Abstract
Description
[0001] Thermal Cooling Frame
[0002] OBJECT AND FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The present invention belongs to the technical field of mechanics, particularly to the field of frame profiles. Specifically, it pertains to the field of frame profiles for the refrigeration industry, and more specifically to frame profiles with thermal insulation systems and their assembly methods.
[0004] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Currently, there are a large number of products that require a controlled cooling temperature for preservation. Due to this demand for consumer products, primarily refrigerated food and beverages, and the desire to be available to consumers in stores or supermarkets, commercial refrigerators have been designed with different sizes and specific specifications.
[0006] Commercial cooling units can be found, for example, in convenience stores or supermarkets. They come in different sizes and have different numbers of glass doors, which allow a view inside when closed, to display the products.
[0007] This type of cooling unit consists of three main elements: a main frame, dividing posts, and doors. Each of these elements has essential characteristics and different assembly methods, always ensuring a thermal insulation system to prevent temperature leaks and save energy. This also ensures precise temperature control to prevent the door glass from fogging up.Additionally, for product display purposes, commercial refrigerators feature lighting in some of these three elements to illuminate the products displayed in front of the cooling unit, which is why a specific lighting system is also necessary. Finally, the assembly method for these three elements may differ depending on the construction of the frame, posts, and door. Therefore, there is a great need to generate highly cost-effective solutions that save time in the assembly process.
[0008] In this particular invention, the proposed solution relates to the framework of commercial cooling units, their elements and the assembly method.
[0009] In the state of the art there are various solutions implemented for the assembly of frames with metal profiles, for example, document MX / a / 2019 / 006155, called "THERMAL FRAME", refers to a door frame for a refrigerated cabinet; the frame includes a thermally conductive outer frame, a thermally insulating inner frame element and a sealing plate; the outer frame element includes a front end having an outer surface that is arranged on the outside of a refrigerated cabinet with the frame mounted, and a rear end defining a joint; the inner frame element includes a first end retained in the joint and a second end; the sealing plate includes a first edge coupled to the outer frame element at the rear end, in front of the joint, a second edge supported by the second end of the inner frame element, and a thermally conductive sealing surface; the first edge of the sealing plate is coupled to the outer frame element such that the sealing surface and the outer surface of the outer frame element together form a continuous heat transfer path. However, this document does not disclose an assembly process between the corners of the 4 lateral sides, nor does it present a system with a pair of profiles that join together and allow the punching of an internal corner for assembly between the corners of the sides. Likewise, document ES2657367T3 called "FRAME WITH THERMAL INSULATION FOR A REFRIGERATED ENCLOSURE" discloses a thermal frame for an opening of a refrigerated enclosure, made up of XX elements, comprising: (1 ) a frame segment fixed to the refrigerated enclosure which, in turn,(2) a vacuum panel fixed relative to the frame segment comprising a first surface disposed behind the second wall, a second surface disposed behind the first surface and offset from the first surface by a thickness, and an evacuated chamber between the first and second surfaces; (3) a mounting bracket configured to fix the vacuum panel to the frame segment, comprising a fifth wall disposed between the second wall of the frame segment and the first surface of the vacuum panel,(4) a vacuum panel with elbow, configured to reduce heat transfer through the frame segment; (5) a contact plate extending between the first and third walls and closing the first channel; (6) a lid extending between the seventh and eighth walls and closing the third channel and comprising a first engagement portion positioned along a first edge of the lid and configured to mate with a corresponding engagement portion of the seventh wall, and a second engagement portion positioned along a second edge of the lid and configured to mate with a corresponding engagement portion of the eighth wall; and (7) a heating cable holder configured to hold a heating cable and to ensure that the heating cable is maintained in contact with the contact plate; however,This document does not present a thermal insulation system located between the walls of the frame segment and the mounting bracket; nor does it have a channel mounting bracket for the vacuum panel and that has fastening elements, on the wall substantially parallel to the wall of the frame segment, to assemble an insulation profile; nor does it disclose an embodiment where there is an insulation profile that serves as a cover to prevent water leaks and fulfills the function of the vacuum panel, to reduce heat transfer through the frame segment; nor does it have heating cables located in the frame segment.
[0010] TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED
[0011] A solution is sought that provides better temperature control and insulation in the profile systems that form the frames of the refrigeration chambers. To achieve this, thermal insulation is required in the three main walls of the frame assembly system, which also has a mounting support with fastening elements to assemble an insulation profile that serves as a cover to prevent water leaks and exterior insulation, to reduce heat transfer through the frame segment; and a solution is also sought to facilitate the installation of heating cables without the need to add more elements to the frame.
