] The present application provides an atomizer assembly. Referring to Figures 1 to 4, the atomizer assembly 1100 may include a lower shell 110, an upper shell 210, a liquid-conducting medium 313, an atomizer core 410, and a first electrode 510. A liquid storage chamber 1140 and an airway tube 1110 are provided within the lower shell 110. An atomizer substrate is stored in the liquid storage chamber 1140. One end of the liquid storage chamber 1140 is open, and the upper shell 210 is connected to the open end of the lower shell 110. When heated, the atomizer substrate atomizes to generate an aerosol, which passes through the upper shell 210 to the end where the user inhales. The atomizer core 410 is disposed on a side of the airway tube 1110 near the open end of the liquid storage chamber 1140. The liquid-conducting medium 313 is disposed within the liquid storage chamber 1140, with one end of the liquid-conducting medium 313 extending toward the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140 and the other end of the liquid-conducting medium 313 contacting the atomizer core 410 to achieve fluid communication. For the atomizer assembly 1100, the direction in which the upper shell 210 is located relative to the lower shell 110 is defined as "up," "upper side," or "top," and the opposite direction is defined as "lower," "lower side," or "bottom." The liquid-conducting medium 313 is used to transfer the atomized substrate stored in the liquid storage chamber 1140 to the atomizer core 410. The atomizer core 410 is provided with a heater 412 for atomizing the atomized substrate into an aerosol.

[0063] The first electrode 510 is disposed within the air tube 1110 and is electrically connected to the heater 412. The distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the atomizer core 410 is smaller than the distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140. This means that the first electrode 510 is positioned close to the atomizer core 410, thereby reducing the resistance between the first electrode 510 and the heater 412 and lowering power loss. Furthermore, the resistivity of the first electrode 510 is smaller than the resistivity of the connection between the heater 412 and the first electrode 510, thereby reducing the resistance of the circuit.

[0064] In the atomizer assembly 1100 provided in the present application, the distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the atomizer core 410 is smaller than the distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140, thereby reducing the resistance between the first electrode 510 and the heater 412 and reducing power loss. Furthermore, the resistivity of the first electrode 510 is smaller than the resistivity of the connection between the heater 412 and the first electrode 510, thereby reducing the resistance of the circuit and concentrating the heating power on the heater 412, thereby enhancing the explosive power of the heater 412 and improving the taste of the aerosol.

[0065] Please refer to Figure 5. The lower shell 110 may include a lower shell side wall 1120 and a lower shell bottom plate 1130. The lower shell bottom plate 1130 is connected to the end of the lower shell side wall 1120 away from the upper shell 210. The air circuit tube 1110 is connected to the lower shell bottom plate 1130. The lower shell side wall 1120, the lower shell bottom plate 1130 and the air circuit tube 1110 are arranged to form a liquid storage chamber 1140. The atomized matrix is stored in the liquid storage chamber 1140. The open end of the liquid storage chamber 1140 is located at the end of the lower shell 110 near the upper shell 210, and the atomizer core 410 is disposed on the side of the air tube 1110 near the open end of the liquid storage chamber 1140. The liquid-conducting medium 313 attracts the atomized substrate in the liquid storage chamber 1140 to the atomizer core 410. Therefore, there is no need to provide an opening at the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140 to transport the substrate to the atomizer core. This solves the problem of atomized substrate easily leaking from the bottom opening of the liquid storage chamber 1140 under gravity. The lower shell 110 can be made of plastic, and the air tube 1110, lower shell sidewall 1120, and lower shell bottom plate 1130 can be integrally formed.

[0066] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , the atomizer core 410 includes an oil guide 411, which is used to attract the atomized substrate to the heater 412. The oil guide 411 is mounted on the end of the air tube 1110 away from the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140. The heater 412 spirally surrounds the outer circumference of the oil guide 411. The heater 412 is located within the air tube 1110, and the oil guide 411 is in fluid communication with the liquid-conducting medium 313. The heater 412 can be made of stainless steel, nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, or titanium alloy.

[0067] Users have increasingly higher requirements for the taste of aerosols, and specific evaluation indicators may include sweetness, coolness, fullness of aroma, and absence of burnt taste. In the prior art, the method of adjusting the atomization device to meet the taste can only improve one of the indicators, but may reduce another indicator. For example, increasing the heating power of the atomization core can improve the sweetness of the aerosol, but high-power heating can cause a burnt taste; for another example, the sweetness can be improved by adjusting the components of the atomization matrix, but the atomization matrix with higher sweetness is prone to carbon deposits in the aerosol generated by atomization, affecting the taste. In the present application, by installing the atomization core 410 on the side of the air tube 1110 close to the open end of the liquid storage chamber 1140, the distance from the aerosol to the user's inhalation end is reduced, and various indicators of the aerosol can be comprehensively improved. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the distance d between the atomization core 410 and the end of the upper shell 210 away from the lower shell 110 is less than 20 mm. The distance d here refers to the length between the upper edge of the atomizer core 410 and the upper edge of the upper shell 210. In conventional solutions, the distance between the atomizer core 410 and the upper shell 210 is typically greater than 40 mm, resulting in a reduced taste when the aerosol reaches the user's inhalation end, resulting in a poor user experience. Specifically, the distance d between the atomizer core 410 and the upper shell 210 can be 20 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm, 15 mm, etc., and is not specifically limited here.

[0068] The oil guide 411 and the liquid-conducting medium 313 are both porous media. The materials of the oil guide 411 and the liquid-conducting medium 313 can be different or the same. In one embodiment, the oil guide 411 and the liquid-conducting medium 313 are both made of porous fiber materials, such as one or more of fiber cotton, non-woven fabrics, linen, and chemical fiber fabrics. These materials all have excellent lipophilicity and oil-binding properties. Compared to ceramic materials, fiber materials have smaller pore sizes and higher porosity, resulting in a more delicate aerosol generated by atomization, with a richer sweetness and aroma.

[0069] The oil guide member 411 and the liquid guiding medium 313 can be processed separately and then connected. In one embodiment, the oil guide member 411 and the liquid guiding medium 313 are integrally formed to avoid a gap at the connection between the oil guide member 411 and the liquid guiding medium 313 that increases fluid resistance, thereby making the supply of the atomized matrix smoother.

[0070] In the prior art, the atomizer core is located at the bottom of the lower shell. Gravity creates hydraulic pressure within the lower shell, causing the atomizer core to flow toward the atomizer core. The magnitude of the hydraulic pressure within the lower shell determines the supply of atomizer core atomizer. During use, some atomizer core atomizes to form aerosol, gradually reducing the amount of atomizer core. This decreases the hydraulic pressure within the lower shell, reducing the rate at which atomizer core flows toward the atomizer core. This change in the atomizer core supply rate results in inconsistent flavors of the aerosol generated by the atomizer core, impacting the user experience. In the present application, the atomizer core 410 is installed on the upper part of the lower shell 110, and the atomizer matrix stored in the lower shell 110 is adsorbed to the atomizer core 410 through the liquid-conducting medium 313, so that the supply rate of the atomizer matrix in the atomizer core 410 depends only on the adsorption force of the liquid-conducting medium 313. The adsorption force of the liquid-conducting medium 313 is a property of the material itself and has nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure of the atomizer matrix in the lower shell 110. The reduction of the atomizer matrix in the lower shell 110 will not affect the supply rate of the atomizer matrix. The supply rate of the atomizer matrix is stable, thereby ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.

[0071] The liquid-guiding medium 313 can be arranged in a variety of ways. The liquid-guiding medium 313 can be cylindrical or cylindrical, and is disposed on the outer periphery of the gas line tube 1110. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG6 , the liquid-guiding medium 313 is cylindrical, and a liquid-guiding medium mounting groove 1150 is provided within the lower housing 110. The liquid-guiding medium mounting groove 1150 extends longitudinally along the liquid storage cavity 1140 to the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 1140, and the liquid-guiding medium 313 is mounted within the liquid-guiding medium mounting groove 1150. This groove 1150 facilitates positioning of the liquid-guiding medium 313 during assembly, facilitating its installation. Furthermore, once the liquid-guiding medium 313 is assembled within the groove 1150, the groove 1150 limits displacement of the liquid-guiding medium 313, thereby ensuring stable oil supply to the liquid-guiding medium 313. The liquid-conducting medium installation groove 1150 can be set on the inner wall of the lower shell side wall 1120 , and can also be set on the outer wall of the gas pipe 1110 .

[0072] In another embodiment, as shown in FIG7 , the liquid-conducting medium 313 is cylindrical and is sleeved on the outer periphery of the air tube 1110 . The liquid-conducting medium 313 extends longitudinally along the liquid storage cavity 1140 to the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 1140 . The liquid-conducting medium 313 is sleeved on the air tube 1110 , which can be used to install and position the liquid-conducting medium 313 and prevent the liquid-conducting medium 313 from shifting after installation. No additional positioning or limiting components for the liquid-conducting medium 313 are required, thereby simplifying the structure of the atomizing assembly 1100 . In addition, the liquid-conducting medium 313 is evenly covered on the outside of the air tube 1110 , increasing the contact surface between the liquid-conducting medium 313 and the atomized substrate, thereby ensuring the supply rate of the atomized substrate.

[0073] The heating element 412 is usually in the shape of a slender filament, and the part thereof connected to the first electrode 510 is also a filament structure, which is directly connected together. Due to the low strength of the filament structure, it is easy to deform or break during the assembly process. In order to prevent the heating element 412 from deforming or breaking and to improve the stability of the electrical contact between the heating element 412 and the first electrode 510, in one embodiment, the atomization assembly 1100 further includes a support member 610, as shown in Figures 3 and 8. The support member 610 is arranged between the atomization core 410 and the first electrode 510, and is provided with a first through hole 611 connected to the air circuit tube 1110. After the first through hole 611 is opened, the support member 610 can be hollow and cylindrical. When assembling the atomizer assembly 1100, the atomizer core 410 can be first installed on the support member 610, and then the support member 610 can be assembled into the air circuit tube 1110. Since the support member 610 serves as a support body, the heating element 412 can be prevented from being deformed or broken, effectively improving the connection strength between the heating element 412 and the first electrode 510, and improving the stability of the electrical contact between the heating element 412 and the first electrode 510.

[0074] The support member 610 can be made of silicone to facilitate the assembly of the support member 610 into the air tube 1110. There are many ways to install the atomizer core 410 on the support member 610. In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the support member 610 is provided with a pin through hole 612 and an electrode blind hole 613 extending axially along the air tube 1110, and the opening of the electrode blind hole 613 is facing the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140. The top of the first electrode 510 is inserted into the electrode blind hole 613, and the heating element 412 is provided with a heating element pin 413. The heating element pin 413 passes through the pin through hole 612, bends into the electrode blind hole 613 and is in electrical contact with the first electrode 510. Specifically, after the heating element pin 413 passes through the pin through hole 612, the heating element pin 413 can be fixed to the inner wall of the pin through hole 612 by gluing or other means. Because the support member 610 is disposed between the atomizer core 410 and the first electrode 510 and is close to the atomizer core 410, the distance between the support member 610 and the heater 412 is relatively short, making the heater pins 413 shorter and improving the bending stiffness of the heater pins 413. The heater pins 413 with greater stiffness support the heater 412 on the support member 610, preventing deformation of the heater 412. The provision of the electrode blind hole 613 facilitates the installation and alignment of the first electrode 510.

[0075] In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 9, the top of the first electrode 510 is inserted into the electrode blind hole 613, and the heater pin 413 pierces the support member 610 at the location where the electrode blind hole 613 is set and is in electrical contact with the first electrode 510. It can be understood that in order to facilitate the heater pin 413 to pierce the support member 610, the thickness of the support member 610 at the location where the electrode blind hole 613 is opened is thinner. After the heater pin 413 pierces the support member 610, the support member 610 wrapped around the heater pin 413 can limit the displacement of the heater pin 413, thereby preventing the heater 412 from deforming. Of course, glue can also be applied to the piercing location of the heater pin 413 to further fix the heater pin 413.

[0076] The atomizer core 410 can be disposed transversely along the air tube 1110. To facilitate the installation and alignment of the atomizer core 410 and the support member 610, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG8 , a first mounting hole 614 is defined at one end of the support member 610 away from the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140, and the atomizer core 410 is mounted in the first mounting hole 614.

[0077] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , an oil guide member mounting hole 1111 is provided at the end of the air line tube 1110 near the upper shell 210. The oil guide member mounting hole 1111 corresponds to the first mounting hole 614, and the oil guide member 411 is mounted within the oil guide member mounting hole 1111. The oil guide member mounting hole 1111 prevents the oil guide member 411 from shifting. Referring to FIG3 and FIG10 , the atomizer assembly 1100 is provided with a sealing seat 710. The sealing seat 710 is mounted between the upper shell 210 and the lower shell 110. The sealing seat 710 is connected to the upper shell 210 and the air line tube 1110. The sealing seat 710 can be made of silicone material, which has good compressibility. When the sealing seat 710 is assembled between the upper shell 210 and the lower shell 110, the sealing seat 710 is compressed and deformed to seal the lower shell 110, thereby preventing leakage of the atomized matrix. The sealing seat 710 engages the oil guide member 411 in the oil guide member installation hole 1111 to prevent the oil guide member 411 from shifting after installation.

[0078] The liquid-conducting medium 313 made of fiber material is relatively soft and cannot provide support for the heating element 412 surrounding the outer periphery of the oil-conducting element 411. It is easy to shift after assembly. The shift of the liquid-conducting medium 313 may affect the supply of the atomized matrix, and it is easy to deform when squeezed during assembly, making the shape of the heating element 412 inconsistent with the design. The change in the shape of the heating element 412 will affect the taste consistency of the aerosol generated by the atomization core 410. To prevent the liquid-conducting medium 313 from shifting, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 11, the atomization assembly 1100 is provided with a bracket 810. The bracket 810 is arranged at one end of the lower shell 110 close to the upper shell 210. The bracket 810 is accommodated in the lower shell 110. The bracket 810 is arranged around the outer periphery of the liquid-conducting medium 313, and the sealing seat 710 is covered at one end of the bracket 810 close to the upper shell 210. By providing the bracket 810, the liquid-conducting medium 313 is confined between the bracket 810 and the air tube 1110, which can prevent the liquid-conducting medium 313 from shifting after assembly, thereby ensuring the stability of the atomization matrix supply. At the same time, it can also prevent the heating element 412 from being deformed, thereby ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by the atomization core 410.

[0079] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6. A diaphragm 1112 and a rib 1113 are provided in the air tube 1110. The diaphragm 1112 is connected to the inner wall of the air tube 1110, and an air inlet hole 1114 is provided on the diaphragm 1112. The suction resistance of the atomizer assembly 1100 can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the air inlet hole 1114, so that the user can experience the taste brought by different suction resistances. One end of the first electrode 510 is inserted into the diaphragm 1112. When assembling the atomizer assembly 1100, the first electrode 510 can be first inserted and fixed on the diaphragm 1112, and then the support 610 and the atomizer core 410 can be installed on the air tube 1110 to achieve electrical connection of the atomizer core 410.

[0080] The convex rib 1113 is strip-shaped and extends longitudinally along the air pipe 1110. Multiple convex ribs 1113 are distributed at intervals and connected to the inner wall of the air pipe 1110. One end of the convex rib 1113 is connected to the side of the diaphragm 1112 away from the upper shell 210.

[0081] As the aerosol flows toward the upper shell 210, its temperature decreases as it moves away from the heating element 412, and some of the aerosol liquefies to form condensate. Under the influence of gravity, the condensate flows along the inner wall of the upper shell 210 and the air tube 1110 toward the end away from the upper shell 210. This condensate may cause some components of the atomizer to fail. To recover the condensate, in one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, oil-absorbing cotton 1160 is placed within the air tube 1110. The oil-absorbing cotton 1160 absorbs the condensate, thereby reducing the risk of condensate-induced component failure. The oil-absorbing cotton 1160 abuts against the end of the rib 1113 away from the upper shell 210, which prevents the oil-absorbing cotton 1160 from shifting.

[0082] Referring to Figure 3, in one embodiment, electrode recesses 1131 are provided on the side of the lower housing bottom plate 1130 facing away from the upper housing 210. These recesses 1131 are located on either side of the end of the gas tube 1110. A heater lead 117 is installed within the gas tube 1110. One end of the heater lead 117 is electrically connected to the first electrode 510. The opposite end of the heater lead 117 passes through the lower housing bottom plate 1130, bends toward the electrode recess 1131, and is positioned within the recess. The second electrode 910 is inserted into the recess 1131 and electrically connected to the heater lead 117. The provision of the electrode recess 1131 facilitates the alignment and installation of the second electrode 910, improving assembly efficiency.

[0083] The present application provides an atomizing device. Referring to FIG. 12 , the atomizing device 3100 may include the atomizing assembly 1100, the control assembly 3110, and the power supply assembly 3120 as described above. The control assembly 3110 may control the atomizing assembly 1100 to be connected or disconnected with the power supply assembly 3120 according to the inhalation action, so as to control the atomizing assembly 1100 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol or stop heating. Specifically, when inhaling through the upper shell 210, the control assembly 3110 senses the negative pressure within the atomizing device 3100, and the control assembly 3110 controls the atomizing assembly 1100 to be connected with the power supply assembly 3120, and the atomizing core 410 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol; when inhalation stops, the control assembly 3110 controls the atomizing assembly 1100 to be disconnected from the power supply assembly 3120, and the atomizing core 410 stops heating the substrate.

[0084] The atomizer assembly provided in this application has at least the following beneficial effects:

[0085] 1. The distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the atomizing core 410 is smaller than the distance between the top of the first electrode 510 and the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140, thereby reducing the resistance between the first electrode 510 and the heater 412 and reducing power loss. Furthermore, the resistivity of the first electrode 510 is smaller than the resistivity of the connection between the heater 412 and the first electrode 510, thereby reducing the resistance of the circuit and concentrating the heating power on the heater 412, thereby increasing the explosive power of the heater 412 and improving the taste of the aerosol.

[0086] 2. The atomizer core 410 is installed at one end of the lower shell 110 close to the upper shell 210. The liquid-conducting medium 313 absorbs the atomized matrix in the liquid storage chamber 1140 to the atomizer core 410. Therefore, there is no need to set an opening at the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 1140 to transport the matrix to the atomizer core. This can solve the problem of the atomized matrix easily leaking from the bottom opening of the liquid storage chamber 1140 under gravity.

[0087] 3. The distance d between the atomizing core 410 and the end of the upper shell 210 away from the lower shell 110 is less than 20 mm, which reduces the distance for the aerosol to reach the user's inhalation end and can comprehensively improve various indicators of the aerosol.

[0088] 4. The oil guide member 411 and the liquid guide medium 313 are integrally formed to avoid a gap between the oil guide member 411 and the liquid guide medium 313 and to avoid increased fluid resistance, thereby making the supply of the atomized matrix smoother.

[0089] 5. The atomizer core 410 is installed on the upper part of the lower shell 110. The atomizer substrate stored in the lower shell 110 is adsorbed to the atomizer core 410 through the liquid-conducting medium 313, so that the supply rate of the atomizer substrate in the atomizer core 410 depends only on the adsorption force of the liquid-conducting medium 313. The reduction of the atomizer substrate in the lower shell 110 will not affect the supply rate of the atomizer substrate. The supply rate of the atomizer substrate is stable, which can ensure the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.

[0090] 6. The atomizer assembly 1100 is provided with a support member 610, and the atomizer core 410 is mounted on the support member 610. The support member 610 serves as a support body to prevent the heating element 412 from being deformed or broken, effectively improving the connection strength between the heating element 412 and the first electrode 510, and improving the stability of the electrical contact between the heating element 412 and the first electrode 510.

[0091] 7. The atomizing assembly 1100 is provided with a bracket 810, which is arranged around the outer periphery of the liquid-conducting medium 313. The bracket 810 confines the liquid-conducting medium 313 between the bracket 810 and the air tube 1110, preventing the liquid-conducting medium 313 from shifting after assembly, thereby ensuring the stability of the atomized matrix supply.

[0092] The present application also provides an atomization assembly. Referring to Figures 13 to 16, the atomization assembly 100 may include a liquid storage tank 10, a suction nozzle 20, an oil suction component 30, an atomizer 40, and a first electrode portion 50. The liquid storage tank 10 is used to store the atomized matrix. The suction nozzle 20 is covered at one end of the liquid storage tank 10. The oil suction component 30 is fluidically connected to the atomizer 40 so that the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank 10 can be transferred to the atomizer 40. The atomizer 40 is used to atomize the atomized matrix into an aerosol, and the aerosol reaches the end for the user to inhale through the suction nozzle 20. The liquid storage tank 10 has an open end. An atomization chamber 11 is provided in the liquid storage tank 10, one end of the atomization chamber 11 is connected to the suction nozzle 20, and the other end of the atomization chamber 11 extends to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10. The air outlet of the atomization chamber 11 is located on the same side as the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. The atomizer 40 is disposed within the atomizer chamber 11 and is located at the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. A first electrode 50 is mounted within the atomizer chamber 11, with one end of the first electrode 50 abutting against the atomizer 40 to establish an electrical connection. The atomizer 40 is connected to a power source through the first electrode 50, which provides electrical energy for the atomizer 40 to operate.

[0093] The atomizer assembly 100 provided in the present application has a first electrode portion 50 installed in the atomizer chamber 11, one end of the first electrode portion 50 abuts against the atomizer 40, and the first electrode portion 50 is electrically connected to the atomizer 40. The atomizer 40 does not need to be connected to the power supply through pins, and the first electrode portion 50 has greater rigidity than the pins and will not bend during assembly, making it easy to align the atomizer 40 and the first electrode portion 50, which is beneficial to the automated assembly of the atomizer 40 and can improve assembly efficiency.

[0094] Please refer to Figures 13 to 17. The atomizer 40 can be arranged vertically along the atomizer assembly 100. The atomizer 40 includes an oil guide body 41, a heating body 42 and a heating pin 43. The oil guide body 41 is used to adsorb the atomized matrix to the heating body 42. The heating body 42 heats the atomized matrix to generate an aerosol. The atomizer 40 is connected to the power supply through the heating pin 43. The oil guide body 41 has a hollow cylindrical structure. The outer wall of the oil guide body 41 is attached to the inner wall of the atomization chamber 11 and contacts the oil absorption member 30 to achieve fluid circulation. The heating body 42 is attached to the inner wall of the oil guide body 41. The heating pin 43 is connected to the heating body 42 and abuts against the first electrode portion 50 to achieve electrical contact. The oil guide body 41 is a porous medium. The oil guide body 41 can be a porous ceramic material. Compared to fiber materials, the oil-conducting body 41 made of ceramic material has a certain degree of rigidity. When the first electrode portion 50 abuts against the oil-conducting body 41, the oil-conducting body 41 is less likely to deform, thereby ensuring the reliability of the electrical connection between the first electrode portion 50 and the atomizer 40. The heating body 42 can be made of stainless steel, nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum, or titanium alloy. The heating body 42 can have a mesh structure to increase the contact area between the heating body 42 and the oil-conducting body 41 and improve heating efficiency.

[0095] Optionally, the heating pin 43 is provided with an electrode contact 44, which is attached to the end surface of the oil-conducting body 41 near the top of the first electrode portion 50, and the first electrode portion 50 abuts the electrode contact 44. Providing the electrode contact 44 at the end of the oil-conducting body 41 near the first electrode portion 50 facilitates the installation and alignment between the atomizer 40 and the first electrode portion 50, facilitating automated assembly of the atomizer 40.

[0096] Users have increasingly higher requirements for the taste of aerosols, and specific evaluation indicators may include sweetness, coolness, fullness of aroma, and absence of a mushy taste. In the prior art, methods of adjusting the atomizer to meet the taste requirements can only improve one of the indicators, but may reduce another indicator. For example, increasing the heating power of the atomizer to improve the sweetness of the aerosol, but high-power heating will cause a mushy taste; for another example, adjusting the components of the atomizer matrix to improve the sweetness, but atomizer matrices with higher sweetness are prone to carbon deposits in the aerosol generated by atomization, affecting the taste. In the present application, by installing the atomizer 40 at one end of the atomizer chamber 11 close to the mouthpiece 20, the distance from the aerosol to the user's inhalation end is reduced, and various indicators of the aerosol can be comprehensively improved. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, the distance d between the atomizer 40 and the end of the mouthpiece 20 away from the liquid storage tank 10 is less than 20 mm. The distance d here refers to the length between the upper edge of the atomizer 40 and the upper edge of the mouthpiece 20. In conventional solutions, the distance between the atomizer 40 and the mouthpiece 20 is typically greater than 40 mm, resulting in a reduced taste when the aerosol reaches the user's inhalation end, resulting in a poor user experience. Specifically, the distance d between the atomizer 40 and the mouthpiece 20 can be 20 mm, 18 mm, 16 mm, 15 mm, etc., and is not specifically limited here.

[0097] The atomizing chamber 11 can have various implementations. In one embodiment, the atomizing chamber 11 includes a first atomizing tube 111, as shown in Figure 18. The first atomizing tube 111 has a hollow cylindrical structure. One end of the first atomizing tube 111 is connected to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10, and the other end of the first atomizing tube 111 is connected to the suction nozzle 20. The atomizing element 40 is installed on the side of the first atomizing tube 111 near the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. When assembling the atomizing element 40, the atomizing element 40 can be pressed into the first atomizing tube 111 from one end of the suction nozzle 20. A limiter can be provided on the inner wall of the first atomizing tube 111 to limit the displacement of the atomizing element 40. An oil hole is provided on the side wall of the first atomizing tube 111 to allow the atomizing element 40 to be in fluid communication with the oil suction element 30. The first atomizing tube 111 can be made of plastic and can be integrally processed and molded with the liquid storage tank 10.

[0098] The oil guide body 41 made of ceramic material has a certain degree of brittleness and there is a risk of fracturing when under pressure. To prevent the atomizer 40 from being crushed, in one embodiment, as shown in Figure 19, the atomizer chamber 11 also includes a second atomizer tube 112, which is arranged on the side of the first atomizer tube 111 close to the open end of the liquid storage tank 10, and one end of the second atomizer tube 112 is connected to the mouthpiece 20. The atomizer 40 is installed in the second atomizer tube 112. The second atomizer tube 112 can be made of metal. The atomizer chamber 11 is set to have two relatively independent first atomizer tubes 111 and second atomizer tubes 112 in the upper and lower sections, and the atomizer 40 is installed in the second atomizer tube 112, so that the atomizer 40 and the second atomizer tube 112 are combined into an independent module. The atomizer 40 can be pre-assembled into the second atomizer tube 112. The second atomizer tube 112 has a higher compressive strength than the atomizer 40, which can prevent the atomizer 40 from being crushed.

[0099] The oil-absorbing member 30 is a porous medium, and the oil-absorbing member 30 can be a porous fiber material or porous ceramic with good adsorption capacity. In the prior art, the atomizing member is arranged at the lower part of the liquid storage tank. The atomizing matrix in the liquid storage tank generates hydraulic pressure due to gravity, and the atomizing matrix flows to the atomizing member under the action of the hydraulic pressure. The magnitude of the hydraulic pressure in the liquid storage tank determines the supply rate of the atomizing matrix in the atomizing member. During the use of the atomizing device, part of the atomizing matrix is atomized to generate aerosol, and the atomizing matrix gradually decreases. The hydraulic pressure in the liquid storage tank decreases accordingly, and the rate at which the atomizing matrix flows to the atomizing member decreases. The change in the supply rate of the atomizing matrix will cause the taste of the aerosol generated by the atomizing member to be inconsistent, affecting the user experience. In the present application, an oil-absorbing member 30 is provided to absorb the atomized matrix stored in the liquid storage tank 10 to the atomizing member 40, so that the supply of the atomized matrix in the atomizing member 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the oil-absorbing member 30. The adsorption force of the oil-absorbing member 30 is a property of the material itself and has nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure of the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank 10. The reduction of the atomized matrix in the liquid storage tank 10 will not affect the supply rate of the atomized matrix. The supply rate of the atomized matrix is stable, thereby ensuring the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.

[0100] The oil suction member 30 can be arranged in a variety of ways. The oil suction member 30 can be cylindrical or columnar, with one end of the oil suction member 30 extending to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10, and the other end of the oil suction member 30 contacting the atomizing member 40 to achieve fluid communication. In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 20, the oil suction member 30 is cylindrical and is mounted on the outer periphery of the atomizing chamber 11. The oil suction member 30 extends longitudinally to the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10. The oil suction member 30 is mounted on the atomizing chamber 11, which can be used to install and position the oil suction member 30 and prevent the oil suction member 30 from shifting after installation. No additional positioning or limiting components for the oil suction member 30 are required, simplifying the structure of the atomizing assembly 100. In addition, the oil suction member 30 evenly covers the outside of the atomizing chamber 11, and the contact area between the oil suction member 30 and the atomized substrate is large, which can ensure the supply rate of the atomized substrate.

[0101] In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 21 , the oil absorbing member 30 is cylindrical. An oil absorbing member mounting groove 15 is provided within the liquid storage tank 10. The groove 15 extends longitudinally along the liquid storage tank 10 to the bottom of the tank 10, and the oil absorbing member 30 is mounted within the groove 15. This groove 15 facilitates positioning of the oil absorbing member 30 during assembly and facilitates its installation. Furthermore, once assembled, the groove 15 limits displacement of the oil absorbing member 30, thereby ensuring stable oil supply from the oil absorbing member 30. The groove 15 can be located on the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 10 or on the outer wall of the atomization chamber 11.

[0102] The oil-absorbing member 30 is prone to displacement during assembly. To prevent this, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 13 to 16 and 22 , the atomizer assembly 100 includes a bracket 80. The bracket 80 is installed within the liquid reservoir 10, located at the open end of the reservoir 10. The bracket 80 confines the oil-absorbing member 30 between the bracket 80 and the atomizing chamber 11. The bracket 80 can be made of silicone, which has excellent compressibility. When assembled within the reservoir 10, the bracket 80 compresses and deforms, sealing the reservoir 10 and preventing leakage of the atomized substrate. The bracket 80 can also be made of plastic, which has high strength and is less prone to deformation, thus preventing the oil-absorbing member 30 from displacing. If the first atomizer tube 111 is made of plastic, a silicone ring can be positioned at the contact point between the first atomizer tube 111 and the reservoir 10 to enhance the sealability of the reservoir 10.

[0103] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 13 to 16 and 23, the atomizer assembly 100 is provided with a sealing base 60, which is mounted on the open end of the liquid storage tank 10. The sealing base 60 is located between the suction nozzle 20 and the atomizing chamber 11 and is in communication with the suction nozzle 20. The sealing base 60 is partially embedded in the bracket 80 and is in communication with the atomizing chamber 11, with one end of the atomizing chamber 11 abutting against the sealing base 60. The sealing base 60 can be made of silicone to improve the airtightness of the atomizing chamber 11.

[0104] As the aerosol flows toward the nozzle 20, its temperature decreases as it moves away from the heater 42, and some of the aerosol liquefies to form condensate. If this condensate mixes with the aerosol and flows toward the nozzle 20, it will affect the taste of the aerosol. In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 13 to 16 , a first oil-absorbing cotton pad 70 is placed inside the nozzle 20. The first oil-absorbing cotton pad 70 abuts the side of the sealing base 60 near the nozzle 20. The first oil-absorbing cotton pad 70 absorbs the condensate to ensure the taste of the aerosol.

[0105] Referring to Figure 18 , a diaphragm 114 is provided within the atomizing chamber 11. This diaphragm 114 is connected to the inner wall of the atomizing chamber 11 and defines an air inlet 116. Specifically, the diaphragm 114 can be provided on the first atomizing tube 111. The draw resistance of the atomizing assembly 100 can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the air inlet 116, allowing users to experience different flavors with varying draw resistances.

[0106] One end of the first electrode portion 50 is inserted into the diaphragm 114, as shown in Figure 15. When assembling the atomizer assembly 100, the first electrode portion 50 can be first inserted and fixed into the diaphragm 114, and then the atomizer 40 can be abutted against the end of the first electrode portion 50 to achieve electrical connection of the atomizer 40. The above operations can all be performed using a robotic arm, thereby automating the assembly of the atomizer assembly 100 and improving assembly efficiency.

[0107] Referring to Figures 15 and 18 , a rib 115 is provided within the first atomizing tube 111 . The rib 115 is strip-shaped and extends longitudinally along the first atomizing tube 111 . The ribs 115 are spaced apart and connected to the inner wall of the first atomizing tube 111 . One end of the rib 115 is connected to the side of the diaphragm 114 away from the nozzle 20 .

[0108] Part of the aerosol liquefies in the atomizing chamber 11 to form condensate. Under the action of gravity, the condensate flows along the suction nozzle 20 and the inner wall of the atomizing chamber 11 toward the end away from the suction nozzle 20. The condensate may cause some components of the atomizing device to fail. To recover the condensate, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 15 and 18, a second oil-absorbing cotton 90 is placed in the first atomizing tube 111. The second oil-absorbing cotton 90 can absorb the condensate, thereby reducing the risk of failure of some components caused by the condensate. The second oil-absorbing cotton 90 abuts against one end near the bottom of the liquid storage tank 10, and the rib 115 can prevent the second oil-absorbing cotton 90 from shifting.

[0109] Referring to Figures 14 to 16 and 18, the liquid storage tank 10 may include a liquid storage tank side wall 12 and a liquid storage tank bottom plate 13. The liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 is connected to the end of the liquid storage tank side wall 12 away from the suction nozzle 20, and the first atomization pipe 111 is provided on the liquid storage tank bottom plate 13. The liquid storage tank side wall 12, the liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 and the atomization chamber 11 are arranged to form a receiving chamber 14, and the atomized matrix is stored in the receiving chamber 14. Since the atomizer 40 is installed in the upper middle part of the atomizer chamber 11, the oil absorption member 30 absorbs the atomized matrix in the receiving chamber 14 to the atomizer 40. Therefore, there is no need to provide an opening at the bottom of the receiving chamber 14 to transport the matrix to the atomizer, which can solve the problem that the atomized matrix easily leaks from the bottom opening of the receiving chamber 14 under gravity.

[0110] Please refer to Figure 15. In one embodiment, an electrode sink 131 is provided on the side of the liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 away from the suction nozzle 20. The electrode sinks 131 are distributed on both sides of the end of the atomization chamber 11. A heater lead 16 is provided in the atomization chamber 11. One end of the heater lead 16 is electrically connected to the first electrode portion 50. The other end of the heater lead 16 passes through the liquid storage tank bottom plate 13 and is bent toward the electrode sink 131 and attached to the electrode sink 131. A second electrode portion 132 is inserted into the electrode sink 131, and the second electrode portion 132 is electrically connected to the heater lead 16. The heater lead 16 can be attached to the inner wall of the atomization chamber 11. The inner wall of the atomization chamber 11 can also be grooved or provided with a limiter to limit the displacement of the heater lead 16. The heater lead 16 has a certain rigidity to facilitate clamping and installation using a robotic arm. By providing the electrode sink 131 , the installation and alignment of the second electrode portion 132 can be facilitated to adapt to automated assembly, thereby improving assembly efficiency.

[0111] The present application provides an atomizing device. Referring to FIG. 24 , the atomizing device 300 may include the atomizing assembly 100, the control assembly 310, and the power supply assembly 320 as described above. The control assembly 310 may control the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected or disconnected with the power supply assembly 320 according to the suction action, so as to control the atomizing assembly 100 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol or stop heating. Specifically, when inhaling through the mouthpiece 20, the control assembly 310 senses the negative pressure within the atomizing device 300, and the control assembly 310 controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected with the power supply assembly 320, and the atomizing element 40 to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol; when inhalation stops, the control assembly 310 controls the atomizing assembly 100 to be disconnected from the power supply assembly 320, and the atomizing element 40 stops heating the substrate.

[0112] The atomizer assembly provided in this application has at least the following beneficial effects:

[0113] 1. A first electrode portion 50 is installed in the atomizing chamber 11. One end of the first electrode portion 50 abuts against the atomizing element 40. The first electrode portion 50 is electrically connected to the atomizing element 40. The alignment between the atomizing element 40 and the first electrode portion 50 is convenient, which is conducive to the automated assembly of the atomizing element 40 and can improve assembly efficiency.

[0114] 2. The heating pin 43 is provided with an electrode contact 44, which is attached to the end surface of the oil guide body 41 near the top of the first electrode part 50, which can facilitate the installation and alignment between the atomizer 40 and the first electrode part 50, and is conducive to the automated assembly of the atomizer 40.

[0115] 3. The distance d between the atomizer 40 and the end of the nozzle 20 away from the liquid storage tank 10 is less than 20 mm, which reduces the distance for the aerosol to reach the user's inhalation end and can comprehensively improve various indicators of the aerosol.

[0116] 4. The atomizing chamber 11 is configured as two relatively independent upper and lower sections of a first atomizing tube 111 and a second atomizing tube 112 . The atomizing element 40 is installed in the second atomizing tube 112 . The atomizing element 40 is pre-assembled in the second atomizing tube 112 to prevent the atomizing element 40 from being crushed.

[0117] 5. The oil-absorbing member 30 is provided to absorb the atomized matrix stored in the liquid storage tank 10 to the atomizing member 40, so that the supply of the atomized matrix in the atomizing member 40 depends only on the adsorption force of the oil-absorbing member 30. The supply rate of the atomized matrix is stable, which can ensure the consistency of the taste of the aerosol generated by atomization.

[0118] 6. When the oil suction member 30 is arranged in a cylindrical shape, the oil suction member 30 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the atomizing chamber 11. On the one hand, the atomizing chamber 11 can be used for the installation and positioning of the oil suction member 30 and prevent the oil suction member 30 from shifting after installation, thereby simplifying the structure of the atomizing assembly 100. On the other hand, the oil suction member 30 evenly covers the outside of the atomizing chamber 11, and the contact area between the oil suction member 30 and the atomizing substrate is large, which can ensure the supply rate of the atomizing substrate.

[0119] 7. When the oil suction member 30 is arranged in a columnar shape, an oil suction member mounting groove 15 is provided in the liquid storage tank 10. The oil suction member 30 is installed in the oil suction member mounting groove 15, which can not only facilitate the installation and positioning of the oil suction member 30, but also limit the displacement of the oil suction member 30, thereby ensuring the stability of the oil supply of the oil suction member 30.

[0120] The above descriptions are only some embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention. Any equivalent device or equivalent process transformation made by using the contents of the description and drawings of the present invention, or directly or indirectly applied in other related technical fields, are also included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
