[0038] Hereinafter, a toilet training device (20) according to the first embodiment of the present invention and a toilet disposal device (1) including the same will be described.
[0039] Referring to Fig. 1, a waste disposal device (1) may be a device capable of receiving and processing excrement. This waste disposal device (1) may be a toilet for humans or a pet toilet for processing pet excrement. This waste disposal device (1) may include one or more of a waste container (10), a toilet training device (20), and a cover (30). Meanwhile, in an embodiment of the present invention, a pet that defecates in a toilet training device (20) may be a cat, but is not limited thereto, and may be considered an animal that can live with humans.
[0040] A waste collector (10) can provide a space for collecting pet waste. The waste collector (10) can form the outer surface of a waste disposal device (1). For example, the waste collector (10) can be a human toilet or a pet toilet. In addition, the waste collector (10) can contain water for processing waste.
[0041] Referring further to FIGS. 2 to 4, the toilet training device (20) is a device that is supported by a waste collector (10) and can induce a pet's toilet activity. For example, the toilet training device (20) can be supported by a toilet seat. This toilet training device (20) may include one or more of a support (100), an induction receptor (200), and a separation receptor (300).
[0042] Referring further to FIG. 5, the support (100) can provide an internal space where a pet can enter and defecate. The support (100) can be detachably connected to the waste collector (10). For example, the support (100) can be detachably supported on the waste collector (10) using an adhesive, a sticker, Velcro, a hook, a non-slip pad, or the like. The support (100) can include a support plate (110), a wall portion (120), and a container support portion (130).
[0043] The support plate (110) may extend horizontally and be supported on the upper side of the excrement receiver (10). In addition, the support plate (110) may support the inductive receptor (200). A defecation hole (111) may be formed in the support plate (110) through which the feces of a pet defecating in the internal space of the support (100) may pass. The feces of the pet passing through the defecation hole (111) may be received in the excrement receiver (10). In the present invention, the defecation hole (111) is illustrated as being rectangular, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed in various shapes such as circular or polygonal as long as the pet's feces can pass through it. In addition, in the present invention, the support plate (110) is described as having one defecation hole (111), but is not limited thereto, and a plurality of defecation holes (111) may be formed. In other words, a derivative receptor (200) may be placed between multiple defecation holes (111).
[0044] The wall portion (120) may protrude upward from the upper surface of the support plate (110) to accommodate the inductive receptor (200). In other words, the wall portion (120) may be formed to surround the outer surface of the inductive receptor (200). This wall portion (120) may form the internal space of the support body (100). An entrance (121) through which a pet may enter and exit the interior may be formed on one side of the wall portion (120). In other words, the pet may enter and exit the internal space of the support body (100) through the entrance (121). At least a portion of the wall portion (120) may extend horizontally so that the entrance (121) is closer to the excrement hole (111) than the other side opposite to one side. In other words, the entrance (121) may be arranged near the excrement hole (111). By means of this wall (120), when a pet enters and exits the wall (120) to defecate, the pet's head may face the other side of the wall (120) and the pet's buttocks may face the entrance (121), so that the pet's excrement may fall into the defecation hole (111). Hereinafter, the direction in which the head of a pet defecates in the internal space of the support (100) faces is referred to as the front side, and the direction in which the buttocks face is referred to as the rear side.
[0045] In other words, when the entrance (121) is viewed from above, the wall (120) may extend at least partly in the front-back direction so as to overlap with the defecation hole (111), but is not limited thereto, and the entrance (121) may be formed so as to be located forward of the front side of the defecation hole (111) or further rearward of the rear side of the defecation hole (111). In addition, the front side of the wall (120) may be formed as a curved surface along the outer surface of the inductive receptor (200). The height of the wall (120) may decrease toward the entrance (121).
[0046] In addition, a guide groove (122) that engages with the separation receptor (300) may be formed on the inner surface of the wall portion (120). The guide groove (122) may be introduced in the left-right direction from the inner surface of the wall portion (120) and may extend in the up-down direction, but is not limited thereto. In other words, at least a portion of the guide groove (122) may extend in the up-down direction, and another portion of the guide groove (122) may extend in the front-back direction. By means of the guide groove (122), the separation receptor (300) may slide up-and-down in the inner space of the support (100), or may be coupled to or separated from the support (100) while moving in the front-back direction. The guide groove (122) may be formed on the wall portion (120) so as to be located between the entrance (121) of the wall portion (120) and the guide receptor (200).
[0047] In addition, a plurality of guide grooves (122) may be formed. These plurality of guide grooves (122) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the front-back direction. The length of the plurality of guide grooves (122) in the vertical direction may decrease as it goes toward the entrance (121) of the wall (120). The plurality of guide grooves (122) may include a first guide groove (122a), a second guide groove (122b), a third guide groove (122c), and a fourth guide groove (122d).
[0048] The first guide groove (122a) may be positioned closer to the inductive receptor (200) than the second guide groove (122b), the third guide groove (122c), and the fourth guide groove (122d). In addition, the vertical length of the first guide groove (122a) may be formed to be greater than that of the second guide groove (122b), the third guide groove (122c), and the fourth guide groove (122d).
[0049] The second guide groove (122b) may be positioned between the first guide groove (122a) and the third guide groove (122c). The vertical length of the second guide groove (122b) may be formed to be greater than the vertical lengths of the third guide groove (122c) and the fourth guide groove (122d).
[0050] The third guide groove (122c) may be positioned between the second guide groove (122b) and the fourth guide groove (122d). The vertical length of the third guide groove (122c) may be formed to be greater than the vertical length of the fourth guide groove (122d).
[0051] The fourth guide groove (122d) may be positioned closer to the entrance (121) than the first guide groove (122a), the second guide groove (122b), and the third guide groove (122c). The fourth guide groove (122d) may be formed to be smaller than the vertical lengths of the first guide groove (122a), the second guide groove (122b), and the third guide groove (122c).
[0052] Meanwhile, although the present invention has been described as having one entrance (121) formed in the wall (120), it is not limited thereto. In other words, an entrance (121) may be formed on each of one side and the other side of the wall (120), so that a pet may enter and exit the internal space of the support (100) through one side and the other side of the wall (120).
[0053] The receptor support member (130) can support the separation receptor (300) so that the separation receptor (300) is positioned in the inner space of the support member (100). The separation receptor (300) can be prevented from penetrating the defecation hole (111) and falling into the excrement receiver (10) by the receptor support member (130). The receptor support member (130) can protrude left and right from the inner surface of the support plate (110) and extend in the front-back direction. The length of the protrusion of the receptor support member (130) in the left and right direction can be formed to be smaller than the length of the separation receptor (300) in the left and right direction. The receptor support member (130) can be arranged on the inner side of the wall member (120) when viewed from above.
[0054] In addition, the receptor support portion (130) may be formed in a plurality. The plurality of receptor support portions (130) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the front-back direction to form a plurality of gaps (130a). The plurality of receptor support portions (130) may be arranged on the lower side of each of the guide grooves (122). The number of receptor support portions (130) may be the same as the number of guide grooves (122), but is not limited thereto. In addition, at least one of the plurality of receptor support portions (130) in the front-back direction may be formed differently from the other portions. The plurality of receptor support portions (130) may include a first receptor support portion (131), a second receptor support portion (132), a third receptor support portion (133), and a fourth receptor support portion (134).
[0055] The first receptor support (131) may be arranged closer to the derivative receptor (200) than the second receptor support (132), the third receptor support (133), and the fourth receptor support (134). The length of the first receptor support (131) in the front-back direction may be formed to be smaller than the length of the second receptor support (132) in the front-back direction or the length of the fourth receptor support (134) in the front-back direction, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the first receptor support (131) may be arranged on the lower side of the first guide groove (122a).
[0056] The second receptor support (132) may be arranged between the first receptor support (131) and the third receptor support (133). The length of the second receptor support (132) in the front-back direction may be formed to be greater than the lengths of the first receptor support (131) and the third receptor support (133) in the front-back direction, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the second receptor support (132) may be arranged on the lower side of the second guide groove (122b).
[0057] The third receptor support (133) may be positioned between the second receptor support (132) and the fourth receptor support (134). In addition, the third receptor support (133) may be positioned on the lower side of the third guide groove (122c).
[0058] The fourth receptor support member (134) may be positioned closer to the entrance (121) of the wall member (120) than the first receptor support member (131), the second receptor support member (132), and the third receptor support member (133). In addition, the fourth receptor support member (134) may be positioned on the lower side of the fourth guide groove (122d).
[0059] Referring further to FIG. 6, the inducer receptor (200) is disposed within the internal space of the support (100) and can accommodate a fecal inducer. The fecal inducer may include a material for inducing defecation in the pet. In other words, the fecal inducer may include at least one of sand and gravel, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed of various materials or shapes capable of inducing defecation in the pet. The inducer receptor (200) may be fixed to the support (100) or may be detachably disposed. The inducer receptor (200) may include a inducer receiving portion (210) and a separating wall (220).
[0060] The inductive receiving portion (210) may provide a first inductive receiving space capable of receiving a fecal inducer. In other words, the upper side of the inductive receiving portion (210) may be opened to receive the fecal inducer. A portion of the outer surface of the inductive receiving portion (210) may be surrounded by a wall portion (120). The height of the inductive receiving portion (210) may be formed to be smaller than the height of the wall portion (120). The inductive receiving portion (210) may be moved vertically along the inner surface of the wall portion (120) to be coupled to or separated from the support (100).
[0061] One or more separating walls (220) are provided and are arranged inside the inductor receiving portion (210) to partition the first inductor receiving space into a plurality of spaces. For example, when the separating wall (220) is arranged inside the inductor receiving portion (210), it may be arranged to extend in the left and right directions, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the separating wall (220) may be arranged to be separable from the inductor receiving portion (210).
[0062] Additionally, a portion of the separating wall (220) or a portion of the inductor receiving portion (210) partitioned by the separating wall (220) may be extended upwardly or may be deformed into such a form, and the extended height may be equal to or greater than the height of the wall portion (120). The separating wall (220) extended upwardly in this manner may serve to reduce the area of the first inductor receiving space.
[0063] Referring further to FIGS. 7 and 8, the separation receptor (300) may accommodate a fecal derivative. The fecal derivative accommodated in the separation receptor (300) and the fecal derivative accommodated in the derivative receptor (200) may be the same, but are not limited thereto, and may be formed of different materials or shapes. For example, the separation receptor (300) may accommodate sand, and the derivative receptor (200) may accommodate gravel. The separation receptor (300) may be detachably coupled to the support (100) so as to be aligned in the front-back direction with the derivative receptor (200) in the internal space of the support (100). In other words, the separation receptor (300) may be coupled to the wall portion (120) so as to be positioned rearward relative to the derivative receptor (200). Additionally, the separation receptor (300) can be combined with the wall (120) so as to overlap with the defecation hole (111) when viewed from above.
[0064] This separation receptor (300) can be coupled to the support (100) in a guide receiving state or a foothold state. In other words, the separation receptor (300) can be arranged in a guide receiving state or a foothold state by engaging with any one of a plurality of guide grooves (122). The guide receiving state is a state in which the separation receptor (300) is coupled to the support (100) in a state for receiving excrement inducers in the second guide receiving space. The foothold state is a state in which the separation receptor (300) is coupled to the support (100) in a state for supporting pets that have entered the internal space of the support (100).
[0065] In addition, the separation receptor (300) may be formed in a plurality. The number of separation receptors (300) may be formed to be smaller than the number of guide grooves (122) so that the pet's excrement is received into the excrement receiver (10) through the excrement hole (111), but is not limited thereto. When any one of the plurality of separation receptors (300) is engaged with any one of the plurality of guide grooves (122), any one of the plurality of separation receptors (300) may be engaged with any other one of the plurality of guide grooves (122). In addition, any one and the other of the plurality of separation receptors (300) engaged with the guide grooves (122) may be spaced apart from each other so that the pet's excrement passes through the excrement hole (111) and is received into the excrement receiver (10). Such separation receptors (300) may include a separation receiving portion (310) and a protrusion (320).
[0066] The separation receiver (310) may provide a second guide receiver space for receiving excrement derivatives. An opening (310a) may be formed so that the excrement derivatives of the separation receiver (310) are received in the second guide receiver space. This separation receiver (310) may be supported by a receiver support member (130) when the separation receiver (300) is attached to the wall member (120).
[0067] In addition, when the separation receiving unit (310) is in the guide receiving state, the opening (310a) may be arranged to face upward. When the separation receiving unit (310) is in the footrest state, the opening (310a) may be arranged to face downward. In other words, when the separation receiving unit (310) is turned over from the guide receiving state and is fastened to the support (100), it may be converted to the footrest state. When the separation receiving unit (310) is in the footrest state, no excrement guide is accommodated in the second guide receiving space. In addition, the lower side of the separation receiving unit (310) in the guide receiving state can be used as a footrest by a pet that enters and exits the support (100) in the footrest state. The separation receiving unit (310) may include a first separation plate (311), a second separation plate (312), a third separation plate (313), and a fourth separation plate (314).
[0068] The first separation plate (311) can extend in the left-right direction and can be arranged spaced apart from the second separation plate (312) in the front-back direction. This first separation plate (311) can prevent the excrement fluid from escaping from the second inductive receiving space.
[0069] The second separation plate (312) may extend in the left-right direction. The second separation plate (312) may have a height equal to or smaller than that of the first separation plate (311). This second separation plate (312) may prevent the excrement fluid from escaping from the second inductive receiving space.
[0070] The third separation plate (313) may extend in the left-right direction and in the front-back direction and may be connected to the first separation plate (311) and the second separation plate (312). In other words, one side of the third separation plate (313) may be connected to the first separation plate (311), and the other side, which is the opposite side, may be connected to the second separation plate (312).
[0071] One surface of the third separation plate (313) can support a fecal inducer when in a guide receiving state. In other words, one surface of the third separation plate (313) can form the bottom surface of the separation receiving unit (310) when in a guide receiving state. In addition, the other surface opposite to one surface of the third separation plate (313) can support a pet when in a foothold state. In other words, the other surface of the third separation plate (313) can be positioned higher than the one surface when in a foothold state and can function as a foothold. The other surface of the third separation plate (313) can be provided with an anti-slip pad or an anti-slip protrusion to prevent the pet from slipping.
[0072] In addition, the third separation plate (313) may be arranged so that when it is in the inductive receiving state, one side is positioned lower than the other side, and when it is in the footrest state, one side is positioned higher than the other side. For example, the third separation plate (313) may be arranged so that when the separation receptor (300) is engaged with the first guide groove (122a) and in the footrest state, one side is positioned forward of the other side, and when the separation receptor (300) is engaged with the third guide groove (122c) or the fourth guide groove (122d) and in the footrest state, the other side may be arranged so that the other side is positioned forward of the one side. When the third separation plate (313) is in the footrest state, even if the pet's excrement falls onto the third separation plate (313), it may flow toward the excrement hole (111) or roll down and be received in the excrement catcher (10).
[0073] The fourth separation plate (314) can be supported by the receptor support member (130) when in the inductive receiving state or the footing state. The inductive receiving member (210) can be supported by the receptor support member (130) by the fourth separation plate (314). The fourth separation plate (314) can be connected to the edges of the first separation plate (311), the second separation plate (312), and the third separation plate (313) and can support the protrusion (320). In other words, the protrusion (320) can protrude from the outer surface of the fourth separation plate (314).
[0074] The fourth separation plate (314) may be supported on the upper side of any one of the plurality of receptor support parts (130) when in the inductive receiving state. In addition, the fourth separation plate (314) may be formed with a catch groove (314a) that is introduced downward from the top when in the inductive receiving state. The receptor support part (130) may be inserted into this catch groove (314a). In other words, when the fourth separation plate (314) is in the footrest state, the receptor support part (130) may be inserted into the catch groove (314a).
[0075] As a first example, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with one of the plurality of guide grooves (122) and is in a stepping state, one of the plurality of receptor support parts (130) can be inserted into the engaging groove (314a). In other words, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with the first guide groove (122a), the first receptor support part (131) can be inserted into the engaging groove (314a). In addition, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with the third guide groove (122c), the third receptor support part (133) can be inserted into the engaging groove (314a).
[0076] As a second example, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with another one of the plurality of guide grooves (122) and is in a stepping state, another one of the plurality of receptor support parts (130) may not be inserted into the engaging groove (314a) and may support the fourth separation plate (314) on the upper side. In other words, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with the second guide groove (122b), the fourth separation plate (314) may be supported on the upper side of the second receptor support part (132). In addition, when the protrusion (320) is engaged with the fourth guide groove (122d), the fourth separation plate (314) may be supported on the upper side of the fourth receptor support part (134). In addition, the third separation plate (313) in the stepping state in the second example may be arranged higher than the third separation plate (313) in the stepping state in the first example.
[0077] These first separation plate (311), second separation plate (312), third separation plate (313), and fourth separation plate (314) can be connected to each other to form a second inductor receiving space.
[0078] The protrusion (320) protrudes from the outer surface of the separation receiving portion (310) and can engage with the guide groove (122) when the separation receiving portion (300) is fastened to the support (100). In other words, the protrusion (320) can protrude in the left and right directions from the fourth separation plate (314) when the separation receiving portion (310) is supported by the receiving support portion (130). By means of this protrusion (320), the separation receiving portion (310) can be slidably moved along the extension direction of the guide groove (122) to be detached from or coupled to the support (100).
[0079] Meanwhile, the plurality of separation receptors (300) may include a first separation receptor (300a), a second separation receptor (300b), and a third separation receptor (300c). For example, the first separation receptor (300a) may be engaged with the first guide groove (122a) in a guide receiving state or a foothold state. In addition, the second separation receptor (300b) may be engaged with the second guide groove (122b) in a guide receiving state or may be engaged with the third guide groove (122c) in a foothold state. In addition, the third separation receptor (300c) may be engaged with the fourth guide groove (122d) in a foothold state.
[0080] The cover (30) can cover the toilet training device (20). This cover (30) can prevent the toilet training device (20) from being exposed to the outside. For example, the cover (30) can be detachably connected to the excrement tray (10) in an up-and-down direction to accommodate the toilet training device (20). As another example, the cover (30) can be rotatably connected to the excrement tray (10) to open or close the toilet training device (20). An opening can be formed on one side of the cover (30). By this opening, a pet can approach the toilet training device (20) even when the toilet training device (20) is covered by the cover (30).
[0081] Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the toilet training device (20) according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the toilet including the same will be described.
[0082] The toilet training device (20) according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be installed in a toilet used by humans, and thus can induce the pet to defecate in a toilet for humans.
[0083] In addition, since a plurality of separation receptors (300) can be detachably attached to the support (100), the number of separation receptors (300) attached to the support (100) can be adjusted according to the adaptability and size of the pet's toilet training device (20).
[0084] In addition, the separation receptor (300) can be removed or placed in a foothold state so that the location where the pet's excrement falls is the excrement hole (111) and excrement receiver (10).
[0085] That is, when a pet stands on a fecal inducer in the internal space of the support (100), the position of the separation receptor (300) can be adjusted so that the pet's feces do not fall into the inducer contained in the separation receptor (300) and the inducer receptor (200). In other words, the position and direction of the separation receptor (300) can be adjusted so that the pet's hind paw and the dropping location of the feces are not simultaneously located in the inner region of the fecal inducer contained in the inducer receptor (200) and the separation receptor (300) due to the body structure of the pet.
[0086] In addition, since the pet's buttocks cannot face forward by stepping on the inductive receptor (200) due to the wall (120), they can face the entrance (121), and the pet's excrement can fall into the excrement hole (111).
[0087] In addition, even if the pet does not step on the inductive receptor (200) but steps on the support plate (110) in the direction of the entrance (121) or the second separation receptor (300b) or the third separation receptor (300c) in the direction of the entrance (121) and defecates with its buttocks facing the direction of the inductive receptor (200) with the inductive receptor, the position and direction of the separation receptor (300) can be adjusted so that the pet's excrement does not fall into the separation receptor (300) and the inductive receptor contained in the inductive receptor (200).
[0088] In addition, since the third separation plate (313) is tilted, even if excrement falls onto the third separation plate (313), the excrement may flow or roll down into the excrement hole (111).
[0089] In addition, since the separation receptor (300) can be attached to the support (100) in a foothold state, the pet can safely use the toilet training device (20).
[0090] In addition, the separation wall (220) of the inductive receptor (200) can prevent the fecal inducer from being separated from the inductive receptor (200) even if the pet scratches the fecal inducer.
[0091] When the pet performs defecation smoothly in the toilet training device (20), the separation receptor (300) of the toilet training device (20) can be sequentially removed or switched to a footrest state while maintaining the same for a certain period of time. In addition, while the separation receptors (300) are sequentially removed, when the pet performs defecation smoothly through the toilet training device (20), the separation receptor (300) of the toilet training device (20) can be completely removed. Afterwards, when the pet performs defecation smoothly through the toilet training device (20) in which the derivative receptor (200) is not accommodated, the toilet training device (20) can be finally removed so that the pet can defecate in the excrement disposal device (1) without the toilet training device (20). By sequentially removing the separation receptor (300) of this toilet training device (20) or switching to a foothold state, the pet's excrement directly falls into the toilet hole (111), so that the excrement derivative is not contaminated, and the pet's scratching behavior of the derivative can be reduced, so that the amount of excrement derivative consumed during toilet activity can be drastically reduced.
[0092] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11, a pet toilet training method using a toilet training device (20) according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0093] When the pet smoothly defecates and the excrement is received in the excrement receiver (10) through the excrement hole (111) while the first separation receptor (300a) is engaged with the first guide groove (122a) in a guide-receiving state, the second separation receptor (300b) is engaged with the second guide groove (122b) in a guide-receiving state, and the third separation receptor (300c) is engaged with the fourth guide groove (122d) in a foothold state, the second separation receptor (300b) can be converted to a foothold state or separated from the support (100). In other words, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the second separation receptor (300b) can be converted to a foothold state and engaged with the third guide groove (122c). When the second separation receptor (300b) is engaged with the third guide groove (122c) in a footing state, the third receptor support part (133) is inserted into the engaging groove (314a) of the second separation receptor (300b), so that the lower side of the fourth separation plate (314) can be positioned lower than the lower surface of the support plate (110).
[0094] Afterwards, when the pet defecates smoothly and the excrement is received in the excrement receiver (10) through the excrement hole (111), as illustrated in FIG. 11, the first separation receptor (300a) can be converted into a footrest state. In other words, the first separation receptor (300a) can be engaged with the first guide groove (122a) in the footrest state. When the first separation receptor (300a) is engaged with the first guide groove (122a) in the footrest state, the first receptor support part (131) can be inserted into the engaging groove (314a) of the first separation receptor (300a) so that the lower side of the fourth separation plate (314) can be positioned lower than the lower surface of the support plate (110).
[0095] Afterwards, when the pet defecates smoothly and the pet's excrement is received in the excrement receiver (10) through the excrement hole (111), the excrement derivative may be received only in a part of the first derivative receiving space partitioned by the partition wall (220) of the derivative receptor (200) depending on the adaptability, or the excrement derivative may be completely removed from the first derivative receiving space.
[0096] Meanwhile, the toilet training method described above is only an example, and the state transition and position of the separation receptor (300) can be set differently depending on the size and adaptability of the pet.
[0097] Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 12, a toilet training device (20) and a toilet disposal device (1) including the same according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In describing the second embodiment, there is a difference in that the toilet training device (20) includes an upper and lower body support (400), and this difference will be primarily described.
[0098] The upper and lower supports (400) can extend downward from the inductive receptor (200) and be supported on the inside of the excrement receiver (10). In addition, the upper and lower supports (400) can support the inductive receptor (200) so that the inductive receptor (200) is spaced apart from the support plate (110) but positioned in the excrement hole (111). By the upper and lower supports (400), the inductive receptor (200) can be positioned on the inside of the area of the excrement hole (111) when viewed from above.
[0099] The separation receptor (300) may be positioned between the inductive receptor (200) and the support plate (110). In other words, the separation receptor (300) may be detachably supported by at least one of the inductive receptor (200) and the support plate (110) and may be placed in the defecation hole (111). In addition, the separation receptor (300) may be formed to extend along the inner surface of the support plate (110) or the outer surface shape of the inductive receptor (200). In other words, the separation receptor (300) may be placed to surround at least a portion of the outer surface of the inductive receptor (200) when viewed from above.
[0100] In addition, the separation receptor (300) may be formed in a plurality. One of the plurality of separation receptors (300) may be positioned closer to the support plate (110) than the other. Hereinafter, the separation receptor (300) positioned closer to the support plate (110) among the plurality of separation receptors (300) is referred to as the fourth separation receptor (300d), and the separation receptor (300) positioned closer to the derivative receptor (200) among the plurality of separation receptors (300) is referred to as the fifth separation receptor (300e).
[0101] The fourth separation receptor (300d) is disposed between the support plate (110) and the fifth separation receptor (300e), and can be removably supported on at least one of the support plate (110) and the fifth separation receptor (300e) in a guide-receiving state or a foothold state. In addition, the length of the fourth separation receptor (300d) in the extension direction can be formed longer than the length of the fifth separation receptor (300e) in the extension direction. In addition, the fourth separation receptor (300d) can be formed in multiple pieces. The multiple fourth separation receptors (300d) can be arranged along the inner surface of the support plate (110). For example, the number of the multiple fourth separation receptors (300d) can be four. Additionally, the fourth separation receptor (300d) may be a donut shape that extends along the inner surface of the support plate (110) and has no boundary between the beginning and the end.
[0102] The fifth separation receptor (300e) is disposed between the inductive receptor (200) and the fourth separation receptor (300d), and can be releasably supported by at least one of the inductive receptor (200) and the fifth separation receptor (300e) in a inductive receiving state or a foothold state. In addition, the fifth separation receptor (300e) may be formed in multiple pieces. The multiple fifth separation receptors (300e) may be arranged along the outer surface of the inductive receptor (200). For example, the multiple fifth separation receptors (300e) may be four. In addition, the fifth separation receptor (300e) may be extended along the outer surface of the inductive receptor (200) and may have a donut shape without a beginning and an end boundary.
[0103] Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 13, a toilet training device (20) and a toilet disposal device (1) including the same according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In describing the third embodiment, there is a difference in that the toilet training device (20) includes a horizontal support (500), and this difference will be primarily described.
[0104] The horizontal support (500) may extend from the inner surface of the support plate (110) to the inductive receptor (200) in order to support the inductive receptor (200). By means of this horizontal support (500), the inductive receptor (200) may be placed inside the area of the defecation hole (111) of the support plate (110) when viewed from above. In addition, the horizontal support (500) may be formed in multiple pieces and may be placed spaced apart from each other along the inner surface of the support plate (110).
[0105] The separation receptor (300) may be supported by one or more of the support plate (110), the inductive receptor (200), and the horizontal support (500) and may be placed in the defecation hole (111). In addition, the fourth separation receptor (300d) and the fifth separation receptor (300e) may be placed between a plurality of horizontal supports (500).
[0106] In the first embodiment of the present invention, the minimum condition for the pet's excrement to fall into the defecation hole (111) is determined by the width and length of the inducer receptor (200) in which the inducer is accommodated. In other words, the size of the pet that can be used is determined by the width and length of the inducer receptor (200). This is because a part of the inducer receptor (200) is blocked by the wall (120). For example, if the inducer receptor (200) is adapted for a small pet and the wall (120) is sufficiently high, a large pet cannot step on the inducer receptor (200) and assume a defecation posture due to the wall (120) blocking the defecation posture and the shape of the animal. If the inducer receptor (200) is adapted for a small pet and the wall (120) is not sufficiently high, the function of the wall (120) to control the direction of the pet's defecation is lost. Therefore, the first embodiment of the present invention may not be usable by both small and large pets at the same time.
[0107] In contrast, in the second and third embodiments, since there is no obstacle such as a wall (120), the defecation posture can be assumed as long as the user can step on the inductive receptor (200). In other words, when the excrement disposal device (1) has a specific fixed size, the second and third embodiments can have a wider range of usable pet sizes than the first embodiment.
[0108] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described as specific embodiments, these are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto, but should be construed to have the broadest scope in accordance with the technical concepts disclosed in this specification. Those skilled in the art may combine / substitute the disclosed embodiments to implement patterns of shapes not specified, but this also does not depart from the scope of the present invention. In addition, those skilled in the art may easily modify or alter the disclosed embodiments based on this specification, and it is clear that such modifications or alterations also fall within the scope of the present invention.
