[0063] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of this application more clear, the following further describes this application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.

[0064] The maintenance training method for nuclear-grade valves provided in the embodiment of the present application can be applied in the application environment shown in Figure 1. Therein, the wearable VR device 102 communicates with the server 104 via the network. The data storage system can store data that the server 104 needs to process, such as all the operation data of the trainees, the assessment results of the trainees, and other data. The data storage system can be integrated on the server 104, or it can be placed on the cloud or other network servers. Specifically, the server 104 can obtain the virtual training scene corresponding to the real maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve, and interact with the wearable VR device through the network to transmit the virtual training scene to the wearable VR device 102; the wearable VR device 102 displays the virtual scene to the trainees, and obtains the real-time operation data of the trainees for the virtual training scene, and feeds back the real-time operation data to the server 104; after receiving the real-time operation data fed back by the wearable VR device, the server 104 renders the real-time virtual operation screen corresponding to the virtual training scene onto the wearable VR device 102 according to the real-time operation data.

[0065] The wearable VR device 102 may include a VR helmet and at least two VR controllers; the VR helmet is used to display real-time virtual operation images corresponding to the virtual training scene to the trainee; and the VR controllers are used to obtain the trainee's operational data for the virtual training scene. The server 104 may be implemented as a standalone server or a server cluster consisting of multiple servers.

[0066] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , a maintenance training method for nuclear-grade valves is provided, which is described by taking the method applied to the server 104 in FIG1 as an example, and includes the following steps 201 to 204 . Among them:

[0067] S201, obtaining a virtual training scenario corresponding to a real maintenance scenario of a nuclear-grade valve.

[0068] In the embodiment of the present application, the nuclear-grade valve is a special valve for a nuclear power plant; the real maintenance scene is a real scene of disassembly and maintenance of the nuclear-grade valve; and the virtual training scene is a virtual scene simulating maintenance training for the total valve.

[0069] Optionally, a virtual training scenario corresponding to the actual maintenance scenario can be pre-constructed and stored in the data storage system; when it is identified that the training personnel have maintenance training needs for nuclear-grade valves, the training scenario corresponding to the actual maintenance scenario of nuclear-grade valves that has been pre-stored can be obtained from the data storage system.

[0070] S202, displaying a virtual training scene to the trainees through a wearable VR device.

[0071] In the embodiment of the present application, the wearable VR (Virtual Reality) device is a VR device that can be worn and interacted with by trainees; the trainees are personnel who have a need for mechanical maintenance training on nuclear-grade valves.

[0072] Optionally, after obtaining the virtual training scene corresponding to the real maintenance scene, the virtual training scene can be transmitted to a wearable VR device, and the virtual training scene can be displayed to the trainees through the wearable VR device.

[0073] S203, obtaining real-time operation data of the trainee on the virtual training scene fed back by the wearable VR device.

[0074] In the embodiment of the present application, the real-time operation data is the data of real-time operations performed by the trainee on the wearable VR device, such as pressing data, rotation data, etc.

[0075] Optionally, the wearable VR device can collect real-time operation data of the trainees for the virtual training scene, and transmit the collected real-time operation data to the server; further, the server can obtain the real-time operation data collected by the wearable VR device.

[0076] S204: Rendering a real-time virtual operation screen corresponding to the virtual training scene onto a wearable VR device based on the real-time operation data.

[0077] In the embodiment of the present application, the real-time virtual operation screen is a corresponding virtual operation screen for adjusting the virtual training scene in real time.

[0078] Optionally, after obtaining the real-time operation data of the trainees, the real-time operation data can be analyzed, and the virtual training scene can be adjusted according to the real-time operation data, and then the real-time virtual operation screen corresponding to the virtual training scene can be rendered onto the wearable VR device and displayed to the trainees through the wearable VR device.

[0079] The above-mentioned nuclear-grade valve maintenance training method uses wearable VR devices to display virtual training scenarios corresponding to actual nuclear-grade valve maintenance scenarios to trainees. The method also obtains real-time operational data of the trainees in response to the virtual training scenarios from the wearable VR devices. Based on the real-time operational data, the wearable VR devices are then used to render virtual operational screens corresponding to the virtual training scenarios onto the wearable VR devices. This approach, through virtual reality technology, interacts with trainees, communicating the real-time operational data obtained by the trainees with the virtual operational screens of the wearable VR devices in real time. This approach enables safer and more efficient nuclear-grade valve maintenance training for trainees, which is of great significance to the equipment and personnel safety of nuclear power plants.

[0080] In order to obtain the virtual training scene more accurately, based on the above embodiment, in an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , the above S201 may include steps 301 to 303. In which:

[0081] S301, presenting a mode selection scenario to the trainees via a wearable VR device.

[0082] In an embodiment of the present application, the mode selection scene is a virtual scene for the trainer to select the mode, which may include statements that convey mode selection instructions to the trainer (such as "Please select the training mode you want", etc.), as well as mode options that can be selected by the trainer (such as learning mode, assessment mode, etc.).

[0083] Optionally, when it is identified that the trainees have maintenance training needs for nuclear-grade valves, a mode selection scenario can be obtained from the data storage system, and the mode selection scenario can be transmitted to the wearable VR device. The mode selection scenario can be displayed to the trainees through the wearable VR device so that the trainees can select the training mode.

[0084] S302, obtaining the training mode selected by the trainer based on feedback from the wearable VR device.

[0085] Optionally, the wearable VR device can determine the training mode selected by the trainer based on the trainer's operation of the wearable VR device, and feedback the training mode selected by the trainer to the server; further, the server can obtain the training mode selected by the trainer fed back by the wearable VR device.

[0086] For example, if the training mode includes a learning mode and an assessment mode, and the trainee's operation on the VR handle is pressing the left button, it can be determined that the training mode selected by the trainee is the learning mode; further, the wearable VR device feeds back the learning mode selected by the trainee to the server, and the server obtains the training mode selected by the trainee as feedback from the wearable VR device as the learning mode.

[0087] S303: Obtain a virtual training scenario corresponding to a real maintenance scenario of a nuclear-grade valve according to the training mode.

[0088] Optionally, after determining the training mode selected by the trainee, a virtual training scenario corresponding to the actual maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve under the training mode can be searched and obtained from the data storage system according to the training mode.

[0089] It is understandable that by displaying the mode selection scenario to the trainees through wearable VR devices so that the trainees can select the required training mode, interaction with the trainees can be achieved, and the training mode selected by the trainees can be obtained more flexibly, thereby accurately obtaining the effect of the virtual training scenario corresponding to the real maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve under the training mode.

[0090] Furthermore, when the training mode is a learning mode, in order to be able to more flexibly display the virtual training scene to the trainees, an implementable method is provided for the above S202, which is to obtain the process prompt information corresponding to the learning mode; and render the virtual training scene and the process prompt information corresponding to the learning mode onto a wearable VR device for the trainees to learn.

[0091] Among them, the process prompt information is the information that prompts the trainees in real time about the next step of the to-be-done process in the learning mode, such as text information such as "Please tighten the screws", screen information such as highlighting the to-be-done parts, etc.

[0092] Optionally, when the training mode is a learning mode, the server can obtain the process prompt information corresponding to the pre-set learning mode from the data storage system; further, according to the pre-set process association logic, the virtual training scene and the process prompt information corresponding to the learning mode can be rendered in real time on the wearable VR device, so that the training personnel can learn the maintenance of nuclear-grade valves according to the virtual training scene and the corresponding process prompt information displayed by the wearable VR device.

[0093] It can be understood that when the training mode is a learning mode, by introducing the process prompt information corresponding to the pre-set learning mode, and then rendering the virtual training scene and the process prompt information corresponding to the learning mode to the wearable VR device, it can more efficiently help trainees learn the maintenance of nuclear-grade valves.

[0094] Optionally, when the training mode is the assessment mode, in order to more accurately understand the training results of the trainees, after the trainees complete all operations in the assessment mode, the assessment results of the trainees can be determined based on all operation data of the trainees in the assessment mode; and the assessment results can be displayed to the trainees through wearable VR devices.

[0095] Among them, all operation data are the data of all operations of the trainees in the assessment mode fed back by the wearable VR device, and the assessment result is the result after the trainees complete the assessment mode, which can be in the form of grades, scores, etc.

[0096] Specifically, after the trainee completes an assessment mode, all the operation data of the trainee in the assessment mode can be obtained from the data storage system, and then all the operation data of the trainee can be analyzed to determine the assessment results of the trainee; further, the assessment results of the trainee can be transmitted to the wearable VR device, and the assessment results can be displayed to the trainee through the wearable VR device so that the trainee can understand the training results.

[0097] It is understandable that by determining the assessment results of the trainees based on all the operating data of the trainees in the assessment mode and displaying the assessment results to the trainees through wearable VR equipment, the trainees can understand the training results more accurately, and then formulate more reasonable training plans for subsequent training, so as to achieve more flexible and efficient training for the trainees on the maintenance of nuclear-grade valves.

[0098] In order to make the virtual training scenario corresponding to the acquired real maintenance scenario of nuclear-grade valves more accurate and realistic, in an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG4 , pre-building the virtual training scenario corresponding to the real maintenance scenario of nuclear-grade valves may include steps 401 to 403. Among them:

[0099] S401: Construct a maintenance main framework model of a nuclear-grade valve according to the scenario framework information of a real maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve.

[0100] In the embodiment of the present application, the scene framework information is the framework information of the real maintenance scene obtained by field collection of the real maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve; the maintenance main frame model is a 3D model of the main frame simulating the real maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve.

[0101] Optionally, pre-stored scene framework information of real maintenance scenarios of nuclear-grade valves can be obtained from a data storage system; further, 3D computer graphics building software (such as 3D Max) is used to construct a main maintenance framework model of nuclear-grade valves based on the obtained scene framework information of real maintenance scenarios of nuclear-grade valves.

[0102] S402: Build a component model library of nuclear-grade valves based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scenario.

[0103] In the embodiment of the present application, the actual material information is the actual material information of each component in the actual maintenance scenario. For example, the actual material information of a component is ceramic, glass, metal (including alloy steel and other metals), etc.

[0104] Optionally, the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scenario can be obtained, and then the model can be constructed through the material. According to the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scenario, a virtual model of each component in the real maintenance scenario can be constructed, and then the virtual models of each component can be integrated to obtain a component model library for nuclear-grade valves.

[0105] S403: Construct a virtual training scenario corresponding to the real maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve based on the maintenance main frame model and component model library, as well as scene detail information of the real maintenance scenario.

[0106] In the embodiment of the present application, the scene detail information is the detail information of the actual maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve, such as the quantity information and location information of each component.

[0107] Specifically, after constructing the maintenance main framework model and component model library, based on the maintenance main framework model and according to the scene details of the real maintenance scene, the components in the component model library can be combined, placed, and other operations, thereby constructing a virtual training scene corresponding to the real maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve.

[0108] It can be understood that by first constructing the maintenance main framework model of nuclear-grade valves, and then constructing the component model library of nuclear-grade valves, and then according to the scene detail information of the actual maintenance scene, based on the maintenance main framework model and the component model library, it is possible to more quickly and accurately construct the virtual training scene corresponding to the actual maintenance scene of the nuclear-grade valve, thereby achieving more efficient maintenance training for training personnel on nuclear-grade valves.

[0109] Furthermore, in order to construct a component model library of nuclear-grade valves in a more delicate and accurate manner, based on the above embodiment, in an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , the above S402 may include steps 501 to 504. Among them:

[0110] S501: Generate the material and texture of each component based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scene.

[0111] In the embodiments of the present application, the material of each component is the material corresponding to the actual material of each component; the texture of each component is the texture of the actual material of each component.

[0112] Optionally, the material of each component can be generated based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scene using game texture drawing software (such as Substance Painter); further, the texture of each component can be generated based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scene information using a pre-set texture generation model.

[0113] S502: Generate a normal map of each component according to the material and texture of each component.

[0114] Among them, the normal map is to draw a normal at each point on each concave and convex surface of each component, and mark the direction of the normal through the RGB color channel, which can be used to simulate the material and texture of the actual material of each component.

[0115] Specifically, after the material and texture of each component are generated, a normal map production software (such as Photoshop, etc.) can be used to generate a normal map of each component according to the material and texture of each component.

[0116] S503: Generate a virtual model of each component according to the normal map of each component.

[0117] Among them, the virtual model is a 3D model that simulates each component.

[0118] Optionally, after generating the normal map of each component, a corresponding virtual model can be generated for each component using 3D graphics building software based on the normal map of each component.

[0119] S504: Construct a component model library of nuclear-grade valves based on the virtual models of the components.

[0120] Optionally, after the virtual models of the components are generated, the virtual models of the components may be integrated to construct a component model library of nuclear-grade valves.

[0121] It can be understood that by first constructing the material and texture of each component based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scene, and then constructing the normal map of each component based on the material and texture of each component, and then generating a virtual model of each component, based on the virtual model of each component, it is possible to achieve a more delicate and accurate construction of the component model library of nuclear-grade valves, thereby making the subsequently constructed virtual training scene more realistic.

[0122] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG6 , a preferred example of a maintenance training method for nuclear-grade valves is provided. The specific process is as follows:

[0123] S601: Construct a maintenance main framework model of a nuclear-grade valve based on the scenario framework information of a real maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve.

[0124] S602: Generate the material and texture of each component based on the actual material information of each component in the real maintenance scene.

[0125] S603: Generate a normal map of each component according to the material and texture of each component.

[0126] S604: Generate a virtual model of each component according to the normal map of each component.

[0127] S605: Construct a component model library of nuclear-grade valves based on the virtual models of the components.

[0128] S606: Construct a virtual training scenario corresponding to the actual maintenance scenario of the nuclear-grade valve based on the maintenance main frame model and component model library, as well as scene detail information of the actual maintenance scenario.

[0129] S607, displaying the mode selection scenario to the trainees via the wearable VR device.

[0130] S608: Obtain the training mode selected by the trainer based on feedback from the wearable VR device.

[0131] S609, determining whether the training mode selected by the trainer is a learning mode; if so, executing S610; if not, executing S615.

[0132] S610: Obtain a virtual training scenario corresponding to a real maintenance scenario of a nuclear-grade valve in a learning mode.

[0133] S611, obtaining process prompt information corresponding to the learning mode.

[0134] S612: Render the process prompt information corresponding to the virtual training scene and the learning mode onto the wearable VR device for the trainees to learn.

[0135] S613, obtaining real-time operation data of the trainee for the virtual training scene fed back by the wearable VR device.

[0136] S614: Rendering a real-time virtual operation screen corresponding to the virtual training scene onto a wearable VR device based on the real-time operation data.

[0137] S615, determining that the training mode selected by the trainer is the assessment mode.

[0138] S616, obtaining a virtual training scenario corresponding to a real maintenance scenario of a nuclear-grade valve in an assessment mode.

[0142] S620: Determine the assessment result of the trainee based on all the operation data of the trainee in the assessment mode.

[0144] The specific process of the above S601-S621 can be found in the description of the above method embodiment. The implementation principle and technical effects are similar and will not be repeated here.
