DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS Exemplary embodiments will be described in detail herein, with examples illustrated in the accompanying drawings. In the following description, when referring to the drawings, identical numerals in different drawings represent identical or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all possible implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatuses and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims. To facilitate understanding, the concepts involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below. A terminal device is a device with wireless transceiver capabilities. The terminal device can be deployed on land, including indoors or outdoors, and can be handheld, wearable, or vehicle-mounted.The terminal device can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer with wireless transceiver function, a virtual reality (VR) terminal device, an augmented reality (AR) terminal device, a wireless terminal in industrial control, a vehicle-mounted terminal device, a wireless terminal in self-driving, a wireless terminal device in remote medical, or a wireless terminal device in a smart grid. Wireless terminal devices in transportation safety, wireless terminal devices in smart cities, wireless terminal devices in smart homes, wearable terminal devices, etc. The terminal devices involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure may also be referred to as terminals, user equipment (UE), access terminal devices, vehicle-mounted terminals, industrial control terminals, UE units, UE stations, mobile stations, mobile stations, remote stations, remote terminal devices, mobile devices, UE terminal devices, wireless communication devices, UE agents, or UE devices. Terminal devices may also be fixed or mobile. In related technologies, a user may enter a question in the input field of a search engine. The search engine may identify the question and retrieve the answer from a database. After obtaining the answer, the search engine may display the answer to the user. Currently, traditional search engines can obtain answers to user-entered questions based on knowledge graphs or question-answer text extraction techniques. For example, a database may pre-store multiple knowledge graphs. After obtaining the user's question, the search engine may determine the answer associated with the question based on the knowledge graph. With the development of multimedia technology, the internet now includes a large amount of image and video information, which can also be displayed as answers. However, search engines based on knowledge graphs or question-and-answer text extraction technologies cannot accurately identify image and video information, making it difficult for search engines to accurately and fully obtain answers to questions, resulting in low accuracy of searched answers. To address technical problems in related technologies, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a question-and-answer search method. A terminal device can obtain question information and perform semantic recognition processing on the question information to obtain target requirement information of the question information. Based on the target requirement information, the terminal device can determine at least one search method from multiple search methods. The terminal device can obtain sub-answer information corresponding to each search method, obtaining at least one sub-answer information. The sub-answer information is obtained by processing the question information through the search method. The terminal device can determine the number of the at least one sub-answer information, determine answer information corresponding to the question information based on the number of the at least one sub-answer information and the at least one sub-answer information, and then display the answer based on the answer information. In the above method, since the terminal device can determine at least one search method that matches the question information, the terminal device can accurately and quickly obtain the answer to the question based on the search method, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of the search answer. Furthermore, since the terminal device can determine the answer to the question based on the answer information obtained from each search method, the reliability of the search answer can be improved. The following describes an application scenario of an embodiment of the present disclosure in detail with reference to Figure 1. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 1, a terminal device is shown. The terminal device displays a search engine page, which may include a search bar. A user can enter a question in the search bar and click the search control. The terminal device determines at least one search method corresponding to the question and obtains the answer to the question based on the search method. Answer 1 may include text content, Answer 2 may include an image, and Answer 3 may include a video. In this way, the terminal device can obtain answers to questions based on a search method that matches the question, improving the accuracy and efficiency of answer acquisition. Furthermore, the terminal device can display answers in a multimodal manner, enhancing the display quality and user experience. The following detailed description of the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how they address the aforementioned technical issues is provided using specific embodiments. The following specific embodiments may be combined with one another, and identical or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in certain embodiments. The following embodiments of the present disclosure are described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Figure 2 is a flow chart illustrating an answer search method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 2, the method may include:

[0002] S201. Obtain question information. The execution entity of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a terminal device, or a question-and-answer search device provided in the terminal device. The question-and-answer search device may be implemented based on software or a combination of software and hardware, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Optionally, the terminal device may be any device with a display function, such as a computer or a mobile phone, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The question information may be information related to the question entered by the user. The terminal device may determine the question information based on the search content entered by the user. For example, a search engine may include a question input field, in which the user may enter text content, and the terminal device may determine the text content as the question information. Optionally, the question information in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be information requiring an answer. For example, the question information may include answerable information such as what is the world's highest peak, what is the world's deepest trench, who is the world's tallest person, etc. For example, if a user enters only a city name in the search engine's input field, the city name is not a question. However, if the user enters not only the city name but also the text "What day was it established?" in the search engine's input field, the terminal device may identify the text content in the search field as a question. The following describes the process of obtaining question information in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, with reference to FIG3 . FIG3 is a schematic diagram of a process for obtaining question information provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG3 includes a terminal device. The terminal device's display page may include a search application. When a user clicks the search application, the terminal device's display page may redirect to a search page corresponding to the search application. The search page may include a search bar. After a user enters the text "What is the highest peak in the world?" in the search bar and clicks the search control, the terminal device may recognize the text content entered by the user and obtain the question information. The question information may be: What is the highest peak in the world?

[0003] S202: Based on the question information, determine at least one search method corresponding to the question information from multiple search methods. The search method may be a method for obtaining an answer to the question information. For example, the terminal device processes the question information based on the search method to obtain the answer to the question information under the search method. Optionally, the search method may include at least one of the following: full-network resource mining, structured data query, generative artificial intelligence query, and professional database query. Full-network resource mining may be a search method in which the terminal device obtains the answer from indexed resources across the entire network. For example, if the indexed resources across the entire network contain a large amount of content, the terminal device may use this search method to understand and extract content related to the question information, thereby obtaining the answer to the question information. Structured data query is used to query for answers to question information with structured attributes. For example, if the question information is about which attractions are included in a city, the question information has structured attributes (i.e., attributes of the city), and the terminal device may use the structured data query search method to obtain the answer to the question information. Generative artificial intelligence query is used to query for answers to question information containing low-frequency words. For example, if the question information includes a large number of low-frequency words (such as long-tail words or difficult-to-understand words, which are not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure), the terminal device can obtain the answer to the question information based on a generative AI query method. Professional database queries are used to query answers to questions containing professional terms. For example, if the question information includes a large number of medical terms, the terminal device can obtain the answer to the question information based on a professional database query method. The search method is described below with reference to Figure 4. Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of a search method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 4, it includes: a search method for full-network resource mining, a search method for structured data query, a search method for generative AI query, and a search method for professional database query. Full-network resource mining can be based on video resource mining, image and text resource mining, and web resource mining. Structured data query can be based on structured data mining, structured data access, and knowledge graph access. Generative AI query can be based on AI answer extraction and AI multi-conversation. Professional database queries can search for text resources, graphic resources, and video resources. Optionally, the terminal device can utilize a generative AI query search method based on third-party access. Generative AI query devices can also be provided in the terminal device, but this is not limited in the present embodiment. It should be noted that the text resources, graphic resources, and video resources used in the professional database query search method can be pre-stored resources. For example, in actual application scenarios, it's difficult to find accurate answers to most professional questions. Therefore, the terminal device can pre-store answers to questions in multiple professional fields in a professional database. This allows the terminal device to accurately answer professional questions. It should be noted that the terminal device can access the professional database using any feasible implementation method. For example, a user can submit multiple professional-related questions. After a professional answers them, the terminal device can obtain the answers to the professional questions and store them in the professional database. Alternatively, after the user collects the answers to the professional questions, they can be stored in the professional database. This is not limited in the present embodiment. It should be noted that question information can correspond to one search method or multiple search methods. This is not limited in the present embodiment. It should be noted that the search method can be a pre-set method or based on any other feasible search method (such as a search method accessed by a third party). This is not limited in the present embodiment. The terminal device may determine at least one search method corresponding to the question information from among multiple search methods based on the following feasible implementations: performing semantic recognition processing on the question information to obtain target requirement information for the question information, and determining at least one search method from among the multiple search methods based on the target requirement information. The target requirement information may indicate the user's need for querying the question information. For example, the target requirement information may include the user's motivation for querying the question information. For example, the target requirement information may include querying customer knowledge, learning problem-solving methods, or obtaining information related to the question information, although this is not limited in the present embodiment. Optionally, the terminal device may process the question information based on a semantic recognition model to obtain the target requirement information. For example, the terminal device may input the question information into a trained semantic recognition model, and the semantic recognition model may output the target requirement information corresponding to the question information. Optionally, the terminal device may process the question information based on a query algorithm to obtain the target requirement information. For example, the terminal device may process the question information based on a query algorithm (e.g., a query analysis algorithm) to obtain the target requirement information for the question information. It should be noted that the terminal device may also determine the target requirement information of the question information based on any feasible implementation manner, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to this. The terminal device determines at least one search method from among multiple search methods based on the target requirement information. Specifically, the terminal device may determine at least one question category corresponding to the question information based on the target requirement information, determine at least one search method corresponding to the at least one question category, and determine the at least one search method corresponding to the at least one question category as the search method corresponding to the question information. Question categories may include at least one of the following: basic question type, structured question type, long-tail keyword question type, and professional question type. A basic question type refers to a question with a relatively low difficulty level. For example, if the target requirement information corresponding to the question information is a query for objective knowledge, the question with a relatively low difficulty level may be classified as a basic question type. A structured question type may refer to a question whose textual content in the question information includes structured attributes. For example, if the target requirement information corresponding to the question information is a query for objective knowledge and the question information includes a city name, the question type may be a structured question type. A long-tail keyword question type refers to a question whose textual content in the question information includes long-tail keywords. For example, if the target requirement information corresponding to the question information is gaining writing inspiration, and the question information includes long-tail keywords, the question category of the question information may be a long-tail keyword question type. A professional question type may be a question whose textual content includes professional terms. For example, if the target requirement information corresponding to the question information is learning problem-solving methods, and the question information includes professional terms, the question category of the question information may be a professional question category. Optionally, the terminal device may process the target requirement information corresponding to the question information based on a question classification model to obtain at least one question category corresponding to the question information. For example, the question classification model may be a pre-trained model. After receiving the target requirement information, the question classification model may determine the category to which the target requirement information belongs, thereby obtaining the question category corresponding to the question information. Determining the question category corresponding to question information will be described below with reference to FIG5 . FIG5 is a schematic diagram of determining a question category according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG5 includes: question information. The terminal device (not shown in FIG5 ) may perform semantic recognition on the question information to obtain the target requirement information of the question information. The terminal device can input target demand information into the question classification model, and the question classification model can output the probability that the question information belongs to each question type. The probability that the question information belongs to the basic question type is 1, the probability that the question information belongs to the structured question type is 1, the probability that the question information belongs to the long-tail question type is 0, and the probability that the question information belongs to the professional question type is 0. Therefore, the question types corresponding to the question information include basic question types and structured question types. Question categories correspond to search methods one-to-one. Based on the correspondence between question categories and search methods, the terminal device can determine at least one search method corresponding to at least one question category corresponding to the question information. For example, each question category has a corresponding search method. The basic question category can correspond to a search method for full-network resource mining, the structured question type can correspond to a search method for structured data queries, the long-tail question type can correspond to a search method for generative artificial intelligence queries, and the professional question type can correspond to a search method for professional database queries. Optionally, the terminal device can determine the at least one search method corresponding to at least one question category as the search method corresponding to the question information. For example, if the question information corresponds to a basic question type or a structured question type, the search method corresponding to the basic question type is a full-network resource mining method, while the search method corresponding to the structured question type is a structured data query method. Therefore, the terminal device can determine that the search method corresponding to the question information includes both a full-network resource mining method and a structured data query method. For example, for basic questions, the terminal device can search based on a large number of indexed resources across the entire network. For questions related to the attributes or relationships of entities such as names, places, books, and movies (structured question types), the terminal device can search for more information based on a pre-processed structured database. For professional questions or questions that require a high level of user experience, the terminal device can retrieve answers from a pre-set professional database. If difficult-to-understand words or long-tail words appear, the terminal device can leverage the multi-round conversational capabilities of artificial intelligence to further clarify the specific question being queried and obtain an answer. In this way, the terminal device can determine the corresponding search method for each type of question, thereby improving the accuracy of the search results.

[0004] S203. Process the question information according to at least one search method to obtain answer information corresponding to the question information. Optionally, the terminal device may process the question information according to at least one search method to obtain answer information corresponding to the question information. For example, if the question information corresponds to a search method that uses both full-network resource mining and structured data query, the terminal device may process the question information based on the full-network resource mining method to obtain answer 1 corresponding to the question information. The terminal device may also process the question information based on the structured data query method to obtain answer 2 corresponding to the question information. The terminal device may obtain the answer information corresponding to the question information based on answer 1 and answer 2.

[0005] S204. Display the answer based on the answer information. The terminal device displays the answer based on the answer information. Specifically, the terminal device may extract at least one piece of information to be displayed from the answer information, determine target display information corresponding to each piece of information to be displayed, obtain at least one target display information, and display the at least one target display information. The display information may include text, video, and images. For example, after the terminal device processes the question information based on at least one search method, the answer information obtained may include text, video, and images. The terminal device may extract the text, video, and image from the answer information to obtain the display information. Optionally, the terminal device may extract the text, video, and image from the answer information based on any feasible implementation method, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure. Optionally, for any piece of information to be displayed, the terminal device determines the target display information corresponding to the information to be displayed. There are three cases: Case 1: The information to be displayed is text. If the information to be displayed is text, the terminal device may determine that the target display information is text. For example, if the information to be displayed extracted by the terminal device includes text but does not include images or videos, the terminal device may determine that the target display information is text. Case 2: The information to be displayed is a video. If the information to be displayed is a video, the terminal device may determine key description information corresponding to the video, or determine at least one key frame in the video and determine that the target display information includes the video and the key description information, or determine that the target display information includes the video and at least one key frame. The key description information may be textual content describing the video. For example, the key description information may be the video title, subtitles within the video, etc., although this embodiment of the disclosure is not limited to this. For example, if the key description information is the video title, the terminal device may obtain the video title upon acquiring the video. For example, if the key description information is subtitles within the video, after acquiring the video, the terminal device may identify the video frames within the video and obtain the subtitles for each frame. The terminal device may synthesize multiple phrases with high frequency across multiple video frames to obtain the key description information. The terminal device may also process the subtitles of multiple video frames to obtain the key description information based on any other feasible implementation method, although this embodiment of the disclosure is not limited to this. The key frames are associated with the answers to the questions. For example, the key frame may be the starting video frame of the answer information corresponding to the question information. For example, if the video answers the question information starting from frame 100 in the video, the terminal device may determine the 100th frame of the video as the key frame. For example, if frames 200 to 2000 in the video are the video answer to the question information, the terminal device may determine frame 200 of the video as the key frame.Optionally, the terminal device may process the video based on an image-to-text model to obtain key frames in the video. For example, the terminal device may interpret the key frames in the video based on the image-to-text model to obtain the image content corresponding to each key frame. Based on the image content corresponding to each image frame, the terminal device may determine the answer to the question and identify the key frames in the video. For example, if the question is "How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes?" and the searched information to be displayed includes a video, the terminal device may process each video frame in the video based on the image-to-text model to obtain the text content corresponding to each frame. If the text content corresponding to frame 100 is "Tomatoes and Eggs," the terminal device may determine that frame 100 is a key frame in the video. Optionally, the terminal device may determine the key frames in the video based on the subtitles of each frame in the video. For example, if the question is "How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes?" and the searched information to be displayed includes a video, the terminal device can retrieve the subtitles in each video frame (the terminal device can do this in any feasible implementation, which is not limited in this embodiment). To obtain the subtitles corresponding to each video frame, if the subtitle corresponding to frame 300 is "First, prepare 1 tomato and 2 eggs," the terminal device can determine that frame 1300 is a key frame of the video. It should be noted that the terminal device can determine the key frame of the video in any feasible implementation, which is not limited in this embodiment. Case 3: The information to be displayed is an image. If the information to be displayed is an image, the terminal device can determine that the target display information is an image, or determine that the target display information includes an image and image description information of the image. For example, if the display information is an image, the terminal device can determine that the target display information is an image and text describing the image content (image description information). Optionally, the terminal device can determine the image description information in any feasible implementation, which is not limited in this embodiment. In the above-described question-and-answer search method, since the terminal device can determine the search method that matches the question information, the terminal device can fully and accurately obtain the answer corresponding to the question based on the search method, thereby improving the reliability of the obtained answer. Furthermore, since the search method matches the question, the terminal device can quickly obtain the answer corresponding to the question, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of the searched answer. The following describes a scenario in which a terminal device displays at least one target display information, with reference to Figures 6A-6C. Figure 6A is a schematic diagram of displaying target display information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 6A, a terminal device is included. The display page of the terminal device is a search page. The search page may include a search bar. After a user enters a question in the search bar, the terminal device can retrieve the information to be displayed for the question. Since the information to be displayed is text, the terminal device determines that the target display information is text, and the answer displayed by the terminal device is text content. Figure 6B is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the present disclosure, showing another embodiment of the present disclosure. See Figure 6B , which includes a terminal device. The terminal device's display page is a search page. The search page may include a search bar. After a user enters a question in the search bar, the terminal device can retrieve the information to be displayed for the question. Since the information to be displayed is an image, the terminal device can determine the image description information corresponding to the image and determine that the target display information is the image and the image description information. The answer displayed by the terminal device includes the image and the image description information. Figure 6C is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the present disclosure, showing another embodiment of the present disclosure. See Figure 6C , which includes a terminal device. The terminal device's display page is a search page. The search page may include a search bar. After a user enters a question in the search bar, the terminal device retrieves the information to be displayed for that question. Since the information to be displayed is a video, the terminal device determines the keyframe corresponding to the video (the keyframe is the 8th second of the video) and determines the target display information as the video and keyframe. The answer displayed by the terminal device includes the video and its keyframe. When the user clicks the keyframe at the 8th second, the terminal device plays the 8th second of the video. It should be noted that the answer displayed by the terminal device can include multiple text segments, multiple images, and multiple videos, and a video can also include multiple keyframes, although this is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure. In this way, the terminal device can display the answer corresponding to the question information in a multimodal manner, thereby providing a visual effect of the answer. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a question-and-answer search method. A terminal device may obtain question information and perform semantic recognition processing on the question information to obtain target requirement information of the question information. The terminal device may determine at least one search method from multiple search methods based on the target requirement information, process the question information according to the at least one search method, obtain answer information corresponding to the question information, extract at least one piece of information to be displayed from the answer information, determine target display information corresponding to each piece of information to be displayed, obtain at least one target display information, and display the at least one target display information. In this way, because the terminal device can determine at least one search method that matches the question information, the terminal device can accurately and quickly obtain the answer to the question based on the search method, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of the search answer. Furthermore, because the terminal device can determine the answer to the question based on the answer information obtained by each search method, the reliability of the search answer can be improved. Based on the embodiment shown in FIG2 , the following, in conjunction with FIG7 , details the method for processing the question information according to at least one search method to obtain the answer information corresponding to the question information in the above-mentioned question-and-answer search method. FIG7 is a schematic diagram of a method for determining answer information provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG7 , the method flow includes:

[0006] S70E obtains sub-answer information corresponding to each search method, obtaining at least one sub-answer information. The sub-answer information is obtained by processing the question information through the search method. For example, if the terminal device determines that the search method corresponding to the question information is full-network resource mining, the terminal device may process the question information based on the full-network resource mining method to obtain sub-answer information corresponding to the question information. For example, if the terminal device determines that the search method corresponding to the question information is full-network resource mining and structured data query, the terminal device may process the question information based on the full-network resource mining method to obtain sub-answer information 1, or the terminal device may process the question information based on the structured data query method to obtain sub-answer information 2. It should be noted that the terminal device may process the question information through the search method to obtain sub-answer information based on any feasible implementation method, and this embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to this.

[0007] S702. Determine the number of at least one sub-answer information. It should be noted that a single search method may also yield multiple sub-answer information. For example, if the search method corresponding to the question information is full-network resource mining, the terminal device may process the question information based on the full-network resource mining method to obtain one or multiple sub-answer information. This is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure. Optionally, the terminal device may determine the number of at least one sub-answer information based on any feasible implementation method. [0008] S703. Determine the answer information corresponding to the question information based on the number of at least one sub-answer information and the at least one sub-answer information. The terminal device determines the answer information corresponding to the question information based on the number of at least one sub-answer information and the at least one sub-answer information. There are two situations: Scenario 1: The number of sub-answer information is 1. If the number of at least one sub-answer information is 1, the terminal device may determine the sub-answer information as the answer information. For example, if the terminal device processes the question information based on a search method and obtains only one sub-answer information, the terminal device may determine the sub-answer information as the answer information corresponding to the question information. Scenario 2: The number of sub-answer information is greater than 1. If the number of at least one sub-answer information is greater than 1, the terminal device may determine the similarity between the multiple sub-answer information and determine the answer information based on the similarity between the multiple sub-answer information. For example, if the terminal device processes the question information based on multiple search methods and obtains multiple sub-answer information, the terminal device may summarize and aggregate the multiple sub-answer information to obtain the answer information corresponding to the question information. Optionally, the terminal device may determine the similarity between multiple sub-answers based on a similarity algorithm. For example, if the sub-answer information includes text, the terminal device may calculate the text similarity between the sub-answers to obtain the similarity between the sub-answers. If the sub-answer information includes images, the terminal device may calculate the image similarity between the sub-answers to obtain the similarity between the sub-answers. If the sub-answer information includes videos, the terminal device may determine the similarity between the videos (the similarity between the sub-answers) based on the similarity between the video titles. The terminal device may also determine the similarity between videos based on any other feasible implementation method, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that in this case, before determining the similarity between the sub-answers, the terminal device may determine the type of the sub-answer information. Sub-answer information of the same type has similarity, while sub-answer information of different types has zero similarity. For example, if the terminal device determines that the sub-answer information corresponding to the question information includes text, image, and video, the terminal device can calculate the similarity between texts, the similarity between images, and the similarity between videos respectively, where the similarity between text and image is 0, the similarity between text and video is 0, and the similarity between image and video is also 0.Optionally, the terminal device determines the answer information based on the similarity between at least one sub-answer information. Specifically, the terminal device may group the at least one sub-answer information based on the similarity between the at least one sub-answer information to obtain at least one sub-answer information group, determine the target sub-answer information corresponding to each sub-answer information group, and determine that the answer information includes the target sub-answer information corresponding to each sub-answer information group. The similarity between each sub-answer information in the sub-answer information group is greater than or equal to a preset similarity. For example, if the sub-answer information is text 1, text 2, an image, and a video, and the similarity between text 1 and text 2 is greater than a preset threshold, the terminal device may determine three sub-answer information groups: the first sub-answer information group includes text 1 and text 2, the second sub-answer information group includes the image, and the third sub-answer information group includes the video. The process of determining sub-answer information groups is described below with reference to FIG8 . FIG8 is a schematic diagram of a process for determining sub-answer information groups according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG8 includes sub-answer 1, sub-answer 2, sub-answer 3, and sub-answer 4. Sub-answer 1 includes the text "The world's highest peak is Mount Everest," sub-answer 2 includes the text "Mount Everest is the highest of all mountains," sub-answer 3 includes an image of Mount Everest, and sub-answer 4 includes a video introducing world-famous mountains. Referring to Figure 8 , a terminal device (not shown in Figure 8 ) can determine that the textual similarity between sub-answers 1 and 2 is greater than a preset threshold. Since sub-answer 3 is an image and sub-answer 4 is a video, the similarity between sub-answer 3 and sub-answers 1, 2, and 3 is less than the preset threshold, and the similarity between sub-answer 4 and sub-answers 1 and 2 is less than the preset threshold. Referring to Figure 8 , the terminal device can derive sub-answer groups A, B, and C based on the similarities between the sub-answers. Sub-answer group A includes sub-answers 1 and 2, sub-answer group B includes sub-answer 3 (an image of Mount Everest), and sub-answer group C includes sub-answer 4 (a video introducing world-famous mountains). In this way, the terminal device can accurately group the sub-answer information based on the similarity between them, thereby increasing the diversity of the answer information and improving the accuracy of the answers. Optionally, the target sub-answer information can be the answer extracted by the terminal device from the sub-answer information group. For example, if the sub-answer information group includes multiple texts, the terminal device can summarize, summarize, and integrate the multiple texts to obtain the target sub-answer information corresponding to the sub-answer information group. This can avoid duplicate display of answers and improve the display quality of the answers. For example, if a sub-answer information group includes multiple images, the terminal device may filter the multiple images (at least one image may be arbitrarily selected, or the selection may be based on information such as image resolution, which is not limited in this embodiment) to obtain target sub-answer information corresponding to the sub-answer information group. For example, if a sub-answer information group includes multiple videos, the terminal device may filter the multiple videos (at least one video may be arbitrarily selected, or the selection may be based on information such as video clarity and frame rate, which is not limited in this embodiment) to obtain target sub-answer information corresponding to the sub-answer information group. Optionally, the terminal device may determine that the answer information corresponding to the question information includes the target sub-answer information corresponding to each sub-answer information group. For example, if the target sub-answer information for sub-answer information group A is text, the target sub-answer information for sub-answer information group B is an image, and the target sub-answer information for sub-answer information group C is a video, the terminal device may determine that the answer information corresponding to the question information includes text, images, and videos. An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for determining answer information. This method obtains sub-answer information corresponding to each search method, obtains at least one sub-answer information, and determines the number of at least one sub-answer information. If the number of at least one sub-answer information is one, the terminal device may determine the sub-answer information as the answer information. If the number of at least one sub-answer information is greater than one, the terminal device may determine the similarity between the multiple sub-answer information and determine the answer information based on the similarity between the multiple sub-answer information. In this way, the terminal device can summarize and summarize answers obtained from multiple search methods, increasing the diversity and accuracy of answers. Based on any of the above embodiments, the process of the question-and-answer search method will be described in detail below in conjunction with Figure 9. Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the process of a question-and-answer search method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to Figure 9, a terminal device is included. The display page of the terminal device is a search page, which includes a search bar and a search control. A user enters the question "Is Mount Everest the highest peak?" in the search bar and clicks the search control. The terminal device can determine that the search method corresponding to this question is a full-network resource mining method and a structured data query method. Referring to Figure 9, the terminal device processes the question information based on the full-network resource mining method, obtaining sub-answers 1 and 3. Sub-answer 1 is the text "The world's highest peak is Mount Everest," and sub-answer 3 is an image of Mount Everest. The terminal device processes the question information based on the structured data query method, obtaining sub-answers 2 and 4. Sub-answer 2 is the text "Mount Everest is the highest peak of all mountains," and sub-answer 4 is a video introducing famous mountains around the world.Referring to Figure 9 , the terminal device divides sub-answers 1, 2, 3, and 4 into sub-answer group A, sub-answer group B, and sub-answer group C based on the similarities between them. Sub-answer group A includes sub-answers 1 and 2, sub-answer group B includes sub-answer 3, and sub-answer group C includes sub-answer 4. Referring to Figure 9 , the terminal device can determine that the target sub-answer information corresponding to sub-answer group A is the text "Mount Everest is the highest peak." The terminal device can determine that the target sub-answer information corresponding to sub-answer group B is an image of Mount Everest. The terminal device can determine that the target sub-answer information corresponding to sub-answer group C is a video introducing world-famous mountains. Referring to Figure 9 , the terminal device can display the answers on a display page, where answer 1 is the text "Mount Everest is the highest peak," answer 2 is an image of Mount Everest, and answer 3 is a video introducing world-famous mountains and the key frame: the 5th second (i.e., the introduction to Mount Everest begins at the 5th second). When the user clicks the keyframe at the 5th second, the terminal device can play the 5th second of a video introducing world-famous mountains. In this way, because the terminal device can determine at least one search method that matches the question information, it can accurately and quickly obtain the answer to the question based on the search method, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of the searched answer. Furthermore, because the terminal device can comprehensively determine the answer to the question information based on the answer information obtained from each search method, the reliability of the searched answer can be improved.
