Abstract
Description
Cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick
[0001] The present invention relates to a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick, and more particularly, to a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick capable of preventing tobacco ash from falling off.
[0002] E-cigarettes can be categorized into liquid-type e-cigarettes, which vaporize a liquid containing nicotine for inhalation, and heat-not-burn e-cigarettes, which absorb the nicotine vapor produced by heating tobacco filling. However, liquid-type e-cigarettes are completely different in shape from conventional heat-not-burn cigarettes, and because they inhale nicotine-containing vapor, they often fail to satisfy smokers' preferences. Consequently, heat-not-burn e-cigarettes, which heat a tobacco stick shaped similar to a conventional cigarette to inhale nicotine vapor, have recently gained popularity.
[0003] The e-cigarette stick used in a heat-not-burn e-cigarette comprises a filter and a tobacco cartridge containing tobacco filling. When the cartridge is inserted into the device, the device's heating element heats the tobacco filling, generating nicotine vapor. When the user bites the filter and inhales, the nicotine produced by the cartridge is inhaled through the filter.

[0008] Conventional e-cigarettes feature a heating element within the device. When a tobacco stick is inserted, the heating element heats the tobacco ash, vaporizing the nicotine. As the tobacco ash heats, it produces ash that falls off. Therefore, when the tobacco stick is removed, the ash remains, not only contaminating the device but also requiring periodic cleaning.
[0009] The present invention aims to solve the above problems. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick that can prevent tobacco ash from falling from the cigarette holder.
[0010] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick that can improve battery performance by reducing the burden on the electronic cigarette device by directly heating the cigarette to facilitate heat transfer.
[0011] A cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick according to the present invention comprises a cigarette holder having tobacco filling, a filter, and a heating element. The filter is attached to one end of the cigarette holder. The heating element comprises a heating element that can be heated when electricity is supplied, and is attached to the other end of the cigarette holder so as to vaporize the tobacco filling into nicotine vapor.
[0012] In addition, in the above-described cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick, it is preferable that the heating element be coupled so as to be able to close the other end of the wick so as to prevent the wick from falling off.
[0013] In addition, in the above-mentioned cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick, it is preferable that the heating element is made of ceramic or paper mixed with carbon.
[0014] According to the present invention, a heating element having a heating pad is connected to the other end of the stick. Therefore, even if the stick is heated by the heating element and ash is generated, the ash can be prevented from falling from the stick to the device.
[0015] In addition, according to the present invention, a heating element made of a heating paper is attached to the other end of each stick, so that a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick can be implemented at a low cost.
[0016] Figure 1 is an embodiment of a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick according to the present invention.
[0017] Figure 2 is a conceptual diagram of the embodiment of Figure 1 mounted on an electronic cigarette device.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, one embodiment of a cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick according to the present invention is described.
[0022] The cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick according to the present invention comprises a cartridge (10), a filter (20), and a heating element (30).
[0023] Each stick (10) is composed of tobacco filling, similar to a conventional electronic cigarette stick.
[0024] A filter (20) is attached to one end of the cigarette (10) to allow the user to inhale the nicotine vapor generated from the cigarette (10).
[0025] The heating element (30) is composed of a heating paper that can be heated when electricity is supplied, and is connected to the other end of the filament (10). Here, the heating paper is made by mixing and dispersing ultrafine carbon fibers and super heat-conducting synthetic ceramic powder on paper. Therefore, when electricity is supplied, high heat of 20 to 600℃ can be emitted instantaneously. At this time, the amount of heat generated can be controlled by varying the distribution of carbon fibers within the paper. The heating element (30) is connected to the other end of the filament (10) so that it can heat the filament (10), and at this time, it is connected to the other end of the filament (10) so that the other end of the filament (10) can be closed so that the ash does not fall even if it is generated from the filament (10).
[0026] A device (10) for using the cigarette-type electric cigarette stick of the present embodiment is formed with a cathode needle (41) for supplying electricity to a heating element (30) and an anode needle (43).
[0027] Therefore, the cigarette-type electronic cigarette stick of the present embodiment is inserted into the electronic cigarette device (10). Then, the negative electrode needle (41) and the positive electrode needle (43) are inserted into the heating element (30). When electricity is supplied from the device (10), the heating element (30) generates heat and heats the cigarette (10). Then, nicotine vapor is generated from the cigarette (10), and when the user bites the filter (20) and sucks, nicotine is inhaled. At this time, even if ash is generated from the cigarette (10), the heating element (30) blocks the other end of the cigarette (10), so the ash can be prevented from falling.
[0028] Meanwhile, since the heating element is made of heating paper, it can be implemented at a relatively low cost, so it can be implemented as an integral part of the stick of a cigarette-type electronic cigarette.
[0029] Meanwhile, when using this embodiment, the heating element (30) directly heats the spark plug (10), facilitating heat transfer to the spark plug (10). In this case, the burden on the device (40) can be reduced, thereby improving battery performance. Therefore, according to this embodiment, improvement of the device (40) is possible.
