Abstract
Description
Atomization assembly, atomization device, control method and readable storage medium
Technical field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of electronic atomizers, and in particular to an atomization assembly, an atomization device, a control method, and a readable storage medium. [Background Technology]
[0002] In atomizers with non-transparent oil tanks, it is difficult for users to accurately grasp the consumption of the atomizer matrix. If the remaining atomizer matrix is less than the preset amount, it may produce a burnt smell, affecting the user experience. To make it easier for users to understand the consumption of the atomizer matrix, some atomizers use a counting method based on the power output of the battery cell. Each time the user starts the atomizer, the count is increased, and the current remaining amount of the atomizer matrix is estimated based on the number of puffs. However, due to the large differences in the time and amount of puffs per single puff among users, the detection accuracy of this solution is poor.
[0003] [Summary of the invention]
[0004] The present application provides an atomization assembly, an atomization device, a control method and a readable storage medium, which can solve the technical problem of poor accuracy in detecting the current remaining amount of an atomized matrix.
[0005] To solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a control method for an atomizing device, comprising:
[0006] Controlling the detection member disposed in the oil storage chamber to heat for a preset heating time;
[0007] Obtaining the comparison relationship between the current resistance value of the test piece, the preset resistance value of the test piece and the remaining oil storage amount;
[0008] The current remaining amount is determined based on the current resistance value and the comparison relationship.
[0009] In one embodiment, the comparison relationship includes a comparison relationship table, which includes a plurality of detection element resistance values and the oil storage height or oil storage remaining amount corresponding to each detection element resistance value.
[0010] In one embodiment, the preset heating time is 1.5-3.0 seconds.
[0011] In one embodiment, the control method includes generating prompt information according to the current remaining amount, and transmitting the prompt information to a prompt unit.
[0012] In one embodiment, the detection element is activated according to the puffing time, and the detection element is activated once after each puffing of the atomizing device for a preset time.
[0013] In one embodiment, the detection element is activated according to the number of puffs, and the detection element is activated once after each preset number of puffs of the atomizing device.
[0014] On the other hand, the present application provides a readable storage medium, in which program data is stored. When the program data is executed by a processor, the control method described above is implemented.
[0015] On the other hand, the present application provides an atomization assembly, which includes an oil cup, a suction nozzle, an atomization core and a detection component. The suction nozzle is arranged at one end of the oil cup. The oil cup has an oil storage cavity for storing an atomization matrix. The atomization core is installed in the oil cup. The atomization core is connected to the suction nozzle. The atomization core can heat the atomization matrix to generate an aerosol; the detection component is arranged in the oil storage cavity, and the material of the detection component is a thermistor material.
[0016] In one embodiment, the detection member is bent in an N-shape and extends longitudinally along the atomization assembly. The top end of the detection member is arranged close to the suction nozzle, and the top end is at least partially exposed to the storage surface of the atomization matrix in the oil storage cavity, and the bottom end of the detection member is led out from the bottom of the oil cup.
[0017] The present application also provides an atomization device, which includes the atomization component and the control component as described above. The control component can control the atomization component to heat the atomization matrix to generate an aerosol, and control the operation of the detection component of the atomization component. The control component can obtain the current resistance value of the detection component to determine the current remaining amount of the atomization matrix in the oil storage chamber.
[0018] The control method of the atomization device provided in the present application controls the heating of the detection element set in the oil storage chamber for a preset heating time and obtains the current resistance of the detection element. Since there is a one-to-one correspondence between the resistance value of the detection element after the preset heating time and the remaining oil storage amount, the current remaining amount of the atomization matrix in the oil storage chamber can be accurately obtained based on the current resistance value of the detection element after the preset heating time.

[0029] References herein to "embodiments" mean that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiments may be included in at least one embodiment of the present invention. It is understood, both explicitly and implicitly, by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
[0030] The present application provides an atomization assembly. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the atomization assembly 100 may include an oil cup 10, a suction nozzle 20, an atomization core 30, and a detection component 40. The suction nozzle 20 is arranged at one end of the oil cup 10. The suction nozzle 20 and the oil cup 10 can be integrally formed, or they can be separately processed and then assembled and connected. The oil cup 10 has an oil storage chamber 14 for storing the atomization matrix. The atomization core 30 is installed in the oil cup 10, and the atomization core 30 is connected to the suction nozzle 20. The atomization core 30 can heat the atomization matrix to generate an aerosol, and the aerosol reaches the suction nozzle 20 through the airway.
[0031] The detection member 40 is arranged in the oil storage chamber 14, and the material of the detection member 40 is a thermistor material. Experiments have found that the equivalent thermal conductivity between the detection member 40 made of the thermistor material and air at room temperature is about 0.03W / mK, and the equivalent thermal conductivity between the detection member 40 and the atomized matrix is about 0.45W / mK, that is, the equivalent thermal conductivity of the detection member 40 in the atomized matrix is much greater than the equivalent thermal conductivity in the air. As the atomized matrix is consumed, the atomized matrix mass in the oil storage chamber 14 decreases, the contact area of the detection member 40 with the air increases, and the equivalent thermal conductivity between the detection member 40 and the air and the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 will vary between 0.03-0.45W / mK. The change in the equivalent thermal conductivity will affect the heat exchange between the detection member 40 and the medium in which it is located. For a certain detection member 40, after the preset heating time, due to the same heat input, the change in its temperature depends on the heat exchange between the detection member 40 and the medium in which it is located. That is to say, the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 is interrelated with the equivalent thermal conductivity between the detection element 40 and the medium in which it is located, the heat exchange amount between the detection element 40 and the medium, and the temperature of the detection element 40. The resistance value of the detection element 40 made of the thermistor material changes with the change of temperature. There is a corresponding relationship between the resistance value of the detection element 40 and the temperature, so that there is a one-to-one corresponding relationship between the resistance value of the detection element 40 after the preset heating time and the remaining oil storage amount. Therefore, the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 can be accurately obtained according to the current resistance value of the detection element 40 after the preset heating time.
[0032] In one embodiment, the oil cup 10 may include a side wall 11, a base 12 and an atomizing tube 13. The suction nozzle 20 is covered on one end of the side wall 11, the base 12 is installed on the opposite end of the side wall 11 away from the suction nozzle 20, and the atomizing tube 13 is provided on the base 12, and the atomizing tube 13 is connected with the suction nozzle 20 and the base 12 respectively. The suction nozzle 20, the side wall 11, the base 12 and the atomizing tube 13 are surrounded to form an oil storage cavity 14. The storage form of the atomized matrix can be an open oil type, that is, the atomized matrix is directly stored in the oil storage cavity 14, as shown in Figure 1; the storage form of the atomized matrix can also be an oil storage cotton type, in which case an oil storage cotton 15 is provided in the oil storage cavity 14, and the atomized matrix is stored in the oil storage cotton 15, as shown in Figure 2. The storage form of the atomized matrix is not specifically limited here.
[0033] Please continue to refer to Figures 1 and 2. In one embodiment, the atomizer core 30 is installed in the atomizer tube 13. The atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 can be transferred to the atomizer core 30 through the oil inlet hole on the side wall of the atomizer tube 13. The atomizer core 30 heats the atomized matrix to generate an aerosol, and the aerosol reaches the mouthpiece 20 through the atomizer tube 13. The atomizer core 30 may include an oil guide 31, a heater 32, and a pin 33. The oil guide 31 is a porous medium with good oil absorption and lock, such as porous ceramics, porous fibers, etc. The heater 32 can be a heating wire or a heating mesh, and the material can be one of stainless steel, nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum or titanium alloy. The heater 32 is connected to the pin 33, which is led out from the base 12. The atomizer core 30 is connected to the power supply through the pin 33, thereby providing the atomizer core 30 with electrical energy for operation.
[0034] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, the detection member 40 is bent in an n-shape and extends longitudinally along the atomizing assembly 100. The top 41 of the detection member 40 is arranged near the suction nozzle 20. The top 41 is at least partially exposed to the storage surface of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14, and the bottom 42 of the detection member 40 is drawn out from the bottom of the oil cup 10. Specifically, the detection member 40 can be bent into an n-shape by a long strip structure, with the bent end being the top 41 and the open end being the bottom 42. The bottom 42 is drawn out from the bottom of the oil cup 10, and the bottom 42 can serve as a pin connected to a power supply. The detection member 40 is bent in an n-shape, which simplifies the processing technology of the detection member 40 and can reduce the cost of the detection member 40. The top 41 is set to be at least partially exposed to the storage surface of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14, that is, the top 41 is higher than the storage surface of the atomized matrix, so that the detection member 40 can monitor the remaining amount of the atomized matrix when there is more atomized matrix in the initial use of the atomizing assembly 100.
[0035] Optionally, the detection element 40 is made of a metal thermistor material, a semiconductor thermistor material, or an alloy thermistor material. The metal thermistor material may be copper, nickel, or platinum; the semiconductor thermistor material may be a semiconductor ceramic made by thoroughly mixing, molding, and sintering two or more metal oxides such as manganese, copper, silicon, cobalt, iron, nickel, and zinc.
[0036] The detection element 40 can be made of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor material or a negative temperature coefficient thermistor material. A positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor material has a positive temperature coefficient, and its resistance increases sharply at a certain temperature. A negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor material has a negative temperature coefficient, and its resistance decreases exponentially as the temperature rises.
[0037] The present application provides an atomizing device. Referring to Figure 3, the atomizing device 300 may include the atomizing assembly 100 and the control assembly 310 as described above. The control assembly 310 can control the atomizing assembly 100 to heat the atomizing matrix to generate an aerosol, and control the detection component 40 of the atomizing assembly 100 to work. The control assembly 310 can obtain the current resistance value of the detection component 40 to determine the current remaining amount of the atomizing matrix in the oil storage chamber 14. Since the user can accurately know the current remaining amount of the atomizing matrix in the oil storage chamber 14, the atomizing assembly 100 can be stopped from being used when the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is less than the preset amount, or replaced in time, thereby avoiding the aerosol from having a burnt smell. If the user continues to use it when the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is less than the preset amount, the control assembly 310 can also control the atomizing assembly 100 to stop working to avoid the aerosol from having a burnt smell.
[0038] The atomizing device 300 may also include a power supply assembly 320 and a prompt unit 330. The power supply assembly 320 is used to provide working electrical energy to the atomizing assembly 100, and the prompt unit 330 is used to prompt the current remaining amount of the atomizing matrix in the oil storage chamber 14, so that the user can accurately know the usage of the atomizing matrix in the oil storage chamber 14. Specifically, the prompt method of the prompt unit 330 can be to display the current remaining amount of the atomizing matrix in text form, or to broadcast the current remaining amount of the atomizing matrix in voice form. The control assembly 310 can control the atomizing assembly 100 to be connected or disconnected with the power supply assembly 320 according to the suction action, so as to control the atomizing assembly 100 to heat the atomizing matrix to generate aerosol or stop heating. Specifically, when inhaling through the nozzle 20, the control component 310 senses the negative pressure in the atomization device 300, and the control component 310 controls the atomization component 100 to be connected to the power supply component 320, and the atomization core 30 heats the atomization matrix to generate aerosol; when inhalation stops, the control component 310 controls the atomization component 100 to be disconnected from the power supply component 320, and the atomization core 30 stops heating the atomization matrix.
[0039] The present application provides a control method for an atomizing device. Referring to FIG4 , the control method 500 for an atomizing device may include steps S510-S530:
[0040] S510, controlling the detection member 40 disposed in the oil storage chamber 14 to heat for a preset heating time.
[0041] Specifically, it can be that control assembly 310 controls detection member 40 to heat, wherein, the material of detection member 40 is thermistor material.When detection member 40 is heated in oil storage chamber 14, heat exchange between detection member 40 and the medium (such as atomized matrix, air, oil storage cotton etc.) in oil storage chamber 14 produces heat loss, and the heat of input heat deducting the heat loss makes the temperature of detection member 40 rise. As mentioned above, heat loss is interrelated with the current residual amount of atomized matrix in oil storage chamber 14, therefore, the temperature rise of detection member 40 is relevant to the current residual amount of atomized matrix, and the resistance value of detection member 40 made of thermistor material has a corresponding relationship with temperature, so that there is a one-to-one corresponding relationship between detection member 40 resistance value after preset heating duration and the current residual amount of atomized matrix, therefore, the resistance value of detection member 40 can reflect the current residual amount of atomized matrix. It should be noted that, by controlling the heating power and heating duration of detection member 40, detection member 40 heating will not make atomized matrix atomized.
[0042] In the initial stage of heating of the detection member 40, the temperature rise of the detection member 40 is not obvious, and accordingly, the resistance value of the detection member 40 changes not obviously, and it is difficult to obtain the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix by the resistance value of the detection member 40. In order to determine the preset heating time of the detection member 40, a variety of different atomized matrix liquid levels are selected for thermoelectric coupling simulation analysis (based on COMSOL software platform). Among them, the atomized matrix liquid levels are 1mm, 4mm, 7mm, 10mm, and 13mm respectively, and the material of the detection member 40 is pure platinum (negative temperature coefficient thermistor material), the shell of the atomizing device 300 is conventional PC material, the main solvent of the atomized matrix is glycerol, and the detection member 40 is given a current of 1A and a power-on time of 3s. The heating time-resistance relationship of the detection member 40 obtained by analysis at different liquid levels is shown in Figure 5. As can be seen from the figure, when the liquid level is different, the resistance value of the detection member 40 under the same heating time will be significantly different, and the resistance value has an obvious negative correlation with the liquid level. Research has found that when the heating time is less than 1.5 seconds, the resistance values of the detection element 40 at different liquid levels are not significantly different. To improve the detection accuracy of the detection element 40, in some embodiments, the preset heating time is 1.5-3.0 seconds. Specifically, the preset heating time can be 1.5 seconds, 1.8 seconds, 2.0 seconds, 2.3 seconds, 2.5 seconds, 2.8 seconds, 3.0 seconds, etc., without specific limitation herein.
[0043] S520, obtaining a comparison relationship between the current resistance value of the detection element 40, the preset detection element resistance value, and the remaining oil storage amount.
[0044] For example, the current resistance value of the detection element 40 can be obtained by actually measuring the detection element 40 through the built-in circuit in the atomizer assembly 100. The comparison relationship between the detection element resistance value and the remaining oil storage amount can be pre-set before the atomizer device 300 leaves the factory, and the comparison relationship can be stored in a readable storage medium of the atomizer device 300. In step S520, the comparison relationship between the detection element resistance value and the remaining oil storage amount can be obtained by reading the readable storage medium.
[0045] Because the control relationship of different model atomizing devices 300 is different, therefore need to be set and calibrated for specific model.For the atomizing device 300 of a certain model, the conditions of detection member 40 heating and heat conduction are all identical, different atomization matrix liquid levels can be selected, and the resistance value of detection member 40 after preset heating duration is measured, thus set up the control relationship between detection member resistance and current residual quantity.It should be noted that, when the atomization matrix residual quantity in oil reservoir 14 is identical, because atomization matrix has fluidity, if the placement angle of atomizing device 300 is different, the height that detection member 40 is immersed in atomization matrix may be caused to change, thus affecting the current resistance value of detection member 40.For ensuring the accuracy of the current resistance value measurement of detection member 40, atomizing device 300 need keep vertical placement, i.e. suction nozzle 20 is upward, and the longitudinal axis of atomizing device 300 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
[0046] Exemplarily, the comparison relationship can be an empirical formula obtained by fitting the resistance values of multiple detection components with the actual measured values of the current remaining quantity. The empirical formula is stored in the readable storage medium of the atomization device 300. After obtaining the current resistance value of the detection component 40, the current remaining quantity can be calculated according to the empirical formula.
[0047] In one embodiment, the comparison relationship includes a comparison relationship table, which includes a plurality of detection element resistance values and the relative value of the oil storage height or oil storage remaining corresponding to each detection element resistance value. For example, the relative value of the oil storage remaining can be a percentage of the oil storage remaining. Specifically, the comparison relationship table may include detection element resistance values corresponding to oil storage remaining percentages of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, ... 100%, and so on. The comparison relationship table is stored in a readable storage medium of the atomization device 300. After obtaining the current resistance value of the detection element 40, the current remaining amount is obtained by reading the comparison relationship table.
[0048] S530, determining the current remaining amount according to the current resistance value and the comparison relationship.
[0049] Because there is a one-to-one correspondence between the resistance value of the detection element 40 after a preset heating period and the remaining oil level, after obtaining the current resistance value of the detection element 40, the current remaining amount of the atomized substrate can be obtained based on the comparison between the two. Specifically, the current remaining amount can be calculated using an empirical formula or by reading a comparison table.
[0050] The control method 500 provided in the present application controls the detection member 40 provided in the oil storage chamber 14 to heat for a preset heating time, and obtains the current resistance of the detection member 40. Since there is a one-to-one correspondence between the resistance value of the detection member 40 after the preset heating time and the remaining oil storage amount, the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 can be accurately obtained based on the current resistance value of the detection member 40 after the preset heating time.
[0051] The control method 500 obtains the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 by controlling the detection part 40 to heat for a preset heating time. The setting of the detection part 40 is not limited by the storage form of the atomized matrix, that is, the storage form of the atomized matrix can be a clear oil type or an oil storage cotton type, which expands the applicable scenarios of the control method 500.
[0052] Please refer to FIG6 , which is a flow chart of another embodiment of the control method provided by the present application. The control method 500 may include steps S510 - S540 :
[0053] S510, controlling the detection member 40 disposed in the oil storage chamber 14 to heat for a preset heating time;
[0054] S520, obtaining a comparison relationship between the current resistance value of the detection element 40, a preset resistance value of the detection element, and the remaining oil storage amount;
[0055] S530, determining the current remaining amount according to the current resistance value and the comparison relationship;
[0056] S540 , generating prompt information according to the current remaining amount, and transmitting the prompt information to the prompt unit 330 .
[0057] By providing the prompt unit 330 to prompt the current remaining amount, the user can promptly know the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 .
[0058] The prompt unit 330 can be a speaker mounted on the atomizing device 300. Based on the prompt information, the speaker announces the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in voice. The prompt unit 330 can also be a display mounted on the housing of the atomizing device 300. Based on the prompt information, the display can display the current remaining amount. Furthermore, if the current remaining amount is less than a preset amount, a warning message can be issued to prompt the user to replace the atomizing assembly 100 promptly to prevent dry burning and a burnt smell. The prompt unit 330 can also be an indicator light assembly. For example, the indicator light assembly can include 10 indicator lights, corresponding to 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of the current remaining amount, respectively. Based on the prompt information, the control assembly 310 can illuminate the corresponding indicator lights to inform the user of the current remaining amount. The indicator light group can also be set to different colors. For example, when the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is greater than or equal to 60%, the indicator light is green, indicating that the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is relatively large; when the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is less than 60% and greater than or equal to 20%, the indicator light is yellow, indicating that the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is relatively small, reminding the user to be prepared to replace the atomizing component 100 or add atomizing matrix; when the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is less than 20%, the indicator light is red, indicating that the remaining amount of the atomizing matrix is very small, reminding the user to replace the atomizing component 100 or add atomizing matrix in time to prevent the atomizing matrix from running out and causing a burnt smell.
[0059] In one embodiment, the detection member 40 is activated according to the duration of the puff, and the detection member 40 is activated once after each puff of a preset duration. Specifically, after each puff of a certain duration, the control component 310 activates the detection member 40 to heat and detect the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix. For example, the detection member 40 is activated once every 1 minute or 1 hour, and the heat detection member 40 is energized for 3 seconds. The control component 310 identifies the current resistance value of the detection member 40 after energization for 3 seconds, and obtains the current remaining amount based on the control relationship. Setting the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix to be detected once per a preset duration of puffing can ensure that the user is aware of the usage of the atomized matrix in a timely manner, and can also avoid the detection member 40 from being frequently activated to increase power consumption, thereby improving the battery life of the atomizing device 300.
[0060] In one embodiment, the detection member 40 is activated based on the number of puffs, and the detection member 40 is activated once after each preset number of puffs. Specifically, during the use of the atomizing device 300, the number of puffs of the atomizing device 300 is counted, and after each certain number of puffs, the control component 310 activates the detection member 40 to heat and detect the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix. Since the frequency of use varies among users at different times, activating the detection member 40 based on the puff duration can avoid the increase in power consumption caused by frequent activation of the detection member 40 during periods of low usage frequency, thereby improving the battery life of the atomizing device 300.
[0061] The present application provides a readable storage medium. Referring to FIG7 , a readable storage medium 600 stores program data 610 , which, when executed by a processor, implements the control method 500 described above.
[0062] The readable storage medium 600 can be a USB flash drive, a mobile hard drive, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, etc., which can store program data. Alternatively, the storage medium 600 can be integrated into the atomization device 300 so that the user can run the program data 610 anytime and anywhere to understand the current remaining amount of the atomized substrate.
[0063] The atomization assembly, atomization device, control method, and readable storage medium provided in this application have at least the following beneficial effects:
[0064] 1. The control method 500 provided in the present application controls the detection member 40 disposed in the oil storage chamber 14 to heat for a preset heating time and obtains the current resistance of the detection member 40.
[0065] 2. The control method 500 obtains the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 by controlling the detection member 40 to heat for a preset heating time. The setting of the detection member 40 is not limited by the storage form of the atomized matrix, which expands the applicable scenarios of the control method 500.
[0066] 3. The preset heating time is 1.5-3.0s, which can improve the detection accuracy of the detection part 40.
[0067] 4. By setting the prompt unit 330 to prompt the current remaining amount, the user can promptly know the current remaining amount of the atomized matrix in the oil storage chamber 14.
[0068] 5. The detection element 40 is activated according to the duration of the puffing, which can ensure that the user can understand the usage of the atomized matrix in a timely manner, and can also avoid the increase in power consumption caused by frequent activation of the detection element 40, thereby improving the endurance of the atomizing device 300.
[0069] 6. The detection element 40 is activated according to the number of puffs, which can avoid the detection element 40 being frequently activated during periods of low usage frequency and increasing power consumption, thereby improving the endurance of the atomization device 300.
[0070] 7. The detection component 40 of the atomization assembly 100 is arranged in the oil storage chamber 14. The material of the detection component 40 is a thermistor material. There is a one-to-one correspondence between the resistance value of the detection component 40 after the preset heating time and the remaining oil storage amount. The current remaining amount of the atomization matrix in the oil storage chamber 14 can be accurately obtained based on the current resistance value of the detection component 40 after the preset heating time.
