Surface acoustic wave resonance device and forming method therefor, filter, and duplexer

Abstract

A surface acoustic wave resonance device and a forming method therefor, a filter, and a duplexer. The device comprises: a piezoelectric layer; and an electrode structure located on the piezoelectric layer, the electrode structure comprising a first bus and a second bus, the first bus being connected to a plurality of first electrode strips arranged in a second direction, and the second bus being connected to a plurality of second electrode strips arranged in the second direction. The first electrode strips and the second electrode strips each comprise a plurality of main line parts and at least one bending line part, the bending line part comprising a first end and a second end, and each main line part being connected to the first end or the second end of the bending line part; a connection included angle is formed between each main line part and the bending line part; and in the second direction, the centers of the plurality of bending line parts are periodically arranged. The bending line parts can be used to change boundary conditions of acoustic wave energy propagating in a first direction, so as to change a propagation path thereof, thereby effectively inhibiting a lateral spurious mode generated by the acoustic wave energy from an overlapping area to a first interval area or a second interval area.
