Abstract

The object of the invention is a kit comprising a package and a nutritional product in the form of a two- part housing forming at least one chamber containing an animal nutritional product characterised in that the chamber is divided into two half-chambers and at least one half-chamber, on the outer side, in the central part has a flat surface to form a stable base when the chamber is used as a bowl and is coated on the outside with a perforated elastic material; in addition, at least one half-chamber has an internal chamber in the form of a cylindrical cavity with a capacity of 150 - 200 ml sealed by a stopper fitted with a sealing thread.

[0002] The object of the invention is a kit comprising packaging and a nutritional product.

[0003] From the state of the art, food kits intended for humans are known. In particular, from the Polish patent description PL 18412, there is known a kit containing a food product comprising two half-shells with their respective openings connected to each other face to face, at least one of which may be a vessel for the additive. Whereby, one of the half-shells constitutes the edible part of the set and the other half-shell is made of a non-edible material and constitutes the vessel for the additive.

[0004] On the other hand, from the European application description EP1018302 Al is known a hollow confectionery body made of a confectionery mass, in particular a type of chocolate or a chocolate -like mass, comprising a non-edible, thin-walled support shell placed inside the hollow confectionery body with at least two corresponding parts of the support shell, each of which has connecting elements in the area of its edge of the support shell, in which the parts of the carrier shell are detachably connected to each other, at least two confectionery body shells assigned to the parts of the carrier shell, each resting detachably on the outside of its assigned part of the carrier shell, and at least one non-edible separating element that spatially separates the confectionery body shells from each other.

The product according to the invention, combines a food or snack with a toy providing both nutrition and entertainment for pets. The product according to the invention combines high quality nutritional ingredients with a toy that will stimulate the pet's senses and encourage physical activity. The product according to the invention consists in combining a pet food (snack, treat) with a surprise pet toy, placed in an oval-shaped package or other package constituting a closed chamber.

This is made possible by the universality of the product and the possibility to use one half of this pack in the shape of an egg or another as a food (pet snack) bowl or, for example, as a water bowl). • In addition to serving as a toy container and treat container, the pack (egg) for pets, especially dogs and cats, also includes the functionality to transform one of its halves into a stable bowl for water or food. With this innovation, the pack becomes more versatile and usable, meeting the various needs of pet carers, especially outside the home.

This chamber allows you to store and carry a small amount of water, isotonic, medication or other liquid that can be used to hydrate or refresh your pet during play or walks. To fdl the compartment, simply unscrew or pull back the stopper, pour the liquid into the second compartment of the flattened pack and then close the compartment tightly, making sure the stopper is properly secured. When the animal needs water, the owner can unscrew or remove the stopper and pour the contents of the chamber into a bowl or directly into the animal's mouth.

The treat or catnip compartment is closed by means of a wide stopper, which is made of the same material as the package according to the invention and the water stopper. This stopper has a wider diameter than the stopper for the liquid compartment, which facilitates access to the interior of the compartment and allows for easy insertion of larger pieces of treats or portions of catnip. The outside of the egg, where the treat or catnip chamber is located, is fitted with perforations, which are small holes evenly spaced apart. These holes allow the aroma to escape from inside the chamber, attracting the animal to play with the egg. The perforations are small enough to prevent the contents of the chamber from accidentally escaping to the outside, but large enough to effectively allow the aroma to pass through. The cork protects the inside of the pack from getting smelt and, in the event of water getting in - when playing in water, it prevents water getting into the whole pack. The chamber, the cork and the perforated outside of the egg are made of non-toxic, durable material such as PP, which is safe for animals. Example 6.

Claims

Patent claims1. A kit consisting of a package and a nutrition product in the form of a two-part housing (1) forming at least one chamber (2) containing an animal nutrition product, characterised in that the chamber (2) is divided into two half-chambers and at least one half-chamber, on the outer side, in the central part has a flat surface (7) forming a stable base when the chamber is used as a bowl and is coated on the outside with a perforated elastic material; furthermore at least one half-chamber has an inner chamber in the form of a cylindrical cavity with a capacity of 150 - 200 ml sealed by a stopper fitted with a sealing thread.

2. The kit according to claim 1, characterised in that the elastic material is thermoplastic rubber (TPR).

3. The kit according to claim 1, characterised in that the chamber (2) is divided into two compartments by a separating membrane (3), which is made of a material selected from the group comprising plastic or edible material.

4. The kit according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one half-cell additionally comprises two support points in the form of flattening (8).

5. The kit according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that the two parts of the housing (1) are end-to-end connected to each other in a detachable manner.

6. The kit according to claim 1, characterised in that the connection between the two parts of the housing (1) is sealed by means of a silicone seal (6).

7. The kit according to any of the preceding claims 1-6, characterised in that each housing part is provided with a sealing flange (4).

8. The kit according to any of the preceding claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the chamber contains an animal food product and / or a toy.

9. The kit according to any of the preceding claims 4 to 8, characterised in that in one halfchamber there is a compartment for treats or catnip closed by means of a wide stopper.

10. The kit according to any of the preceding claims 4 to 9, characterised in that each of the housing parts has a tab (5) for opening or tearing the package.

11. The kit according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the two parts of the housing (2) together form substantially the shape of an egg, a sphere, an oval, a cone, a cylinder, a cuboid, a pyramid.
