Description

Hand bidet device

[0001] The present invention relates to a hand bidet device, and more particularly, to a hand bidet device capable of filtering water for the hygiene of a user.

[0002] Hand bidets are used in countries with a lot of limestone, such as Southeast Asia and Europe. In these countries, hand bidets are more commonly used than electronic bidets.

[0003] Especially in Southeast Asia, the water contains a lot of foreign substances, so if you use a hand bidet, the anus or vagina may become contaminated, causing inflammation and health problems.

[0004] Therefore, the need for products that purify water by providing antibacterial substances to hand bidets and installing filters that can neutralize limescale and remove foreign substances is increasing.

[0005] The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and aims to ensure the hygiene and health of users by purifying water used in a hand bidet and neutralizing limescale.

[0006] A hand bidet device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a housing connected to a hose and including a first communication port through which water enters and a second communication port through which the water is discharged, a lower filter disposed on the side of the first communication port within the housing to provide an antibacterial function and a limescale neutralization function to the water, and an upper filter coupled to be in communication with the lower filter to provide a purification function to the water, wherein the water enters the first communication port, passes through the lower filter and the upper filter in that order, and is discharged through the second communication port.

[0007] In a hand bidet device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower filter includes a solid composition including vitamin C, phytosterol, natural salt, starch, and glycerin, and the solid composition can be dissolved and mixed into the water as the water enters the lower filter.

[0008] In a hand bidet device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the upper filter may include a sediment filter, a carbon black filter, or an ACF filter.

[0009] In a hand bidet device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower filter may include a water pressure regulating structure that is coupled to an end of the lower filter on the side of the first communication port and includes a water pressure regulating port that prevents water from entering the lower filter when the water pressure is not formed above a certain pressure.

[0010] A hand bidet device according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a water pressure reducer arranged adjacent to the first communication port to form the water pressure of water entering the lower filter into a constant water pressure.

[0011] The hand bidet device of the present invention can be equipped with a function of not only purifying foreign substances in the water used but also neutralizing limescale.

[0012] In addition, the hand bidet device of the present invention can be formed so that water cannot enter the lower filter due to differential pressure below a certain water pressure so as to prevent the solid composition of the lower filter from melting when the hand bidet device is not in use.

[0013] In addition, the hand bidet device of the present invention can provide water pressure below a certain pressure to the user through a water pressure reducer to provide water pressure suitable for use by the user.

[0019] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that, wherever possible, identical components are represented by identical reference numerals throughout the drawings. Furthermore, detailed descriptions of well-known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention will be omitted.

[0020] Figure 1 is an example of use of a hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] The present invention relates to a hand bidet device, which is primarily placed next to a toilet and used on the user's anus.

[0022] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of a hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0023] A hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (100) that is connected to a hose (H) and includes a first communication port (110) through which water enters and a second communication port (120) through which the water is discharged, a lower filter (200) that is arranged on the side of the first communication port (110) within the housing (100) to provide an antibacterial function and a lime water neutralization function to the water, and an upper filter (300) that is connected to the lower filter (200) to provide a purification function to the water, and the water enters the first communication port (110), passes through the lower filter (200) and the upper filter (300) in that order, and is discharged through the second communication port (120).

[0024] A hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (100), a lower filter (200), and an upper filter (300).

[0025] The housing (100) forms the frame of the hand bidet device (1) and includes a first communication port (110) and a second communication port (120). The first communication port (110) is connected to a hose (H) so that water enters, and the second communication port (120) is configured so that water is discharged.

[0026] The lower filter (200) is placed on the side of the first ventilation port (110) and primarily purifies water entering from the hose (H). The lower filter (200) performs antibacterial and lime water neutralization functions.

[0027] The upper filter (300) is connected to the lower filter (200) and provides a purification function for water.

[0028] Water delivered from the hose (H) passes through the first communication port (110), then the lower filter (200), and then the upper filter (300) to be purified, and then discharged through the second communication port (120).

[0029] In a hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower filter (200) includes a solid composition including vitamin C, phytosterol, natural salt, starch, and glycerin, and as the water enters the lower filter (200), the solid composition can melt and be mixed into the water.

[0030] The above natural salt is a solid form of combustion metal. While salt itself has no acidity or alkalinity, it can exert various functions that can inhibit the growth of microorganisms. High concentrations of salt can remove moisture through the cell membrane of microorganisms and reduce the moisture concentration within the cells. This can inhibit the growth of microorganisms reproducing within the hand glove. Furthermore, by placing high concentrations of salt, it can absorb moisture from the surrounding environment, drying out the microorganisms and inhibiting their growth.

[0031] Additionally, in environments with high salt concentrations, microorganisms lose water through osmosis due to these concentration differences. This can make it difficult for microorganisms to survive.

[0032] The above vitamin C is included to remove limescale in tap water. Specifically, when limescale (Ca(OH)2) and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) react, a reaction occurs as shown in the chemical formula below.

[0033] C6H8O6+ Ca(OH)2→ Ca(C6H7O6) + H2O

[0034] In this reaction, vitamin C and lime water interact to produce calcium ascorbate (Ca(C6H7O6)) and water, which can then be removed.

[0035] The above-mentioned phytosterol extract is a natural extract and can be effective in managing menstrual blood and relieving menstrual pain, which is necessary for women.

[0036] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the solid composition may include 20 to 40 parts by weight of vitamin C, 5 to 20 parts by weight of plantain extract, 10 to 30 parts by weight of starch, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of glycerin based on 5 to 20 parts by weight of natural salt.

[0037] In the lower filter (200), a solid composition is formed for the purpose of providing an antibacterial function to water and a lime water neutralization function. The solid composition includes vitamin C, plantain extract, natural salt, starch, and glycerin. The solid composition included within the above weight range can maintain a solid form for a long time, and the antibacterial function to water and the lime water neutralization function can be activated as the solid composition dissolves in water.

[0038] The starch included within the above weight range can play a role in enabling the composition to maintain a solid shape, and the glycerin included within the above weight range can play a role in enabling the shape of the solid composition to be maintained for a long period of time by slowing down the rate at which the solid composition dissolves in water.

[0039] In a hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the upper filter (300) may include a sediment filter, a carbon black filter, or an ACF filter.

[0040] The upper filter (300) of the hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a sediment filter or a carbon black filter. A hollow portion (310) is formed in the upper filter (300), and water flows toward the second communication port (120) through the hollow portion (310).

[0041] At this time, a filter structure (320) may be formed to block the path of the hollow portion (310) as shown in FIG. 4, and the filter structure (320) may be formed as a sediment filter, a carbon black filter, or an ACF filter.

[0042] In a hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower filter (200) may include a water pressure regulating structure (210) that is coupled to the end of the lower filter (200) on the side of the first communication port (110) and includes a water pressure regulating port (211) that prevents water from entering the lower filter (200) when the water pressure is not formed above a certain pressure.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 3, a water pressure control structure (210) can be formed in the lower filter (200) of the hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0044] As shown in Fig. 1, due to the nature of the position where the hand bidet device (1) is placed, the hose (H) comes down from above to supply water. At this time, even when the hand bidet device (1) is not in operation, the water may enter the lower filter (200) due to the pressure of the water coming down from above through the hose (H). In this case, the solid composition of the lower filter (200) melts even when the hand bidet device (1) is not in operation, resulting in the problem of having to frequently replace the lower filter (200).

[0045] To prevent this, a water pressure control structure (210) is formed in the lower filter (200) to prevent water from entering the lower filter (200) when the hand bidet device (1) is not in operation.

[0046] The water pressure regulating structure (210) is connected to the end of the lower filter (200) from the side of the first communication port (110). A water pressure regulating port (211) is formed in the water pressure regulating structure (210). Due to the water pressure regulating port (211), a pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the lower filter (200), and water does not enter the lower filter (200) unless a water pressure greater than the pressure difference is applied.

[0047] At this time, the diameter of the water pressure regulating hole (211) may be formed to be 0.6 to 1.0 mm. If the diameter of the water pressure regulating hole (211) exceeds 1 mm, the differential pressure between the inside and outside of the lower filter (200) becomes very small, so that water may enter the lower filter (200) even when the hand bidet device (1) is not in operation, and if it is formed to be smaller than 0.6 mm, the water pressure required to enter the lower filter (200) becomes excessively large, so that water may not enter the lower filter (200) even when the hand bidet device (1) is in operation.

[0048] The lower filter (200) may further include a protrusion (220). The protrusion (220) may be formed to correspond to the diameter of the hollow portion (310) and may be fitted and combined with the hollow portion (310). Accordingly, by fitting the protrusion (220) and the hollow portion (310), water may be induced to pass through the lower filter (200) and naturally move to the upper filter (300).

[0049] A hand bidet device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a water pressure reducer (400) arranged adjacent to the first communication port (110) to form the water pressure of water entering the lower filter (200) into a constant water pressure.

[0050] In Fig. 5, a water pressure reducer (400) is illustrated. The water pressure reducer (400) is a configuration that forms a constant water pressure, and is configured to prevent the water pressure provided to the user from being formed too strong.

[0051] A protruding member (410) may be formed in the water pressure reducer (400), and the protruding member (410) may lower the water pressure by obstructing the flow of water and causing it to spread in all directions.

[0052] As shown in Fig. 5, the protrusion member (410) may be formed with a protrusion on the inside through which water passes in the annular hydraulic pressure reducer (400). Referring to Fig. 5, the protrusion size (L) of the protrusion member (410) may be formed to be 1 / 4 to 1 / 5 times the diameter (D) of the passage through which water passes. If the protrusion size (L) is smaller than 1 / 4 times the passage diameter (D), the water cannot be effectively spread, so the hydraulic pressure reduction effect is not large. On the other hand, if it is larger than 1 / 5 times, the water is spread too much, so the hydraulic pressure is excessively reduced, so that sufficient hydraulic pressure is not created to enter the hydraulic pressure control port (211).
