Abstract

The invention relates to a portable health care card with medical stone and tourmaline which is beneficial to prevent and treat diseases, and recover from fatigue, and process for preparation thereof. The health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of the invention comprises 20~25% of medical stone, 20~25% of tourmaline, 4~6% of Artemisia gigantea extract, 4~6% of Syringa dilatata extract, 8~12% of peach tree branch extract, 3~6% of grape extract, 8~12% of hemp, 4~6% of willow leave extract, 3~6% of sugar, 3~6% of salt in percentage by weight. The health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of the present invention is prepared by following steps: grinding medical stone and tourmaline to particle size of less than 10 µm; preparing extracts of Artemisia gigantea, Syringa dilatata, peach tree branch and grape, mixing the extracts with the powder of the medical stone and tourmaline, drying the mixture and grinding it to particle size of less than 20 µm; grinding hemp, willow leaves, sugar and salt to particle size of less than 20 µm; mixing all the components and pressing, molding and baking the mixture.

[0003] The present invention relates to a portable health care card with medical stone and tourmaline which is beneficial to prevent and treat diseases, and recover from fatigue, and the process for preparation thereof.

[0005] Far infrared ray dilates blood vessels and increases blood flow rate and flow by causing cellular resonance on the skin and subcutaneous tissues of the human body, so as to improve local microcirculation and capillary permeability of the body, and activate cells, and enhance metabolism and immune function. The absorption of plant components into the body is promoted by bio-resonance in combination with far infrared ray, therefore, local vascular function, especially microcirculation, is enhanced, and tissue feeding is improved, and metabolic processes are activated. [0012] The medical stone, which is a natural material with far infrared radiation, is used to prepare drinking water and health care products. It is ground to less than 10 μm of particle size for use in the present invention.

[0013] The tourmaline, which is a material with anion emission, is widely used in many fields, especially medical field. It is ground to less than 10 μm of particle size for use in the present invention.

[0014] In traditional Koryo treatment, the Artemisia gigantea is used as convergent hemostatic and analgesic for treatment of uterine hemorrhage, abdominal pain and bloody stool, and also used as a blood tonic. Among the people, the whole herb is used as sedative and antispasmodic for treatments of epilepsy, spasm, paralysis and rigidity, and as an analgesic for treatments of colic, headache, toothache, stomach cancer, leprosy, syphilis, gonorrhea, brain edema, rheumatism and gout, and as a cough medicine and an antipyretic for treatments of bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, pneumonia and cold. It is also used as a diuretic and a cholagogue, and as an anthelmintic against entozoa.

[0015] The Syringa dilatata leaves are used for treatments of vomiting, diarrhea, cholera, stomachache and abdominal pain, and also used as an antiviral agent with their inhibitory effect on virus in human body. The hemp or peach tree branch is one of natural disinfectants and antidotes which are used traditionally by our people.

[0016] The willow leaves have been used as an analgesic and ah antipyretic for treatment by direct contact on pain or wound sites.

[0017] The grape extract prevents aging and activates immunity.

[0018] The sugar protects the skin and blocks harmful waves such as electromagnetic waves from outside.

[0020] 2. Process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of the present invention

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of the present invention is prepared by following steps; grinding medical stone and tourmaline to particle size of less than 10 μm ; preparing extracts of Artemisia gigantea, Syringa dilatata, peach tree branch and grape, mixing the extracts with the powder of the medical stone and tourmaline, drying the mixture and grinding it to particle size of less than 20 μm ; grinding hemp, willow leaves, sugar and salt to particle size of less than 20 μm ; mixing all the components and pressing, molding and baking the mixture.

[0023] The Artemisia gigantea extract is prepared by drying the Artemisia gigantea leaves collected naturally from many parts of our country in August and September after the rainy season, extracting them with water at 100 °C for 2~3 hours and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%

[0024] The Syringa dilatata extract is prepared by drying the Syringa dilatata leaves collected naturally in May and June, extracting them with wuter at 100 °C for 2~3 hours and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.

[0025] The peach tree branch extract is prepared by extracting the peach tree branches grown after pinching in Spring and Autumn with water at 100 °C for 2~3 hours and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.

[0026] The grape extract is prepared by wet grinding of the grapes soaked in 70% alcohol, filtering and concentrating them to moisture content of 60%, The extracts of the Artemisia gigantea, Syringa dilatata, peach tree branch and grape are mixed with the powder of the medical stone and tourmaline, and the mixture is dried and then ground to particle size ofless than 20 μm .

[0027] The stems and leaves of the hemp are collected In August and September when the fruits are not bom, and ground to particle size of less than 20 μm .

[0028] The willow leaves are dried naturally and ground to particle size of less than 20 μm .

[0030] After mixing all the components, the mixture is filled into rectangular mould with 80-85 mm in width, 50-65 mm in longitudinal length and 3-10 mm in thickness, pressed and baked at 100-200 °C for 24 hours, then the semi-finished product is obtained. This is wrapped and finished into product.

[0035] The health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of the present invention comprises 10 g of medical stone, 10 g of tourmaline, 2 g of Artemisia gigantea extract, 2 g of Syringa dilatata extract, 4 g of peach tree branch extract, 2 g of grape extract, 4 g of hemp, 2 g of willow leaves extract, 2 g of sugar, 2 g of salt in percentage by weight.

It is also effective to recover from fatigue after excessive exercise and treat various diseases caused by food poisoning and phosphorus poisoning. Some diseases improve in 1 to 2 days, but the incurable diseases are treated gradually with constant use of the product

Claims

CLAIMSWhat is claimed is:

1. A health care card with medical stone and tourmaline comprises 20-25% of medical stone, 20-25% of tourmaline, 4-6% of Artemisia gigantea extract, 4-6% of Syringa dilatata extract, 8- 12% of peach tree branch extract, 3-6% of grape extract, 8- 12% of hemp, 4-6% of willow leave extract, 3-6% of sugar, 3-6% of salt in percentage by weight.

A process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline is as follows::- grinding medical stone and tourmaline to particle size of less than 10 μm ;- preparing extracts of Artemisia gigantea, Syringa dilatata, peach tree branch and grape, mixing the extracts with the powder of the medical stone and tourmaline, drying the mixture and grinding it to particle size of less than 20 μm ;- grinding hemp, willow leaves, sugar and salt to particle size of less than 20 μm ; mixing all the components and pressing, molding and baking the mixture.

The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein the Artemisia gigantea extract is prepared by drying the Artemisia gigantea leaves collected naturally from many parts of our country in August and September after the rainy season, extracting them with water at 100 °C for 2-3 hours and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.

The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein the Syringa dilatata extract is prepared by drying foe Syringa dilatata leaves collected naturally in May and June, extracting them with water at 100 °C for 2-3 hours and concentrating foem to moisture content of 20%.

The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein foe peach tree branch extract is prepared by extracting foe peach tree branches grown after pinching in Spring and Autumn with water at 100 °C for 2-3 hours and concentrating them to moisture content of 20%.

6. The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein the grape extract is prepared by wet grinding of foe grapes soaked in 70% alcohol, filtering and concentrating them to moisture content of 60%.

The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein the stems and leaves of foe hemp are collected in August and September when foe fruits are not bom, and ground to particle size of less than 20 μm .8, The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein the willow leaves are dried naturally and ground to particle size of less than 20 μm.

The process for preparation of the health care card with medical stone and tourmaline of claim 2, wherein after mixing all the components, the mixture is filled into rectangular mould with 80-85 mm in width, 50-65 mm in longitudinal length and 3-10 mm in thickness, pressed and baked at 100-200 °C for 24 hours.
