Description

[0001] ONLINE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM USING RFID CHIP TECHNOLOGY

[0002] IN THE MENTIONED TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] Online health care consultation system using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip technology is a system that coordinates the functions of consulting, health care, electronic prescription, establishing health records including prescribing and selling drugs with the application of information technology in health care. This solution focuses on identifying and managing objects in patient health care activities, including but not all objects such as doctors, patients, hospitals, pharmacies, drug sellers (pharmacists, pharmacy intermediates, drug sales staff), testing units and technicians. This system provides important functions such as health consultation, prescription, testing, electronic prescription (online and offline). By this system, the subjects establish data through the identification system by chip cards using RFID technology to confirm accurately the counseling, prescribing care, buying, selling, exchanging and trading drugs. With this solution, the important point is to determine who consulted, examined and prescribed the drug, who sold the drug, if the drug is still expired, and if the drug is on the list of drugs managed by the Ministry of Health (pharmacological toxicity, drug group A, B or C) and the drug buyer will always know who is transporting (delivering) the drug so that the drug reaches the patient with the exact type and quantity of drug prescribed by the doctor. Through this system, drug sales, drug exchanges and transactions are extremely transparent... thereby improving management efficiency through increased security, safety and cost reduction.

[0004] TECHNICAL STATUS OF THE INVENTION

[0005] In a period of rapid development of information technology, the application of science and technology to life, production and business activities is an inevitable trend. Therefore, current drug trading in Vietnam is also affected by the following technological trends in drug trading activities in the world and in Vietnam:

[0006] In the world: The activities of selling drugs and advising patients on their use at drug retail establishments play an important role in health care for people in the community. However, selling drugs and consulting on drug use, if not done correctly, can directly affect the patient's health. Therefore, studying the consulting and dispensing of drug sellers in retail establishments will help to find out the remaining problems, from there, it is possible to give appropriate solutions to improve service quality at drug retail establishments.

[0007] There have been many studies conducted in many countries to evaluate the actual drug selling activities of sellers at drug retail establishments. Through data collected by research, in most countries around the world, the drug abuse and irrational use is becoming more and more common in both developed and developing countries. In the UK, 58% of drug retailers sell Paracetamol to customers in more than the prescribed dose, and 98% of establishments sell Paracetamol along with paracetamol-containing cold and flu drugs without giving any questions to buyers or giving them advice (According to Molloy Pl, Chambers R2, Cork T 2016. In other countries such as the United States or New Zealand, there is an increase in Paracetamol consumption. Overuse of antibiotics has become a serious problem globally. Even in Europe, where antibiotics are not allowed in pharmacies, the patients can still buy and use antibiotics without a prescription. Some countries in Europe are using three times more antibiotics per capita than other countries. [According to WHO The World Medicines Situation Report, Geneva: WHO]. In Kenya, 52% of sellers sell antibiotics to customers without a prescription, and half of them admit that they agree to sell antibiotics to customers under the demand of customers [According to Dishon Muloi, and many authors, "A cross-sectional survey of practices and knowledge among antibiotic retailers in Nairobi, Kenya"_2019]. In Southern India, the prevalence of antibiotic use is 22%. [Anandhasayanam Aravamuthan, WHO: "Assessment of current prescribing practices using WHO core drug use and complementary indicators in selected rural community pharmacies in Southern India_2016]. In addition, drugs for chronic diseases are also being used at a higher rate outside of hospitals and are expected to increase significantly if drugs are available to buyers. Many studies have been carried out to evaluate the actual drug dispensation of the sellers at drug retail establishments. The basis of assessment is implemented through the patient care index of the World Health Organization (WHO) (Patient Care Indicators). According to the results of a study conducted in Ethiopia in 2019, the rate of drugs with proper labeling is 22.7%. [According to Desalegn Birara Mamo, Belete Kassa Alemu (2020), "Rational Drug-Use Evaluation Based on World Health Organization Core Drug-Use Indicators in a Tertiary Referral Hospital, Northeast Ethiopia: A Cross-Sectional Study"] This rate is also similar to results of studies conducted in other countries such as India (18.5%), Ghana (26.0%), ... at a low level. The rate of patients who know information about dosage, frequency of use, method of use, and effects of the drug also varies between countries, but is all high (>80%). The percentage of patients who received information about the side effects of the drug was still low.

[0008] In Viet Nam: Due to convenience as well as their habits, people tend to go to drug retail establishments to buy over-the-counter drugs for self-treatment instead of going to the hospital or seeing a doctor for examination, advice and specific prescriptions. Therefore, drug retailers have an important role in and responsibility for consulting, dispensing and guiding drug use. Many studies have been conducted to evaluate the actual drug selling activities of drug sellers at drug retail establishments in different localities across the country. The results of these studies show that in many places, drug sellers have not yet fully exploited information about drug users as well as given specific advice and instructions for drug users. 26.7% - 90% of buyers were asked by drug sellers about drug users, especially, in a study conducted in Thanh Hoa province in 2014, this rate was only 6.5%. [Bui Hong Thuy, Evaluation of the operation of pharmacies meeting GPP principles and standards (Good Pharmacy Practice) in Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province in 2012, Hanoi University of Pharmacy_2014] the rate of buyers with exploited information about disease symptoms also varies between localities, from 33% - 100%. The buyers are mainly advised by drug sellers about dosage, frequency of use and time of use. However, information related to treatment time or undesirable effects and handling method is ignored by many sellers (30%).

[0009] Studies have also been conducted to survey the current situation of drug dispensary at drug retail establishments, reflecting the inadequate dispensary of drugs. Abuse in the sale of antibiotics and other prescription drugs occurs in many places across the country. According to a survey conducted at a number of drug retail establishments in Hanoi city in 2016, of the drugs sold, 37% of prescription drugs were sold to customers but only 5.2% were sold when the customer had a prescription. Prescription drugs sold are mainly antibiotics (9.7%), corticosteroids (7.3%), and cardiovascular drugs (2.7%). [Tran Thi Phuong, Survey on the current status of drug sales at a number of drug retail establishments meeting GPP standards in Hanoi in 2016 Hanoi University of Pharmacy_2016] Another study in Dong Nai province in 2014 showed that the rate of sellers improperly implementing regulations on selling non-prescription drugs for simple diseases was more than 60%.

[0010] Thus, in recent years, in Vietnam as well as around the world, there have been many studies to reflect the current situation of selling drugs and consulting on drug use at pharmacies meeting GPP standards. Studies have shown that, at present, the implementation of GPP in drug retail establishments still has many shortcomings, it may be that drug sellers are not aware of the importance of applying GPP standards in the process of selling drugs as well as the lax management of authorities at all levels.

[0011] In addition, Vietnam is facing a serious shortage in the number of doctors, especially in the context of the quite low ratio of 8.6 doctors / 10,000 people compared to the world. Meanwhile, the average ratio in the world is 30 doctors / 10,000 people. This problem is especially in rural and mountainous areas, causing overcrowding patients at hospitals and medical establishments. Investment in the number of doctors to increase the ratio of doctors per capita is not feasible when Al doctors are developing in the world.

[0012] It has caused many impacts on people's health, including the understanding of health care and the drug abuse due to self-medication, in addition, the low ratio of doctors leads to overload in the treatment and prescription system, the health system is not attractive enough to attract and retain doctors in Vietnam, reducing the attractiveness of the medical industry and causing a geographical imbalance in the distribution of doctors, which leads to a number of consequences such as: People lack knowledge about health care and the right to know about diseases, leading to self-treatment or searching for unreliable information; incorrect medical advice, leading to drug abuse and improper self-medication, the absence of prompt medical intervention leads to an increase in deaths from treatable or controllable diseases. Currently, selling drugs with unclear source has become a serious problem that negatively affects public health. The spread of counterfeit drugs and substandard drugs on the market causes alarming consequences. The sale of counterfeit and substandard drugs is still common in Vietnam. Counterfeit medicinal products not only lack therapeutic effectiveness but can also endanger users' health. This is partly due to inadequate and ineffective management and control in the process of drug production, distribution and sales. However, there is still no effective solution for proving the standard drug to patients for selection.

[0013] Accessing and using drugs with unclear source threatens the user's health. Counterfeit or substandard drugs do not guarantee effective treatment and can cause serious side effects. The users cannot trust the quality and safety of these drugs.

[0014] Besides, selling non-prescription drugs leads to people's self-medication and selftreatment, causing many risks to society. This problem requires strong intervention from the government, health regulators and also the pharmaceutical industry. It is necessary to have strict policies and regulations to control the origin and quality of drugs, ensuring that only drugs manufactured and distributed in accordance with regulations are allowed to circulate in the market. The sale of drugs according to a doctor's prescription is required to ensure that users use the correct type, correct dose, and under control. Selfdiagnosis of diseases, incorrect dosages or unsafe drug interactions can lead to users having bad health conditions and causing financial waste.

[0015] Furthermore, selling non-prescription drugs also creates opportunities for illegal drug sales and abuse of habit-forming drugs. This has a negative impact on society, causing drug addiction and misuse of drugs.

[0016] This problem requires strong intervention from the government, health regulators and also the pharmaceutical industry. It is necessary to have strict policies and regulations to control the origin and quality of drugs, ensuring that only drugs manufactured and distributed in accordance with regulations are allowed to circulate in the market. At the same time, the sale of drugs according to a doctor's prescription is required to ensure that users use the drug correctly.

[0017] In Vietnam, according to GPP pharmacy practice standards, drug retailing is a professional activity of a drug retailer, including the supply and retail of drugs directly to drug users accompanied by giving advice and instructions on safe and effective use of drugs for users.

[0018] Drug sales activities at drug retail establishments need to comply with the following steps:

[0019] - The seller asks the buyer questions related to diseases, and drugs;

[0020] - The retailer advises the buyer on drug selection, how to use the drug, and gives verbal instructions on how to use the drug. In case there is no accompanying prescription, the Retailer must provide additional instructions for use of the drug by handwriting or typing and printing and attaching instructions to the packaging.

[0021] - Retailers provide appropriate drugs, check and compare the prescriptions of sold drugs in terms of drug label, sense of quality, quantity, and type of drug.

[0022] - Drugs are listed at the prescribed drug price and are not sold at a higher price than the listed price.

[0023] The basic steps in drug sales regulated in Vietnam are similar to a number of other processes regulated in other countries around the world, all aimed at meeting basic requirements stated in GPP standards.

[0024] With the above analysis, some advantages and limitations of trading unclearsource and non-prescription drugs will be stated as follows:

[0025] Some strong points

[0026] - Convenient and easy to access: Buying unclear-source and non-prescription drugs can allow users to access and buy drugs easily, without having to visit a doctor or pharmacy. This can be beneficial for those who need urgent drug or live in remote areas where there are not enough medical services.

[0027] - Save time and costs: Omission of the process of learning and consulting from a doctor, buying non- prescription drugs can help users save time and travel costs, medical examination and medical consultation costs.

[0028] Some weaknesses

[0029] - Health risks: The use of unclear-source and non-prescription drugs creates high health risks. Counterfeit, substandard, or ill-suited medications can have serious side effects or be ineffective.

[0030] - Self-diagnosis and self-medication: Buying non-prescription drugs leads to the risk of self-diagnosis and improper use of drugs. This can cause self-medication and self-treatment, causing financial waste and adverse effects on users’ health.

[0031] - Illegality and abuse of habit-forming drugs: The sale of non- prescription drugs facilitates illegal drug trading and abuse of habit-forming drugs. This causes negative impacts on society and community health.

[0032] - Lack of control and management: With the absence of strict regulation and control, the sale of unclear-source and non-prescription drugs easily leads to the circulation of unsafe and substandard drugs in the market.

[0033] - To address these weaknesses, there is a need for collaboration between governments, health regulators and the pharmaceutical industry to put in place strict policies and regulations, strengthen control and traceability of drugs, and increase medical advice and education for users on the safe and correct use of drugs.

[0034] TECHNICAL NATURE OF THE INVENTION The online healthcare consultation system using RFID chip technology according to this invention will identify and indicate participants in the system such as: doctors, patients, hospitals, pharmacies, partner units (testing, healthcare consulting, transportation, payment), etc. all of these objects will be identified by close contact of RFID chip tags. Thereby, they (the aforementioned subjects) will be responsible in the system for their role to improve the effectiveness of treatment, care, monitoring and sales of drugs. The system according to this invention provides important functions such as consultation, care, treatment or purchasing drug (online or offline) with the type, quantity, and quality of the drug, according to the prescription prescribed by the doctor in accordance with regulations on drug management in Vietnam (Circular 04 / 2022 / TT- BYT providing regulations on prescribing drugs in electronic form and Circular 08 / 2022 / TT-BYT on Medicines and functional foods to be stamped with Traceability label).

[0035] The identification system consists of an ISO 14443 -compliant RFID chip card, each with a non-duplicated and unique UID identifier. This identification RFID chip card is issued by the system to system participants such as: doctors, pharmacies including pharmacists managing or selling drugs, transportation units, payment units, testing units and patients... as soon as they register successfully.

[0036] The card is interfaced with a phone with a chip that reads data through 13.56 Mhz radio waves. After correctly identifying the object in the process, the system will confirm the participant in the system through the identification card.

[0037] Objectives of system:

[0045] (2) Settlement of counterfeit and substandard drugs

[0046] - This system helps solve the problem of counterfeit and substandard drugs by attaching an identification chip on each drug box. Each pharmacy store will be issued an RFID chip identification card to identify the person responsible for this prescription and medicinal product.

[0047] - By attaching an identification chip on the drug box, the system creates a detailed and reliable tracking system to track the delivery of the drug from the manufacturer to the consumer. Every time a box of drug is sold, information about that drug box is recorded and linked to the ID card of the drug store.

[0048] - Thanks to the attached RFID identification chip, this system is capable of tracking the circulation of the drug, from the manufacturer to the pharmacy store and finally to the end user who is the patient or drug purchaser. If any problem with the quality or origin of the drug is detected, the system can point out the person in charge and and take corresponding measures.

[0049] - Thereby, the invention-based system plays an important role in preventing and minimizing the circulation of counterfeit and substandard drugs on the market. This helps ensure that end users receive safe and reliable medicinal products for their health.

[0050] - Thus, the invention-based solution will ensure the quality and safety of the drug: The most important goal is to ensure that only drugs that are reliable and meet quality and safety standards are distributed on the market. Traceability of drug origins through electronic stamps and identification processes for components in the drug supply chain will help prevent the appearance of counterfeit drugs and ensure product quality.

[0051] - Ensure effective management and control: The goal is to create an effective drug management system that is capable of controlling the sale of prescription drugs. Thereby, patients can only buy drug with a prescription from a doctor, to ensure that the drug is used properly and according to the instructions of medical experts. Enhance medical consultation and education: The goal is to provide accurate information and advice about health and drug to users. This may include providing detailed information about medications, side effects, drug interactions and instructions for use. In addition, it is necessary to increase education about the importance of using drugs as prescribed by the doctor and limit arbitrarily using drugs. Detect and handle violations: The goal is to create mechanisms to detect and handle violations in the illegal sale of drugs. Health management agencies need to be able to inspect and handle violations of regulations on drug sales and apply appropriate sanctions to ensure compliance with the law and ensure user safety.

[0052] (3) Electronic prescribing helps develop Al (Artificial Intelligence) in the healthcare industry and prevent health insurance fraud.

[0053] - Electronic prescribing plays an important role in solving many difficult problems in the medical field. Here are two key issues improved by e-prescribing:

[0054] - Improving health of all people and developing artificial intelligence: E- prescribing allows the integration of health data on cards, creating an important system for developing artificial intelligence in the medical industry. Thanks to complete and accurate health data, artificial intelligence systems can analyze and provide better diagnostic and treatment solutions. This helps improve the quality of health care and benefits the community.

[0055] - Managing fraud in health insurance: E-prescribing helps monitor and manage health insurance fraud, such as the creation of fake medical records and fake prescriptions to profit from health insurance funds. By using RFID chip cards for health management, the regulatory and insurance agencies can check and verify information accurately and efficiently. This helps prevent false prescribing and other fraudulent practices, ensures that health insurance funds are used for the right purposes, and protects the health of the entire population.

[0109] - RFID identification cards to authenticate the identities of parties during the process of selling drug and medical examination and treatment. RFID identification tags are devices inserted on the doctor's card, pharmacist or patient's medical book / card and on the drug bottle (can be an identification chip on the drug bottle, drug box, drug box or a whole batch of drugs produced in 1 shift). These tags contain a unique ID number that is read via radio waves from RFID readers.

[0110] As described in Figure 1, we see that after establishing (creating) data through the RFID chip card identification system, subjects will perform activities such as: Health consultation, appointment scheduling, treatment prescription, testing, drug prescription, drug purchase (online or offline) and delivery. Below introduces the groups of objects participating in the system, the data groups and the system's function groups (from function 200 to function 900) are presented specifically as follows:

[0111] Group of Participants in the System:

[0112] Doctor (110):

[0113] Doctors (target group 110) are people who work in the medical field, are recognized by law and have practicing degrees. Doctors can operate in three different environments:

[0114] - Online doctor (110A): This is an online operating environment where doctors can advise and examine and treat patients through online communication and media platforms. Doctors use technology to connect and interact with patients remotely, make diagnoses, prescribe electronically, and provide treatment guidance. - Doctor at medical establishments (11 OB): This is the operating environment in medical establishments such as hospitals, clinics, health care centers, and other medical establishments. Doctors receive and examine patients directly at this location, using medical equipment and technology to provide diagnosis and treatment for patients.

[0115] - Door-to-door doctor (1 IOC): This is the operating environment at the patient's residence. Doctors travel to patients' homes to conduct medical examinations and provide medical services. Operating at home makes it convenient for cases where medical care is needed directly at home or it is difficult to travel to a medical establishment.

[0116] With these three environments, Doctors have the ability to provide diverse and flexible medical care, tailored to the needs and conditions of each patient.

[0117] Patients (120):

[0118] Patients (target group of 120) are a group of people who need to access and interact with doctors and experts in the healthcare field. There are three main patient populations:

[0119] - Online patient ( 120A): This is a group of patients who need medical and health advice through an online platform. Patients can interact with doctors and experts in the healthcare field through the phone application (App) or website, to receive remote consultation, diagnosis, and treatment instructions.

Test results given by the testing center are stored and managed using a digital system, helping doctors and patients easily access and share test result information.

[0132] Using test results through a digital system helps increase accuracy, uniformity and save time in diagnosing and monitoring patient health conditions. Digital test results can also be linked and displayed in the patient's electronic health record, increasing the likelihood of accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment decisions.

[0133] Caregivers (170)

[0134] Caregivers 170 in the invention system are people responsible for monitoring and providing information about the health of people who are not able to declare their health status directly to a doctor. This is especially useful for people with memory problems or those who cannot provide details about their health status on their own. Caregivers (subject group 170) can be relatives, supervisors, or people authorized to monitor and provide health information to doctors. They are responsible for recording information about the patient's health progress and placing it in the health record. Through health records, doctors will have sufficient data to diagnose, treat and make appropriate prescriptions.

[0135] With support from caregivers 170, physicians can gain a comprehensive view of a patient's health status and make the best care decisions. This helps improve the quality of medical services and ensures that patients receive the best care based on accurate and reliable information.

[0136] Payment Units (180):

[0137] Payment units (object group 180) in the invention system are parties participating in the payment function throughout the system. The identification card issued to patients not only serves as a tool to authenticate and retrieve health information, but is also used as a means of payment. This is a new point and protection request in this invention. The card owned by the above subjects will have more than an identifying value for the participant in the system, it will also carry the health information of the card owner and be able to make payments in the system.

[0138] With the identification card, users can make payments for medical services, purchase drugs and related expenses in the system. This simplifies the payment process, eliminates the use of cash, and increases user safety and convenience.

[0139] Using identification cards as payment cards also helps record and manage data related to payment transactions. [0179] Group of System Functions;

[0180] Payment function (function 200)

[0181] The function of integrating identification cards with payment cards in the system plays an important role in creating transparency and trust in the medical field. The issue of health insurance fraud and fraud has caused many negative effects and lack of transparency in the health care system.

[0182] By integrating identification cards with payment cards, the system creates a completely transparent and reliable treatment care process within the system. Through the identification card, all transactions related to healthcare and payments will be accurately recorded and tracked. This helps prevent and detect fraud or profiteering in the payment and health insurance process.

[0183] By integrating payment cards into the system, the payment process becomes simple and convenient. Patients do not need to bring many different forms of payment, they just need to use their identification card. The payment process becomes transparent and easy to track, thereby creating trust and fairness in the healthcare system.

[0184] Medical examination and treatment functions (group of functions 300): includes Health Consulting activities (function 310); Indicative operations (function 320) include: e-prescription (320A), test orders (320B), treatment (320C)

[0185] Before giving opinions and deciding on patient care, doctors can consult with an artificial intelligence doctor (Al doctor). for accurate data and support in diagnosis and treatment. Al Doctor is part of the system of this invention, developed based on artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities and big data systems from users, patients, doctors and consultants, including caregivers... fed data into the system that creates the foundation for machine learning and from there, there is data for Al doctors to make decisions about patient examination and treatment. Al doctors are capable of analyzing and processing large amounts of data from patient health records, medical indicators, and test results. It can provide suggestions and further analysis of a patient's health condition, assisting doctors in making diagnosis and treatment decisions. Al doctors provides an objective perspective and reference information for doctors, helping to increase accuracy and efficiency in the healthcare process.

[0186] However, the final decision still belongs to the doctor, who has specialized knowledge and experience. Al Doctor is only a support and consultation tool, and the final care decision is always based on the doctor's understanding and judgment.

[0187] The medical examination function of the system in this invention's solution allows patients to connect and discuss with doctors about health status and developments. After reviewing the patient's health profile, the doctor will decide on the appropriate level (extent) to continue the health care process. Below is a detailed description of the levels:

[0188] - Consulting (310): This level corresponds to doctors providing advice and guidance to patients regarding their health conditions. Your doctor can provide advice on nutrition, healthy living, and simple self-care measures.

[0189] - Doctor's Orders Group (320): During medical examination, the patient is examined by the doctor and given a number of instructions such as: o Prescription (320A): This level refers to doctors prescribing electronic medications to patients. The doctor will evaluate the patient's health condition and provide an accurate prescription, including drug name, dosage, and instructions for use. This makes it convenient for patients to purchase medications from pharmacies or online. o Test (320B): This level involves the doctor ordering specific tests or examinations from the patient to more accurately assess the health condition. Patients will be assigned tests at partner testing centers in the system. o Treatment at a medical establishment (320C): This level applies to cases that require treatment at medical establishments or hospitals. Patients will be assigned treatment at a medical establishment affiliated with the system, where doctors and medical staff will conduct detailed treatment and health care.

[0190] The above levels help define the roles and responsibilities of doctors in consulting, prescribing, testing and treating based on the patient's health condition. This provides flexibility and personalized healthcare for each patient.

[0191] Medicine purchase function (function 400)

[0192] Function to buy drug (number 400): After receiving a prescription, patients will purchase drug in two forms: online and offline. For online electronic prescription drug purchases, this is a new solution that we pioneer in using RFID technology to identify objects. Once the doctor prescribes (online), the doctor must authenticate that he or she is the person who performed this action.

[0193] - In case of buying drug online (Group 400A), the patient must also authenticate with an identification card so that the pharmacy can provide the drug to them (based on the patient's online prescription information updated on the patient's RFID card).

[0194] - Meanwhile, buying drug at the counter / offline pharmacy (group 400B) is simpler, patients just need to bring their identification card to any pharmacy. in the system to buy prescription drugs (electronic prescriptions from doctors).

[0195] Appointment scheduling function (Function 500)

[0196] The appointment scheduling function (number 500) is what a patient or medical service user does to agree and set a specific time to meet and consult with a doctor or medical specialist. This process may include choosing a meeting date, time, and location based on suitability for both the patient and the doctor.

[0197] The main purpose of scheduling an appointment with a doctor is to create favorable conditions for patients to be examined, diagnosed, and consulted about their health condition. This process helps ensure that patients receive quality and timely medical care from medical professionals.

[0198] Appointment scheduling can be done through a variety of methods, including phone calls to the clinic, using an online scheduling app or website, or even visit the clinic in person to make an appointment. This process is often based on the arrangement and coordination between the patient's time and the doctor's availability, with the goal of creating convenience and flexibility in accessing medical services.

[0199] Test function (function 600)

[0200] Test function (600): Testing plays an important role in the doctor's diagnostic process, helping them have more accurate information to make treatment decisions. To ensure continuity in the treatment process, storing test results is very important.

[0201] Currently, communication of test results from lower level testing facilities is still difficult, in some cases, the test must be repeated because the results cannot be saved or the results are unclear, or the hospitals do not trust each other's results.

[0202] The system of this invention connects to the testing center through the API system, the test results are accurately stored on cloud data and therefore, doctors can easily access to view test results from previous lower-level testing centers without wasting additional resources, bringing great social efficiency.

[0203] Treatment function (function 700)

[0204] The treatment process and its results are not only important to patients but also contribute greatly to the development of artificial intelligence (Al) and exploiting big data in the medical field. Data collected from the treatment process not only contains information about the patient's health, but also contains the progress and results of the treatments performed.

[0205] This data plays an important role in providing valuable information for Al to analyze, learn and make better predictions, recommendations or indications in the future. Thanks to connecting to the testing center through the API system, test results are also stored in die right location on the cloud and easily accessible by doctors. This enhances the ability to diagnose and provide more accurate medical advice, while also saving time and effort in repeating tests downstream.

[0206] Furthermore, the combination of RFID technology and treatment data creates a valuable asset not only for the healthcare system but also for all humanity. Data collected from the treatment process not only provides information about the patient's health status and treatment effectiveness, but also contributes to medical research, analyzes disease trends and develops more advanced health care methods.

[0207] With the development and application of RFID technology in the healthcare system, we can collect data automatically, continuously and accurately from the treatment process. This helps us better understand the disease, increase the ability to predict and detect potential health problems early. In addition, applying artificial intelligence and big data analysis to the system helps optimize health care processes and improve the quality of medical services and create new advances and great benefits for both patients and the health system in general and public health in particular.

[0208] Health logging function (function 800)

[0209] This invention introduces an online medical examination and treatment and electronic prescription system using RFID chip technology. This system provides the function of creating, updating and recording health diaries for patients. This is the new point and protection request of this invention. Once patients register and are issued an identification card, they can use this card to access and update their health information via the website or mobile application. At the same time, through identification cards, doctors also have the right to access and update patient health information to understand the condition and conduct online medical examination and treatment.

[0210] In this invention, in addition to patients and doctors, direct caregivers (170) can also participate in updating information about the patient's health progress. This allows caregivers to record important information about the patient's condition and health progress, such as symptoms, medications taken, and test results. Providing this information helps optimize the diagnosis and treatment process, allowing doctors and medical staff to have a more comprehensive view of the patient's health condition and make appropriate treatment decisions.

[0211] Identity authentication function (function 900) The authentication function plays a key role in the entire solution system. It helps create real, simple and transparent data, contributing to building the scientific foundation of artificial intelligence in making future disease diagnoses. The invention system uses chip technology along with encryption to create authentication methods on both online and offline platforms. This puts the solution's system ahead of other systems that exist on the market.

[0212] In the health-related field, data accuracy is extremely important because it directly affects human survival. Patient trust in the doctor is an extremely important and necessary factor, and therefore, tools are needed to demonstrate and ensure the doctor's responsibility towards the patient. Using identification cards to authenticate behavior in the system is an important and groundbreaking step, creating trust and reliability for both doctors and patients.

[0213] Using chip technology and authentication processes, the solution system ensures data integrity and security, preventing tampering or fraud. This helps build a trusted and secure medical environment, where both doctors and patients can interact and share information reliably and securely.

[0214] Detailed Description of the System's Operating Procedures

[0215] According to the description of the operating process of the online health care consultation system using RFID chip technology in Figure 1, it is presented as follows:

[0216] The system is made up of two main parts, each part plays an important role in the operation of the system, including:

[0217] Function system: The system consists of functions that work together to provide services to users.

[0218] The data storage and sharing server (161) upon receiving the authenticated request

[0219] Authentication Portal (900): At the heart of the system's operation is the authentication gateway. This gateway is the entry and exit point for data, allowing the secure exchange of information between different entities. It ensures that data is received and sent exactly as intended.

[0220] Entity Connection via Identifier (164): All entities involved in the system of the present invention, including physicians, patients, hospitals, pharmacies, and other related parties, connect to the system via identification cards.
