[PROBLEM] To provide an assistance system, a program, and a drug dispensing system that can efficiently use a plurality of drug dispensing systems while suppressing an increase in workload for a user. [SOLUTION] This assistance system (100) comprises: an allocation processing unit (213) that allocates each piece of drug dispensing data to any of a plurality of drug dispensing systems on the basis of a group to which the drug dispensing data belongs; and a transfer processing unit (116) that, when a preset transfer condition is satisfied, transfers the unprocessed drug dispensing data allocated to the one drug dispensing system to another drug dispensing system in units of the group.
