Description

prefab house

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a prefabricated house, and more particularly, to a prefabricated house equipped with home appliances.

[0002] Prefab, short for prefabrication, refers to a construction method where components are manufactured in advance at a factory and then simply assembled or attached on-site to complete the building. A prefabricated house is a home built using this prefabricated method.

[0003] Meanwhile, with changing and diversifying lifestyles, interest in second homes is growing. For example, people are purchasing cottages, small homes in rural areas or other places where they can enjoy nature, for weekend and vacation stays. Furthermore, the rise of "workcations," where people work and vacation in the same location, is also contributing to this growing interest in second homes.

[0004] Second homes are often built using prefabricated construction, and the growing demand for these second homes is driving an increase in demand for prefabricated homes.

[0005] Meanwhile, prefabricated houses are equipped with appliances for residents' use. However, construction companies are primarily responsible for producing and selling prefabricated houses, and residents often purchase and install the appliances they need directly.

[0006] Therefore, there was a problem in that it was difficult to design the space efficiently by taking into account the living environment of the residents because the design of the house and the installation of the home appliances were different.

[0007]

[0008] The present disclosure aims to solve the above-mentioned and other problems.

[0009] Another goal may be to provide a prefabricated house in which airflow is smooth and the temperature of the interior space can be controlled evenly.

[0010] Another goal could be to provide applianceized prefabricated houses.

[0011] Another goal could be to provide prefabricated houses that utilize space efficiently and place spaces such as living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, and appliances in a small area.

[0012] Another purpose might be to provide a prefabricated house where residents enter the house from outside through a front door into a spacious space.

[0013] Another goal could be to provide a prefabricated house with a great sense of openness.

[0014] Another goal could be to provide prefabricated houses with efficiently placed lighting and switches.

[0015] The tasks of the present invention are not limited to the tasks mentioned above, and other tasks not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0249]

[0250] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, air (A1) discharged from the indoor unit (66) or air discharge port (661) flows through the living room (31) to the hallway (33).

[0251] The air (A2) discharged from the indoor unit (66) or the air outlet (661) and introduced into the second-floor bedroom (34) may flow in the bedroom (34) or descend (A3) to the hallway (33) via the stairs (39) and be mixed with the air flow (A1) introduced into the hallway (33) via the living room (31).

[0252] If the direction of the stairs (39) is opposite to that of the present disclosure, or if a stairs (39) of this structure does not exist, the width of the corridor (33) in the front-to-back direction is narrow, making it difficult for air flowing into the corridor (33) through the living room (31) to flow to the end of the corridor.

[0253] Meanwhile, the time that residents generally reside in the living room (31) or bedroom (34) is longer than the time that they reside in the hallway (33).

[0254] When the sliding door (35) is placed in a position covering the hallway (33), the air (A1) flowing into the hallway (33) circulates in the living room (31). Alternatively, the air directed toward the upper part of the hallway (33) may flow into the bedroom (34).

[0255] Therefore, the temperature of the space where residents live can be efficiently controlled.

[0256] The indoor unit (66) can be placed at a position facing the hallway (33) in the front-back direction.

[0257] Meanwhile, the outdoor unit (61) of the energy module (60) is placed adjacent to the first side wall (131), and the indoor unit (66) is placed adjacent to the second side wall (132), so that the length of the pipe connecting the outdoor unit (61) and the indoor unit (66) is long. Heat loss occurs in the process in which the refrigerant (or water) flows through the pipe.

[0258] The lighting box (6315) protrudes into the indoor space, and the pipe connecting the outdoor unit (61) and the indoor unit (66) can be placed inside the lighting box (6315). The lighting box (6315) can also be referred to as a pipe box (6315).

[0259] Therefore, even if heat loss occurs in the pipe, it is lost to the indoor space, which can offset the disadvantage of having a long pipe.

[0260]

[0261] Referring to FIG. 11, the energy module (60) may include an outdoor unit (61) and a domestic hot water tank.

[0262] The above outdoor unit (61) may include an air-to-water heat pump. The outdoor unit (61) may be connected to the indoor unit through a water pipe through which water flows.

[0263] Water supplied from an external water source flows into the inside of the water supply pipe (97), passes through the water supply valve (971), check valve (972), and pressure reducing valve (973), and flows into the hot water tank (62) through the tank inlet pipe (921).

[0264] When hot water is needed, hot water discharged from the outdoor unit (61) flows into the heat exchange path (916) through the AWHP discharge pipe (912) and the three-way valve (913), heats the hot water tank (62), and flows into the outdoor unit (61) through the AWHP inlet pipe (911) and circulates.

[0265] The water in the hot water tank (62) is heated by the heat exchange path (916) and discharged through the tank discharge pipe (933).

[0266] When water is needed for the heating and cooling water supply line (963), the water supply valve (9630) can be opened to supply water from the water source.

[0267] During cooling or heating, water discharged from the outdoor unit (61) to the AWHP discharge pipe (912) flows through the three-way valve (913) to the heating and cooling inflow path (961), flows into the indoor unit (66) through the FCU inflow pipe (966), and is discharged through the FCU discharge pipe (967). During cooling or heating, the valve (9660) of the FCU inflow pipe is opened, and when the power to the indoor unit (66) is turned off, the valve (9660) is closed.

[0268] When cooling, the valve (9460) of the heating inlet pipe (946) is closed, and when heating, the valve (9460) of the heating inlet pipe (946) is opened.

[0269] Hot water passing through the heating valve (9460) flows through the 1st and 2nd floor heating inlet pipes (9411, 9421), 1st and 2nd floor heating pipes (941, 942), and 1st and 2nd floor heating discharge pipes (9412, 9422), thereby heating the 1st and 2nd floor floors.

[0270] The water in the FCU discharge pipe (967) and the heating discharge pipe (947) is combined in the heating and cooling discharge path (962), passes through the valve (9620), and flows into the outdoor unit (61) through the AWHP inlet pipe (911).

[0271] A heat meter is installed in the heating and cooling inlet pipe (961) and the tank discharge pipe (922), so that the amount of heat consumed can be measured.

[0272] A temperature sensor (99) is installed in the AWHP inlet pipe (911), the tank inlet pipe (921), and the calorimeter (928, 968) to control the outdoor unit (61) to supply water at the required temperature.
