Description

Screw for a juicer and a juicer including the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a screw for a juicer and a juicer including the same, and relates to a juicer screw having an improved structure that eliminates the inconvenience of having to cut the juicer object in advance before feeding it, and stably transports and crushes it with a spiral rib, and a juicer including the same.

[0002] The number of people making and drinking green juice or juice at home for health reasons is increasing, and for this purpose, many devices that allow people to easily make juice using vegetables or fruits at home are being introduced.

[0003] Traditional juicers would insert ingredients into an inlet, crush them with high-speed rotating blades, and then centrifuge them to produce juice. However, these juicers could destroy the unique flavor and nutrients of the ingredients during the high-speed crushing process. They also struggled to make green juice from vegetables with stems or leaves. They also struggled to juice high-viscosity fruits like kiwi and strawberries. Making soy milk from soybeans was simply impossible.

[0004] To solve this problem, research on each component of the juicer has been ongoing in recent years to improve the juice extraction efficiency of the juicer.

[0005] In particular, since the screw directly crushes and compresses the juice target, it directly impacts the juicer's extraction efficiency. Therefore, active research is being conducted on the structure of the screw.

[0006] Related prior art documents include Prior Art 1 Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1270140 (May 31, 2013) and Prior Art 2 Republic of Korea Utility Model No. 20-0491517 (April 20, 2020). As disclosed in Prior Art 1 (Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1270140 (May 31, 2013)), a large-diameter juicer was developed that does not require cutting the material in advance before putting the material into the inlet. The juicer of the patent enlarges the size of the inlet, crushes large-sized materials in advance by a crushing unit and a crushing processing unit, and supplies the crushed materials to one side eccentrically located at the top of the screw, thereby enabling the extraction of large-sized materials without increasing the size of the screw.

[0007] However, even in this case, the material inlet is formed in a shape that protrudes outward at an eccentric position on one side of the screw rather than on the top of the screw, which causes the shape of the juice extractor to become larger and more complex, and in particular, the problem arises that the vertical length of the screw becomes longer due to the formation of a crushing section that crushes the material fed to one side of the screw.

[0008] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a screw for a juicer and a juicer including the same, which eliminates the inconvenience of having to cut the juicer before feeding the juicer, and allows sufficiently smooth feeding and transport of materials.

It should be understood that the embodiments of the present invention will have various applications to those skilled in the art.

[0096] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 33, a screw for a juicer according to the present invention and a juicer including the same are examined.

[0097] A juicer according to one aspect of the present invention includes all or part of a main body (not shown), a juice drum (10), a hopper (20), a lid (30), a filter mesh (50), and a screw (100).

[0098] More specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the juicer according to the present invention may include a juice drum (10) that accommodates a filter mesh (50) therein and is coupled to the upper end of a main body (not shown), a hopper rib (23) that is coupled to the upper end of the juice drum (10) and protrudes centrally at one end of the inner surface, a hopper (20) to which a lid into which a juice object is inserted is coupled, and a screw (100) that is mounted inside the filter mesh (50) and rotates based on a screw rotation axis (150), has a spiral rib formed on the outer circumference, and receives the juice object from the hopper and crushes it.

[0099] The main body may be provided with a drive motor that generates driving force and a reducer that transmits the driving force to a drive shaft, and the drive shaft is formed so that power can be transmitted to the screw.

[0100] As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the screw (100) is configured such that a plurality of spiral ribs (110) are formed on the body, and a plurality of spiral ribs (110) of various heights are formed in the form of screw threads so that the object to be juiced can be transported downward when rotated through the spiral ribs (110).

[0101] At this time, the spiral rib (110) can be formed in a form in which the thickness increases toward the top of the screw and decreases toward the bottom of the screw.

[0102] By this, the screw (110) interacts with the internal structure of the juicer (inside the hopper, inside the juice net) throughout the entire section to perform the functions of cutting / crushing / pulverizing / squeezing / juicing the juice material. The upper section of the screw has a thick spiral rib, so it plays a high role in cutting, crushing, and pulverizing the juice target, and as it goes down to the lower section of the screw, the intervals of the spiral ribs become closer and the thickness becomes thinner, so it performs the role of compressing and squeezing the juice target while finely crushing the juice target.

[0103] In addition, the screw (100) may be formed to extend upward in one radial direction from the screw rotation axis (150) and may include a crushing section (120) that cuts the juice target.

[0104] In addition, the spiral rib (110) is formed only in the area corresponding to the filter mesh (50), and serves to crush / compress the juice target contained inside the filter mesh (50) by passing through the crushing section (120) of the screw (100) and transport it to the lower part of the screw (100). It is preferable that the spiral rib (110) is formed so as not to extend beyond the upper end of the filter mesh (50).

[0105] In addition, it is preferable that the crushing section (120) be formed in the shape of a plate having a vertical length, and may be formed across the lower inner peripheral surface area of the hopper (20) in the upper section of the filter mesh (50), or may be formed only in the lower inner peripheral surface area of the hopper (20).

[0106] For example, if the crushing unit (120) has a spiral blade, there is a risk of the screw blade being damaged when the juice-extracting material is directly fed into the inlet with the upper part open.

[0107] Accordingly, by forming the area of the crushing unit (120) that interacts with the hover rib (23) inside the hopper (20) wide, the force generated when crushing the juice target of the whole material can be evenly distributed on the surface of the crushing unit (120), thereby stably crushing the juice target without damage to the screw (100) and having the effect of transferring the material to the spiral rib in the area where the filter mesh (50) is located.

[0108] In addition, the crushing section (120) may include an inclined surface (121) that protrudes further than the upper end of the screw rotation axis and guides the juice target to be fed, a cutting section (121a) that forms an inclined angle based on the screw rotation axis to cut the juice target, and a transfer surface (122) that transfers the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0109] That is, the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120) can have an incline angle, and since the transport surface (122) has an incline angle, when material is caught on the hopper rib (23) inside the hopper (20), the rotating crushing unit (120) can crush the material by coming into contact with the transport surface (122), and can also perform the role of sequentially crushing and transporting the juice target object along the incline angle of the transport surface (122).

[0110] By this, the crushing unit (120) is configured in a surface contact shape rather than a spiral blade, so that the object to be juiced can be pulled and transported to the transport surface.

[0111] That is, the spiral blade cuts and passes over the material as it comes into contact with the material in a line, but the crushing section (120) formed in the form of a surface contact pulls the object to be juiced over a wide area, and ultimately has the effect of effectively transporting the material downward.

[0112] In addition, the transfer surface (122) can be formed to be very finely concave in the center so as to accommodate the object to be juiced in the direction in which the screw (100) rotates, and the object to be juiced can be accommodated through the transfer surface (122), so that the crushing section (120) can easily place the object to be juiced and cut it with the cutting section (121a).

[0113] In addition, the cutting section (121a) is provided on one side of the direction in which the screw of the inclined surface (121) rotates, so that the object to be juiced can be cut by the rotation of the screw.

[0114] In addition, a crushing groove (123) is provided on one side of the crushing section (120) in a shape corresponding to the hopper rib (23) so as to cut the object to be juiced.

[0115] In addition, the cutting portion (121a) of the screw (100) is located above the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100), so that the object to be juiced can be cut first before being cut through the spiral rib (110).

[0116] In addition, a moving part (125) is formed on one side of the inclined surface (121), which can reduce the height of the screw, thereby reducing the cost and reducing the load on the hopper rib (23) and the screw (110).

[0117] In addition, the crushing section (120) of the screw (100) is formed by extending upwardly in one direction in the radial direction from the screw rotation axis (150), and is extended longer than the radial length of the screw to cut the object to be juiced, thereby securing a receiving space (S) equivalent to the extended distance.

[0118] Accordingly, the length (r2) of the crushing section (120) is formed to be longer than the radius length (r1) of the screw (110) to form a receiving space (S) so that the object to be juiced can be crushed while being received.

[0119] This has the effect of preventing the juice target from falling out and easily crushing it while holding it in a state of being held in the holding space (S) even when the size of the juice target is large.

[0120] In addition, the upper side of the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100) is connected (110a) to the lower side of the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120), so that the juice target transferred through the transport surface (122) can be guided to the spiral rib (110).

[0121] That is, when the object to be juiced is fed, it is received in an open space based on the top of the screw rotation axis, and while being guided and transported to the receiving space along the inclined surface (121) of the crushing section (120) that protrudes into the open space, it is first cut through the cutting section (121a), and then transferred to the plate-shaped transfer surface (122) to be crushed and transferred to the spiral rib, so that the object to be juiced is sequentially transported downward in the open space and completely crushed.

[0122] In addition, the upper side of the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100) forms a cutting surface (110b) to prevent the juice target from coming off and to crush it.

[0123] That is, the upper side of the spiral rib (100) forms a cross-section (110b) in the shape of a '▶' polygon, which has the effect of effectively pulling and crushing the object to be juiced.

[0124] In this way, if there is an object to be squeezed that is about to be separated while being transported through the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120) and crushed in the spiral rib (110), the object to be squeezed can be pulled and crushed so that it does not fall off.

[0125] Accordingly, by forming a crushing section by extending to the top of a screw rotating at low speed, the load can be reduced by crushing the object to be juiced first before it reaches the spiral rib of the screw, thereby having the effect of reducing the load on the motor driving the juicer.

[0126] In addition, the cutting section (121a) forms an inclined angle, so that the object to be squeezed is first contacted and cut through the cutting section (121a), and is transferred in the direction of the screw in which the spiral rib is formed through the transfer surface, thereby having the effect of preventing the object to be squeezed from bouncing when being cut.

[0127] Additionally, the juicer may further include a guide spiral rib (111) on the upper portion of the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100).

[0128] That is, the guide spiral rib (111) guides the juice target object, which has been first cut through the cutting section (121a) of the crushing section (120), to be transferred to the transfer surface (122), and the transfer surface (122) can transfer the juice target object guided through the guide spiral rib (111).

[0129] In addition, the guide spiral rib (111) can serve as a reinforcing rib to prevent the crushing unit (120) from being broken by the pressure of crushing the object to be juiced by extending to the outer peripheral end of the opposite side of the conveying surface (122) of the crushing unit (120).

[0130] In addition, the end of the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120) has an inclined surface (122a) that is inclined downwardly on the inside, and the juice target material transported through the inclined surface (122a) can be transported downwards of the screw (100).

[0131] In addition, one end (110a) of the spiral rib (110) can be connected to the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120), and the object to be juiced is transported through the transport surface (122) so as to move toward the spiral rib (110) to be crushed efficiently.

[0132] In addition, since the cutting section (121a) is positioned above the transport surface (122), the object to be juiced can be cut and crushed first through the cutting section (121a) of the crushing section (120), the object to be juiced can be transported through the transport surface (122), and the transported object to be juiced can be crushed secondarily through the spiral rib (110).

[0133] In addition, the object to be juiced can be cut first through the cutting section of the crushing section (120), second through the crushing groove (123) and the hopper rib (23), transferred through the transfer surface (122), and third through the spiral rib (110).

[0134] This eliminates the inconvenience of having to cut the object to be juiced before feeding it, and has the effect of making feeding and transporting the object to be juiced smooth.

[0135] In addition, a flange portion (130) is formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the screw (100), and the flange portion (130) is formed to be wider than the diameter of the screw (100) so that the filter mesh (50) can be installed.

[0136] In addition, the flange portion (130) is configured to support the screw (110) in the radial direction so that the screw (110) can rotate stably without shaking, and the filter mesh (50) is placed on the flange (130) to press down, thereby preventing the screw (110) from rising when rotating.

[0137] In addition, the upper surface of the flange portion (130) may be provided with at least one discharge groove (135) for discharging the processed juice target between the screw (100) and the filter mesh (50), and the juice target may be discharged through the discharge groove (135) formed in the flange portion (130) as the screw rotates.

[0138] In addition, as shown in the drawing, a plurality of discharge grooves (135) may be provided so that the filter mesh (50) can be easily installed regardless of the joining direction.

[0139] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 11, the inner wall of the hopper (20) is provided with a protrusion (21), which can prevent the juice-containing object from sticking to the inner wall of the hopper (20).

[0140] In addition, the lower part of the hopper (20) is formed with a guide surface (22) that is tapered inward, and when the juice target is fed, it is guided to the location of the screw (100) through the guide surface (22).

[0141] That is, the guide surface (22) can be configured in a shape inclined toward the center to naturally connect the hopper (20) and the juicing net so that the juice target material fed into the hopper (20) can be smoothly transported to the juicing section.

[0142] Additionally, at least one groove (25) may be provided on a portion of the inner surface of the guide surface (22).

[0143] That is, in the case of a juicer, a very high pressure is generated in the juicing section, and if pre-crushing is not performed properly, a large load may be generated in the juicing section, which may cause the juicing net to burst or the motor to stop. Therefore, it is important to process the object to be juiced to an appropriate size. Therefore, the object to be juiced, which has been processed once by the interaction of the hopper rib (23) and the crushing section (120), can be processed once more through the groove section (25) when being transported to the filter mesh (50), which is the juicing section, along the guide surface (22).

[0144] Accordingly, if the guide surface (22) is made up of only a smooth circle without any curves, there is no structure that can stop the object to be squeezed when the screw rotates, so the object to be squeezed only rotates without being cut / crushed smoothly, so the shredding section (120) of the screw (100) has the effect of enabling the object to be cut and crushed smoothly through the groove section (25).

[0145] In addition, the crushing section (120) of the screw (100) requires a hopper rib (23) inside the hopper (20) in order to efficiently crush the object to be juiced. That is, the object to be juiced is cut by the intersection of the crushing groove (123) and the hopper rib (23), so the object to be juiced is processed (cut and crushed) through the inner surface of the hopper (20).

[0146] Accordingly, the size of the screw (100) can be reduced by providing a hopper rib (23) that protrudes inwardly on the inner surface of the hopper so that the crushing unit (120) can effectively crush the object to be juiced, and the object to be juiced can be crushed more effectively.

[0147] In addition, the hopper rib (23) can be formed vertically long from the top of the hopper (20) to the guide surface (22), and a safety sensor (not shown) that detects the opening and closing of the lid (30) can be provided in the internal space of the hopper rib (23).

[0148] In addition, the crushing unit (120) is provided with a crushing groove (123) in a shape corresponding to the hopper rib (23), so that the crushing unit (120) can minimize the load and efficiently crush the juice target material when processing it through the hopper.

[0149] In addition, the screw (100) for a juicer of the present invention is a screw for a juicer that rotates around a screw rotation axis (150) and has a spiral rib (110) formed on an outer surface, wherein the screw (100) extends apart from the screw rotation axis (150) and is formed to extend upward in a radial direction, and may include a crushing section (120) that cuts the object to be juiced.

[0150] In addition, the crushing section (120) may include an inclined surface (121) that protrudes further than the upper end of the screw rotation axis and guides the juice target to be fed, a cutting section (121a) that forms an inclined angle based on the screw rotation axis to cut the juice target, and a transfer surface (122) that transfers the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0151] That is, the inclined surface (121) can guide the juice target material introduced into the open space formed in the inner space of the hopper at the top of the screw rotation axis to the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120).

[0152] In addition, a crushing groove (123) is provided on one side of the crushing section (120) to correspond to the hopper rib (23) of the juicer and cut the object to be squeezed.

[0153] In addition, in the screw (100) for a juicer according to one aspect of the present invention, the cutting portion (121a) of the screw (100) is positioned above the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100) so that the object to be juiced can be cut before being cut through the spiral rib (100), and a moving portion (125) is formed on one end of the inclined surface (121), so that the height of the screw (100) can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost and reducing the load on the screw during cutting.

[0154] That is, by reducing the height of the screw (100), not only the weight and size of the screw (100) but also the height of the hopper (20) can be reduced, thereby reducing the overall cost. In addition, when the screw is extended to the inside of the hopper to form an inclined surface (121), a problem that a large load is applied to the end of the inclined surface (121) and the durability of the screw is reduced can be prevented.

[0155] In addition, the upper portion of the spiral rib (110) of the screw (100) may further include a guide spiral rib (111), and the guide spiral rib (111) can guide the juice-extracting object, which has been first cut through the cutting portion (121a) of the crushing portion (120), to be transferred to the transfer surface (122), and thereby the transfer surface (122) can stably transfer the juice-extracting object guided through the guide spiral rib (111).

[0156] In addition, the end of the transport surface (122) of the crushing unit (120) has an inclined surface (122a) that is inclined downwardly on the inside, and the object to be extracted is transported through the inclined surface (122a) downwards of the screw (100) so that the object to be extracted can be crushed through the spiral rib.

[0157] In addition, the cutting section (121a) and the crushing groove section (123) of the crushing section (120) are positioned above the transport surface (122), so that the juice extracting object, which is first cut through the cutting section and secondarily crushed through the crushing groove section (123), is prevented from bouncing during cutting and crushing of the juice extracting object through the transport surface (122) and is stably transported so that it can be crushed thirdly through the spiral rib (110).

[0158] In addition, the crushing section (120) of the screw (100) extends apart from the screw rotation axis (150) and extends upward in a radial direction, so that a receiving space (S) can be secured by the distance apart.

[0159] Accordingly, the length of the crushing section (120) is formed to be longer than the radius of the screw (110) to form a receiving space (S) so that the object to be squeezed can be crushed while receiving the object to be squeezed, so that even if the size of the object to be squeezed is large, it has the effect of preventing the object to be squeezed from falling out while receiving the object to be squeezed through the receiving space (S) and easily crushing it.

[0160] In addition, referring to FIGS. 12 to 22, a juicer according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a juice drum (10) that accommodates a filter mesh (50) therein and is coupled to the upper end of a main body (not shown), a hopper rib (63) that is coupled to the upper end of the juice drum (10) and protrudes centrally at one end of the inner surface, a hopper (60) to which a lid into which a juice object is inserted is coupled, and a screw (200) that is mounted on the inside of the filter mesh (50) and rotates based on a screw rotation axis (250), has a spiral rib (210) formed on the outer circumference, and receives and crushes the juice object from the hopper (60).

[0161] In the juicer of the above-described embodiment, the configuration of the juice drum (10), the hopper (60), and the screw (200) may be partially or completely replaced.

[0162] In addition to the juice discharge port (11), the juice drum (10) may be further equipped with a residue discharge port (15).

[0163] The hopper (60) of the juicer according to another embodiment of the present invention has a protrusion (61) on the inner wall to prevent the juice target containing moisture from sticking to the inner wall of the hopper (60).

[0164] In addition, the lower part of the hopper (60) is formed with a guide surface (62) that is tapered inward, and when the juice target is fed, it is guided to the location of the screw (200) through the guide surface (62).

[0165] Additionally, at least one groove (65) may be provided on a portion of the inner surface of the guide surface (62).

[0166] In addition, a hopper rib (63) is provided on the inside of the hopper (60) so that the crushing section (220) of the screw (200) can efficiently crush the object to be juiced, and the object to be juiced is processed (cut and crushed) through the inside surface of the hopper (20).

[0167] Additionally, an extension rib (64) formed by extending a step may be provided below the hopper rib (63).

[0168] That is, the extension rib (64) is formed by extending from the hopper rib (63) to increase processing efficiency by crushing the object to be juiced into an appropriate size before sending it to the juice section, and serves to transport the object to be juiced downward.

[0169] In addition, the hopper rib (63) can be formed vertically long from the top of the hopper (60) to the guide surface (62), and a safety sensor (not shown) that detects the opening and closing of the lid (30) can be provided in the internal space of the hopper rib (63).

[0170] Additionally, the extension rib (64) may be formed to be connected to the hopper rib (63) or may be placed alone on the guide surface (62).

[0171] In addition, the screw (200) is configured such that a plurality of spiral ribs (210) are formed on the body, and a plurality of spiral ribs (210) of various heights are formed in the form of screw threads so that the object to be juiced can be transported downward when rotated through the spiral ribs (210).

[0172] In addition, the screw (200) may be formed to extend upward in a radial direction from the screw rotation axis (250) and may include a crushing section (220) that cuts the juice target.

[0173] In addition, the crushing section (220) may include an inclined surface (221) that protrudes further than the upper end of the screw rotation axis and guides the juice target to be fed, a cutting section (221a) that forms an inclined angle based on the screw rotation axis to cut the juice target, and a transfer surface (222) that transfers the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0174] In addition, the cutting section (221a) is provided on one side of the direction in which the screw of the inclined surface (221) rotates, so that the object to be juiced can be cut by the rotation of the screw.

[0175] In addition, the cutting portion (221a) of the screw (200) is located above the spiral rib (210) of the screw (200), so that the object to be juiced can be cut first before being cut through the spiral rib (210).

[0176] In addition, the end of the transport surface (222) of the crushing unit (220) has an inclined surface (222a) that is inclined downwardly on the inside, and the juice target material transported through the inclined surface (222a) can be transported downwards of the screw (200).

[0177] The conventional screw is mainly designed to crush the object to be squeezed by striking it with a horn-shaped upper blade, but because it is a structure that crushes by stabbing, there are cases where the object to be squeezed is not crushed but just spins around with only a hole left in the pierced state, and even if it is crushed into several pieces, the scattered objects to be squeezed are not transported downwards and spin around in the upper section of the screw. In order to prevent this from happening, the screw (200) of the present invention cuts the object to be squeezed and simultaneously places the cut / crushed object to be squeezed on the transport surface and transports it downwards, thereby minimizing the crushed object to be squeezed from scattering to the outside and smoothly transporting it to the juicing section, thereby having the effect of stably extracting juice.

[0178] In addition, the upper end of the screw rotation shaft (250) may be provided to protrude, and may be provided to prevent over-input into the juicing section when the juice target being fed is transported along the inclined surface (221).

[0179] Additionally, the upper end of the screw rotation axis (250) may be formed lower than the uppermost end of the crushing section (220).

[0180] In addition, referring to FIGS. 23 to 33, a juicer according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a juice drum (10) that accommodates a filter mesh (50) therein and is coupled to the upper end of a main body (not shown), a hopper rib (83) that is coupled to the upper end of the juice drum (10) and protrudes centrally at one end of the inner surface, a hopper (80) to which a lid into which a juice object is inserted is coupled, and a screw (300) that is mounted on the inside of the filter mesh (50) and rotates based on a screw rotation axis (350), has a spiral rib (310) formed on the outer circumference, and receives the juice object from the hopper (80) and crushes it.

[0181] In the juicer of the above-described embodiment, the configuration of the hopper (80) and the screw (300) may be partially or completely replaced.

[0182] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the hopper (80) of the juicer has a protrusion (81) on the inner wall to prevent the juice target containing moisture from sticking to the inner wall of the hopper (80).

[0183] In addition, the lower part of the hopper (80) is formed with a guide surface (82) that is tapered inward, and when the juice target is fed, it is guided to the location where the screw (300) is located through the guide surface (82).

[0184] Additionally, at least one groove (85) may be provided on a portion of the inner surface of the guide surface (82).

[0185] In addition, a hopper rib (83) is provided on the inside of the hopper (80) so that the crushing section (320) of the screw (300) can efficiently crush the object to be juiced, and the object to be juiced is processed (cut and crushed) through the inside surface of the hopper (80).

[0186] Additionally, an extension rib (84) may be provided that extends without a step from the hopper rib (83) to the end where the guide surface (82) ends.

[0187] That is, the extension rib (84) is formed by extending from the hopper rib (83) to increase processing efficiency by crushing the object to be juiced into an appropriate size before sending it to the juice section, and serves to transport the object to be juiced downward.

[0188] Additionally, the extension rib (84) may be formed to be connected to the hopper rib (83) or may be placed alone on the guide surface (82).

[0189] In addition, since the juice target object cut / crushed in the hopper rib (83) is processed once more just before being transferred to the juicing section, there is an advantage in that the juice target object can be processed to a size more suitable for juicing, and since the screw (300) passes through a plurality of grooves (85) and extension ribs (84) when it rotates once, the juice target object can be processed more quickly and effectively. In addition, the juice target object processed to an appropriate size is transferred downward to the juicing section through the spiral rib (310) and juicing is performed.

[0190] In addition, since the section where the cutting / processing of the food material actually takes place is the height at which the screw rotates, it is preferable to configure the hopper rib (83) at a height at which it can interact with the screw (300) on the lower side of the inner wall of the hopper (80).

[0191] In addition, the screw (300) is configured such that a plurality of spiral ribs (310) are formed on the body, and a plurality of spiral ribs (310) of various heights are formed in the form of screw threads so that the object to be juiced can be transported downward when rotated through the spiral ribs (310).

[0192] In addition, the screw (300) may be formed to extend upward in a radial direction from the screw rotation axis (350) and may include a crushing section (320) that cuts the juice target.

[0193] In addition, the crushing section (320) may include an inclined surface (321) that protrudes further than the upper end of the screw rotation axis and guides the juice target to be fed, a cutting section (321a) that forms an inclined angle based on the screw rotation axis to cut the juice target, and a transfer surface (322) that transfers the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0194] In addition, the cutting section (321a) is provided on one side of the direction in which the screw of the inclined surface (321) rotates, so that the object to be juiced can be cut by the rotation of the screw.

[0195] In addition, the cutting portion (321a) of the screw (300) is located above the spiral rib (310) of the screw (300), so that the object to be juiced can be cut first before being cut through the spiral rib (310).

[0196] In addition, the end of the transport surface (322) of the crushing unit (320) has an inclined surface (322a) that is inclined downwardly on the inside, and the juice target material transported through the inclined surface (322a) can be transported downwards of the screw (300).

[0197] In addition, as a difference from the above-described embodiment, the spiral rib (310) is not extended from the crushing section (320) but is configured separately, thereby securing more space for accommodating the object to be juiced.

[0198] In addition, the polygonal cutting surface (310b) can pull and crush the object to be juiced through the separation section, thereby preventing the object to be juiced from coming off and increasing the crushing efficiency.

[0199] By this, the object to be juiced is smoothly transported downwards so that juice extraction can be performed, and as a result, large materials that were not processed in the crushing section (320) can be crushed again, which has the effect of drastically reducing the load on the screw (300) due to over-feeding.

[0200] In addition, since the space for accommodating the object to be squeezed can be secured a little more, the speed of transporting the object to be squeezed to the juice section is improved, which has the effect of solving the phenomenon of material accumulation occurring in the lower section of the hopper.

[0201] In addition, the inclined surface (321) of the crushing section (320) is formed thickly without the configuration of a guide spiral rib, thereby improving the rigidity of the crushing section (320), and has the effect of preventing the screw from being broken by pressure.

[0202] The conventional screw is mainly designed to crush the object to be squeezed by striking it with a horn-shaped upper blade, but because it is a structure that crushes by stabbing, there are cases where the object to be squeezed is not crushed but just spins around with only a hole left in the pierced state, and even if it is crushed into several pieces, the scattered materials are not transported downwards and spin around in the upper section of the screw. In order to prevent this problem, the screw (300) of the present invention cuts the object to be squeezed and at the same time, the cut / crushed material is settled on the transport surface and transported downwards, thereby minimizing the crushed object to be squeezed from scattering to the outside and smoothly transporting it to the juicing section, thereby having the effect of stably extracting juice.

[0203] In addition, the upper end of the screw rotation shaft (350) may be provided to protrude, and may be provided to prevent over-input into the juicing section when the juice target being fed is transported along the inclined surface (321).

[0204] Additionally, the upper end of the screw rotation axis (350) may be formed lower than the uppermost end of the crushing section (320).

[0205] In addition, referring to FIGS. 34 to 47, a juicer according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a juice drum (10) that accommodates a filter mesh (50) inside and is coupled to the upper part of a main body (not shown), a hopper (90) that is coupled to the upper part of the juice drum (10) and has a lid into which a juice target is introduced, and a screw (400) that is mounted inside the filter mesh (50) and rotates around a screw rotation axis (450), has a spiral rib (410) formed on the outer circumference, and receives and crushes the juice target from the hopper (90).

[0206] In addition, the screw (400) may include a crushing section (420) that extends apart from the screw rotation axis (450) and extends upward in one radial direction and cuts the object to be juiced.

[0207] Additionally, the crushing unit (420) can transport the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0208] At this time, as shown in FIGS. 36 to 38, the upper side of the spiral rib (410) can be spaced apart from the lower side of the crushing section (420) by a certain distance to form a transfer space (426), and the object to be juiced is transferred to the spiral rib (410) without stagnation through the transfer space (426).

[0209] That is, compared to a conventional screw, the transfer space is expanded so that the crushed juice target from the upper cutting section can be easily transferred to the location where the spiral rib (410) is located without stagnation.

[0210] In addition, a flange portion (430) is formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the screw (400), and the flange portion (430) is formed to be wider than the diameter of the screw (400) so that the filter mesh (50) can be installed.

[0211] In addition, the upper surface of the flange portion (430) is characterized by having at least one discharge groove (435) for discharging the processed juice target between the screw (400) and the filter mesh (50).

[0212] In addition, the lower part of the screw (400) is characterized by having a discharge jaw (436) formed in the direction of rotation to perform an additional crushing action.

[0213] In addition, a rib (437) is formed in the flange portion (430) in the opposite direction to the rotational direction to transport the juice target upward, thereby facilitating additional cutting action and discharge of residue.

[0214] That is, the rib (437) serves to transfer the material that has not been discharged to the discharge hole (435) and has come down to the flange part (430) back to the upper part (towards the discharge hole). If there is no rib (437), the material to be extracted transferred below the flange part (430) may accumulate at the bottom of the juice drum (10) and not be discharged, which may cause a problem.

[0215] Therefore, in order to send the object to be juiced back upward to the discharge hole (435), a rib (437) in the opposite direction to the screw rotation direction is formed to guide the object to be juiced back toward the discharge hole (435), and in this process, the juice is squeezed once more, which has the effect of greatly improving the discharge efficiency.

[0216] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 39 and 40, a mounting groove (439) is provided at the bottom of the flange portion (430), and the juicing drum (10) may be provided with a mounting protrusion (19) corresponding to the mounting groove (439) of the flange portion (430).

[0217] By this, the inflow of residue into the screw (400) can be blocked, and the screw (400) can be stably supported from the juice drum (10).

[0218] In addition, at least one uneven portion (430a) may be formed on the lower surface of the flange portion (430), and the uneven portion (430a) may be formed in the form of a protrusion and a groove to block the inflow of debris into the screw.

[0219] Fig. 40(a) shows a plan view of the juicing drum (10), and Fig. 40(b) shows a bottom view of the juicing drum (10).

[0220] That is, a guide rib (18) is formed around the lower axis on the bottom surface of the juice drum (10) to guide the joining position when combined with the main body.

[0221] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 41 to 46, a hopper coupling part (16) coupled with a hopper (90) is provided at the top of the juice drum (10), and the hopper coupling part (16) can gradually increase in thickness in the direction of rotation.

[0222] That is, the thickness (W1) of the front side in the rotational direction of the hopper coupling part (16) is formed thinner than the thickness (W2) of the rear side in the rotational direction, and the thickness gradually increases in the rotational direction.

[0223] By this, when the hopper (90) is coupled to the juice drum (10), the thickness of the hopper coupling part (16) gradually becomes thicker in the direction of rotation, which has the effect of allowing the hopper (90) to be fixed in surface contact when coupled by rotation.

[0224] In addition, a loosening prevention step (16a) is formed on the hopper coupling part (16) of the juice drum (10) to prevent the hopper (90) from rotating in the reverse direction.

[0225] In addition, the lower part of the hopper (90) may be provided with a coupling part (98) that is coupled with the hopper coupling part (16) of the juice drum, and may be provided with a protrusion (98a) that is fixedly caught in correspondence with the anti-loosening protrusion (16a) of the hopper coupling part (16).

[0226] By this, the hopper (90) forms a slope to facilitate easy coupling in the rotational direction when coupled, and when the hopper is coupled, there is a slope in the rotational direction when entering the anti-loosening bump (16a) so that it goes over the anti-loosening bump (16a) on the juice drum side and is coupled, and when rotating in reverse, a bump is formed without a slope so that reverse rotation is possible only when a certain force is exceeded.

[0227] In addition, as shown in Fig. 47, the filter mesh (50) has a plurality of upper mesh holes (51) formed on the upper side and a plurality of lower mesh holes (52) formed on the lower side.

[0228] At this time, the distribution of the upper mesh hole (51) can be formed at a smaller ratio than the distribution of the lower mesh hole (52).

[0229] Additionally, the filter mesh (50) is characterized in that the size of the upper mesh hole (51) is larger than the size of the lower mesh hole (52).

[0230] In addition, the filter mesh (50) is provided with a surface (53) on which no mesh pores are formed, and the surface on which no mesh pores are formed is characterized in that no ribs (55) are formed on the side of the filter mesh (50).

[0231] At this time, the ratio of the surface (53) where no mesh is formed is characterized by a higher ratio of mesh formed in the upper mesh than in the lower mesh of the filter mesh (50).

[0232] By this, the mesh in the compression section is prevented from being clogged by pulp when juicing the object to be juiced, so that pulp can be discharged stably.

[0233] In addition, referring to FIGS. 48 to 54, in a juicer according to another embodiment of the present invention, a screw (500) may rotate around a screw rotation axis (550), and a spiral rib (510) may be formed on the outer surface.

[0234] In addition, the screw (500) may include a crushing section (520) that extends apart from the screw rotation axis (550) and extends upward in a radial direction and cuts the object to be juiced.

[0235] In addition, the crushing section (520) may include an inclined surface (521) that protrudes further than the upper end of the screw rotation axis (550) and guides the juice target to be injected, and a transport surface (522) that transports the juice target in the rotational direction of the screw.

[0236] That is, the inclined surface (521) can guide the juice target material introduced into the open space formed in the inner space of the hopper at the top of the screw rotation axis to the transport surface (522) of the crushing unit (520).

[0237] In addition, a crushing groove (523) is provided on one side of the crushing section (520) to correspond to the hopper rib (63) of the juicer and cut the object to be juiced.

[0238] That is, a crushing groove (523) can be formed on one side of the lower portion of the transfer portion (522) of the screw (500).

[0239] Through this, the material to be juiced can be cut first through the cutting section of the crushing section (520), second through the crushing groove section (523) and the hopper rib (63), transferred through the transfer surface (522), and third through the spiral rib (510).

[0240] Therefore, according to the present invention, a structure for pre-crushing the object to be juiced is provided in the hopper and the screw, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of having to cut the object to be juiced in advance before feeding the object to be juiced, and providing the effect of smooth feeding and transport of the material.

[0241] In addition, according to the present invention, a crushing section is formed by extending to the top of a screw rotating at low speed, thereby reducing the load by crushing the juice target material first before it reaches the spiral rib of the screw.

[0242] The embodiments described above are provided to enable those skilled in the art to easily understand the technical concept of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention thereby. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention can be variously modified and altered without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, such modifications or variations should be considered to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
