Description

lighting device

[0001] The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus, and more specifically, to a lighting apparatus capable of maximizing heat dissipation performance by including a heat dissipation unit capable of effectively dissipating heat generated from an LED unit.

[0002] In diverse industries such as communications, electronics, and electrical engineering, related technologies are continuously being developed at an advanced level for application in more advanced industries. This advanced technological development requires high-power energy, and devices utilizing this energy inevitably face the problem of high heat generation. Consequently, the development of appropriate cooling systems is essential.

[0003] Heat dissipation systems are used in a variety of industries, including air conditioners, mobile communications, data centers, aerospace mobility, electric vehicles, energy storage devices, and displays. These systems are a major source of power consumption, and power consumption is steadily increasing as industries develop.

[0004] In general, cooling devices are largely divided into active cooling devices and passive cooling devices. Active cooling devices mainly utilize forced convection by fans, and passive cooling devices can be classified as a technology that utilizes natural convection without fans.

[0005] However, conventional heat dissipation systems have limitations in dissipating the high heat generated by continuously evolving, advanced technologies. Therefore, related industries urgently need innovative technologies to address these issues, and heat dissipation devices are being developed to address this issue.

[0006] Phase change refers to the change in the inherent state of a liquid / gas / solid when it accumulates a large amount of energy or releases stored heat energy.

[0007] A phase change refers to a change in the physical arrangement of molecules rather than a chemical reaction such as chemical bonding or formation. When energy is applied to a substance, the heat that does not undergo a phase change is called sensible heat, and the heat used when the phase changes is called latent heat.

[0008] However, radiators have a problem: since temperature and pressure are proportional, pressure increases as temperature increases. This can lead to the rupture of the radiator itself if the high temperature transmitted from the heating element within the sealed radiator increases pressure. To address this, pressure must be prevented from increasing, and the radiator must have sufficient internal volume to ensure pressure equilibrium during the phase change cycle of the material.

[0009] In addition, the refrigerant filled inside the radiator must be selected as a type that does not cause a chemical reaction with the metal material of the radiator to prevent the internal pressure of the radiator from increasing.

[0010] For example, if the metal material that makes up the heat dissipation device is aluminum (Al), and water is selected as the refrigerant, there is a problem that when the refrigerant is charged, an oxidation reaction occurs with water initially to produce aluminum oxide, and during the process, some of the aluminum is replaced with hydrogen, which increases the internal pressure. Therefore, special refrigerants such as Honeywell refrigerants or CFCs (freon gas) are selected to prevent this chemical reaction for heat dissipation devices made of aluminum.

[0011] However, many countries are now restricting the use of special refrigerants, such as Honeywell refrigerants or CFCs (freon gases), rather than water. As mentioned above, these special refrigerants pose a risk of leakage if damaged by increased internal pressure within the heat dissipation device or during product transport, transfer, or installation. This can contaminate the atmosphere and external environment.

[0012] However, if special refrigerants are excluded as usable refrigerants, the use of heat dissipation devices made of aluminum, which is commonly used, is inevitably limited due to its high thermal conductivity compared to other metal materials. Accordingly, in the manufacturing industry of related heat dissipation devices, research on replacement of metal materials for heat dissipation devices and heat dissipation design is actively being conducted.

[0013] Meanwhile, as a research material related to the above-mentioned shortcomings, a paper by co-author Liqiang Deng published in the International Journal of Thermal Sciences (published on August 15, 2022, hereinafter referred to as the “preceding paper”) titled “Thermal study of the natural air cooling using roll bond flat heat pipe as plate fin under multi-heat source condition” is briefly introduced as follows.

[0014] Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the manufacturing process of a Roll Bond Flat Heat Pipe (hereinafter abbreviated as 'RBFHP') published in a previous paper (see Fig. 4 of the previous paper), and Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a test device for the RBFHP of Fig. 1 (Fig. 6 of the previous paper).

[0015] The RBFHP of the preceding paper, as shown in Fig. 1, uses a mold of a pre-designed design to print non-adhesive graphite on a first aluminum sheet, then laminates it on a second aluminum sheet, then rolls and bonds the two aluminum sheets in the order of hot rolling-cold rolling-annealing, solders the inlet pipe, and injects high-pressure gas into the plate from the inlet to inflate the non-bonded portion and form it into a self-connected chamber.

[0016] The preceding paper concludes that the results of the molded RBFHP as described above are better than those of a general aluminum plate (fin) under test conditions (four evenly distributed heat source tests) as shown in Fig. 2.

[0017] However, since the RBFHP of the preceding paper is manufactured by the roll bonding method as described above, there is a problem in that it is difficult to place the refrigerant (especially, the liquid refrigerant) close to the bonding end (i.e., the edge end) located closest to the heat source.

[0018] That is, the roll bonding method inevitably involves bonding the edge ends, and at least the portion where the bonding overlaps must be separated from the heat source (heat generating element), so thermal conductivity resistance occurs depending on the material of the material itself.

[0019] The reason why the manufacturing method of RBFHP in the preceding paper was limited to or adopted as a roll bonding method is due to the optimal method for forming a chamber inside two aluminum material panel sheets, and it is believed that this method was inevitably adopted because it is realistically impossible to bend the aluminum material sheets themselves.

[0020] Meanwhile, the RBFHP of the preceding paper has a honeycomb structure to maximize the area when the vaporized refrigerant near the heat source moves to the condensation area and is condensed, but it is expected that there will be a problem in that the flow section in which the gaseous refrigerant quickly moves to the top farthest from the heat source becomes long, and the return path of the condensed liquid refrigerant in the condensation area and the flow section of the gaseous refrigerant overlap, resulting in a large flow resistance.

[0021] In particular, lighting devices generate a large amount of heat by generating electrical resistance when elements (e.g., LED units) that receive electrical energy and generate light are operated, and the rapid release of this generated heat has a significant impact on the performance and lifespan of the lighting device. Therefore, the application of a more improved heat dissipation mechanism is required.

[0022]

[0023] The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, and its purpose is to provide a lighting device including a heat dissipation unit capable of effectively dissipating heat generated from an LED unit.

[0024] In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device capable of significantly improving heat dissipation performance along with light distribution performance by increasing the heat dissipation area of a LED unit in a rather narrow range through the above-described heat dissipation unit.

[0025] In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device that can prevent an increase in product size by preventing temperature deviation between LED elements even when the spacing between a plurality of LED elements is close together.

[0026] In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device capable of preventing a decrease in light distribution performance by densely arranging a plurality of LED elements constituting an LED unit.

[0027] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0028] A lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an LED unit having a plurality of LED elements mounted on one side of both sides to form a radiation surface through which light is emitted, and a heating surface that emits a predetermined amount of heat to the other side of both sides; a plurality of heat dissipation units each arranged vertically in the direction of gravity with respect to the heating surface of the LED unit, but spaced apart from the heating surface by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction, and having a refrigerant flow space filled therein with a phase-changeable refrigerant; and a lighting body in which the LED unit and the plurality of heat dissipation units are installed, and in which a portion in the direction of the radiation surface is opened.

[0029] Here, the plurality of heat dissipation units can receive heat from the LED units through the lighting body in which the LED units are installed and in which a plurality of long press-in portions are formed in the vertical direction at positions corresponding to the heat-generating surface.

[0030] Additionally, the plurality of heat dissipation units may be press-fitted and fixed to the press-fit portions so that at least a portion of the refrigerant flow space is positioned inside the plurality of press-fit portions provided with a pair of slot ribs.

[0031] In addition, the plurality of heat dissipation units can receive heat from the LED unit through a heat transfer medium block having one surface in contact with the heating surface of the LED unit and the other surface having a protruding portion that makes thermal contact with the refrigerant flow space.

[0032] In addition, the uneven portion of the heat transfer medium block can be inserted from the outside into the refrigerant flow space side and come into contact with the liquid refrigerant filled in the refrigerant flow space.

[0033] In addition, the refrigerant flow space of the plurality of heat dissipation units may include a first refrigerant path forming an evaporation region that evaporates liquid refrigerant among the refrigerants filled therein through heat transferred from the LED unit, and a plurality of second refrigerant paths provided in a condensation region that condenses the gaseous refrigerant through heat exchange with the outside air, through which the gaseous refrigerant evaporated from the first refrigerant path side is diffused, and induces the condensed liquid refrigerant to flow toward the first refrigerant path side.

[0034] In addition, the plurality of heat dissipation units include a one-side heat-conducting panel forming one side of the refrigerant flow space and a other-side heat-conducting panel forming the other side of the refrigerant flow space, and the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel may be a single metal panel member that is bent and then joined to form the refrigerant flow space, or may be two metal panel members that are joined to each other to form the refrigerant flow space.

[0035] In addition, the material of the metal panel member forming the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel may be SUS (stainless steel).

[0036] In addition, when the material of the metal panel member forming the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel is SUS material, the refrigerant may be water.

[0037] In addition, the plurality of heat dissipation units further include a plurality of strength reinforcing members formed to protrude from the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel toward the refrigerant flow space, and the plurality of strength reinforcing members can be mutually joined within the refrigerant flow space when the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel are mutually joined.

[0038] In addition, the plurality of heat dissipation units may further include an absorber disposed on the first refrigerant flow path among the refrigerant flow spaces to promote evaporation of liquid refrigerant among the refrigerants by heat supplied from the LED units.

[0039] In addition, the absorber may be provided as either a braided body made by braiding thermally conductive metal wires or a sintered body made by sintering metal powder of a predetermined material.

[0040] In addition, when the absorbent body is made of the sintered body, the metal powder forming the sintered body may be a SUS material forming the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel.

[0041] Additionally, the plurality of heat dissipation units may further include an air vent tube for evacuating the refrigerant flow space before or after injecting the refrigerant into the refrigerant flow space.

[0042] Additionally, the air vent tube may be coupled to either one of the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel, or may be formed integrally with the one-side heat-conducting panel and the other-side heat-conducting panel.

[0043] In addition, the present invention may further include a finger guard panel assembly that is provided to cover the plurality of heat dissipation units except for the radiation surface by the LED unit, and has a plurality of ventilation holes formed therein through which outside air is ventilated to exchange heat with the plurality of heat dissipation units.

[0044]

[0045] According to a lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation area of a narrow range of LED units can be increased through a heat dissipation unit having a coolant flow space filled with a phase-changeable coolant therein, thereby having the effect of significantly improving heat dissipation performance along with light distribution performance.

[0046] In addition, the present invention has the effect of preventing an increase in product size by preventing temperature deviation between LED elements even when the spacing between multiple LED elements is dense.

[0125] FIGS. 3A and 3B are front and rear perspective views showing a lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 4A and 4B are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 3A and 3B, respectively, showing a state in which a heat dissipation unit is separated from a lighting body, FIGS. 5A and 5B are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 3A and 3B, respectively, showing a state in which a heat dissipation unit according to a first embodiment is coupled to a lighting body, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 3A, FIGS. 7A and 7B are front and rear perspective views showing a lighting body among the configurations of FIGS. 3A and 3B, and FIGS. 8A and 8B are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 7A and 7B, respectively.

[0126] A lighting device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes, as referenced in FIGS. 3A to 8B, a lighting body (110) having a vertical cross-section shape of approximately a rectangle (or square), a slim thickness in the front-back direction, and an open front, and an LED unit (150) including an LED board (151) mounted on the inside of the lighting body (110) and having a plurality of LED elements (155) mounted thereon.

[0127] Here, the LED unit (150) may form a radiating surface on which a plurality of LED elements (155) are mounted on one of the two sides and light is radiated, and a heating surface on the other side of the two sides may be formed to release a predetermined amount of heat generated when the LED elements (155) operate.

[0128] Such a lighting body (110) provides an installation location for an LED unit (150) and a plurality of heat dissipation units (200), and may be formed so that a portion in the direction of the radiation surface of light generated from the LED unit (150) is open. This will also be considered to be the same for a lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention described below.

[0129] In the front part of the lighting body (110), an installation space (110S) for stacking and installing the LED unit (150) described above is provided in the form of a groove with the front side open, and in the back part of the lighting body (110), a plurality of press-fitting portions (130) for press-fitting and installing the heat dissipation unit (200) provided as the first embodiment described below can be integrally formed.

[0130] Accordingly, a plurality of heat dissipation units (200) can receive heat from the LED unit (150) through the lighting body (110) in which a plurality of press-in portions (130) are formed in a vertically long manner at positions corresponding to the heating surface of the LED unit (150).

[0131] In addition, a plurality of screw fastening holes (112h) for screw assembly of the light-emitting panel (120) described later may be formed at a distance from each other on the front edge of the lighting body (110).

[0132] Meanwhile, a lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, as referenced in FIGS. 6A to 8B, is made of a transparent material (or a translucent material) that transmits light generated from LED units (150) densely mounted on the front of an LED board (151) forward, but may further include a light-transmitting panel (120) that shields the open front of the lighting body (110).

[0133] More specifically, the light-emitting panel (120) may include a light-emitting glass (121) provided in the form of a panel made of a transparent material (or a translucent material), as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, a fixing frame (123) that mediates screw assembly of the light-emitting glass (121) to the front end of the lighting body (110) using a plurality of fixing screws (127), and a waterproof gasket (125) that is interposed between the fixing frame (123) and the front end edge of the lighting body (110) and performs a waterproof function.

[0134] At the edge end of the fixed frame (123), a plurality of screw penetration holes (129h) may be formed at positions corresponding to a plurality of screw fastening holes (112h) formed at the front end of the lighting body (110) so that the above-described fixing screws (127) may pass through.

[0135] Here, the waterproof gasket (125) is made of rubber material, and when the fixing frame (123) is screw-fastened to the front end of the lighting body (110) using a fixing screw (127), if the fixing force of the fixing screw (127) is provided to the fixing frame (123), it can prevent foreign substances including rain from entering the inside by being compressed and deformed.

[0136] Meanwhile, a plurality of press-fitting portions (130) can be integrally formed on the back surface of the lighting body (110) as described above.

[0137] A plurality of press-fit portions (130) are provided as a portion where a plurality of heat dissipation units (200) described later are detachably installed, and are provided in the form of a pair of slot ribs (130a, 130b) whose ends protrude rearward by a predetermined length from the rear surface of the lighting body (110), and the heat dissipation unit (200) can be installed by being press-fitted so that a part thereof (e.g., a part of the refrigerant flow space (205) described later) is positioned within an installation groove (130h) formed between the pair of slot ribs (130a, 130b).

[0138] The heat dissipation unit (200, 1200, 1200', 1200") equipped with various implementation examples described below is a component corresponding to a core heat dissipation means of an electronic device that generates severe heat during operation, such as a lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and whose lifespan is determined by whether or not the heat is quickly dissipated to the outside. The most important design element is to design it so that a temperature deviation does not occur between the LED elements (155) constituting the LED unit (150).

[0139] In particular, in the case of spot lighting such as a lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention that is equipped to emit a narrow beam, a layout design of a heat dissipation unit (200) for densely mounting small-sized light sources (LED elements (155)) while minimizing temperature deviation is more and more urgently required.

[0140] More specifically, spot lighting can generally achieve the desired light distribution effect when the size of the light source is smaller, but a small light source is very disadvantageous for heat dissipation.

[0141] In addition, in a spot light (a lighting device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention) based on an LED unit (150) in which a plurality of LED elements (155) are mounted, in order to secure a desired light distribution performance, the absolute temperature of the LED elements (155) must be low, and there must be no temperature deviation (relative temperature) between the LED elements (155). This is because if the temperature deviation between the LED elements (155) is large, the lifespan of the lighting device (100) is shortened, and the light distribution performance is degraded.

[0142] Accordingly, the design of the heat dissipation unit employed in conventional spot lighting required the derivation of an optimal design plan according to the external shape of the lighting body or the position of the LED unit placed therein in order to minimize the temperature deviation described above, and inevitably required a separate additional heat dissipation configuration, which not only increased the number of parts but also resulted in an enlargement of the product size.

[0143] The lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 8B, may further include a plurality of heat dissipation units (200) implemented as the first embodiment and installed by pressing into the press-in portion (130) formed on the rear surface of the lighting body (110) so that a temperature difference does not occur between the LED elements (155) even when employed as a type of spot lighting, without a separate detailed heat dissipation design.

[0144] In addition, an angle adjustment unit (600) is coupled to the lower side of the lighting body (110), so that the irradiation angle of the lighting body (110) can be adjusted. The specific configuration and function of the angle adjustment unit (600) will be described in more detail later.

[0145] Meanwhile, a finger guard panel assembly (500) according to an embodiment may be further combined to the back surface of the lighting body (110) so as to cover all but the lower portion of the plurality of heat dissipation units (200) described above, and provided with a plurality of ventilation holes (not indicated in the drawing symbol) in the form of a grill so that external air (outside air) can be ventilated for heat exchange with the heat dissipation units (200).

[0146] The finger guard panel assembly (500) may include, as referenced in FIGS. 4A and 4B, a left finger guard panel (500L) covering the left side of a plurality of heat dissipation units (200), a right finger guard panel (500R) covering the right side of the plurality of heat dissipation units (200), an upper finger guard panel (500T) covering the upper portions of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R), a rear finger guard panel (500P) connected to the rear ends of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R) and covering the rear portions of the plurality of heat dissipation units (200), and an upper finger guard panel (500T) covering the upper portions of the plurality of heat dissipation units (200).

[0147] In addition, the finger guard panel assembly (500) may further include a lower horizontal panel bar (500DB) that is connected to and supported by the lower portions of the left finger guard panel (500L), the right finger guard panel (500R), and the rear finger guard panel (500P), and an upper horizontal panel bar (500UB) that is connected to and supported by the upper portions of the left finger guard panel (500L), the right finger guard panel (500R), and the rear finger guard panel (500P).

[0148] Here, each finger guard panel (500L, 500R, 500P, 500T) may be screw-assembled at the ends that are in contact with each other using a plurality of fixing screws (503), or may be screw-assembled at the ends that are in contact with each other using a plurality of fixing screws (not indicated in the drawing symbol) via a lower horizontal support bar (500DB) or an upper horizontal support bar (500UB).

[0149] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 6, a lower horizontal support bar (500DB) has a mounting groove (505) formed that slopes downward from the front to the rear, and an air vent tube (270) of the heat dissipation unit (200) described later can be received in the mounting groove (505) to be protected from the outside.

[0150] Each finger guard panel (500L, 500R, 500P, 500T) of the finger guard panel assembly (500) according to this implementation example can be provided in the form of a panel having a number of ventilation holes (501) formed in a size that facilitates the inflow and exhaust of external air to and from the heat dissipation unit (200) that is the object of protection inside, while preventing access of the skin, including the fingers of an external worker.

[0151] However, each finger guard panel (500L, 500R, 500P, 500T), which is a main component of the finger guard panel assembly (500), is not necessarily provided in the form of a panel, and some components may be replaced with components such as a support pipe (510) within the limit of maintaining the skeleton, as in the finger guard panel assembly (500-1) according to another implementation example described later. This will be described in more detail later.

[0152] Here, among the configurations of the finger guard panel assembly (500), the front ends of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R) are fixed by screw assembly to the left and right edge ends of the back surface of the lighting body (110), and the left and right ends of the upper horizontal panel bar (500UB) and the lower horizontal panel bar (500DB) are connected in the left and right horizontal direction to the upper and lower ends of the right finger guard panel (500R) and the left finger guard panel (500L), respectively, and the upper finger guard panel (500T) is fixed by screw assembly to the upper and lower ends of the right finger guard panel (500R) and the left finger guard panel (500L), respectively, and the rear ends of the right finger guard panel (500R) and the left finger guard panel (500L) and the upper horizontal panel bar (500UB) and the lower horizontal panel The rear finger guard panel (500P) can be screw-assembled and fixed to the bar (500DB).

[0153] In particular, a heat dissipation part support slit (500DB-1) provided in the form of a slit to support each portion corresponding to the heat dissipation part (203) of the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example described below may be further formed in the lower horizontal panel bar (500DB).

[0154] FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing the installation of a heat dissipation unit according to a first embodiment on the back surface of a lighting body, FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a heat dissipation unit according to a first embodiment for dissipating heat in a lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 10, FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state in which one side of the heat-conducting panel is removed among the components of the heat dissipation unit of FIG. 10, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 10.

[0155] The heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example can be arranged in a vertical straight line (vertical) direction on the back surface of the lighting body (110), as shown in FIG. 9, and a plurality of units can be arranged at a predetermined distance apart from each other in the left and right directions of the lighting body (110).

[0156] Here, the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example is provided in multiple units, and each unit is arranged vertically in the direction of gravity with respect to the heat-generating surface of the LED unit (150), but is arranged at a predetermined distance apart in the left-right direction, and a refrigerant flow space (205) filled with a phase-changeable refrigerant can be formed inside.

[0157] In order to install a plurality of heat dissipation units (200) like this, the press-fitting portions (130) provided on the back surface of the lighting body (110) are also arranged in a long vertical straight (vertical) direction, and each press-fitting portion (130) can also be arranged in parallel with a predetermined distance apart in the left and right directions.

[0158] According to the press-fit portion (130) having such a configuration, the upward airflow generated by the heat dissipation unit (200) on the back surface of the lighting body (110) has the advantage of a heat dissipation design in which the flow resistance is minimized in the direct direction.

[0159] The heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example can form a refrigerant flow space (205) filled with refrigerant therein, as referenced in FIGS. 9 to 13.

[0160] More specifically, the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example may include a one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) forming one side in the thickness direction of the refrigerant flow space (205), and an other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2) forming the other side in the thickness direction of the refrigerant flow space (205), as referenced in FIGS. 10 to 13.

[0161] Here, the refrigerant flow space (205) can be formed by joining one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2) made of two metal panel members along the edge ends, or by bending a single metal panel member and then joining the one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2) along the edge ends excluding the bending portion where they are joined to each other.

[0162] Meanwhile, the refrigerant flow space (205), as shown in FIGS. 10 to 13, may include a first refrigerant passage (210) formed vertically and elongated in the vertical direction, which corresponds to an evaporation region where liquid refrigerant among refrigerants is stored (retained) and the stored (retained) liquid refrigerant is phase-changed (evaporated) into a gaseous state by heat supplied from the LED unit (150), and a second refrigerant passage (220) which is a flow path of the liquid refrigerant formed in a condensation region other than the evaporation region, but which is formed to be inclined in a rearward diagonal direction so as to be positioned higher in the direction of gravity than the aforementioned end while communicating with the first refrigerant passage (210), so that the liquid refrigerant that has been phase-changed from a gaseous state to be condensed in the condensation region flows toward the first refrigerant passage (210).

[0163] Hereinafter, a region located close to the LED unit (150) where the liquid refrigerant changes phase into a gaseous refrigerant by heat supplied from the LED unit (150) can be defined as the above-described 'evaporation region', and the entire refrigerant flow space (205) excluding the evaporation region can be defined as the above-described 'condensation region' where the gaseous refrigerant changes phase into a liquid refrigerant. The first refrigerant passage (210) can be located in a region corresponding to the evaporation region, and the second refrigerant passage (220) can be located in a region corresponding to the condensation region.

[0164] Here, the evaporation region and the condensation region are classified according to the function of the refrigerant, but are not completely physically separated. The front end of the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first embodiment, which is a portion that is installed by pressing into the pressing portion (130) of the lighting body (110), can be defined as the evaporation region based on the drawing symbol 'F' of FIG. 10, and the remaining portion can be defined as the condensation region.

[0165] In addition, the end portion where the first refrigerant path (210) is positioned as an evaporation region is defined as a 'pressure end portion (201)' in that it is installed in the press-in portion (130) provided on the back surface of the lighting body (110) described above, and the remaining edge end portion excluding the press-in portion (201) can be defined as a 'heat dissipation plate portion (203)' in that it performs heat dissipation through actual heat exchange with the outside air.

[0166] In particular, the first refrigerant passage (210) may be a location where the liquid refrigerant is filled with a distance corresponding to the thickness of the metal panel member material relative to the press-fit portion (130) approaching the LED unit (150).

[0167] In this case, the first refrigerant passage (210) is a portion where the liquid refrigerant filled in the refrigerant flow space (205) is stored and retained, and can be arranged vertically up and down in the direction of gravity. Therefore, the liquid refrigerant stored in the first refrigerant passage (210) can have its water surface positioned relatively lower with respect to the direction of gravity, taking into account the volume increase when the liquid refrigerant changes into a gaseous refrigerant.

[0168] In addition, the 'separation distance according to material thickness' may mean the distance between the first refrigerant passage (210) and the LED unit (150) or the press-fit portion (130).

[0169] Meanwhile, the second refrigerant flow path (220) may be defined in shape by a plurality of inclined guides (215) formed to protrude toward the refrigerant flow space (205) so as to prevent the substantially condensed liquid refrigerant from falling directly in the direction of gravity and to guide the inclined flow toward the first refrigerant flow path (210) by the properties of the surface tension of the liquid.

[0170] More specifically, the second refrigerant passage (220) provides a flow path that allows a uniform amount of liquid refrigerant to flow down and be supplied toward the first refrigerant passage (210) when the gaseous refrigerant (gaseous refrigerant) condenses into a liquid refrigerant (liquid refrigerant) through a heat exchange process with the outside air in the condensation region, thereby gradually increasing in volume at a position within the refrigerant flow space (205) where condensation takes place and flowing down in the direction of gravity.

[0171] In particular, the second refrigerant flow path (220) can be defined between a plurality of inclined guides (215), as described later, and when the liquid refrigerant that has been condensed in the condensation region flows toward the first refrigerant flow path (210), the dispersion flow can be suppressed toward the second refrigerant flow path (220) adjacent to the second refrigerant flow path (220), which is a magnetic flow path, due to surface tension.

[0172] That is, since the plurality of inclined guides (215) have a narrower flow space than the second refrigerant passage (220), as described later, surface tension acts to suppress the flow toward the adjacent second refrigerant passage (220).

[0173] In this way, when the dispersion flow of the condensed liquid refrigerant is suppressed by the plurality of inclined guides (215) and the second refrigerant passage (220), the liquid refrigerant can be minimized from falling directly downward in the direction of gravity, and the condensed liquid refrigerant can be supplied in a uniform amount toward the first refrigerant passage (210) without being biased in the condensation region by each lower end connected at a uniform interval to the first refrigerant passage (210).

[0174] In addition, a plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) can be defined between a plurality of inclined guides (215) that protrude into the refrigerant flow space (205) from the mutually facing surfaces of one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2).

[0175] Here, a plurality of inclined guides (215) defining the second refrigerant flow path (220) may be provided in a form that protrudes toward the refrigerant flow space (205) from each inner surface of one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2), as referenced in FIGS. 10 and 13.

[0176] The plurality of inclined guides (215) may be provided in a straight line shape that is inclined downward in the direction of gravity toward the first refrigerant passage (210). Accordingly, the liquid refrigerant condensed on the side of the heat sink (203) can naturally coagulate and then flow down between the plurality of downwardly inclined inclined guides (215) toward the first refrigerant passage (210), thereby playing a role in increasing the circulation speed of the liquid refrigerant.

[0177] Here, a plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) or a plurality of inclined guides (215) can be arranged so that adjacent second refrigerant passages (220) or inclined guides (215) are arranged in parallel to each other. In general, the flow of the condensed liquid refrigerant can be distributed through the second refrigerant passages (220) or inclined guides (215) that are arranged in parallel and densely and uniformly in a wide condensation area having a larger area than the evaporation area limited to the first refrigerant passage (210), thereby providing an advantage of heat dissipation throughout the entire condensation area (or heat sink portion (203)) with uniform heat dissipation performance.

[0178] In addition, a plurality of inclined guides (215) may be formed on each of the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2), but may be formed in a form in which each tip portion protruding toward the refrigerant flow space (205) is not joined but is spaced apart from each other within the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0179] In this way, the second refrigerant passage (220) preferably has a size in the thickness direction that allows the flow to be formed naturally in the direction of gravity without being stopped by surface tension, which is an inherent characteristic of the liquid, in that it performs the function of inducing the flow of the liquid refrigerant in the direction of gravity. In addition, the second refrigerant passage (220) can be formed so that, after the liquid refrigerant has coagulated to a predetermined size or more, the dispersion flow due to surface tension or gravity is suppressed toward the adjacent second refrigerant passage (220).

[0180] In addition, at least one of the first and second refrigerant channels (220) or the second and second slant guides (215) is connected to the first refrigerant channel (210) formed in the evaporation region or the evaporation region at one end and the other end, and the end connected to the first refrigerant channel (210) formed in the evaporation region or the evaporation region (i.e., one of the first and second ends) is positioned lower in the direction of gravity than the other end of the first and second ends.

[0181] Therefore, when at least one of the first and second ends of the plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) is defined as 'first end', the first end has the same meaning as the 'lower end' located at the lower side with respect to the direction of gravity, and conversely, when the other of the first and second ends of the plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) is defined as the 'other end', the other end can have the same meaning as the 'upper end' located at the upper side with respect to the direction of gravity.

[0182] Furthermore, as described above, a plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) or a plurality of inclined guides (215) may be formed such that at least one of one end and the other end is connected to the first refrigerant passage (210), and the one end and the other end are connected in a straight line.

[0183] According to the straight shape of the plurality of second refrigerant passages (220), it can be seen that the straight shape of the second refrigerant passages (220) is an optimal shape that can minimize the distance between one end of the first refrigerant passage (210) that is located closest to the heating elements (140) and receives heat, and the other end that is the outermost end of the condensation area where condensation actively occurs through heat exchange with the outside air. In addition, the straight shape of the second refrigerant passages (220) itself can also minimize the overlapping length (flow resistance length) of the flow paths of the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant.

[0184] That is, the heat dissipation unit (200) is configured so that the first refrigerant passage (210) in the portion corresponding to the press-in end (201) among the refrigerant flow spaces (205) formed inside the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2) is positioned close to the LED unit (150) or the press-in portion (130), and a straight structure and a gas-liquid flow separation structure are applied so that gas-liquid circulation from the first refrigerant passage (210) (i.e., one end in the width direction) to the outer end (i.e., the other end in the width direction) which is the end of the condensation region is smoothly performed without significant flow resistance.

[0185] In addition, the second refrigerant passage (220) is formed so that a plurality of them do not branch from the other end in the width direction toward the first refrigerant passage (210) located relatively lower in the direction of gravity, in order to induce a liquid flow in the refrigerant flow space of the liquid refrigerant that has undergone a phase change from the gaseous refrigerant.

[0186] Meanwhile, the plurality of inclined guides (215) may define a second refrigerant flow path (220) between each inclined guide (215) as a flow path for inducing the flow of liquid refrigerant in the direction of gravity, as described above, and may also perform the function of defining a third refrigerant flow path (230) described later, which corresponds to a spaced portion in the thickness direction.

[0187] In this case, it is preferable that the plurality of inclined guides (215) are formed in a pattern inclined with respect to the first refrigerant passage (210) so as to form a flow path through which the liquid refrigerant (liquid refrigerant) flows, assuming that the first refrigerant passage (210) is positioned relatively lower in the direction of gravity due to tilting adjustment of the entire lighting body (110).

[0188] Here, the second refrigerant passage (220) defined as the adjacent interspace between a plurality of inclined guides (215) may be a refrigerant passage extending upwardly inclined from the first refrigerant passage (210) toward the width-wise end portions of one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2). This is to allow the liquid refrigerant liquefied on the heat-dissipating plate (203) side to easily move by its own weight toward the first refrigerant passage (210) equipped with the absorber (300).

[0189] Meanwhile, in the areas corresponding to the condensation areas of one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-2), a plurality of strength reinforcing members (240) can be formed symmetrically to protrude into the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0190] A plurality of strength reinforcing members (240) can serve to reinforce the strength of the heat dissipation unit (200) as a whole by joining the areas where they come into contact with each other inside the refrigerant flow space (205) through a joining process using various joining methods, such as a laser welding method, when one side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (200-1) are joined to each other by bending or joining methods.

[0191] In addition, the plurality of strength reinforcing members (240) can also serve to facilitate active condensation by providing a larger interference surface area for the vaporized refrigerant to collide with for heat dissipation in the condensation region. That is, the plurality of strength reinforcing members (240) further increase the contact surface area with the vaporized refrigerant flowing freely through the third refrigerant passage (230) described below, thereby bringing about the effect of enabling refrigerant condensation to occur in a shorter period of time.

[0192] In addition, the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example may further include a third refrigerant flow path (230) that acts as a flow path for gaseous refrigerant other than liquid refrigerant flowing mainly along a plurality of inclined guides (215), as referenced in FIGS. 10 to 13.

[0193] Here, referring to FIG. 13, the second refrigerant flow path (220) is defined as being formed between each of a plurality of adjacent inclined guides (215) formed in each of the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2), except in the thickness direction of the refrigerant flow space (205), whereas the third refrigerant flow path (230) can be defined as the space between the inclined guide (215) formed in the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the inclined guide (215) formed in the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2), in the thickness direction of the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0194] However, it should be noted that the exclusion of the thickness direction when defining the second refrigerant path (220) means that the direction that serves as the standard for the definition is not the thickness direction, and should not be interpreted as excluding the volume occupied by the thickness direction as the corresponding volume and space.

[0195] More specifically, the third refrigerant passage (230) is formed so that the inclined guide (215) protrudes further into the refrigerant flow space (205) than the second refrigerant passage (220), and thus the thickness of the refrigerant flow space (205) can be set to an area smaller than that of the second refrigerant passage (220). That is, the third refrigerant passage (230) can be defined as an area smaller in thickness than the second refrigerant passage (220) by a plurality of inclined guides (215).

[0196] In addition, the third refrigerant flow path (230) can be defined as a portion where a plurality of inclined guides (215) are formed on the facing surfaces of one side of the heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other side of the heat-conducting panel body (200-2) and is not joined but spaced apart from each other within the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0197] The third refrigerant passage (230) can serve to provide a gas passage for the refrigerant filled in the refrigerant flow space (205) to easily diffuse and flow throughout the entire heat sink section (203) after the refrigerant has been phase-changed into a gaseous refrigerant in the evaporation region, which is the first refrigerant passage (210). The gaseous refrigerant evaporated in the first refrigerant passage (210), which is the evaporation region, moves toward the heat sink section (203) and can be smoothly and evenly distributed through the third refrigerant passage (230) to perform heat dissipation and be condensed.

[0198] For example, when the liquid refrigerant flows naturally through the space between the inclined guides (215) adjacent to the second refrigerant passage (220), the gaseous refrigerant actively flows through the third refrigerant passage (230), which is a space not occupied by the liquid refrigerant.

[0199] However, this does not mean that the liquid refrigerant is completely separated from the gaseous refrigerant and is not occupied through the third refrigerant passage (230), but it is preferable to understand that the gaseous refrigerant flows more actively through the third refrigerant passage (230).

[0200] That is, the phase change of the refrigerant is not a complete separation of the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant, so it is difficult to define it precisely. However, in general, the second refrigerant passage (220) may be a path through which the liquid refrigerant mainly flows, since the size in the thickness direction is relatively large, and the third refrigerant passage (230) may be a path through which the gaseous refrigerant mainly flows.

[0201] More specifically, since the gaseous refrigerant is more active than the liquid refrigerant, the third refrigerant passage (230) having a relatively small size in the thickness direction can become the main flow path, and the liquid refrigerant can become the main flow path through the second refrigerant passage (220) having a relatively larger size in the thickness direction than the third refrigerant passage (230) considering its own surface tension.

[0202] Meanwhile, the third refrigerant passage (230) may be defined as a refrigerant passage connecting the space between the second refrigerant passages (220) that are spaced parallel to each other.

[0203] For example, the second refrigerant passage (220) may be formed to protrude from the area where the refrigerant flow space (205) is formed in the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2), but may be partitioned by the third refrigerant passage (230) formed so as not to touch each other in the refrigerant flow space (205). Of course, it should be noted that the meaning of 'compartment' here does not mean a complete physical and spatial partition, but rather means the shape and position distinction of the second refrigerant passage (220) and the third refrigerant passage (230).

[0204] In the lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration, the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example allows the liquid refrigerant condensed in the condensation area other than the evaporation area to flow in the direction of gravity along a plurality of inclined guides (215) defining a second refrigerant path (220), and the gaseous refrigerant evaporated in the evaporation area to flow as a gas along the gaps between the plurality of inclined guides (215) defining a third refrigerant path (230).

[0205] Meanwhile, in the evaporation area corresponding to the first refrigerant passage (210), an absorber (300) may be further installed to promote active vaporization of the absorbed liquid refrigerant by heat provided from the LED unit (150) after absorbing the liquid refrigerant.

[0206] That is, the absorber (300) is placed on the first refrigerant passage (210) positioned close to the LED unit (150) or the press-fit portion (130) which is the heat dissipation target, and can perform the function of raising at least the liquid refrigerant among the refrigerants upwards by capillary force or absorption force above the absorption point.

[0207] To this end, the absorbent (300) may be provided with a fiber material such as a nonwoven fabric having a large number of pores formed therein, and it is preferable that the absorbent (300) be provided with a material capable of dispersing and moving liquid refrigerant by capillary action (or self-absorption) while going against gravity in the vertical direction (i.e., in the direction opposite to gravity) at least at a predetermined height when placed on the first refrigerant passage (210) formed long in the vertical direction.

[0208] More specifically, the absorbent (300) may include any one of a nonwoven fabric formed by forming a plurality of pores (a type of wick structure) and a nonwoven fabric supported by a metal wire or a metal braid, and any one of a metal sintered body formed by sintering a metal powder.

[0209] The metal material here includes a copper material having excellent thermal conductivity, and the non-woven fabric can be supported by a thin metal wire of the copper material or a copper wire braided body made by braiding the metal wire.

[0210] That is, the absorbent (300) may be adopted as a non-woven fabric made of a fiber material itself. In this case, since the non-woven fabric material itself is a very flexible material and, when liquid refrigerant is absorbed, it may be difficult to maintain its shape in the vertical direction due to the weight of the absorbed liquid refrigerant, the non-woven fabric may be provided to be supported by a braided body made of copper wire or a copper wire material in which copper wire is braided.

[0211] Here, the nonwoven fabric is configured to be inserted into the interior of the braided body made of copper wire material so that its shape is maintained, thereby performing the role of stably fixing the nonwoven fabric provided as the absorbent (300) on the first refrigerant passage (210) arranged in the direction of gravity (i.e., in the up-down direction) or inclined with respect to the direction of gravity, and preventing it from flowing.

[0212] However, it is not necessary to support the nonwoven fabric by inserting it inside the braided body made of copper wire material. It is also possible to adopt a support structure in which a single strand of copper wire penetrates the nonwoven fabric in the vertical direction or wraps the nonwoven fabric in a spiral shape.

[0213] In addition, the absorbent (300) may be formed by combining a nonwoven fabric with the inside of a braided body made of copper wire material to the extent that it can maintain its shape despite the load of the liquid refrigerant contained therein, and may also be formed by wrapping the copper wire itself or the braided body made of copper wire material in a spiral shape around the outer circumferential surface of the nonwoven fabric.

[0214] Meanwhile, in the case where the first refrigerant passage (210) according to the first implementation example is formed to be very long in the vertical direction, at least one auxiliary absorber (301) may be further provided in some part of the second refrigerant passage (220) on the upper side of the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0215] The auxiliary absorber (301) can be installed and secured in an auxiliary absorber installation part (not indicated in the drawing) that has been modified to have a wider width than a portion of the second refrigerant passage (220).

[0216] As shown in FIG. 10, two auxiliary absorbers (301) of this type (301-1, 301-2) can be arranged with vertical spacing relatively upward in the direction of gravity.

[0217] Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the heat dissipation unit (200) may further include an air vent tube (270) at an end forming the heat dissipation plate portion (203) for evacuating the refrigerant flow space (205) before or after injecting the refrigerant into the refrigerant flow space (205).

[0218] The air vent tube (270) can be sealed through a predetermined caulking process after being cut by a cutting machine (not shown) when the evacuation of the refrigerant flow space (205) described above is completed, or can be inserted into a mounting groove (505) formed in the lower horizontal support bar (500DB) of the finger guard panel assembly (500) described above after the caulking process is completed without cutting, so as to be protected from the outside.

[0219] In addition, the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2) constituting the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first embodiment may be provided in the form of a plate made of SUS (stainless steel) among the metal panel members as described above. Therefore, the refrigerant filled inside may be water, unlike in the case where the metal panel member is made of aluminum.

[0220] This is because, when the material of the metal panel member constituting the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first implementation example is adopted as aluminum, water is excluded from the types of refrigerants that can be adopted, since aluminum has a chemical property of changing into aluminum oxide while generating hydrogen substances when in contact with water.

[0221] The heat dissipation effect according to the heat dissipation unit (200) made of aluminum is expected to have much higher heat dissipation performance than that of SUS material due to the thermal conductivity of the material itself. However, the heat dissipation unit (200) in the lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided as a metal panel member made of SUS material, and has a remarkable increase in heat dissipation performance by adopting a heat transfer method using a phase change material (particularly, water) that can be filled in the refrigerant flow space (205). Therefore, unlike the lighting device according to the prior art (see the technical items forming the background of the invention), there is no need for a separate additional heat dissipation structure for the concentrated heat generation phenomenon in the central portion, and sufficient heat dissipation can be achieved with only the heat dissipation unit (200) in one embodiment of the present invention that is arranged vertically in the vertical direction.

[0222] According to the first embodiment of the heat dissipation unit (200) provided for heat dissipation of the lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, even if it is made of SUS material having lower thermal conductivity than aluminum material, water, which has no concern about environmental pollution inside, is adopted as a refrigerant, and more active gas-liquid circulation is enabled through the first refrigerant passage (210) corresponding to the evaporation area and the plurality of second refrigerant passages (220) provided for supplying a uniform amount of liquid refrigerant to the first refrigerant passage (210), thereby greatly improving the heat dissipation performance, thereby providing the advantage of not needing a separate heat dissipation design to prevent temperature deviation between LED elements (155) densely mounted in a narrow area to perform the function as a spot light.

[0223] Fig. 14 is a perspective view showing an angle adjustment unit among the configurations of a lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 15 is an exploded perspective view of Fig. 14, and Figs. 16a and 16b are partial projection perspective views for explaining the operation of the angle adjustment unit by tilting rotation and steering rotation.

[0224] Referring to FIGS. 14 to 16b, a lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an angle adjustment unit (600) that is placed at the lower end of a lighting body (110) and adjusts the irradiation direction of an LED unit (150).

[0225] The angle adjustment unit (600) may include, as referenced in FIGS. 14 and 15, a fixing bracket (610) that fixes the lighting body (110) to a predetermined position, a steering block (620) that is rotated left and right based on an axis (S) that is vertical to the fixing bracket (610), and a tilting block (630) that is rotated back and forth by tilting via a left and right horizontal coupling axis (635,T) that is horizontal to the steering block (620), and to which the lower end of the lighting body (110) is connected.

[0226] Here, the coupling of the steering block (620) to the fixed bracket (610) can be rotatably achieved through a fixed panel (613) coupled to the lower part of the fixed bracket (610) with the lower part of the steering block (620) inserted into an installation hole (615) provided to penetrate the fixed bracket (610) in the vertical direction.

[0227] The steering block (620) is provided with a steering worm wheel gear (622) having a plurality of worm wheel gear teeth (not indicated in the drawing) formed on a portion of the outer surface, and the fixed bracket (610) is provided with a steering worm gear (621) having worm gear teeth (not indicated in the drawing) formed so as to be able to mesh with the worm wheel gear teeth of the steering worm wheel gear (622) and is rotatably provided so as to mesh with the steering worm wheel gear (622).

[0228] Here, the lighting body (110) can adjust the irradiation direction of the LED unit (150) by rotating the steering block (620) in the left and right directions according to the axial rotation of the steering worm gear (621).

[0229] In addition, the steering block (620) is formed in a left-right horizontal axis coupling hole (625) that penetrates in the left-right direction, and the lower part of the tilting block (630) can be tiltably coupled by a left-right horizontal coupling axis (635) that penetrates the left-right horizontal axis coupling hole (625).

[0230] In addition, the steering block (620) may be provided with a tilting worm wheel gear (632) that has a plurality of worm wheel gear teeth (not indicated in the drawing) formed on a portion of the outer surface thereof so as to be rotatable, and the lower portion of the tilting block (630) may be provided with a tilting worm gear (631) that has worm gear teeth (not indicated in the drawing) formed so as to mesh with the worm wheel gear teeth of the tilting worm wheel gear (632) so as to be rotatable.

[0231] Here, the lighting body (110) can adjust the irradiation direction of the LED unit (150) by tilting and rotating the tilting block (630) in the forward and backward direction according to the axial rotation of the tilting worm gear (631).

[0232] A bolt fastening hole (633) for bolt connection to the lower part of the lighting body (110) may be formed in the tilting block (630).

[0233] Fig. 17 is a perspective view showing a lighting device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Figs. 18a and 18b are exploded perspective views of the front and rear parts for explaining the finger guard panel assembly among the configurations of Fig. 17.

[0234] A lighting device (100-1) according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 17 to 18b, may be implemented with a different implementation from the finger guard assembly (500) as shown in FIGS. 2a to 5, in which a finger guard panel assembly (500-1) protecting a lighting body (110) and a heat dissipation unit (200) installed for heat dissipation thereof from the outside is provided.

[0235] That is, while the finger guard panel assembly (500) implemented as an example of one embodiment as referenced in FIGS. 2a to 5 is entirely provided in the form of a panel, the finger guard panel assembly (500-1) implemented as another example as referenced in FIGS. 17 to 18b can be modified and implemented so that some of the components are replaced with support pipes (510).

[0236] More specifically, a finger guard panel assembly (500) according to another embodiment may include, as referenced in FIGS. 18A and 18B, a left finger guard panel (500L) covering the left side of a plurality of heat dissipation units (200), a right finger panel (500R) covering the right side of the plurality of heat dissipation units (200), a lower horizontal support bar (500DB) connected to and supported by the lower ends of the right finger guard panel (500R) and the rear finger guard panel (500P), and an upper horizontal support bar (500UB) connected to and supported by the upper ends of the left finger guard panel (500L), the right finger guard panel (500R), and the rear finger guard panel (500P).

[0237] Here, among the configurations of the finger guard panel assembly (500-1) according to another implementation example, the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R) are implemented in the same panel form as the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R) of the finger guard panel assembly (500) according to the above-described implementation example, and the lower horizontal support bar (500DB) and the upper horizontal support bar (500UB) are the same in that they support the lower and upper parts of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the lower and upper parts of the right finger guard panel (500R) by connecting them in the left and right horizontal directions, respectively.

[0238] However, a finger guard panel assembly (500-1) according to another embodiment further includes a plurality of support pipes (510) arranged horizontally in the left and right horizontal directions, without separately providing an upper finger guard panel (500T) and a rear finger guard panel (500P) among the configurations of the finger guard panel assembly (500) of the above-described embodiment, and the plurality of support pipes (510) may be joined at least two places spaced apart in the front-back direction on the upper portions of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R), and may be joined at a plurality of places spaced apart in the vertical direction on the rear ends of the left finger guard panel (500L) and the right finger guard panel (500R).

[0239] Here too, it will be natural that a mounting groove (505) in which an air vent tube (270) of the heat dissipation unit (200) is accommodated can be formed long in the left and right directions in the lower horizontal support bar (500DB).

[0240] According to a lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration, the phenomenon of heat generated from an LED unit (150) being concentrated in the central portion is eliminated, and the heat dissipation efficiency is maximized by a refrigerant phase change method, which provides the advantage of being able to perform effective heat dissipation without changing the structure through a heat dissipation unit (200) having a plurality of heat-conducting panel bodies (200) made of SUS material.

[0241] FIG. 19 is a downward perspective view showing a lighting device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing an example of use of a lighting device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 21 is an upward perspective view showing a lighting device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 22a and 22b are downward and upward exploded perspective views showing the combination of the electrical component storage frame and the tilting bracket part among the configurations of FIGS. 19 and 21, FIGS. 23a and 23b are front and rear exploded perspective views showing the electrical component storage frame among the configurations of FIGS. 19 and 21, and FIGS. 24a and 24b are front and rear exploded perspective views showing the finger guard panel assembly among the configurations of FIGS. 19 and 21.

[0242] A lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes an LED unit (1150) protected from the outside by a box (or hexahedron) shaped finger guard panel assembly (1500) excluding the lower surface, as shown in FIGS. 19 to 23b, and a heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second embodiment.

[0243] A lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention is different from a lighting device (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention in that it is provided in the form of a spot light requiring concentrated light distribution so that light irradiated from an LED unit (150) directly passes through a light-projecting panel (120), and the purpose is to increase the light distribution efficiency of light irradiated from an LED unit (1150) having a rather narrow area by adopting a color rendering reflector (see reflecting panel (1112) described later).

[0244] The LED unit (1150) may also be configured with specifications different from those of the lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, which is a spot light, but, similarly to the lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention, when power is supplied, a plurality of LED elements generate a predetermined light and perform the role of irradiating it in a direction desired by the user. It is sufficient to understand that it is an essential component of a general lighting device.

[0245] Meanwhile, the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second implementation example can play a role in improving the light distribution performance of the LED unit (1150) as well as enhancing durability by quickly exchanging heat generated from the LED unit (1150) with external air (outside air) to dissipate heat.

[0246] A lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, can be installed in a place requiring lighting by means of a support pole (not shown) or the like, by a pair of electrical component storage frames (1700) that are coupled to surround the rear end portions of the right and left sides and a portion of the back surface of the outer surface of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), and a tilting bracket portion (1600) that is fixed to the pair of electrical component storage frames (1700) and is coupled to tilt and rotate the entire finger guard panel assembly (1500) about the left and right horizontal axes.

[0247] Here, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may be a safety structure that protects the installation worker (or user) from injury such as burns due to high heat, since the heat emitted by the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second embodiment accommodated therein is relatively high. In addition, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may play a role in protecting the surrounding structure from the outside by preventing it from directly contacting the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second embodiment.

[0248] More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 24a and 24b, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) is a hexahedral shape formed by five panels, and is arranged to cover the remaining portion except for the lower portion in which light is irradiated by the LED unit (1150), and a pair of electrical component storage frames (1700) are respectively coupled to the left and right side portions of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), and both ends of the tilting bracket portion (1600) can be respectively coupled to the left and right side portions of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) by passing through the pair of electrical component storage frames (1700).

[0249] Here, a pair of full-length storage frames (1700) may include a right storage frame (1700R) fixed to the right side of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), and a left storage frame (1500L) fixed to the left side of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), as referenced in FIGS. 21A and 21B.

[0250] Hereinafter, since the pair of electrical equipment storage frames (1700) are identical in all configurations except for the position where they are coupled to the finger guard panel assembly (1500), the description will be centered on the right electrical equipment storage frame (1700R) as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, and the description of the left electrical equipment storage frame (1700L) will be omitted.

[0251] The right-hand side storage frame (1700R) may include a frame body (1710) that is bent into a roughly 'ㄱ' shape so as to be in close contact with the rear surface of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) and the right side of the finger guard panel assembly (1500).

[0252] A portion of the frame body (1710) corresponding to the rear surface of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may be formed in an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a first electrical component receiving portion (1705-1) may be provided therein. In addition, a portion of the frame body (1710) corresponding to the right side of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may be formed in an approximately thin panel shape, and a second electrical component receiving portion (1705-2) may be provided therein.

[0253] The first electrical component receiving section (1705-1) is provided as an empty space having a roughly rectangular shape, and a power cable (not shown) is connected to the first electrical component receiving section (1705) through a connection terminal (1790) provided externally, and an internal wire (not shown) that is electrically connected to the power cable can be extended and routed to the second electrical component receiving section (1705-2), and the first electrical component receiving section (1705-1) can be shielded by a first receiving section cover (1720).

[0254] Meanwhile, a full-length PCB (1750) may be built into the interior of the second full-length component receiving portion (1705-2), and the full-length PCB (1750) may be sealed by a built-in waterproof film (1740) to prevent infiltration of external moisture, etc., and the second full-length component receiving portion (1705-2) may be shielded by a second receiving portion cover (1730).

[0255] The right-side electrical equipment storage frame (1700R) as described above can be fixed to a screw panel fastening hole (1515) formed in a right-side finger guard panel (1500R) corresponding to the right side of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), which will be described later, through a plurality of fixing screws (1717) that pass through frame through holes (1715) formed at a plurality of locations (four locations) along the edge end.

[0256] In addition, as referenced in FIGS. 22a and 22b, a pair of fixing bolt through holes (1719) for fixed installation of a tilting bracket part (1600) is formed in the right-hand electrical equipment storage frame (1700R), and a center fixing bolt (1770-2) that serves as a center hinge for tilting rotation is installed through one of the pair of fixing bolt through holes (1719), and a hinge fixing bolt (1770-1) that passes through a tilting rotation guide slot (1625) formed in the tilting bracket part (1600) can be installed through the other of the pair of fixing bolt through holes (1719).

[0257] The tilting bracket part (1600) may include a fixed panel (1610) fixed to an installation structure such as a support pole (not shown), as shown in FIGS. 22a and 22b, and a right connection panel (1621) and a left connection panel (1622) that extend in a bent manner from both left and right ends of the fixed panel (1610) and are connected to the right and left sides of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) via a right electrical component storage frame (1700R) and a left electrical component storage frame (1700L), respectively.

[0258] Here, the leading ends of the right connection panel (1621) and the left connection panel (1622) are formed in a circular panel shape (refer to drawing symbol '1623'), and the above-described tilting rotation guide slot (1625) can be formed.

[0259] The tilting bracket part (1600) of this type is a component that performs a function similar to the angle adjustment unit (600) among the components of the lighting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention described above, and while the angle adjustment unit (600) in one embodiment of the present invention (100) adjusts the direction of light irradiation by adjusting the lighting body (110) through forward and backward tilting rotation and left and right steering rotation, the tilting bracket part (1600) in the lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention adjusts the direction of light irradiation by adjusting the lighting body (1100) through forward and backward tilting rotation and by fixing the tilting bracket part (1600) itself after being rotated left and right steering.

[0260] Here, a fixing member (1612) for fixing to an installation structure such as a support pole is formed in a semicircular panel shape in the middle portion of the fixed panel (1610) to protrude, and a bolt fixing hole (1611) for fixing using a fixing bolt (not shown) to the support pole and a steering guide slot (1613) for fastening a steering guide bolt (not shown) for steering rotation may be formed in the fixed member (1612).

[0261] Meanwhile, a pair of power pin contacts (1756) are provided in the electrical PCB (1750) built into each of the second electrical component receiving sections (1705-2) of the right electrical component storage frame (1700R) and the left electrical component storage frame (1700L), and among the finger guard panel assembly (1500) in which the right electrical component storage frame (1700R) and the left electrical component storage frame (1700L) are tightly coupled, a pair of power pins (1560) through which the pair of power pin contacts (1756) described above are connected to power may be formed to penetrate inside and outside of the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L).

[0262] A pair of electrical appliance storage frames (1700) having such a configuration can be formed to have different lengths in the front-back direction as shown in (a) of FIG. 20, and a second electrical appliance receiving section (1705-2) for simultaneously connecting two lighting devices (1000A, 1000B) arranged in a continuous manner in the front-back direction can be formed at two locations spaced apart from each other (see drawing reference numerals 1700R1, 1700R2 of FIG. 20).

[0263] In addition, a pair of electrical equipment storage frames (1700) may be formed with a second electrical equipment receiving section (1705-2) spaced apart at three locations for simultaneously connecting three lighting devices (1000A, 1000B, 1000C) arranged in a continuous manner in the front-back direction, as shown in (b) of FIG. 20 (reference numerals 1700R1, 1700R2, 1700R3 of FIG. 20).

[0264] However, it is not necessary for a pair of full-length storage frames (1700) to be provided so as to protrude outwardly from the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R) or the rear finger guard panel (1500P) described later, as referenced in FIGS. 22a to 24b, and it is possible to apply another implementation example described later in which they are recessed and attached in an embedded form into the interior of either the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R).

[0265] The specific configuration and joining structure of the equipment storage frame (1700-1) implemented as another implementation example will be described in more detail later.

[0266] The finger guard panel assembly (1500) has a hexahedral shape except for the lower surface, which is the light irradiation direction of the LED unit (10), and can be provided with a combination of the following detailed configurations in more detail.

[0267] That is, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may include, as referenced in FIGS. 24a and 24b, a rear finger guard panel (1500P) forming a rear appearance among the above-described hexahedral shapes, an upper finger guard panel (1500U) forming an upper appearance, a front finger guard panel (1500F) forming a front appearance, and the above-described right finger guard panel (1500R) and left finger guard panel (1500L).

[0268] In addition, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may further include a rear lower panel bar (1500PD) that is coupled to the lower end of the rear finger guard panel (1500P) to form a skeleton, a rear upper panel bar (1500PU) that mediates the connection between the upper end of the rear finger guard panel (1500P) and the rear end of the upper finger guard panel (1500U), a front upper panel bar (1500FU) that mediates the connection between the front end of the upper finger guard panel (1500U) and the upper end of the front finger guard panel (1500F), and a front lower panel bar (1500FD) that is coupled to the lower end of the front finger guard panel (1500F) to form a skeleton.

[0269] Here, a screw fastening hole (not shown in the drawing) may be formed at the left and right ends of each panel bar (1500PD, 1500PU, 1500FU, 1500FD) of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) to mediate screw connection through a fixing screw (1550) that penetrates the screw through hole (not shown in the drawing) of the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L).

[0270] In addition, each panel bar (1500PD, 1500PU, 1500FU, 1500FD) of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may have a screw fastening hole (not shown in the drawing) formed at the edge end of each panel of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) through which a plurality of panel fixing screws (1550) pass and are fastened.

[0271] Meanwhile, each panel of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) may have a plurality of ventilation holes (1505) formed in a slot shape (or grill shape) for the inflow of external air (outside air) and the outflow of internal air (inside air). However, it is not necessary that the plurality of ventilation holes (1505) be formed in a slot shape, and they may also be formed in a circular hole shape.

[0272] Here, among the configurations of the finger guard panel assembly (1500), the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L) are areas not occupied by the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) among the configurations of the heat dissipation unit (1200) described later, and a plurality of ventilation holes (1505) may be formed only in areas where the outside air is smoothly supplied to the blower (1800) described later, and it is preferable that the remaining rear finger guard panel (1500P), upper finger guard panel (1500U), and front finger guard panel (1500F) have a plurality of ventilation holes (1505) formed in the form of a grill net over the entire area.

[0273] Meanwhile, on the inner side of the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L), a DC PCB housing (1580) may be provided, in which a connection DC PCB for electrical connection with the electric PCB (1730) built into the right electric component storage frame (1700R) and the left electric component storage frame (1700L) among the configurations of a pair of electric component storage frames (40) is built.

[0274] In addition, an angle indicator (1509) for measuring the tilting rotation angle by the tilting bracket (1600) may be printed on the outside of the outer surface of the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L).

[0275] Meanwhile, a plurality of screw penetration holes (not indicated in the drawing) for fixing a heat dissipation unit (1200) installed inside and a lighting body (1100) and a blower (1800) are formed in the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L), and the above-described configurations can be fixed by a plurality of fixing screws (1507) penetrating through the holes.

[0276] Here, the finger guard panel assembly (1500) does not necessarily have to be provided with a front finger guard panel (1500F), an upper finger guard panel (1500U), and a rear finger guard panel (1500P) in the form of a grill to prevent burns to the worker, as shown in FIGS. 4a to 6b.

[0277] That is, as in the lighting device (1000-1) according to another embodiment of the present invention described later, in the case where the device is installed at a high position such as a support pole (not shown) during operation accompanied by normal heat generation, there is almost no need to prevent burns to the operator, so it is natural that some of the components can be replaced with a support pipe (1500C-P) described later so that the circulation of outside air to the internal heat dissipation unit (1200) becomes more active.

[0278] The replacement of the configuration by the support pipe (1500C-P) will be described in more detail later.

[0279] In addition, the lighting device (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a visor panel (1900) that improves light spreading of light emitted from the LED unit (1150), as referenced in FIG. 24a.

[0280] The visor panel (1900) may be provided so that its leading edge can be extended or lowered in a downwardly inclined straight direction between the leading edge of the lighting body (1110) and the lower edge of the front finger guard panel (1500F).

[0281] More specifically, the visor panel (1900) is inclined so that its leading edge protrudes lower forward than the surface of the transparent window panel (1120) forming at least the lower surface of the lighting body (1110), and the amount of light spread from the LED unit (1150) can be adjusted depending on the amount of downward protrusion of the leading edge of the visor panel (1900).

[0282] Here, the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L) may further include a visor guide structure (not shown) to guide the movement of the visor panel (1900), although not shown.

[0283] For reference, the visor guide structure is formed by forming the shape of the ventilation holes (1505) formed in the right finger guard panel (1500R) and the left finger guard panel (1500L) to be the same as the moving path of the visor panel (1900), and then adjusting the tip position of the visor panel (1900) by fixing and releasing the screws of the visor panel (1900) to the ventilation holes (1505).

[0284] FIGS. 25a and 25b are front and rear perspective views showing a lighting device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 26a and 26b are front and rear exploded perspective views showing a component storage frame implemented as another embodiment of the configuration of FIGS. 25a and 25b, and FIGS. 27a and 27b are front and rear exploded perspective views showing a finger guard panel assembly implemented as another embodiment of the configuration of FIGS. 25a and 25b.

[0285] A lighting device (1000-1) according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a component storage frame (1700') according to another embodiment, and a finger guard panel assembly (1500-1) according to another embodiment, as referenced in FIGS. 25a to 27b.

[0286] First, the electrical equipment storage frame (1700') according to another embodiment can be recessed and attached in an embedded form into either the left finger guard panel (1500L) or the right finger guard panel (1500R), as referenced in FIGS. 25A to 26B. Here, the electrical equipment storage frame (1700') according to another embodiment is illustrated as being installed in the right finger guard panel (1500R), but it will be understood that it is also possible to install it in the left finger guard panel (1500R).

[0287] More specifically, a component storage frame (1700') according to another embodiment may include a storage frame body (1701') that forms a component receiving portion (1705') in an embedded form inside an insertion hole (not indicated by a drawing symbol) formed in a right finger guard panel (1500R), a terminal fixing portion (1702') formed in the storage frame body (170') and provided for signal connection of a pair of connection terminals (1790') to be described later, and a receiving portion cover (1703') that is coupled to cover the component receiving portion (1705') of the storage frame body (170') from the outside.

[0288] In addition, a pair of terminal fixing parts (1702') are provided spaced apart from each other vertically on the inner surface of the rear portion constituting the electric field receiving part (1705'), and a pair of connection terminals (170') connected to a power cable (not shown) can be fixed through a pair of terminal fixing parts (170').

[0289] In the case of the electrical component storage frame (1700) already described with reference to FIGS. 23a and 23b, the left electrical component storage frame (1700L) and the right electrical component storage frame (1700R) are provided with one left electrical component storage frame (1700L) and one right electrical component storage frame (1700R) each on the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R), whereas the electrical component storage frame (1700') according to another implementation example is implemented so as to be formed only on the right finger guard panel (1500R), and the power cable described above is different in that it can be fixed through a pair of terminal fixing parts (170') of the electrical component receiving part (1705') that is centrally installed on the right finger guard panel (1500R) without distinction between the input side and the output side.

[0290] In addition, in the case of the electrical appliance storage frame (1700') according to another implementation example, unlike the electrical appliance storage frame (1700) already described with reference to FIGS. 23a and 23b, the configuration corresponding to the electrical appliance receiving portion (1705') is formed on the inside of the right finger guard panel (1500R), so that interference during tilting rotation of the tilting bracket portion (1600) can be minimized, and an advantage of preventing the volume of the entire product from increasing in the left-right direction can be provided.

[0291] Meanwhile, a finger guard panel assembly (1500-1) according to another implementation example may be implemented in a form in which some of the configurations of FIGS. 1 to 6b (e.g., the front finger guard panel (1500F), the upper finger guard panel (1500U), and the rear finger guard panel (1500P)) provided in the form of panels to protect the lighting body (1110) and the heat dissipation unit (1200) installed for its heat dissipation from the outside, as referenced in FIGS. 25a and 25b and FIGS. 27a and 27b, are replaced with a plurality of support pipes (1500C-P).

[0292] More specifically, a finger guard panel assembly (1500-1) according to another embodiment may include a left finger guard panel (1500L) covering the left side of a plurality of heat dissipation units (1200), a right finger guard panel (1500R) covering the right side of the plurality of heat dissipation units (1200), and a plurality of support pipes (1500C-P) that are connected horizontally along the front, upper, and rear ends, excluding the lower ends of the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R), at a predetermined distance apart from each other.

[0293] At both left and right ends of a plurality of support pipes (1500C-P), screw fastening holes (1508) may be formed through which a plurality of panel fixing screws (1509) are fastened by penetrating the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R) from the outside, respectively.

[0294] Meanwhile, one of the plurality of support pipes (1500C-P) may be replaced with a horizontal support bar (1500E) having a mounting groove (1503) formed therein in which an air vent tube (1270) is accommodated among the components of the heat dissipation unit (1200) described later.

[0295] The horizontal support bar (1500E) is connected to the inner surface of the left finger guard panel (1500L) and the right finger guard panel (1500R) at both ends, and can play a role in preventing damage to the air vent tube (1270) protruding toward the rear during movement or due to external force by accommodating the air vent tube (1270) of the heat dissipation unit (1200) and protecting it from the outside.

[0296] Here, a plurality of support pipes (1500C-P) may be provided to prevent burns to workers by narrowing the distance between adjacent identical components, but in general, the lighting device (1000, 1000-1) according to the present invention is installed in a high place such as a support pole (not shown) installed in a place where lighting is required, so that the need for preventing burns to workers is low, and therefore, it may be designed to have a sufficient distance between the heat dissipation unit (1200) so that heat exchange with the outside air is further improved.

[0297] Figures 28a and 28b are downward perspective views and upward perspective views showing the configuration of Figures 19 and 21, excluding the finger guard panel assembly, and Figures 29a and 29b are exploded perspective views of Figures 25a and 25b.

[0298] A lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment of the present invention may include an LED unit (1150) coupled to the interior of a finger guard panel assembly (1500) through a lighting body (1110), as shown in FIGS. 28a to 29b, and a heat dissipation unit (1200) according to a second embodiment that receives and dissipates heat generated from the LED unit (10).

[0299] Here, the lighting body (1110) may include a bracket frame portion (1111) formed in a roughly square frame shape and extending vertically, a mounting panel (1113) formed to extend and bend at the rear end of the bracket frame portion (1111) and to which an LED board mounting block (1151) to be described later is coupled in an interfacial manner, a reflecting panel (1112) connecting the front end of the bracket frame portion (1111) and the upper end of the mounting panel (1113) and reflecting light emitted from a plurality of LED elements (1155) to be described later, and a transparent or translucent material-made transparent window panel (1120) provided to shield an open surface of the bracket frame portion (1111) and transmitting light emitted from the LED elements (1155) or light reflected by the reflecting panel (1112).

[0300] On the back surface of the mounting panel (1113), a screw assembly frame (1115) that mediates screw assembly of the LED mounting block (1151) may be additionally arranged. The LED mounting block (1151) may be fixed to the mounting panel (1113) of the lighting body (1110) by an operation in which a plurality of assembly screws (1116) pass through screw penetration holes (1115h) formed in the screw assembly frame (1115) from the rear to the front.

[0301] The bracket frame portion (1111) can be fixed to the inside of the finger guard panel assembly (1500) via a number of fixing screws (1507).

[0302] Meanwhile, a blower (1800) may be further installed inside the shielded area by the lighting body (1110) and the finger guard panel assembly (1500).

[0303] The blower (1800) can perform a function of promoting air circulation between the heat (inside) released through the heat dissipation unit (1200) described later and the outside air sucked in through the ventilation holes (1505) of the front finger guard panel (1500F), the right finger guard panel (1500R), and the left finger guard panel (1500L) among the finger guard panel assembly (1500).

[0304] Such a blower (1800) may include a panel fixing bracket (1810), a fan installation bracket (1820) connected to the panel fixing bracket (1810) and mediating the installation of a blower fan (1830) described later, and at least one blower fan (1830) provided with a plurality of blowers fixed to the fan installation bracket (1820) and electrically driven.

[0305] In addition, the blower (1800) is positioned relatively lower in the gravity direction among the heat dissipation units (1200) described later and operates to form a blower airflow toward the upper or rear upper side, thereby enabling faster internal air outflow and external air inflow through the rear finger guard panel (1500P) having ventilation holes (1505) in the form of a grill net, the upper finger guard panel (1500U) forming the upper exterior, and the front finger guard panel (1500F) forming the front exterior, to release heat released by the heat dissipation unit (1200).

[0306] For reference, the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second implementation example is equipped with a plate type heat exchanger ('heat sink fin'), and can be arranged at a predetermined distance apart in the left and right directions inside the finger guard panel assembly (1500).

[0307] At this time, it is preferable that the blower (1800) draws in outside air through each of the ventilation holes (1505) of the front finger guard panel (1500F), the right finger guard panel (1500R), and the left finger guard panel (1500L), and then exhausts the air through the rear finger guard panel (1500P) on the rear side through the respective gaps between the heat dissipation units (1200) arranged at a predetermined distance in the left-right direction.

[0308] FIGS. 30a and 30b are downward perspective views and upward perspective views showing the configuration of FIGS. 28a and 28b excluding the lighting body and the blower, and FIGS. 31a and 31b are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 30a and 30b, respectively, showing an exploded perspective view of an LED unit, and FIGS. 32a and 32b are front perspective views and rear perspective views showing the state of the LED unit being coupled to a single heat dissipation unit in the configuration of FIGS. 30a and 30b, and FIGS. 31a and 31b are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 32a and 32b.

[0309] The LED unit (1150) may include an LED board mounting block (1151) made of a metal material board on which a plurality of LED elements (1155) are mounted, as shown in FIGS. 30a to 32b.

[0310] However, depending on the embodiment, the LED unit (1150) does not necessarily have to be provided as a metal material board on which the LED element (1155) is directly mounted on the LED board mounting block (1151), and it is possible to provide it in the form of a panel made of a metal member capable of general heat transfer, but the LED element (1155) may be mounted on an LED board (1152, see FIG. 36 described below) provided as a separate metal material board, so that heat transfer is mediated through the LED board mounting block (1151).

[0311] In addition, as referred to in FIGS. 40 and 41 described below, it is not necessary to have an LED board mounting block (1151) for the installation of the LED unit (2150), and it is also possible for the LED unit (2150) to be directly installed on a mounting panel (2113) integrally formed at the rear end of the lighting body (2110) so that heat transfer can be achieved through the mounting panel (2113).

[0312] Meanwhile, as described above, the heat dissipation unit (1200) can be provided in the form of a single module by being combined and fixed to a single LED unit (1150) formed in a long left-right direction.

[0313] In addition, the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second implementation example may further include a plurality of heat transfer mediating blocks (1130) that are arranged between the LED unit (1150) and the press-fit end (1201) of the heat dissipation unit (1200) described later, as referenced in FIGS. 33a and 33b, and that receive heat from the LED unit (1150) and then transfer the heat to the heat dissipation plate (1203) of the heat dissipation unit (1200) described later.

[0314] FIGS. 34a to 34c are perspective views of the heat dissipation unit in each direction according to the third implementation example of the configuration of FIG. 19, FIGS. 35a to 35c are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 34a to 34c, FIG. 36a is a side view (a) of FIG. 34a, a cross-sectional view (b) taken along line AA, and a partial enlarged view (c) thereof, FIG. 36b is a side view (a) of FIG. 34a, a cut-away perspective view (b) taken along line AA, and a partial enlarged view (c) thereof, FIG. 37a is a vertical cross-sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 19, and FIG. 37b is a cut-away perspective view taken along line BB of FIG. 19.

[0315] Each of the plurality of heat dissipation units (1200) according to the second embodiment may include a refrigerant flow space (1205) filled with refrigerant therein, as referenced in FIGS. 34a to 37b.

[0316] Here, the refrigerant flow space (1205) may include a first refrigerant passage (1210) that forms a press-in end (1201), which is a joining portion of the LED unit (1150), to be positioned relatively lower with respect to the direction of gravity, and evaporates liquid refrigerant among the refrigerants stored therein, and a second refrigerant passage (1220) that is positioned to extend integrally toward the upper side with respect to the direction of gravity in communication with the first refrigerant passage (1210) and forms a heat sink portion (1203) in which gaseous refrigerant that has undergone a phase change from liquid refrigerant is diffused and condensed.

[0317] At this time, a refrigerant flow space (1205) located relatively lower based on the direction of gravity, including a portion including a pressurized end (1201) where a first refrigerant passage (1210) is formed, can be defined as an evaporation region (not indicated in the drawing symbol), and a refrigerant flow space (1205) located relatively upper based on the direction of gravity, excluding the evaporation region, can be defined as a condensation region (not indicated in the drawing symbol).

[0318] However, the evaporation region and the condensation region only have meaning as functional configurations that are distinguished in terms of the phase change of the refrigerant, and the distinction between the region where the evaporation of the refrigerant (i.e., the phase change from liquid refrigerant to gaseous refrigerant) or the condensation of the refrigerant (i.e., the phase change from gaseous refrigerant to liquid refrigerant) cannot be complete, so the numbers of the specific components are not indicated.

[0319] In addition, as described below, the evaporation region may be defined as a region adjacent to the press-fit end (1201), which is a region directly connected to the heat transfer medium block (1130) that transfers heat generated from the LED unit (1150) or the LED board mounting block (1151) described above, and the condensation region may be defined as all regions other than the evaporation region.

[0320] This is different from the heat dissipation unit (200) according to the first embodiment in that the side of the vertical pressurized end (201) provided with the first refrigerant passage (210) is defined as the evaporation area, and the other area corresponding to the evaporation plate portion (203) is defined as the condensation area, whereas the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second embodiment defines the refrigerant flow space (1205) area, which includes the entire first refrigerant passage (1210) area, which is located relatively lower based on the direction of gravity and is mainly a area where liquid refrigerant is stored, as the evaporation area, and the refrigerant flow space (1205) area, which includes the second refrigerant passage (1220) or the third refrigerant passage (1230) area, which is located relatively upper based on the direction of gravity and is mainly a area where gaseous refrigerant diffuses or liquid refrigerant condensed from gaseous refrigerant flows down, as the condensation area.

[0321] The refrigerant flow space (1205) constituting the evaporation region and condensation region can be formed by mutually joining at least one metal panel member made of SUS (stainless steel).

[0322] Meanwhile, a lighting device (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a lighting body (1110) that mediates the installation of an LED unit (1150).

[0323] Here, the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second implementation example may further include a heat transfer medium block (1130) that is placed between the heating surface of the LED unit (1150) and the press-fit end (1201) provided with the first refrigerant passage (1210), and receives heat from the LED unit (1150) and then transfers it to the press-fit end (1201).

[0324] At this time, a part of the pressurized end portion (1201) equipped with the first refrigerant passage (1210) is formed to be open so as to communicate with the refrigerant flow space (1205), and the heat transfer medium block (1130) can be coupled to close the above-described opened pressurized end portion (1201).

[0325] Here, the heat transfer mediator block (1130) can be manufactured into two types (see drawing reference numerals 1130-1 and 1130-2 of FIGS. 31a and 31b) having different thicknesses depending on the thickness of the LED board mounting block (1151) of the LED unit (1150).

[0326] In addition, a plurality of heat transfer media blocks (1130) are manufactured with the same shape and thickness and are provided so as to be in surface thermal contact with the back surface of the LED board mounting block (1151), and the number of heat transfer media blocks (1130) can be provided corresponding to the number of individual heat dissipation units (1200).

[0327] As described above, the heat transfer mediator block (1130) performs the function of shielding the refrigerant flow space (1205) in an open state when coupled to the side of the press-in end (1201) equipped with the first refrigerant flow path (1210), and at the same time, in order to easily transfer heat transferred from the LED unit (1150) to the evaporation area side, the front end is arranged to protrude into the refrigerant flow space (1205) by a predetermined length when coupled to the insertion end (1201M) formed on the side of the press-in end (1201), and can come into contact with the liquid refrigerant stored on the side of the first refrigerant flow path (1210) in the refrigerant flow space (1205).

[0328] To this end, a protruding portion (1135) in which a concave portion and a recessed portion are alternately formed in one direction may be further formed at the tip of the heat transfer medium block (1130).

[0329] The uneven portion (1135) can play a practical role in further increasing the heat transfer surface area by substantially increasing the area in contact with the liquid refrigerant on the evaporation area side by alternately forming the uneven portion and the irregular portion so as to increase the evaporation amount of the liquid refrigerant.

[0330] Accordingly, a plurality of heat dissipation units (1200) can receive heat from the LED unit (1150) through a heat transfer medium block (1130) having a protruding portion (1135) formed on one side that contacts the heating surface of the LED unit (1150) and the other side that makes thermal contact with the refrigerant flow space (1205).

[0331] However, the heat transfer mediator block (1130) is not necessarily required, and in the case of the heat dissipation unit (1200') implemented as another embodiment of the present invention referred to in FIGS. 38 and 39 described below, the press-fit end (1201), which is the edge end, is formed in a pointed shape, and it is also possible to directly press-fit and install it into the insertion slot (1157) formed in the LED board mounting block (1151), so in this case, the heat transfer mediator block (1130) is unnecessary.

[0332] For reference, in order to stably fix the heat dissipation unit (1200') to the insertion slot (1157) formed in the LED board mounting block (1151), after the above-described press-fitting method of installation, the insertion slot (1157) and the press-fit end (1201) of the heat dissipation unit (1200') are soldered together by welding along the contact area, thereby preventing leakage of the refrigerant.

[0333] Meanwhile, a heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second embodiment may include a heat-conducting panel (1200-1) formed of two metal panel members, which has a thermal conductivity of a predetermined level or higher and forms portions corresponding to the first refrigerant passage (1210) and the second refrigerant passage (1220) at the same time when the sheet metal is processed by a press mold process, and a heat-conducting panel (1200-2) formed on the other side, which has the same thermal conductivity as the heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and forms portions corresponding to the first refrigerant passage (1210) and the second refrigerant passage (1220) at the same time when the sheet metal is processed by a press mold process.

[0334] In addition, the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to the second implementation example may further include a plurality of strength reinforcing parts (1240) formed to protrude toward the refrigerant flow space (1205) from one side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (1200-2).

[0335] Here, a plurality of strength reinforcing members (1240) may be formed so that when the edge ends of two metal panel members made of SUS material (i.e., one side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (1200-2)) are joined by a joining process, the plurality of strength reinforcing members (1240) facing each other of the one side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) are joined and protrude toward the refrigerant flow space (205) in which the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant flow.

[0336] In terms of reinforcing the rigidity of the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200-2), the multiple strength reinforcing parts (1240) serve to improve the shear stress by the processing process toward the refrigerant flow space (205) by the sheet metal shape, compared to the case where they are generally formed flat, and in terms of the gas-liquid circulation of the refrigerant filled in the refrigerant flow space (205), the contact area with the refrigerant (particularly the gaseous refrigerant) is increased, thereby actively condensing, thereby serving to promote the gas-liquid circulation.

[0337] At this time, the multiple strength reinforcement parts (1240) are provided in the form of small circular dots, and may include multiple lower reinforcement parts (1240-1) formed in the area (evaporation area) where the first refrigerant passage (1210) is located, and multiple upper reinforcement parts (1240, indicated by the same symbol as a general strength reinforcement part) formed in the area (condensation area) where the second refrigerant passage (1220) is located.

[0338] Here, the upper reinforcement part (1240) formed in the condensation region can be formed relatively densely and closely over the entire condensation region, while the lower reinforcement part (1240-1) formed in the evaporation region can be spaced apart so that its density is relatively lower than that of the upper reinforcement part (1240) formed in the condensation region.

[0339] The reason for setting the density of the multiple strength reinforcement parts (1240) formed in the condensation area and the evaporation area differently is as follows.

[0340] First, since the plurality of upper reinforcement parts (1240) formed in the condensation area are formed relatively densely and closely throughout the entire condensation area, the second refrigerant passage (1220) and the third refrigerant passage (1230) forming the refrigerant flow space (1205) described later are also formed densely and closely, so that shaking (flow) between the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) due to a change in internal pressure when the refrigerant circulates in gaseous liquid (or when the phase changes) can be appropriately prevented, and the self-stiffness can be reinforced by the upper reinforcement parts (1240) and the second refrigerant passage (1220) and the third refrigerant passage (1230) formed during the sheet metal process by the press working method.

[0341] Next, the area corresponding to the evaporation area is where the liquid refrigerant is stored. If the lower reinforcement member (1240-1) is used to tightly bond the area as in the condensation area, there is a risk that the bonded area will be damaged due to the increase in volume when the refrigerant freezes. Therefore, the area corresponding to the evaporation area is designed to be somewhat spaced apart from each other and then bonded so as to minimize stress when the refrigerant freezes, while allowing for some degree of volume expansion and contraction of the liquid refrigerant.

[0342] Meanwhile, the refrigerant flow space (1205) may include a second refrigerant passage (1210) formed in a predetermined pattern shape, particularly around a strength reinforcement portion (1240) formed in a condensation area, and a third refrigerant passage (1230) formed between the second refrigerant passage (1210) and the strength reinforcement portion (1240), and formed in a less sunken shape than the strength reinforcement portion (1240).

[0343] In general, the thickness within the refrigerant flow space (1205) of the second refrigerant passage (1220) is formed to be relatively larger than that of the third refrigerant passage (1230), so that when the gaseous refrigerant is condensed into a liquid refrigerant through heat exchange in the condensation region, the liquid refrigerant flowing downward in the direction of gravity due to surface tension or gravity is dispersed and the flow is induced to be captured on the evaporation region side.

[0344] On the other hand, since the third refrigerant passage (1230) has a relatively smaller thickness than the second refrigerant passage (1220), when the liquid refrigerant evaporates into a gaseous refrigerant in the evaporation region, the evaporated gaseous refrigerant can diffuse and flow throughout the condensation region through the third refrigerant passage (1230) with a relatively narrow thickness, thereby actively performing heat exchange.

[0345] It should be noted that the second refrigerant passage (1220) and the third refrigerant passage (1230) described above are formed in a predetermined pattern shape centered on a plurality of strength reinforcement parts (1240) that are densely formed mainly on the condensation area side, and the evaporation area side is mainly involved only in the storage and evaporation of liquid refrigerant (phase change to gaseous refrigerant), so that the second refrigerant passage (1220) and the third refrigerant passage (1230) are not formed separately.

[0346] However, at least one refrigerant distribution guide (1215a) may be formed on the evaporation region side to disperse and store the refrigerant that condenses in the condensation region and flows downward in the direction of gravity. The refrigerant distribution guide (1215a) may be formed to be spaced apart from the press-fit end (1201) coupled to the LED unit (1150) and to be substantially parallel. In addition, it is preferable that the refrigerant distribution guides (1215a) are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance within the refrigerant flow space (1205).

[0347] FIG. 38 is a perspective view and a partially enlarged view thereof showing a lighting device to which a heat dissipation unit according to a third embodiment of the configuration of FIGS. 30a and 30b is applied, FIG. 39 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 38, FIG. 40 is a perspective view showing a combination of a heat dissipation unit to an LED unit, FIG. 41 is a cut-away perspective view of FIG. 40, FIG. 42a is a perspective view showing a single heat dissipation unit among the configurations of FIG. 38, FIG. 42b is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 42a, FIG. 43 is a side view (a), a cross-sectional view (b) taken along line CC, and a partially enlarged view (c) thereof of FIG. 42a, and FIG. 44 is a side view (a), a cut-away perspective view (b) taken along line CC, and a partially enlarged view (c) thereof of FIG. 42a.

[0348] In an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation unit is not implemented only as the first implementation example (200) and the second implementation example (1200) as referenced in FIGS. 4a to 15 and FIGS. 24a to 37b.

[0349] For example, in the heat dissipation unit (1200') according to the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 38 and 39 and FIGS. 42a to 44, a plurality of strength reinforcing members (1240) are formed to be evenly and spaced apart and distributed throughout the entire evaporation region and the condensation region, and in the refrigerant flow space (1205), a plurality of inclined guides (1215) that induce the flow of the condensed liquid refrigerant toward the edge end (limited to the edge end of the condensation region) provided relatively lower in the direction of gravity may be implemented in another embodiment.

[0350] A plurality of inclined guides (1215) are formed to be slightly inclined with respect to the direction of gravity, thereby guiding the flow of liquid refrigerant flowing downward so that it is uniformly distributed throughout the entirety.

[0351] Meanwhile, the heat dissipation unit (1200") according to the first embodiment (200), the second embodiment (1200) and the fourth embodiment described below of the present invention may further have an air vent tube (270, 1270, 1270") installed.

[0352] In the first embodiment (200), the second embodiment (1200) and the fourth embodiment (1200") described below, the air vent tube (270, 1270, 1270") can be installed on the outer surface of one of the one-side heat-conducting panel (200-1, 1200-1, 1200"-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (200-2, 1200-2, 1200"-2).

[0353] An air vent tube (270, 1270, 1270") like this can serve to evacuate the refrigerant flow space before or after injecting the refrigerant.

[0354] The heat dissipation unit (1200) implemented as the second embodiment of the present invention referenced in FIGS. 19 to 37b can be detachably installed in an air vent hole (1260) formed in one of the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) by means of a welding auxiliary ring (1275) after the air vent tube (1270) is manufactured separately.

[0355] More specifically, the air vent tube (1270) may be installed so as to be in communication with the air vent hole (1260), and may be installed so as to protrude outwardly by penetrating the air vent hole (1260) from the inside toward the refrigerant flow space (1205) before the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) are mutually joined.

[0356] At this time, the inner end of the air vent tube (1270) is formed in the form of a hook (not shown), and the hook of the air vent tube (1270) is hooked to the inner side of the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200-1) or the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200-2) in which the air vent hole (1260) is formed, and then a welding auxiliary ring (1275) is fitted from the outside to increase the welding surface, and then the air vent tube (1270) is fixed by welding.

[0357] Before welding, an air vent tube (1270) matching the outer cross-section of the welding auxiliary ring (1275) can be cut, and then welding can be performed so that the air vent hole (1260) and the hollow portion of the air vent tube (1270) are shielded at the same time.

[0358] However, in the heat dissipation unit (1200') according to the third embodiment, as referenced in FIGS. 38 and 39 and FIGS. 42a to 44, the air vent tube (1270') is not manufactured separately, but can be further formed in a form that extends a predetermined length outward to communicate with the refrigerant flow space (1205) when manufacturing the one-side heat-conducting panel (1200'-1) and the other-side heat-conducting panel (1200'-2) by a sheet metal process using a press molding method.

[0359] Meanwhile, the heat dissipation unit according to the present invention is not implemented only by the above-described embodiment (1200) and another embodiment (1200'), but can be implemented by another embodiment (2200) as referenced in FIG. 40 and FIG. 41.

[0360] More specifically, referring to FIGS. 40 and 41, a heat dissipation unit (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention may be provided with a plurality of strength reinforcement parts (2240) formed on one side heat-conducting panel (2200-1) and the other side heat-conducting panel (2200-2), and may be provided to guide the flow of condensed liquid refrigerant within the refrigerant flow space (2205) through a pattern arrangement of the plurality of strength reinforcement parts (2240) without providing the plurality of inclined guides (1215) provided in the heat dissipation unit (2200) according to the other embodiment described above.

[0361] Here, the heat dissipation unit (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 41, can be solder-joined by welding to a plurality of press-in portions (2117) protruding a predetermined length toward the rear side of the heat dissipation unit (2200) from the mounting panel (1113) of the lighting body (2110) (or the 'LED board mounting block (1151)' in the case of the heat dissipation unit (1200') according to another embodiment of the present invention of FIGS. 38 and 39) where the press-in portions (1201) are formed.

[0362] This is the same as the case of the heat dissipation unit (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is installed in a press-fit manner into the insertion slot (2118) formed in the mounting panel (2113) of the lighting body (2100), as in the case of the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to another embodiment of the present invention referred to in FIGS. 38 and 39.

[0363] However, in the case of the heat dissipation unit (1200) according to another embodiment of the present invention, as referenced in FIGS. 38 and 39, the insertion slot (1157) is provided in a form in which a portion of the mounting panel (1113) is cut out, whereas the insertion slot (2118) for fixed installation of the heat dissipation unit (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention is different in that the above-described insertion slot (2118) is formed inside a plurality of press-fit portions (2117) that protrude rearward from the mounting panel (2113).

[0364] Here, an epoxy bonding method may be applied in which epoxy molding is injected between the front of the mounting panel (2113) and the LED board mounting block (not indicated in the drawing) of the LED unit (2150) and then bonded.

[0365] In addition, before inserting and fixing the heat dissipation unit (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention into the insertion slot (2118) of the mounting panel (2113) by a press-fit method, an epoxy bonding method may be applied in which epoxy molding is injected into the inside of the insertion slot (2118) and then bonded.

[0366] In this way, in the case of fixing by epoxy bonding to the insertion slot (2118), the welding method is excluded, so that when the absorber (2300) that is additionally installed on the first refrigerant passage (2110) and promotes evaporation of the liquid refrigerant is fixed by welding, deformation due to heat can be prevented in advance.

[0367] In addition, the epoxy bonding method in the heat dissipation device (2200) according to another embodiment of the present invention serves to transmit heat generated from the LED unit (2150) to the first refrigerant passage (2210) corresponding to the press-fit end (2201) of the heat dissipation unit (2200) via the mounting panel (2113) while maintaining a high heat transfer rate.

[0368] Fig. 45 is an internal perspective view (side view) showing a heat dissipation unit according to the fourth implementation example of the configuration of Figs. 28a and 28b, and Fig. 46 is an exploded perspective view of Fig. 45.

[0369] In a lighting device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, as referenced in FIGS. 45 and 46, a heat dissipation unit (1200") can be implemented as a fourth embodiment.

[0370] More specifically, the heat dissipation unit (1200") according to the fourth embodiment may further include an absorber (1300) disposed on the refrigerant flow space (1205).

[0371] The absorber (1300) is generally placed on the first refrigerant passage (1210) and serves to promote evaporation of the liquid refrigerant among the refrigerants by heat supplied from the LED unit (1150).

[0372] Here, the absorber (1300) may be provided as either a braided body made by braiding thermally conductive metal wires or a sintered body made by sintering metal powder of a predetermined material.

[0373] When the absorber (1300) is provided as a sintered body, the absorber disposed close to the side of the press-in end (1201) corresponding to the evaporation area is defined as an evaporation sintered body (1310), a plurality of absorbers disposed on the side of the evaporation plate (1203) corresponding to the condensation area are defined as sintered body columns (1320), and an absorber connecting the lower ends of the plurality of sintered body columns (1320) can be defined as a sintered body base (1330).

[0374] Here, a plurality of sintered body columns (1320) can be connected to the inner surface of the refrigerant flow space (1205) via a sintered body base (1330) connecting each end (bottom).

[0375] Here, the evaporation sintered body (1310), the plurality of sintered body columns (1320) and the sintered body base (1330) may be made of a material that is limited to SUS, which is the material forming the metal powder described above.

[0376] Meanwhile, the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-2) can be laminated and joined by welding. The welding method here can include laser welding in addition to general welding.

[0377] However, the method of joining the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-2) is not limited to the welding method described above, and a method of laminating and joining by brazing is not excluded.

[0378] Meanwhile, the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-2) can be joined by butt welding at the part where the edge ends are in contact with each other, but as referenced in FIGS. 45 and 46, a welding frame (1250) corresponding to the edge ends of the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-2) can be further provided, and the one-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-1) and the other-sided heat-conducting panel (1200"-2) can be mutually welded to each other with the evaporation sintered body (1310), the plurality of sintered body columns (1320), and the sintered body base (1330) via the welding frame (1250).

[0379] Meanwhile, in the lighting device (100, 1000) according to embodiments of the present invention, when the material of the metal panel member constituting the heat dissipation unit (200, 1200, 1200', 1200") according to the first to fourth implementation examples is SUS (stainless steel), water can be used as the refrigerant, compared to when the material is aluminum (including alloy aluminum). This is because, unlike aluminum, even when water is used as the refrigerant, there is almost no chemical reaction inside.

[0380] According to the lighting device (100, 1000) according to embodiments of the present invention formed by a combination of such configurations, even when the heating surface of the LED unit (1150) is formed in a rather narrow area, efficient heat dissipation is possible by a plurality of heat dissipation units (200, 1200, 1200', 1200") that extend relatively upwards based on the direction of gravity, thereby improving light distribution performance and preventing a decrease in the lifespan of the product.

[0381]

[0382] Hereinafter, lighting devices according to embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not necessarily limited to the above-described embodiments, and it will be understood that various modifications and equivalent implementations are possible by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Therefore, the true scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below.
