Abstract

A tissue outlet mechanism and a tissue dispenser. The tissue outlet mechanism includes a shell (100), a tissue outlet wheel (300) and a driving assembly (500). The shell (100) includes a tissue outlet port (110), and a plurality of tissue outlet wheels (300) which are annularly distributed around a central axis of the tissue outlet port (110). A tissue outlet channel for a tissue to pass through and opposite to the tissue outlet port (110) is formed between peripheries of the tissue outlet wheels (300). A tangential direction of the periphery of each tissue outlet wheel (300) close to the central axis of the tissue outlet port (110) shares an identical direction with an extending direction of the tissue outlet channel. The driving assembly (500) is configured to drive at least one of the plurality of tissue output wheels (300) to rotate. When in use, the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel surrounded by the plurality of tissue outlet wheels (300) while passing through the tissue outlet port (110), and the peripheries of the tissue outlet wheels (300) abut against the tissue. When the tissue is discharged, the driving assembly (500) is configured to drive the tissue outlet wheel (300) to rotate, so as to in turn drive the tissue to move along the tissue outlet channel, so that the tissue is automatically output from the tissue outlet port (110). Then a number of rotating turns of the tissue outlet wheels (300) driven by the driving assembly (500) is adjusted according to a tissue outlet length of the required tissue, thus solving the problems of easy tissue breakage, tissue blockage and the like caused by manual tissue extraction.

Description

TISSUE OUTLET MECHANISM AND TISSUE DISPENSERTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of tissue dispensation technologies, and particularly to a tissue outlet mechanism and a tissue dispenser.BACKGROUND

[0002] Tissue dispenser is an appliance for accommodating a tissue roll, which is suitable for use circumstances such as kitchen and bathroom. In order to facilitate use and save occupied space, there are some wall-mounted center-extracted tissue dispensers in the market. A tissue outlet port (110) of the center-extracted tissue dispensers is arranged on a front side, so as to draw the tissue forward from center. However, center-extracted tissue dispensation in the market adopts manual tissue extraction currently. In actual use, the manual tissue extraction is easy to break the tissue to lead to the phenomenon of tissue blockage, and it is difficult to control a length of pulled tissue.SUMMARY

[0003] The present invention aims to provide a tissue outlet mechanism and a tissue dispenser to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art, and at least provide a beneficial selection or creation condition.

[0004] Technical solutions used to solve the above technical problems are as follows.

[0005] Firstly, the present invention provides a tissue outlet mechanism suitable for a tissue dispenser, which comprises a shell, a tissue outlet wheel and a driving assembly. The shell includes a tissue outlet port, a plurality of tissue outlet wheels annularly around a central axis of the tissue outlet port. A tissue outlet channel for a tissue to pass through and opposite to the tissue outlet port is formed between peripheries of the tissue outlet wheels, and a tangential direction of the periphery of each tissue outlet wheel close to the central axis of the tissue outlet port shares an identical direction with an extending direction of the tissue outlet channel. The driving assembly is configured to drive at least one of the plurality of tissue output wheels to rotate.

[0006] Beneficial effects of the tissue outlet mechanism are as follows. When in use, the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel surrounded by the plurality of tissue outlet wheels while passing through the tissue outlet port, so that the peripheries of the tissue outlet wheels abut against the tissue,  and the tissue is clamped in the tissue outlet channel formed between the plurality of tissue outlet wheels. When the tissue is discharged, the driving assembly is configured to drive the tissue outlet wheel to rotate to drive the tissue to move along the tissue outlet channel, so that the tissue is automatically output from the tissue outlet port. Then, the driving assembly is adjusted according to a tissue outlet length of the required tissue, thus solving the problems of easy tissue breakage, tissue blockage and the like caused by manual tissue extraction.

[0007] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, a peripheral wall of each tissue outlet wheel includes an annular mounting groove sleeved with a friction sleeve. The friction sleeve is partially located outside the mounting groove, so that each tissue outlet wheel abuts against the tissue through the friction sleeve.

[0008] In this solution, the tissue outlet wheel abuts against the tissue through the friction sleeve, so as to increase a friction force and avoid slipping between the tissue and the tissue outlet wheel, and the mounting groove is configured to limit mounting of the friction sleeve. Generally, the friction sleeve is a flexible member. In this embodiment, the plurality of tissue outlet wheels may provide a pre-pressure for the tissue through the friction sleeve. Both friction coefficient of a contact surface and an acting force applied to the tissue are increased, thus further increasing the friction force.

[0009] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the tissue outlet mechanism further includes an elastic tissue pressing structure, which acts on at least one tissue outlet wheel, so that the at least one tissue outlet wheel has a tendency to move towards a center of the tissue outlet channel.

[0010] In this solution, the elastic tissue pressing structure is arranged to provide a reset elastic force for at least one of the tissue outlet wheels. When the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel to be mounted, the corresponding tissue outlet wheels may move outwards, so that the tissue outlet channel between the plurality of tissue outlet wheels is expanded to facilitate passing through of the tissue. After the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel, the corresponding tissue outlet wheels reset under an action of the elastic tissue pressing structure. The tissue is kept in a pressed state, and a buffered displacement may be provided, so that tissues with different sizes can be satisfied.

[0011] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the elastic tissue pressing structure includes a moving seat for mounting one of the tissue outlet wheels, and an elastic member acting between the shell and the moving seat. The elastic member is configured to provide the moving seat with a reset elastic force towards the center of the tissue outlet channel.

[0012] The elastic member acts on the moving seat, so as to drive the tissue outlet wheel on the moving seat to reset. In this solution, one tissue outlet wheel is adjustable, and other tissue outlet wheels may be fixedly mounted, so that a structural strength is stable, and a design difficulty is also reduced, thus making a structure simply.

[0013] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the shell includes a movable groove in sliding fit with the moving seat. The moving seat includes a cross arm and two connecting arms respectively connected to two ends of the cross arm oppositely. The tissue outlet wheel is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft. Two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the two connecting arms. The elastic member is a spring. The shell includes a connecting column connected with one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring is connected to a middle part of the cross arm on one side away from the tissue outlet wheel.

[0014] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, a transmission structure is connected between two adjacent tissue outlet wheels, and configured to rotate the two adjacent tissue outlet wheels in an identical direction.

[0015] In this solution, synchronous rotation of the plurality of tissue outlet wheels in the identical direction can be realized through the transmission structure, so that tissue discharge is fast and efficient, and a risk of tissue breakage is reduced.

[0016] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the transmission structure includes two conical gears, which are meshed with each other and respectively connected to the two adjacent tissue outlet wheels.

[0017] In this solution, the transmission structure realizes synchronous rotation of the two tissue outlet wheels through the two conical gears meshed with each other, and also rotates each tissue outlet wheel rotate in the identical direction.

[0018] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the driving assembly includes a motor and a gear transmission set. The motor is connected with one of the tissue outlet wheels through the gear transmission set.

[0019] In this solution, the driving assembly only drives one of the tissue outlet wheels to rotate, and a speed of the motor is reduced by the gear transmission set to drive one of the tissue outlet wheels to rotate, so that a driving method is simply.

[0020] As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the tissue outlet wheel and the driving assembly are both mounted on the shell. The shell includes a battery assembly connected with the driving assembly.

[0021] In this solution, the tissue outlet wheel and the driving assembly are both arranged on the shell to realize modular assembly, and the shell may be detachably mounted in the tissue dispenser.

[0022] In addition, the present invention further provides a tissue dispenser including the tissue outlet mechanism as discussed above and a machine shell. The machine shell includes an openable front cover at a front side. The tissue outlet mechanism is arranged on the front cover, and the tissue outlet  port penetrates through an inner side and an outer side of the machine shell.

[0023] Beneficial effects of the present invention are that: the operation is simple, and the tissue is not easy to be broken and block the machine.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0033] With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, some embodiments of the tissue outlet mechanisms of the present invention are as follow.

[0034] In an embodiment, the tissue outlet mechanism includes a shell 100, a tissue outlet wheel 300 and a driving assembly 500.

[0035] The shell 100 includes a tissue outlet port 110, and a plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300. In this embodiment, there are three tissue outlet mechanisms 300. In other embodiments, more than three tissue outlet mechanisms may be provided. The three tissue outlet wheels 300 in this embodiment are reasonable in distribution, so that the design is simply under the satisfaction of tissue discharge.

[0036] The three tissue outlet wheels 300 are annularly distributed around a central axis of the tissue outlet port 110, so that a tissue outlet channel through which a tissue passes is formed between peripheries of the three tissue outlet wheels 300. The tissue outlet channel is opposite to the tissue outlet port 110 which is arranged at an outer end side of the tissue outlet channel. The three tissue outlet wheels 300 are arranged on an inner side of the tissue outlet port 110, thus achieving an effect of concealed mounting.

[0037] Moreover, a tangential direction of the periphery of each tissue outlet wheel 300 close to the central axis of the tissue outlet port 110 shares an identical direction with an extending direction of the tissue outlet channel. That is to say, each tissue outlet wheel 300 abuts against the tissue through the periphery. In a natural state of the tissue outlet channel, the periphery of each tissue outlet wheel 300 abuts against the tissue, and the driving assembly 500 is configured to drive at least one of the three tissue outlet wheels 300 to rotate.

[0038] There are various transmission methods for the driving assembly 500 and the tissue outlet wheel 300. In an embodiment, the driving assembly 500 may be in transmission connection with one tissue outlet wheel 300, which is a driving wheel, while other tissue outlet wheels 300 are driven wheels, which are rotatably mounted on the shell 100. Each tissue outlet wheel 300 abuts against the tissue mutually, and the driven wheels may follow the driving wheel to rotate, so that the other driven wheels realize functions of guiding and limiting.

[0039] In other embodiments, the driving assembly 500 may simultaneously drive all the tissue outlet wheels 300 to rotate synchronously in a direction of tissue discharge, so as to synchronously drive the tissue to be transported forward.

[0040] In this embodiment, a transmission structure 600 is arranged between two adjacent tissue outlet wheels 300, which are linked through the transmission structure 600. The transmission structure 600 is configured to rotate the two adjacent tissue outlet wheels 300 in the identical direction. The synchronous rotation of the plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300 can be realized through the transmission structure 600, so that tissue discharge is faster and more efficient, and a risk of tissue breakage is further reduced.

[0041] In this embodiment, the transmission structure 600 includes two conical gears 610, which are meshed with each other and respectively connected to the two adjacent tissue outlet wheels 300. The conical gear 610 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the corresponding tissue outlet wheel 300. In this embodiment, the tissue outlet wheel 300 is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft 320, on which the conical gear 610 is sleeved.

[0042] In this embodiment, the transmission structure 600 is configured to mesh the two conical gears 610 with each other to realize synchronous rotation of the two tissue outlet wheels 300, and rotate each tissue outlet wheel 300 in one direction.

[0043] In other embodiments, other transmission methods may also be adopted.

[0044] Moreover, the driving assembly 500 includes a motor 510 and a gear transmission set 520. The motor 510 is connected with one of the tissue outlet wheels 300 through the gear transmission set 520. In this embodiment, the driving assembly 500 is configured to only drive one of the tissue outlet wheels 300 to rotate. A speed of transmission of the motor 510 is reduced by the gear transmission set 520 to drive one of the tissue outlet wheels 300 to rotate, so that a driving method is simply.

[0045] The gear transmission set 520 includes a driving gear 521 coaxially connected with one of the tissue outlet wheels 300, and a plurality of transmission gears 522 connected between the driving gear 521 and an output shaft of the motor 510. In this embodiment, the motor 510 and the gear transmission set 520 are both mounted on the shell 100.

[0046] Moreover, in this embodiment, the shell 100 includes a battery assembly 800 electrically connected with the motor 510, in order to realize portable use without connecting a power supply and modular assembly. The shell 700 may be detachably mounted in a tissue dispenser.

[0047] When in use, the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel surrounded by the plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300 while passing through the tissue outlet port 110. The peripheries of the tissue outlet wheels 300 abut against the tissue, so that the tissue is clamped in the tissue outlet channel  formed between the plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300. When the tissue is discharged, the driving assembly 500 is configured to drive the tissue outlet wheel 300 to rotate, which in turn drives the tissue to move along the tissue outlet channel, so that the tissue is automatically output from the tissue outlet port 110. Then the driving assembly 500 is adjusted according to a tissue outlet length of the required tissue, thus solving the problems of easy tissue breakage, tissue blockage and the like caused by manual tissue extraction.

[0048] Further, a peripheral wall of each tissue outlet wheel 300 includes an annular mounting groove 310 sleeved with a friction sleeve (not shown in the drawings) . The friction sleeve is partially located outside the mounting groove 310, so that each tissue outlet wheel 300 abuts against the tissue through the friction sleeve.

[0049] In this embodiment, the tissue outlet wheel 300 abuts against the tissue through the friction sleeve, so as to increase a friction force and avoid slipping between the tissue and the tissue outlet wheel 300. The mounting groove 310 is used for limiting mounting of the friction sleeve. Generally, the friction sleeve is a flexible member. In this embodiment, the plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300 may provide a pre-pressure for the tissue through the friction sleeve, therefore, both a friction coefficient of a contact surface and an acting force applied to the tissue are increased, thus further increasing the friction force.

[0050] Further, this embodiment also includes an elastic tissue pressing structure 400, which acts on at least one tissue outlet wheel 300, so that the at least one tissue outlet wheel 300 has a tendency to move towards a center of the tissue outlet channel. In this embodiment, the elastic tissue pressing structure 400 is configured to provide a reset elastic force for at least one of the tissue outlet wheels 300. When the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel to be mounted, the corresponding tissue outlet wheels 300 may move outwards, so that the tissue outlet channel between the plurality of tissue outlet wheels 300 is expanded to facilitate passing through of the tissue. After the tissue passes through the tissue outlet channel, the corresponding tissue outlet wheels 300 reset under an action of the elastic tissue pressing structure 400, so that the tissue is kept in a pressed state, and a buffered displacement may be provided. Therefore, tissues with different sizes can be satisfied.

[0051] In some embodiments, the elastic tissue pressing structure 400 may act on each tissue outlet wheel 300, while the elastic tissue pressing structure 400 in this embodiment acts on one tissue outlet wheel 300, and other tissue outlet wheels 300 are rotatably mounted on the shell 100.

[0052] The elastic tissue pressing structure 400 includes a moving seat 410 for mounting the tissue outlet wheel 300, and an elastic member 420 acting between the shell 100 and the moving seat 410. The elastic member 420 is configured to provide the moving seat 410 with a reset elastic force towards the center of the tissue outlet channel. The elastic member 420 is configured to act on the moving seat 410,  so as to drive the tissue outlet wheel 300 on the moving seat 410 to reset. In this solution, one tissue outlet wheel 300 is adjustable, while other tissue outlet wheels 300 may be fixedly mounted, so that a structural strength is stable, and a design difficulty is also reduced, thus making a structure simply.

[0053] Specifically, in this embodiment, the shell 100 includes a movable groove 120 in sliding fit with the moving seat 410. The moving seat 410 includes a cross arm 411 and two connecting arms 412 respectively connected to two ends of the cross arm 411 oppositely. The tissue outlet wheel 300 is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft 320. Two ends of the rotating shaft 320 are respectively connected with the two connecting arms 412. The elastic member 420 is a spring. The shell 100 includes a connecting column 130 connected with one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring is connected to a middle part of the cross arm 411 on one side away from the tissue outlet wheel 300. Under the reset elastic force of the spring, the tissue outlet wheel 300 mounted on the moving seat is pushed by the moving seat 410, so that the tissue outlet wheel 300 is kept to be pressed on the tissue and other tissue outlet wheels 300.

[0054] In other embodiments, the elastic member 420 may be a member with a reset capability such as an elastic sheet or an elastic block.

[0055] The embodiments of this application further provide a tissue dispenser, which includes the tissue outlet mechanism as discussed above and a machine shell 900. The tissue outlet mechanism is arranged on the machine shell 900. The machine shell 900 includes a tissue cavity for mounting a tissue roll in the interior, and a front cover 910 in the front side. The front cover 910 is openable by various methods. In this embodiment, a bottom portion of the front cover 910 is hinged with a bottom portion of the machine shell 900, and a locking structure 920 is arranged between a top portion of the front cover 910 and the machine shell 900.

[0056] The shell 100 on the tissue outlet mechanism and the front cover 910 may be integrally formed, while the front cover 910 and the shell 100 in this embodiment are separated and detachable. The front cover 910 includes a mounting port 911, on which the shell 100 is mounted, so that modular assembly is realized, and then the tissue outlet port 110 in this embodiment is directly used as a tissue extraction port of the machine shell 900.

[0057] In this embodiment, the shell 100 includes a front shell 140 and a rear shell 150 which are nested with each other. The tissue outlet port 110 is arranged on the front shell 140, while the rear shell 150 also includes a tissue inlet port 151 opposite to the tissue outlet port 110. All the tissue outlet wheels 300 are arranged between the tissue outlet port 110 and the tissue inlet port 151. That is to say, the tissue passes through the tissue inlet port 151, the tissue outlet channel and the tissue outlet port 110 in sequence from the inside to the outside.

[0058] In other embodiments, the tissue outlet port 110 may be arranged on a lower side surface, an  upper side surface, a left side surface or a right side surface of the shell 900.

[0059] The above describes the preferred embodiments of the present invention in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. Those having ordinary skill in the art may further make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without violating the essential of the present invention, and these equivalent modifications or substitutions are all included in the scope defined by the claims of the present application.
