[0001] The present disclosure relates to an information processing device, a biological detection system, and an information processing method.

[0002] Conventionally, a system has been disclosed that detects moving objects such as humans using a plurality of radar detectors incorporated in lighting units of street lampposts (see Patent Document 1).

[0003] Special Publication No. 2014-507631

[0004] However, when detecting the position of a living organism such as a human being using a single radar device, it is possible that sufficient detection accuracy may not be achieved depending on the relative positions of the organism and the radar, the size of the organism, the type of clothing, etc., and there is a demand for improved detection accuracy when detecting the position of a living organism.

[0005] The present disclosure is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem, and aims to provide an information processing device, a living body detection system, and an information processing method that can improve detection accuracy when detecting the position of a living body compared to conventional methods.

[0006] The information processing device of the present disclosure is characterized by comprising an information acquisition unit that acquires first distance information regarding the distance from a first antenna to the living organism and second distance information regarding the distance from the second antenna to the living organism, obtained by receiving, by the first antenna and the second antenna, electromagnetic waves transmitted from a first antenna and a second antenna arranged at different positions, reflected by the living organism; and an estimation unit that estimates the position of the living organism based on the first distance information acquired by the information acquisition unit and the second distance information acquired by the information acquisition unit.

[0007] According to the present disclosure, the position of a living organism is estimated based on the distance between multiple antennas and the living organism, obtained from the reflected waves by the living organism of electromagnetic waves transmitted from multiple antennas that are in different relative positional relationships with the living organism, thereby improving the detection accuracy when detecting the position of the living organism.

[0009] Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 1. First, the configuration of a living organism detection system 1 according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the living organism detection system 1 according to embodiment 1, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram illustrating the configuration of the living organism detection system 1 according to embodiment 1. The living organism detection system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N as multiple lighting units, an information processing device 100, and a database DB1. Power is supplied to the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N (N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2) and the information processing device 100 via a power line PL1. The living organism detection system 1 is a system for detecting a living organism present around the living organism detection system 1. The living organism detected by the living organism detection system 1 may be an animal or other living organism as long as it is a moving living organism. However, the following description of the living organism detection system 1 will be given taking the example of a case in which the living organism is a human. Note that in embodiment 1, the lighting unit 11 constitutes a first lighting unit, and the lighting unit 12 constitutes a second lighting unit.

[0010] Furthermore, the biological detection system 1 may include two or more lighting units. For example, the biological detection system may include only two lighting units, or may include three or more lighting units. Furthermore, when the biological detection system includes three or more lighting units, the lighting units may be arranged linearly at a distance from each other, arranged planarly at a distance from each other, or arranged three-dimensionally at a distance from each other. In other words, when the biological detection system includes a first lighting unit, a second lighting unit, and a third lighting unit, the first lighting unit, the second lighting unit, and the third lighting unit may be arranged linearly at a distance from each other in a predetermined direction, or the first lighting unit and the second lighting unit may be arranged planarly at a distance from each other in a first direction, and the first lighting unit and the third lighting unit may be arranged planarly at a distance from each other in a second direction different from the first direction.

[0011] Each of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N includes a lighting device 1a, a radar device 1b, an antenna 1c, a synchronization unit 1d, a signal processing unit 1e, and a signal output unit 1f. The lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N are arranged at a distance from one another. For example, the lighting devices 1a are arranged at different positions on a ceiling C1 of a living room R1 of a residence, store, office, or the like. Furthermore, each of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N includes the lighting device 1a, the radar device 1b, the antenna 1c, the synchronization unit 1d, the signal processing unit 1e, and the signal output unit 1f, which are integrally detachably attached to a ceiling, floor, wall, or the like. Furthermore, each of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N includes a common power supply path that supplies power to each component of the lighting unit, including the lighting device 1a and the radar device 1b. The lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N are connected to each other so that they can communicate with each other by power line communication via a power line PL1. The details of the communication performed by the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N will be described later.

[0012] The lighting device 1a consumes power supplied from the power line PL1 to emit light and irradiates a predetermined irradiation range. For example, the lighting device 1a has an LED (light-emitting diode), an incandescent lamp, or a fluorescent lamp, and irradiates a predetermined irradiation range with light downward from the ceiling C1.

[0013] The radar device 1b generates a transmission signal that is a signal for transmitting electromagnetic waves from the antenna 1c. For example, the radar device 1b has an oscillator for generating the electromagnetic waves. Furthermore, for example, the radar device 1b generates millimeter waves as the electromagnetic waves. Note that in the first embodiment, the radar device 1b included in the lighting unit 11 constitutes a first radar device, and the radar device 1b included in the lighting unit 12 constitutes a second radar device.

[0014] The antenna 1c transmits the signal generated by the radar device 1b to the outside as an electromagnetic wave. For example, the antenna 1c transmits the transmission signal generated by the radar device 1b to the space inside the living room R1 as an electromagnetic wave. The antenna 1c also receives reflected waves when the transmitted electromagnetic waves are reflected by surrounding objects, including the person S1. In the following description, an object that reflects the electromagnetic waves transmitted from the antenna 1c is also referred to as a reflecting object. In addition, in the first embodiment, the antenna 1c of the lighting unit 11 constitutes a first antenna, and the antenna 1c of the lighting unit 12 constitutes a second antenna.

[0015] The synchronization unit 1d synchronizes the operation of each radar device 1b included in the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N. For example, the synchronization unit 1d synchronizes the operation of each radar device 1b by communicating with other synchronization units 1d via the power line PL1, and sequentially transmits electromagnetic waves from each antenna 1c included in the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N using time-division processing. In this way, the synchronization unit 1d suppresses interference between the electromagnetic waves transmitted from each antenna 1c.

[0016] The signal processing unit 1e processes a received signal, which is a signal based on the reflected wave received by the antenna 1c, to obtain distance information regarding the distance between the antenna 1c and the reflecting object. For example, the signal processing unit 1e performs coherent processing, including filtering, upsampling, downsampling, and the like, on the received signal, and calculates a distance spectrum indicating the distance between the first antenna and the reflecting object as distance information. Note that in the first embodiment, the distance information regarding the distance between the first antenna and the reflecting object is also referred to as first distance information, and the distance information regarding the distance between the second antenna and the reflecting object is also referred to as second distance information.

[0017] The signal output unit 1f outputs the distance information between the antenna 1c and the reflecting object acquired by the signal processing unit 1e to the information processing device 100 via the power line PL1.

[0018] The database DB1 includes a radar position storage unit DB1a and a time information storage unit DB1b, and is communicatively connected to the information processing device 100. The radar position storage unit DB1a stores radar position information indicating the position of each antenna 1c of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N. The time information storage unit DB1b stores time information related to time. For example, the time information storage unit DB1b stores information indicating the current time as the time information. Furthermore, for example, the time information storage unit DB1b acquires, as the time information, the time when an electromagnetic wave is transmitted from each antenna 1c and the time when a reflected wave is received by each antenna 1c via the information processing device 100, and stores this time information. Note that the database DB1 may be configured integrally with the information processing device 100, or may be configured as a part of the functions of the information processing device 100.

[0019] The information processing device 100 includes a signal acquisition unit 110 as an information acquisition unit, an estimation unit 120, and a lighting control unit 140, and is communicatively connected to the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N by power line communication via a power line PL1. The signal acquisition unit 110 acquires information from each signal output unit 1f of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N.

[0020] The estimation unit 120 estimates the position of the person S1 who is the detection target, based on the distance information acquired by the signal acquisition unit 110. For example, the estimation unit 120 includes a synthetic aperture processing unit 122 that images the space inside the room R1 by synthetic aperture processing, based on the distance spectrum indicating the distance from each antenna 1c to a reflecting object acquired by the signal acquisition unit 110 and the position information of each antenna 1c acquired from the radar position storage unit DB1a, and a position estimation unit 121 that estimates the position of each person S1 who is the detection target, based on the image (synthetic aperture image) obtained by the synthetic aperture processing.

[0021] For example, the synthetic aperture processing unit 122 performs synthetic aperture processing to image the space inside the living room R1 based on radar position information from each antenna 1c and distance information output from the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N. Furthermore, the position estimation unit 121 estimates, based on the reconstructed synthetic aperture image, that a person S1 is included in the space inside the living room R1 and estimates the position and posture of the person S1 at a specific time. For example, the position estimation unit 121 estimates the position and posture of the person S1 using a trained model that outputs an image of the shape of a reflecting object based on the input of the reconstructed synthetic aperture image.

[0022] The lighting control unit 140 controls the light emission mode of each lighting device 1a based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 121. For example, the lighting control unit 140 controls the light emission mode, such as the luminous intensity, light emission color, on state, and off state, of each lighting device 1a based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 121. The control of the lighting device 1a by the lighting control unit 140 will be described later.

[0023] With this configuration, the living body detection system 1 functions as a synthetic aperture radar for detecting living bodies, with the multiple antennas 1c of the lighting units 11, 12, . . . , 1N functioning as element antennas.

[0024] Next, the hardware configuration of the information processing device 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the information processing device 100 according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of the information processing device 100 according to the first embodiment, which is different from that shown in FIG. 3. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the information processing device 100 includes a processor 100a, a memory 100b, and an I / O port 100c, and is configured so that the processor 100a reads and executes a program stored in the memory 100b. The memory 100b is configured, for example, by a non-volatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as a RAM, a ROM, a flash memory, an EPROM, or an EEPROM, or a combination thereof. The memory 100b may also be a magnetic disk, a flexible disk, an optical disk, a compact disk, a minidisk, a DVD, or the like. The memory 100b may also be an HDD or an SSD.

[0025] 4, the information processing device 100 includes a processing circuit 100d and an I / O port 100c, which are dedicated hardware. The processing circuit 100d is configured, for example, by a single circuit, a composite circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, a system LSI (Large-Scale Integration), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), or a combination thereof. Each function of the information processing device 100 is realized by the processor 100a or the dedicated hardware processing circuit 100d executing a program that is software, firmware, or a combination of software and firmware.

[0026] Next, details of the process performed by the information processing device 100 according to embodiment 1 to detect the position of a living body will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the process performed by the information processing device 100 according to embodiment 1. As shown in Fig. 5, when the information processing device 100 starts the process, it acquires radar position information of each antenna 1c from the database DB1 (step ST1).

[0027] After performing the processing of step ST1, the information processing device 100 acquires time information from the database DB1 (step ST2). After performing the processing of step ST2, the information processing device 100 acquires distance information from the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N using the signal acquisition unit 110 (step ST3). After performing the processing of step ST3, the information processing device 100 determines whether or not a person S1 is included in the reflective objects in the space inside the living room R1 by reproducing a synthetic aperture image of the space inside the living room R1 using the estimation unit 120. If it is determined that the person S1 is included in the reflective objects, the information processing device 100 estimates the position of the person S1 at a specific time (step ST4).

[0028] After performing the process of step ST4, the information processing device 100 controls the light-emitting modes of the lighting devices 1a of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N based on the estimated position of the person S1 (step ST5). In other words, the information processing device 100 controls the light-emitting modes of the lighting devices 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a according to the position of the person S1 using the lighting control unit 140. For example, the lighting control unit controls the light-emitting modes of the lighting devices 1a according to the position of the living body so as to switch the brightness of the lighting devices 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a according to the position of the person S1 between a first state and a second state having a different brightness from the first state. Furthermore, for example, the lighting control unit controls the light-emitting modes of the lighting devices 1a according to the position of the living body so as to switch the brightness of the lighting devices 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a according to the position of the person S1 between a lit state, a flashing state, and an off state.

[0029] For example, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission modes of the plurality of lighting devices 1a so as to turn on the lighting device 1a that is closest to the position of a specific person S1 among the plurality of lighting devices 1a, and turn off some or all of the other lighting devices 1a, including the lighting device 1a that is farthest from the position of the specific person S1 among the other lighting devices 1a.

[0030] Furthermore, for example, when the estimation unit 120 estimates that the reflective object includes multiple persons S1, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a so as to turn on the lighting device 1a that is closest to the position of each person S1 among the multiple lighting devices 1a, and turn off the lighting devices 1a that are further away from any of the persons S1 by a predetermined distance or more among the other lighting devices 1a.

[0031] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission modes of the plurality of lighting devices 1a so as to turn on the lighting device 1a among the plurality of lighting devices 1a whose illumination range is closest to the position of the specific person S1, and to turn off some or all of the other lighting devices 1a, including the lighting device 1a whose illumination range is farthest from the position of the specific person S1.

[0032] Furthermore, for example, when the estimation unit 120 estimates that the reflective object includes multiple persons S1, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a so as to turn on the lighting device 1a whose illumination range is closest to the position of each of the persons S1, and turn off the other lighting devices 1a whose illumination range is away from any of the persons S1 by a predetermined distance or more.

[0033] The information processing device 100 may be configured to control the light emission modes of the plurality of lighting devices 1a so as to turn off lighting devices 1a that are at least a predetermined number of lighting devices 1a away, instead of turning off lighting devices 1a that are at least a predetermined distance away.

[0034] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the movement direction of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position and movement direction of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of the lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located in front of the movement direction of the specific person S1 is greater than the brightness of any lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located behind the movement direction of the specific person S1.

[0035] Specifically, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the direction of movement of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position and direction of movement of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of one of the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located in front of the specific person S1 in the direction of movement and within a predetermined distance from the specific person S1 is greater than the brightness of another lighting device 1a that is located behind the specific person S1 in the direction of movement and at a distance equal to or greater than the predetermined distance.

[0036] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the movement direction of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and based on the position and movement direction of a specific person S1, controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a so that one of the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located in front of the specific person S1 in the movement direction is turned on, and one of the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located behind the specific person S1 in the movement direction is turned off.

[0037] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the movement direction of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the brightness of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position and movement direction of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of the lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is closest to the position of the specific person S1 and the lighting device 1a located in front of the specific person S1 in the movement direction is greater than the brightness of any of the lighting devices 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located behind the specific person S1 in the movement direction.

[0038] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the direction and speed of movement of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position, direction and speed of movement of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of a lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located ahead of the direction of movement of the specific person S1 and that will be within a predetermined distance from the specific person S1 within a predetermined time period is greater than the brightness of a lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located behind the direction of movement of the specific person S1 and that has been away from the specific person S1 by more than the predetermined distance for a predetermined time.

[0039] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the movement direction of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the brightness of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position and movement direction of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of the lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a whose illumination range is closest to the position of the specific person S1 and the lighting device 1a whose illumination range is located forward in the movement direction of the specific person S1 is greater than the brightness of any of the multiple lighting devices 1a whose illumination range is located behind the movement direction of the specific person S1.

[0040] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 uses the lighting control unit 140 to estimate the direction and speed of movement of each person S1 based on the change in the position of each person S1 over time, and controls the light emission modes of the multiple lighting devices 1a based on the position, direction and speed of movement of a specific person S1 so that the brightness of a lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located ahead of the direction of movement of the specific person S1 and that the specific person S1 reaches within its illumination range within a predetermined time is greater than the brightness of a lighting device 1a among the multiple lighting devices 1a that is located behind the direction of movement of the specific person S1 and that has been illuminated by the specific person S1 for a predetermined time since the specific person S1 left its illumination range.

[0041] The above-described controls of the light emission modes of the illumination device 1a performed by the information processing device 100 can be freely combined and any control can be omitted.

[0042] After performing the process of step ST5, the information processing device 100 returns the process to step ST2 and repeats the processes of steps ST2 to ST5.

[0043] As described above, the living body detection system 1 of embodiment 1 includes an information processing device that includes an information acquisition unit that acquires first distance information regarding the distance from the first antenna to the living body and second distance information regarding the distance from the second antenna to the living body, which are obtained by receiving, by the first antenna and the second antenna, electromagnetic waves transmitted from the first antenna and the second antenna, which are located at different positions, reflected by the living body, and an estimation unit that estimates the position of the living body based on the first distance information acquired by the information acquisition unit and the second distance information acquired by the information acquisition unit.

[0044] As a result, the living organism detection system 1 estimates the position of the living organism from a synthetic aperture image based on the distance between multiple antennas and the living organism, obtained from the reflected waves by the living organism of the electromagnetic waves transmitted from multiple antennas, thereby improving the detection accuracy when detecting the position of the living organism compared to when the position of the living organism is estimated based on the distance between a single antenna and the living organism.

[0045] Furthermore, the information processing device 100 according to the first embodiment includes an illumination control unit that controls the light emission mode of an illumination device among a plurality of illumination devices, including the first illumination device and the second illumination device, according to the position of the living body, based on the position of the living body estimated by the estimation unit. This enables the living body detection system 1 according to the first embodiment to reduce the brightness of an illumination device that is relatively less important according to the position of the living body, thereby reducing the power consumption of the illumination devices, for example.

[0046] In the living body detection system 1 according to the first embodiment, the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N and the information processing device 100 are communicatively connected to each other by power line communication via a power line PL1, and the signal acquisition unit 110 acquires distance information from each lighting unit via the power line communication. This makes it easy to relocate, add, or remove the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N in the living body detection system 1, and reduces the workload of relocating, adding, or removing the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N.

[0047] In the biodetection system 1 according to the first embodiment, the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N and the information processing device 100 are communicatively connected to each other via power line communication via a power line PL1. However, this is not limiting. For example, in the biodetection system, the lighting units and the lighting units and the information processing device may be communicatively connected to each other via wireless communication. For example, in a biodetection system configured in this manner, the lighting units and the lighting units and the information processing device may be communicatively connected to each other via OFDM radar communication. By encoding a synchronization signal between the lighting units and a past (previous) received signal into an OFDM radar signal transmitted from an antenna for monitoring the surroundings and transmitting the encoded signal, the monitoring period can be shortened compared to transmitting the synchronization signal and the OFDM radar signal at different times.

[0048] 6 and 7, a living body detection system 2 according to a second embodiment will be described. The living body detection system 2 according to the second embodiment is different from the living body detection system 1 according to the first embodiment in that the information processing device estimates vital information of the living body in addition to the location of the living body, and controls the lighting device 1a based on the estimated location of the living body and the vital information of the living body. However, the other configurations are the same, and the same components as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described again.

[0049] 6 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a living body detection system 2 according to embodiment 2. The living body detection system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N as a plurality of lighting units, an information processing device 200, and a database DB1. The information processing device 200 includes a signal acquisition unit 110, an estimation unit 220, a health condition determination unit 130, and an illumination control unit 140, and is communicatively connected to the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N by power line communication via a power line PL1.

[0050] The estimation unit 220 includes a position estimation unit 221, a vital information estimation unit 222, and a synthetic aperture processing unit 223. The vital information estimation unit 222 estimates vital information of a person S1 included in a reflecting object based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 121. The vital information estimation unit 222 estimates vital information of the person S1 based on the estimation result of the position estimation unit 121 of the time change in the shape of the specific person S1. In other words, the vital information estimation unit 222 estimates vital information of the person S1 included in the reflecting object based on the time change in distance information acquired by the signal acquisition unit 110. For example, the vital information estimation unit 222 estimates vital information such as the pulse rate, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure value of the specific person S1 based on the time change in the shape of the specific person S1. For example, the vital information estimation unit 222 estimates vital information of each person S1 based on micro-Doppler information attributable to the person S1 included in the reflecting object by inputting radar position information and distance information. The processing performed by the synthetic aperture processing unit 223 is similar to the processing performed by the synthetic aperture processing unit 122 according to the first embodiment, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0051] The health condition determination unit 130 estimates the health condition of each person S1 based on the estimation result by the vital information estimation unit 222. For example, the health condition determination unit 130 determines the health condition of each person S1, such as whether the person is asleep or whether the person is in a support-requiring state requiring support, including medical intervention, based on the pulse rate, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure value, etc. of each person S1 estimated by the vital information estimation unit 222. For example, the health condition determination unit 130 determines the health condition of each person S1 based on whether the vital information of each person S1 estimated by the vital information estimation unit 222 is within a preset threshold. Note that the information processing device 200 may be configured to estimate the health condition of each person S1 using a trained model that outputs the health condition of each person S1 based on input of radar position information and distance information.

[0052] The lighting control unit 140 according to the second embodiment controls the light emission mode of each lighting device 1a based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 221 and the determination result by the health condition determination unit 130. For example, the lighting control unit 140 controls the light emission mode of each lighting device 1a, such as the luminous intensity, light emission color, on / off switching, and illumination range, based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 221 and the determination result by the health condition determination unit 130. Note that the health condition determination unit 130 determines the health condition of the person S1 based on the vital information of the person S1 estimated by the vital information estimation unit 222. Therefore, it can be said that the lighting control unit 140 controls the light emission mode of each lighting device 1a based on the estimation result by the position estimation unit 221 and the estimation result by the vital information estimation unit 222. The control of the lighting device 1a by the lighting control unit 140 according to the second embodiment will be described later.

[0053] The hardware configuration of the information processing device 200 according to the second embodiment is the same as that of the information processing device 100 according to the first embodiment, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0054] 7 is a flowchart showing the processing performed by the information processing device 200 according to embodiment 2. In the processing performed by the information processing device 200, the processing from step ST1 to step ST4 is the same as the processing performed by the information processing device 100 according to embodiment 1, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted.

[0055] After the processing of step ST4, the information processing device 200 estimates the vital information of the person S1 included in the reflecting object using the vital information estimation unit 222 (step ST6). After the processing of step ST6, the information processing device 200 determines the health condition of the person S1 included in the reflecting object using the health condition determination unit 130 (step ST7).

[0056] After the processing of step ST7, the information processing device 200 controls the light emission modes of the lighting devices 1a of the lighting units 11, 12, ..., 1N based on the estimated position of the person S1 and the determined health state (step ST8). In other words, the information processing device 100 controls, by the lighting control unit 140, the light emission mode of the lighting device 1a among the plurality of lighting devices 1a corresponding to the position of the person S1 so that the light emission mode of the lighting device 1a corresponds to the health state of the person S1.

[0057] For example, when a specific person S1 is asleep, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission mode of the lighting device 1a that is closest to the position of the specific person S1 among the multiple lighting devices 1a so that the brightness of the lighting device 1a is darker than when the specific person S1 is asleep.

[0058] Furthermore, for example, when a specific person S1 is asleep, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission mode of the lighting device 1a, of the multiple lighting devices 1a, whose illumination range is closest to the position of the specific person S1, so as to make the brightness of the lighting device 1a darker than when the specific person S1 is asleep. With this configuration, the living body detection system 2 according to the second embodiment can improve the quality of sleep of the sleeping person S1 and reduce the power consumption of the lighting devices 1a.

[0059] Furthermore, for example, the information processing device 100 controls the light emission modes of the lighting devices 1a so that, when the specific person S1 is not in a support-requiring state, the lighting device 1a closest to the specific person S1 is turned on among the multiple lighting devices 1a, and when the specific person S1 is in a support-requiring state, the lighting device 1a closest to the specific person S1 is blinked among the multiple lighting devices 1a. Note that, when blinking the lighting device 1a in accordance with the health condition of the specific person S1, the information processing device 100 may be configured to blink the lighting device 1a in a different light emission color from when the lighting device 1a is turned on. For example, the information processing device 100 may be configured to control the lighting device 1a so that, in accordance with the health condition of the specific person S1, the lighting device 1a emits light in red or yellow when blinking, and in white or a warm color close to white when the lighting device 1a is turned on. This configuration enables the living body detection system 2 according to the second embodiment to notify those around the specific person S1 that the specific person S1 is in a support-requiring state.
