[0004] Headphones are a pair of transducers that receive electrical signals from a media player or receiver and convert them into audible sound waves using speakers placed close to the ears. Headphones are widely used in our daily lives and can be categorized by structure and function into semi-open, open, and closed styles. Based on how they are worn, they can be further divided into on-ear headphones, over-ear headphones, and in-ear headphones.
[0005] In the prior art, open-ear headphones do not fit tightly against the user's ears and are only hung on the user's ears by the curved shape of the connecting part. They are uncomfortable to wear and are prone to falling off due to poor stability during user exercise, resulting in a poor user experience.
[0006] Summary of the Invention
[0007] The present application provides an earphone to solve the technical problem of how to improve the stability and comfort of a user wearing the earphone.
[0008] An embodiment of the present application provides a stable-wearing headset, which comprises: a mating portion, including a sound-emitting port; a connecting portion, which extends along a curved direction; wherein a connection position between the connecting portion and the mating portion is located on a first side of a longitudinal center plane of the mating portion, and in a worn state, the connection surface of the connection position is inclined toward the user's skin, the longitudinal center plane is a plane having a geometric center point with a thickness direction of the mating portion as a normal, and the first side is a side that contacts the user's skin in a worn state.
[0009] Furthermore, the connecting surface intersects with the longitudinal center plane.
[0010] Furthermore, the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion extends from the connecting position and the longitudinal center plane is between 10 degrees and 30 degrees.

[0012] Furthermore, the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion extends from the connecting position and the transverse center plane is between 50 degrees and 70 degrees.
[0013] Furthermore, the connection position is located on the third side of the radial center plane of the matching part, the radial center plane is the plane where the center point of the length direction of the matching part is located as the normal, and the third side is the side away from the user's earlobe in the wearing state.
[0014] Furthermore, the sound emitting port is located at an end of the matching portion away from the connecting position, and the sound emitting port is located at a side of the matching portion facing the connecting portion.
[0015] Furthermore, when the earphone is in a wearing state, the matching portion is located between the helix and the tragus, and the matching portion contacts an end of the helix close to the helix crus.
[0016] Furthermore, in the thickness direction of the fitting portion, a side of the fitting portion close to the head abuts against the tragus.
[0017] Furthermore, when the earphone is in a wearing state, the fitting portion extends to the concha cavity along the length direction, and one end of the fitting portion is close to the antihelix.

[0026] Furthermore, when the earphones are in the worn state, within the longitudinal center plane, the abutment vector of the mating part points to the part where the battery part abuts the ear, wherein the abutment vector is a vector with the point in the abutment position between the mating part and the upper ear root as the starting point and the length direction of the mating part as the direction.
[0027] Furthermore, in the length direction of the matching portion, the geometric center of the position where the battery portion is connected to the connecting portion is located on a side of the longitudinal axis of the battery portion close to the matching portion.
[0028] Furthermore, the battery part has a plug-in hole, and the end of the connecting part is connected to the battery part through the plug-in hole; in the longitudinal center plane, a preset angle is formed between the central axis of the plug-in hole in the depth direction and the central axis of the battery part in the length direction, and the central axis of the plug-in hole in the depth direction is located outside the battery part, on the side of the central axis of the battery part in the length direction close to the mating part.
[0029] Furthermore, an angle between a central axis of the plug hole in a depth direction and a central axis of the battery portion in a length direction is between 25 degrees and 40 degrees.
[0030] Furthermore, the earphones also include a connecting ring, which is sleeved on the outside of the end of the connecting part for connecting to the battery part, the connecting ring and the end of the connecting part are inserted into the plug hole, and the connecting ring is fixedly connected to the battery part.
[0031] Furthermore, at least part of the connecting portion is an elastic portion capable of generating elastic deformation; when the earphone is in a worn state, the connecting portion abuts against the back of the helix of the ear near the upper ear root, and the elastic portion extends from the portion of the connecting portion abutting against the back of the helix to the end portion connected to the battery portion.
[0032] The present application provides an earphone, comprising a mating portion and a connecting portion, wherein the mating portion includes a sound-emitting port; the connecting portion extends in a curved direction; wherein the connection position between the connecting portion and the mating portion is located on a first side of a longitudinal center plane of the mating portion, and when worn, the connection surface of the connection position is inclined toward the user's skin, the longitudinal center plane being a plane having a geometric center point with the thickness direction of the mating portion as a normal, and the first side being the side that contacts the user's skin when worn. When the earphone is worn, the connecting portion can be hung between the back of the user's ear and the head, and the mating portion can contact the front of the user's ear, so that the mating portion and the connecting portion cooperate to clamp the ear. The fitting part has components such as a sound-generating device inside, which causes the fitting part to have a certain thickness. When the connecting part is directly hung on the user's ear, the fitting part may squeeze the helix crus inside the ear, and some may even squeeze the anti-helix angle. Long-term use may cause ear discomfort, resulting in a decrease in wearing stability. By setting the connection position between the connecting part and the fitting part on one side of the longitudinal center plane, the thickness of the fitting part is reduced in disguise when the user is wearing it, thereby effectively avoiding the squeezing of the helix crus and anti-helix angle inside the ear by the fitting part, thereby improving wearing comfort. At the same time, when the fitting part squeezes the ear, the helix foot and the anti-helix angle inside the ear also squeeze the fitting part through the interaction of forces. Under the action of the helix foot and the anti-helix angle on the supporting force of the fitting part, the actual position of the fitting part may be offset, and then the position of the connecting part connected to the fitting part may be offset, resulting in a situation where the connecting part, the back of the ear and the head are not fitted well when worn, which not only affects the wearing comfort of the back of the ear, but also reduces the wearing stability. By setting the connection position between the connecting part and the fitting part on the first side of the longitudinal center plane, the actual position of the fitting part is effectively avoided from being offset, and then the situation where the connecting part, the back of the ear and the head are not fitted well when worn is effectively avoided, thereby improving the wearing stability. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.
[0050] The various specific technical features described in the specific embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, unless they are inconsistent. For example, different embodiments and technical solutions may be formed by combining different specific technical features. To avoid unnecessary repetition, the various possible combinations of the specific technical features in this application will not be described separately.
[0051] In the following description, the terms "first, second, ..." are used solely to distinguish different objects and do not imply any similarities or connections between the objects. It should be understood that the directional descriptions "above," "below," "outside," and "inside" refer to directions during normal use. The directions "left" and "right" refer to the left-right directions shown in the corresponding schematic diagrams, which may or may not be the left-right directions during normal use.
[0052] It should be noted that the terms "include," "comprises," or any other variations thereof are intended to encompass non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus comprising a series of elements includes not only those elements but also other elements not explicitly listed, or includes elements inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. In the absence of further limitations, an element defined by the phrase "comprising a..." does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus comprising that element. The term "connected," unless otherwise specified, includes both direct and indirect connections.
[0053] In a specific embodiment, the headset is suitable for any type of user. For example, the headset is suitable for adult male users, and the thickness of the ears of adult male users is often thicker (commonly known as "thick ears"); for example, the headset is suitable for adult female users, and the thickness of the ears of adult female users is often thinner (commonly known as "thin ears"); for example, the headset is suitable for minors, and the ears of minors are smaller than those of adults. Therefore, the headset of the present application meets the needs of various user types. For ease of explanation, the following takes the headset suitable for male users as an example to illustrate the structure of the headset. Adult male users have no impact on the structure of the headset.
[0054] Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , for user use, the earphone 100 is mainly concerned with sound quality, comfort, and durability. As for sound quality, the listening experience of the earphone 100 is different from that of a speaker. The sound waves emitted by the speaker attenuate and interfere in the air, and interact with the human head and ear. The sound of the earphone 100 directly enters the ear 200. The fit between the earphone 100 and the ear 200 directly affects the sound quality. As for comfort, the earphone 100 should not be too tight or too loose and should meet the needs of long-term wear. Therefore, the fit between the earphone 100 and the ear 200 also directly affects the wearing comfort. As for durability, there are certain requirements for the battery life and manufacturing quality of the earphone 100. At the same time, the earphone 100 is easily lost due to unstable wearing, which leads to damage to the earphone 100, which also belongs to the durability of the earphone 100. The earphones provided in the present application are open-type earphones, which can also be called ear-hook earphones based on the way of wearing the earphones. They need to be worn on the user's ear 200 through the connecting part 120. In order to facilitate the explanation of the connection relationship between the earphone 100 and various parts of the user's ear 200, and to facilitate understanding of the impact of the contact between various parts of the earphone 100 and various parts of the ear 200 on sound quality, comfort and durability, the following will be described in detail through specific embodiments. Here, the various parts of the ear 200 are first introduced. As shown in Figure 3, the ear 200 includes a helix 210, a helix crus 220, a tragus 230, an antihelix 240, an antihelix crus 250, a concha 260, an ear canal 270 and an earlobe 280, etc.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 4 , the earphone 100 includes a mating portion 110 and a connecting portion 120. The mating portion 110 includes a sound outlet 111, and the connecting portion 120 extends along a curved direction.
[0056] Specifically, to facilitate explanation of the orientation of the earphone 100, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a coordinate system is established to aid understanding of the structural position of the earphone 100 in three-dimensional space. Three-dimensional space has three directions, X, Y, and Z, and three planes, XY, XZ, and YZ. To facilitate subsequent description, the length of the mating portion 110 is the X direction, the width of the mating portion 110 is the Y direction, and the thickness of the mating portion 110 is the Z direction. The plane containing the longitudinal center plane 150 is the XY plane, the plane containing the transverse center plane 160 is the XZ plane, and the plane containing the radial center plane 170 is the YZ plane. The earphone 100 comprises multiple parts. The mating portion 110 is the part where sound can be generated. It contains a sound-generating device, which includes components such as a magnet, a coil, and a vibrating diaphragm. Sound is generated by the vibration of the diaphragm. The mating portion 110 has a sound-generating opening 111 on its surface. The sound-generating opening 111 is composed of a plurality of small holes. The number and size of the holes are not limited and can be determined based on actual needs. The sound generated by the vibrating diaphragm is emitted through the holes in the sound-generating opening 111, thereby transmitting the sound to the ear 200. The specific location of the sound-generating opening 111 is not limited and can be determined based on actual needs. For example, the sound-generating opening 111 can be located at the end of the mating portion 110; for example, the sound-generating opening 111 can also be located in the middle of the side of the mating portion. It should be noted that the presence of various components within the mating portion 110 results in a certain thickness of the mating portion 110. The specific shape of the mating portion 110 is not limited; any structure that can accommodate the sound-generating device is acceptable. For example, the mating portion 110 can be a rectangular parallelepiped. In order to further improve wearing comfort, the fitting portion 110 may also be an ellipsoidal structure.
[0057] The earphone 100 includes a connecting portion 120, one end of which is connected to the mating portion 110. The connecting portion 120 extends in a curved direction. This curved extension can be understood as a curved structure. Specifically, the connecting portion 120 extends from the front of the ear 200, around the upper side of the ear 200, and along the auricle to the back of the ear 200. This allows the connecting portion 120 to conform to the upper and back sides of the ear 200, ensuring that the earphone 100 is securely fixed to the ear 200. The cross-sectional dimensions perpendicular to the extension direction of the connecting portion 120 are not limited; they may meet the requirements. Excessively large cross-sectional dimensions may prevent the ear 200 from effectively securing the connecting portion 120. Excessively small cross-sectional dimensions may result in an insufficient contact area between the connecting portion 120 and the ear 200, concentrating the weight of the earphone 100 on the smaller contact area, resulting in discomfort when wearing the earphone, commonly known as "ear rubbing." For example, the connecting portion 120 may have a circular cross-sectional dimension perpendicular to the extension direction of the connecting portion 120, with a diameter of 5 mm.
[0058] The material of the connecting portion 120 is not limited, and can be made of plastic, rubber, etc. To better meet the wearing habits of different users, the connecting portion 120 can be made of a memory material. Generally, male ears 200 are larger than female ears 200, and adult ears 200 are larger than minor ears 200. The curvature of the connecting portion 20 can be adjusted according to actual needs to better fit the ear 200 of different sizes, so that the connecting portion 120 can better fit the ear 200 of each user. The size adjustment is not required the next time the earphones are worn. The operation of the earphones 100 requires energy. For example, the earphones 100 can be powered by solar energy or by batteries. For battery power, the battery installation location is not critical. For example, the earphones 100 also includes a battery unit 130. One end of the connecting portion 120 is connected to the mating portion 110, and the other end of the connecting portion 120 is connected to the battery unit 130. The battery inside the battery unit 130 provides energy to the sound-generating device inside the mating portion 110.
[0059] Among them, the connection position 140 between the connection part 120 and the matching part 110 is located on the first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the matching part 110, and in the wearing state, the connection surface of the connection position 140 is inclined toward the user's skin. The longitudinal center plane 150 is the plane where the geometric center point with the thickness direction of the matching part 110 as the normal is located. The first side is the side that contacts the user's skin in the wearing state. Specifically, the path of the connection part 120 extends along the auricle, and the connection part 120 is usually connected to the matching part 110 in the middle area in the thickness direction of the matching part 110. At the same time, since the path of the connection part 120 extends along the auricle and fits tightly with the auricle, and the matching part 110 has a larger thickness than the connection part 120 due to the presence of components such as the generating device, the matching part 110 is squeezed against part of the ear 200 by the matching part 110, resulting in a decrease in user comfort and a decrease in wearing stability. In this embodiment, the connection position 140 between the connection part 120 and the matching part 110 Located on the first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating part 110, the longitudinal center plane can be understood as a plane where the geometric center point with the thickness direction of the mating part 110 as the normal is located. For better understanding, that is, when the earphones are in the wearing state, the connection position 140 between the connecting part 120 and the mating part 110 is on the side of the mating part 110 closer to the ear 200. The connection surface of the connection position 140 can be a curved surface or a flat surface. Whether it is a curved surface or a flat surface, the connection surface of the connection position 140 is inclined toward the user's skin, and the first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 is the side that contacts the user's skin when worn.
[0060] The present application provides an earphone, comprising a mating portion and a connecting portion, wherein the mating portion includes a sound-emitting port; the connecting portion extends in a curved direction; wherein the connection position between the connecting portion and the mating portion is located on a first side of a longitudinal center plane of the mating portion, and when worn, the connection surface of the connection position is inclined toward the user's skin, the longitudinal center plane being a plane having a geometric center point with the thickness direction of the mating portion as a normal, and the first side being the side that contacts the user's skin when worn. At the same time, when the fitting part squeezes the ear, the helix foot and the antihelix angle inside the ear also squeeze the fitting part through the interaction of forces. Under the action of the helix foot and the antihelix angle on the supporting force of the fitting part, the actual position of the fitting part may be offset, and then the position of the connecting part connected to the fitting part may be offset, resulting in the connection between the connecting part and the back of the ear and the head not fitting well enough, which not only affects the wearing comfort of the back of the ear, but also reduces the wearing stability. By setting the connection position between the connecting part and the fitting part on one side of the longitudinal center plane, the actual position of the fitting part can be effectively avoided from being offset, and then the connection between the connecting part and the back of the ear and the head can be effectively avoided, thereby improving the wearing stability.
[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , the connecting surface intersects with the longitudinal center plane 150. Specifically, the connecting surface of the connecting position 140 can be a curved surface or a flat surface. The intersection of the connecting surface and the longitudinal center plane 150 includes the intersection of the connecting surface formed by the connecting position 140 and the longitudinal center plane 150, where the connecting surface here is a surface with a boundary, and also includes the intersection of the extended surface of the connecting surface and the longitudinal center plane 150, where the surface here is a surface without a boundary. For example, when the connecting surface is a curved surface, the extension direction of the connecting curved surface intersects with the longitudinal center plane 150; for example, when the connecting surface is a flat surface, the connecting surface of the connecting position 140 intersects with the longitudinal center plane 150. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion 120 extends from the connecting position 140 and the longitudinal center plane 150 is between 10 degrees and 30 degrees. Specifically, the connection point 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on a first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110. When worn by a user, the thickness of the mating portion 110 is reduced in disguise, thereby effectively preventing the mating portion 110 from squeezing the helix crus 220 and the anti-helix angle inside the ear 200, thereby improving wearing comfort. To further improve wearing comfort and better fit the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 against the ear 200, the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion 120 extends from the connection point 140 and the longitudinal center plane 150 is a first angle α1. The direction in which the connecting portion 140 extends can be understood as the contact point between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 being the connection point 140, and the direction in which the connecting portion 120 extends outward from the connection point 140 being the extending direction. The first angle α1 is between 10 degrees and 30 degrees. The connecting portion 120 extends from the connecting position 140 toward the end away from the mating portion 110. When the first angle α1 is 30 degrees, the degree of deviation of the connecting portion 120 relative to the mating portion 110 is greater than when the first angle α1 is 10 degrees. Therefore, when the first angle α1 is 30 degrees, the earphones are suitable for adult males (commonly known as "thick ears"), and the fitting connection portion 120 and the mating portion 110 fit better against the ears 200. When the first angle α1 is 10 degrees, the earphones are suitable for adult females (commonly known as "thin ears"), and the fitting connection portion 120 and the mating portion 110 fit better against the ears 200.
[0062] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the connection position 140 is located on the second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110. The transverse center plane 160 is a plane whose center point is normal to the width direction of the mating portion 110. The second side is the side away from the user's earlobe 280 when the earphone is worn. Specifically, the plane in which the transverse center plane 160 lies is the XZ plane. When the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on the first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110, the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on the side of the mating portion 110 closer to the ear 200 when the earphone 100 is worn. Similarly, when the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on the second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110, wearing comfort can also be improved. The principle behind this is the same as when the connection position 140 is located on the first side of the longitudinal center plane of the mating portion 110, and will not be further described here. To further improve wearing comfort, the connection position 140 can satisfy both of the above conditions. The connection position 140 is located on a first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110 and on a second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110. The second side is the side that is away from the user's earlobe 280 when worn. The transverse center plane 160 can be understood as the plane whose geometric center point is located with the width direction of the mating portion 110 as its normal. At the same time, precisely because the connection position 140 is located on the second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110, when the earphone 100 is worn, the path of the connection portion 120 extends along the auricle, and the mating portion 110 is connected to the connection portion 120, so that the length direction of the mating portion 110 forms an angle with the vertical direction. The specific angle is related to the connection position 140. At least, it ensures that the length direction of the mating portion 110 is not perpendicular to the vertical direction. The mating portion 110 extends along the length direction with a downward tilt, which can reduce the degree of compression with the antihelix crus 250 and even avoid contact with the antihelix crus 250. This effectively improves wearing comfort.
[0063] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion 120 extends from the connecting position 140 and the transverse center plane 160 is between 50 and 70 degrees. Specifically, the connecting position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on one side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110. When worn by a user, the longitudinal direction of the mating portion 110 forms an angle with the vertical direction, which can reduce the degree of compression with the anthelix crus 250 and even avoid contact with the anthelix crus 250. To further improve wearing comfort and ensure that the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 better fit the ear 200, the angle between the direction in which the connecting portion 120 extends from the connecting position 140 and the transverse center plane 160 is a second angle α2, which is between 50 and 70 degrees. The mating portion 110 extends lengthwise from the connection location 140. The smaller the second angle α2, the greater the downward tilt of the mating portion 110 and the smaller the angle between the length and vertical directions of the mating portion 110. Considering the specific structure of the ear 200, if the angle between the length and vertical directions of the mating portion 110 is too small, the mating portion 110 may press against the tragus 230, resulting in discomfort. At the same time, there is no relevant part to limit the position of the mating portion 110, resulting in poor wearing stability. If the angle between the length and vertical directions of the mating portion 110 is too large, the mating portion 110 may press against the antihelix crus 250, resulting in discomfort. The antihelix crus may also cause the position of the mating portion 110 to change, affecting wearing stability. When the second angle α2 is 70 degrees, the downward tilt of the mating portion 110 is suitable for users with smaller ears 200. When the second angle α2 is 50 degrees, the downward tilt of the mating portion 110 is suitable for users with larger ears 200.
[0064] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG7 , the connection position 140 is located on a third side of a radial center plane 170 of the mating portion 110. The radial center plane 170 is a plane whose center point is normal to the longitudinal direction of the mating portion 110. The third side is the side that is farther from the user's earlobe 280 when the earphone is worn. Specifically, the plane where the radial center plane 170 lies is the YZ plane. When the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on a first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110, the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the mating portion 110 is located on a side of the mating portion 110 closer to the ear 200 when the earphone 100 is worn. Similarly, the connection position 140 may be located both on the first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110 and on the second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110, with the second side being the side farther from the user's earlobe 280 when the earphone is worn. Similarly, the connection position 140 can also be located on a first side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the mating portion 110 and on a second side of the transverse center plane 160 of the mating portion 110, the second side being the side away from the user's earlobe 280 when worn, and also on a third side of the radial center plane 170 of the mating portion 110, the third side being the side away from the user's earlobe 280 when worn. The radial center plane 170 can be understood as a plane with the geometric center point of the longitudinal direction of the mating portion 110 as the normal. This ensures that the connection position 140 is located at a position above the ear 200 of the mating portion 110, away from the earlobe 280. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , the sound outlet 111 is located at the end of the mating portion 110 away from the connection position 140, and the sound outlet 111 is located on the side of the mating portion 110 facing the connection portion 120. Specifically, the earphone 100 includes a fitting portion 110 and a connecting portion 120. According to the actual situation of the ear 200, when the earphone 100 is worn, the connection position 140 between the fitting portion 110 and the connecting portion 120 is located at the end of the helix 210 close to the helix crus 220, and there is no cavity directly connected to the ear canal 270. In order to ensure effective transmission of sound, the sound outlet 111 is located at the end of the fitting portion 110 away from the connection position 140. At the same time, the sound outlet 111 is located on the side of the fitting portion 110 facing the connecting portion 120, so that the sound can be transmitted to the ear canal 270 as soon as possible to avoid leakage of sound.
[0065] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 4 , when the earphone 100 is worn, the mating portion 110 is located between the helix 210 and the tragus 230, and the mating portion 110 contacts the end of the helix 210 near the helix crus 220. Specifically, the earphone 100 is primarily attached to the ear 200 via the connecting portion 120. Considering that the ear 200 effectively restrains the connecting portion 120, preventing it from easily falling off the ear 200, and considering that the mating portion 110 may also shake during exercise, the shaking of the mating portion 110 may cause the sound received by the user from the mating portion 110 to fluctuate and become unstable, and may also be accompanied by air flow noise. Based on this, the present application combines the structure of the ear 200, and when the earphone 100 is worn, the mating portion 110 is located between the helix 210 and the tragus 230, and contacts the end of the helix 210 near the helix crus 220. The helix 210 and the tragus 230 are used to limit the matching portion 110 of the earphone 100 to prevent the matching portion 110 from moving. It should be noted that the specific limiting positions are the position of the helix 210 close to the helix crus 220 and one side of the tragus 230. Here, the matching portion 110 and one side of the tragus 230 can be just in contact without the action of force, or they can be squeezed with the action of force.
[0066] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the side of the mating portion 110 closer to the head abuts the tragus 230 along the thickness direction of the mating portion 110. Specifically, given that the ear 200 has fewer nerves distributed than the head, and the ear 200 is less sensitive than the head, the tragus 230 is directly connected to the head and has a better neural network than other parts of the ear 200. To improve the quality of sound received by the user, the tragus 230 is used to effectively limit the mating portion 110. Along the thickness direction of the mating portion 110, the side of the mating portion 110 closer to the head abuts the tragus 230. This abutment between the mating portion 110 and the tragus 230 not only limits the mating portion 110 by cooperating with the helix 210, but also allows the sound generated by the sound-generating device in the mating portion 110 to be transmitted to the ear 200 via bone conduction through the tragus 230, minimizing sound transmission losses and ensuring sound quality.
[0067] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 4 , when the earphone 100 is worn, the mating portion 110 extends longitudinally to the cavum concha 260, with one end of the mating portion 110 proximal to the antihelix 240. Specifically, to ensure that sound from the sound outlet 111 is better transmitted to the user while minimizing sound diffusion and external interference, the earphone 100, when worn, extends longitudinally to the cavum concha 260. The cavum concha 260 is a cavity that communicates with the ear canal 270. The sound outlet 111 transmits sound into the cavum concha 260, from which it is transmitted into the ear canal 270. The antihelix 240 and the crus anterioris 250 enclose the cavum concha 260, with one end of the mating portion 110 proximal to the antihelix 240. This effectively prevents sound emitted from the sound outlet 111 from leaking out after entering the cavum concha 260, and also effectively prevents interference from external air blowing into the cavum concha 260, thereby ensuring sound quality to a certain extent. There is no specific limitation on the degree to which one end of the fitting portion 110 is close to the antihelix 240. For example, for a user with a smaller cavum concha 260, one end of the fitting portion 110 may contact the antihelix 240; for a user with a larger cavum concha 260, one end of the fitting portion 110 may be several millimeters away from the antihelix 240. The actual situation varies from person to person.
[0068] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5 , the thickness of the mating portion 110 gradually decreases along the length direction from the connection position 140 . Specifically, when the earphone 100 is worn on the ear 200 for a long time, the heavier the earphone 100, the greater the pressure on the ear 200, and the worse the user's comfort. To ensure the user experience, the mass of the earphone 100 is reduced as much as possible. The thickness of the fitting portion 110 gradually decreases along the length direction from the connection position 140. By reducing the thickness of the fitting portion 110, the pressure on the ear 200 is alleviated to a certain extent. It should be emphasized here that the thickness of the fitting portion 110 gradually becomes thinner along the length direction from the connection position 140, which does not mean that the distance between the sound outlet 111 and the ear canal 270 is farther. It is precisely because the connection position 140 between the connecting portion 120 and the fitting portion 110 is located on one side of the longitudinal center plane 150 of the fitting portion 110 that the fitting portion 110 can be offset toward the inner side of the cavum concha 260 when extending along the length direction. It can be simply understood that the thickness of the fitting portion 110 is reduced on the side away from the ear 200, rather than the thickness on the side close to the ear 200.
[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , a sound projection 112 is provided on the mating portion 110 at one end of the mating portion 110 in the longitudinal direction away from the connection position 140, and a sound outlet 111 is located on the sound projection 112. Specifically, to further improve the user's sound reception and reduce sound leakage, the sound projection 112 is provided on the mating portion 110 at one end of the mating portion 110 in the longitudinal direction away from the connection position 140. This can be simply understood as providing the sound projection 112 at one end of the mating portion 110 facing the inner side of the cavum concha 260, and providing the sound outlet 111 on the sound projection 112. This allows the sound outlet 111 to be closer to the ear canal 270, shortening the distance between the sound outlet 111 and the ear canal 270. Sound emitted from the sound outlet 111 can be transmitted to the ear canal 270 in a shorter time, thereby reducing the time the sound remains in the cavum concha 260 and minimizing sound leakage. The specific structure and size of the sound-emitting boss 112 are not limited and can be determined according to actual needs. For example, the sound-emitting boss 112 is a cylinder, and the sound-emitting port 111 is located on the top surface of the cylinder.
[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , when the earphone 100 is in the worn state, the top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 is at an angle to the vertical plane, so that the top surface faces the ear canal 270. Specifically, in order to make more refined improvements to the earphone 100, considering that the ear canal 270 of the ear 200 is hidden behind the tragus 230, the sound-emitting boss 112 extends toward the inner side of the cavum concha 260, and the top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 does not directly face the ear canal 270. In order to further shorten the distance between the sound-emitting opening 111 and the ear canal 270, the top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 is tilted so that the top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 is at an angle to the vertical plane, thereby allowing the top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 to face the ear canal 270. After the sound is generated at the sound outlet 111, the sound directly enters the ear canal 270 in a straight line. The value of the angle between the top surface of the sound boss 112 and the vertical plane is not limited and can be adaptively adjusted according to the type of user wearing it. For example, the angle between the top surface of the sound boss 112 and the vertical plane is 20 degrees.
[0071] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the sound-emitting boss 112 gradually tapers away from the mating portion 110 so that at least a portion of the sound-emitting boss 112 can fit within the cavum concha 260. Specifically, when refining the earphone 100, the sound-emitting boss 112 can effectively transmit sound, shorten the transmission distance, and reduce sound leakage. However, considering the internal structure of the ear 200, the sound-emitting boss 112 may interfere with the helix crus 220 or other parts, thereby squeezing the helix crus 220 or other parts, reducing the user's experience and affecting wearing stability. To improve this situation, the sound-emitting boss 112 gradually tapers away from the mating portion 110. This can be simply understood as the cross-sectional area of the extended end of the sound-emitting boss 112 gradually decreases as the sound-emitting boss 112 extends toward the cavum concha 260, thereby preventing the sound-emitting boss 112 from interfering with the helix crus 220 or other parts. When the relevant components of the earphone 100 merely contact the ear 200 and no force is applied, the earphone 100 will not cause discomfort to the ear 200. The side or top surface of the sound-emitting boss 112 will mate with the cavum concha 260 and will not affect wearing comfort. Therefore, the sound-emitting boss 112 gradually narrows as it extends toward the cavum concha 260, allowing the sound-emitting boss 112 to at least partially mate with the cavum concha 260.
[0072] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 9, the fitting portion 110 is connected to one end of the connecting portion 120. When the earphone is worn, the fitting portion 110 can abut against the upper ear root of the user, so that the fitting portion 110 and the connecting portion 120 can transfer the gravity of the earphone to the ear or face of the user. At the same time, the fitting portion 110 has a accommodating cavity for accommodating a sound-emitting component. The sound-emitting component can convert an electrical signal into mechanical vibration and excite the air in the accommodating cavity to vibrate through mechanical vibration. The vibration of the air is output to the outside of the fitting portion 110 and transmitted to the ear of the user, causing the user's eardrum to vibrate so that the user can hear the sound. The state of the mechanical vibration of the sound-emitting component is controlled by controlling the waveform of the electrical signal, so that the user can hear the desired sound. The battery unit 130 is connected to the end of the connecting portion 120 opposite the end connected to the mating portion 110. That is, the battery unit 130 and the mating portion 110 are respectively fixed to opposite ends of the connecting portion 120. The battery unit 130 is used to provide electrical energy to the electronically controlled components or sound-generating components within the mating portion 110 through the power supply structure within the connecting portion 120, so that the electronically controlled components drive the sound-generating components to vibrate, thereby enabling the mating portion to output sound. The location where the mating portion 110 and the connecting portion 120 connect is located on one side of the central axis in the width direction of the mating portion 110, forming a first side portion 113 of the mating portion 110. Along the length direction of the mating portion 110, the side of the mating portion 110 opposite the first side portion 113 is a second side portion 114. It can be understood that, along the length direction of the mating portion 110, the first side portion 113 and the second side portion 114 of the mating portion 110 are respectively located on either side of the central axis of symmetry along the width direction of the mating portion, and the connection location between the mating portion 110 and the connecting portion 120 is located on the first side portion 113. At the same time, within the longitudinal center plane of the mating portion, the battery unit 130 is located outside the outer edge of the second side portion 114 of the mating portion 110. That is, in the longitudinal direction of the mating portion 110, the projection of the battery unit 130 within the longitudinal center plane is located on the second side portion 114 of the central axis of the mating portion 110 in the width direction. Furthermore, in the direction from the first side portion to the second side portion, the projection of the battery unit 130 is located outside the space enclosed by the outer edge of the mating portion 110. That is, there is no overlap between the projection of the battery unit 130 and the space enclosed by the outer edge of the mating portion 110. The longitudinal center plane is a plane passing through the geometric center point of the mating portion 110 and having its normal in the thickness direction of the mating portion 110. By ensuring that the projection of the battery unit 130 does not overlap with the outer edge of the mating portion 110, the clamping force exerted by the battery unit 130 and the mating portion 110 on the user's ear when worn can be reduced, thereby improving wearing stability. The following explains the principle by which the misalignment of the inner and outer edges of the battery unit 130 and the mating portion 110 in the longitudinal projection plane improves wearing stability. When the earphones are worn, the mating portion 110 and battery portion 130 are located on the front and back sides of the ear, respectively, exerting a force on the ear in the thickness direction of the ear, thereby limiting relative movement of the earphones with the ear in this thickness direction. Furthermore, horizontally, which is perpendicular to the ear's thickness and perpendicular to the vertical direction, the mating portion 110 and battery portion 130 are also located on either side of the ear. The longitudinal center plane of the mating portion 110 is parallel to the horizontal direction. By ensuring that the projection of the battery portion 130 on the longitudinal center plane does not overlap with the outer edge of the mating portion 110, the battery portion 130 and mating portion 110 do not exert a clamping force on the user's ear in the horizontal direction, thereby reducing the wearing stability of the earphones. Along the length of the mating portion, a gap exists between the projection of the outer edge of the mating portion on the longitudinal center plane and the projection of the outer edge of the battery portion on the longitudinal center plane. This reduces the force exerted on the ear by the battery portion and the mating portion when the earphones are worn, thereby reducing ear pain and improving wearing comfort.
[0073] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 10, in the longitudinal center plane, in the length direction of the mating portion 110, the minimum distance between the outer edge of the battery portion 130 and the outer edge of the mating portion 110 is greater than 5 mm and less than 9 mm. It can be understood that the projections of the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 in the longitudinal center plane form the outer contour of the mating portion 110 and the outer contour of the battery portion 130, and different points on the outer contours of the two projections form different distances in the length direction of the mating portion 110, wherein the maximum value of the different distances formed is 9 mm and the minimum value is 5 mm, that is, by making the spacing distance between the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 within an appropriate range, the distance between the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 will not be too large to cause the earphone to fall off the ear of the user, and the distance between the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 will not be too small to cause excessive clamping force on the ear to affect wearing stability.
[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG10 , in the longitudinal center plane, the longitudinal central axis of the mating portion 110 passes through the space surrounded by the outer edge of the battery portion 130. When the earphone is in the worn state, the ear needs to be clamped in the thickness direction of the ear by the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 to improve the wearing stability. If the longitudinal central axis of the mating portion 110 does not pass through the space surrounded by the outer edge of the battery portion 130, the mating portion 110 and the battery portion 130 will apply a clamping force in the thickness direction of the rear portion while also causing additional torsional torque on the ear, affecting the wearing stability. In the non-worn state, the longitudinal central axis of the mating portion 110 is made to pass through the space surrounded by the outer edge of the battery portion 130. This can make the longitudinal central axis of the mating portion 110 in the worn state pass through the space surrounded by the outer edge of the battery portion 130 while causing smaller deformation of the connecting portion 120, thereby reducing the force exerted on the ear due to the deformation of the connecting portion 120, thereby further improving the wearing comfort.
[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG11 , when the earphones are in the state of being worn, the fitting portion 110 abuts against the upper ear root 290 of the ear, and as shown in FIG12 , the battery portion 130 abuts against the back surface 211 of the helix tail and / or the back surface 281 of the earlobe. That is, when the earphones are in the state of being worn, the connecting portion 120 extends along the curve of the back surface of the helix on the back side of the ear and extends to a position close to the back surface of the earlobe on the back side of the ear, so that the battery portion 130 can abut against the back surface of the helix tail or the back surface of the earlobe, or a part of it abuts against the back surface of the helix tail and the other part abuts against the back surface of the earlobe, that is, the fitting portion 110 abuts against the ear. The connection position and the position where the battery part 130 abuts against the ear are respectively located at the two ends of the ear in the length direction of the matching part 110, which improves the wearing reliability and makes the earphones less likely to fall off the ear; at the same time, on the back side of the ear, the back side of the helix tail and the back side of the earlobe are less sensitive to external forces than other parts of the back of the ear, and the back side of the helix and the back side of the earlobe are softer than other parts of the back of the ear, and can produce greater deformation, so that the battery part 130 abuts against the back side of the helix and / or the back side of the earlobe, which can make the earphones able to be worn securely on the ear while reducing the pain on the back side of the ear, thereby further improving the wearing comfort.
[0076] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 11, when the earphones are in the worn state, in the longitudinal center plane, the abutment vector of the fitting portion 110 points to the part where the battery portion 130 abuts against the ear, wherein the abutment vector is a vector with the point in the abutment position between the fitting portion and the upper ear root 290 as the starting point and the length direction of the fitting portion as the direction, that is, the abutment force applied by the fitting portion 110 to the upper ear root 290 at the abutment position of the upper ear root 290 has a component in the length direction of the fitting portion 110 pointed to the battery portion 130, so that the component in the length direction of the fitting portion 110 generated at the abutment between the fitting portion 110 and the upper ear root 290 is collinear with the component in the length direction of the fitting portion 110 of the force generated by the abutment between the battery portion 130 and the ear, thereby reducing the force generated by the abutment between the fitting portion 110 and the battery portion 130 and the ear, and no additional torque is generated due to the non-collinearity, thereby further improving the wearing comfort of the earphones.
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13 , in the length direction of the mating portion 110, the geometric center of the position where the battery portion 130 is connected to the connecting portion 120 is located on the side of the central axis L3 in the length direction of the battery portion 130 close to the mating portion 110. It can be understood that the position where the battery portion 130 is connected to the connecting portion 120 is not aligned with the central axis of the battery portion 130, but is biased toward one side of the mating portion, so that the orientation of the connection position between the battery portion 130 and the connecting portion 120 can adapt to the extension direction of the connecting portion 120. If the connection position of the battery portion 130 is not aligned with the central axis of the battery portion 130, the battery portion 130 will not be aligned with the extension direction of the connecting portion 120. If the connection portion 120 is deflected, the end portion of the connection portion 120 used for connecting with the battery portion 130 may need to be tilted at a larger angle in order to be connected to the battery portion 130, thereby requiring the length of the connection portion 120 to be set longer and restricting the tilt angle of the end portion of the battery portion 130; or the connection portion 120 may need to be connected to the battery portion 130 through a bending transition structure with a larger angle, thereby increasing the manufacturing cost of the connection portion 120, and generating internal assembly stress due to assembly after the connection between the connection portion 120 and the battery portion 130, resulting in a reduced service life of the connection portion 120.
[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 14, the battery portion 130 has a plug-in hole 131, and the end of the connecting portion 120 is connected to the battery portion 130 through the plug-in hole 131. It can be understood that the end of the connecting portion 120 is inserted into the plug-in hole 131 to realize the plug-in connection between the connecting portion 120 and the battery portion 130. Compared with fixing the connecting portion 120 to the outer surface of the battery portion 130, installing the connecting portion 120 by plugging can reduce the stress concentration caused by the sudden change in cross-sectional shape between the connecting portion 120 and the outer surface of the battery portion 130 without the need for an additional transition portion between the battery portion 130 and the connecting portion 120, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the earphone while improving the connection reliability between the connecting portion 120 and the battery portion 130. Moreover, the connecting part 120 and the battery part 130 are connected by plugging, which is an integrated manufacturing method of the connecting part 120 and the battery part 130, or the connecting part 120 and the battery part 130 are connected by bonding. Connecting the battery part 130 and the connecting part 120 by plugging can also facilitate the installation and disassembly between the connecting part 120 and the battery part 130, and can facilitate the replacement of the damaged connecting part 120 when the connecting part 120 is damaged.
[0079] At the same time, as shown in Figure 13, in the longitudinal center plane, a preset angle is formed between the central axis L4 of the plug-in hole 131 in the depth direction and the central axis L3 of the battery part 130 in the length direction. It can be understood that the depth direction of the plug-in hole 131 is tilted relative to the central axis of the battery part 130 so that the depth direction of the plug-in hole 131 matches the inclination direction of the end of the connecting part 120. Specifically, the central axis L4 of the plug-in hole 131 in the depth direction is located on the outside of the battery part 130, on the side of the central axis L3 in the length direction of the battery part 130 close to the mating part 110, that is, the connection surface formed on the outer surface of the plug-in hole 131 on the battery part 130 is tilted toward the side close to the mating part, so as to facilitate the insertion of the end of the connecting part 120 into the plug-in hole 131, thereby connecting the connecting part 120 with the battery part 130.
[0080] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 13, the angle θ1 between the central axis L4 in the depth direction of the plug hole 131 and the central axis L3 in the length direction of the battery part 130 is between 25 degrees and 40 degrees. It can be understood that the angle between the axes in the depth direction of the plug hole 131 and the length direction of the battery part 130 is within an appropriate angle range, which can not only make the inclination angle of the plug hole 131 compatible with the inclination direction of the end of the connecting part 120, but also make the plug hole 131 fully utilize the length direction dimension of the battery part 130, so that the plug hole 131 has sufficient depth, and the length of the part of the connecting part 120 inserted into the plug hole 131 is sufficient to make the connecting part 120 and the battery part 130 reliably plugged in.
[0081] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG14 , the earphones further include a connecting ring 132, which is sleeved on the outside of the end of the connecting portion 120. The connecting ring 132 and the end of the connecting portion 120 are inserted into the plug hole 131 to be fixedly connected to the battery portion 130. Optionally, the connecting portion 120 and the connecting ring 132 are detachably connected. During the installation of the connecting portion 120, the connecting ring 132 can be fixed to the end of the connecting portion 120 and the connecting ring 132 and the connecting portion 120 can be connected to the battery portion 130 as a whole. Alternatively, the connecting ring 132 can be pre-installed separately into the plug hole 131 and then the connecting portion 120 can be inserted into the connecting ring 132 and the connecting portion 120 and the connecting ring 132 can be fixedly connected.
[0082] Optionally, the earphones further include a seal, which is used to seal the gap between the end of the connecting portion 120 and the inner wall of the plug-in hole 131, so as to reduce the risk of liquid or dust outside the earphones entering the interior of the battery portion 130 through the gap between the inner wall of the plug-in hole 131 and the end of the connecting portion 120, causing damage to the power supply components in the battery portion 130 due to poor contact or short circuit, thereby extending the service life of the battery portion 130. It should be noted that the sealant can seal the gap between the end of the connecting portion 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131 in any way. Optionally, the sealant is located on the outer surface of the battery portion 130, so that the outer cover of the battery portion 130 covers the gap between the end of the connecting portion 120 and the plug hole 131, thereby facilitating the installation and removal of the sealant; Optionally, the sealant is located inside the battery portion 130, and the sealant closes the gap between the end of the connecting portion 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131 from the inner side of the battery portion 130, thereby reducing the possibility of the sealant falling off from the outer surface of the battery portion 130; Optionally, the sealant is located inside the battery portion 130. The sealing member is located in the plug hole 131 and between the end of the connecting part 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131, thereby blocking the gap between the end of the connecting part 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131. When the sealing member is located in the plug hole 131, the sealing member can also be an elastic member, which is clamped between the outer surface of the end of the connecting part 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131, so that the elastic deformation of the elastic member makes the sealing member more reliably abut against the outer surface of the end of the connecting part 120 and the inner wall of the plug hole 131, thereby enhancing the sealing effect of the sealing member on the end of the connecting part 120 and the inner surface of the plug hole 131.
[0083] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, at least a portion of the connecting portion 120 is an elastic portion 122 that can generate elastic deformation. It can be understood that at least a portion of the connecting portion 120 is an elastic portion that can generate elastic deformation, so that when the earphone is worn, the connecting portion 120 can be adapted to the different ear sizes of the user. For example, when the earphone is worn on the thick ear of an adult male, the elastic portion of the connecting portion 120 can generate a greater elastic deformation in the thickness direction of the ear, so that the fitting portion 110 and the battery portion 130 are at a greater distance in the thickness direction of the ear, thereby reducing the clamping force applied by the connecting portion 120 to the ear and improving the wearing stability of the user; for example, when the earphone is worn on the thin ear of an underage female, the elastic portion of the connecting portion 120 can generate a smaller elastic deformation in the thickness direction, so that the connecting portion 120 and the battery portion 130 are at a smaller distance in the thickness direction of the ear, thereby improving the wearing stability of the user.
[0084] At the same time, when the earphones are being worn, the connecting portion 120 abuts against the back side 212 of the helix near the upper ear root of the ear to form a position 121 where the connecting portion abuts against the back side of the helix, and the elastic portion 122 of the connecting portion 120 extends from the position 121 where the connecting portion abuts against the back side of the helix to the end portion of the connecting portion 120 for connecting with the battery portion 130. It can be understood that the length of the elastic portion occupies a portion of the length of the connecting portion 120, and the elastic portion extends from the position where the connecting portion 120 abuts against the back side 212 of the helix near the upper ear root to the end portion for connecting with the battery portion 130, so that the length of the elastic portion is long enough to enable the connecting portion 120 to produce a sufficiently large elastic deformation, and the elastic portion contacts the ear to reduce the hard contact between the connecting portion 120 and the ear, thereby further reducing the wearing stability.
[0085] The above description is merely an optional embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application.
