The computer 10 has a server function and may be implemented, for example, by a single computer or by multiple computers, such as a cloud computer. In this specification, a cloud computer may refer to either a computer that uses any computer in a scalable manner to perform a specific function or a computer that includes multiple functional modules to realize a system and uses the functions in any combination. The worker terminal 3 is a terminal device managed by the worker 2 performing plant maintenance, such as a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, personal computer, or laptop computer. The number of worker terminals 3 may be any number corresponding to the number of workers 2, and is not particularly limited and can be designed as appropriate. Note that the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 may include other terminals and devices in addition to the above-mentioned computer 10 and worker terminals 3, and the number, types, and functions thereof are not particularly limited and can be designed as appropriate.

[0013] An outline of the processing steps when the plant maintenance work attention level changing system 1 outputs the work status of plant maintenance on drawing data for plant maintenance will be described.

[0014] The computer 10 acquires drawing data (step S1). The drawing data is drawing data for plant maintenance. The computer 10 acquires this drawing data from the worker terminal 3 or the like.

[0015] The computer 10 outputs the acquired drawing data (step S2). The computer 10 transmits the acquired drawing data to the worker terminal 3, displays it on the worker terminal 3, and outputs the acquired drawing data.

[0016] The computer 10 specifies a desired location on the output drawing data (step S3). The computer 10 specifies a point specified by the worker 2 or a preset point on the drawing data to be output as the desired location on the output drawing data.

[0017] The computer 10 links the placement data to the specified desired location and places it on the drawing data (step S4). The placement data is data to be placed on the drawing data. The computer 10 links the placement data to the specified desired location and places it on the drawing data near the desired location.

[0018] The computer 10 acquires status data indicating the work status of the plant maintenance related to the allocated allocation data (step S5). The computer 10 acquires the work status input by the worker 2 at the worker terminal 3 or the result of the determination of the work status as status data.

[0019] The computer 10 changes the attention level of the placed placement data based on the acquired status data (step S6). The computer 10 changes at least one of the color, size, and shape of the placement data based on the acquired work status, thereby changing the attention level of the placed placement data.

[0020] The computer 10 outputs the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed. The computer 10 transmits the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed to the worker terminal 3, displays it on the worker terminal 3, and outputs the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed.

[0021] The above is an overview of the plant maintenance work attention level changing system 1. The plant maintenance work attention level changing system 1 enables workers to visually grasp the work status of plant maintenance.

[0022] [Device Configuration] FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1. The device configuration of the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 will be described with reference to FIG. 2. The plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 is a system that outputs the work status of plant maintenance on drawing data for plant maintenance, and is configured with at least a computer 10. In this embodiment, the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 is configured with the computer 10 and a worker terminal 3 managed by a worker 2. The plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 is a system in which the computer 10 is connected to the worker terminal 3 so as to be able to communicate data with them via a network 8, such as a public line network. Note that the number of worker terminals 3 in the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 can be designed appropriately depending on the number of workers 2 and is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1 may include other terminals and devices in addition to the computer 10 and the worker terminal 3, and the number, type, and functions of the other terminals and devices can be designed appropriately.

[0023] The computer 10 has a server function and may be realized by, for example, a single computer or by multiple computers such as a cloud computer. The computer 10 includes, as a control unit, a central processing unit (CPU), a graphics processing unit (GPU), a random access memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), etc., and, as a communication unit, a device for enabling communication with other terminals and devices, a drawing data acquisition unit 11 for acquiring drawing data, an output unit 12 for outputting the acquired drawing data, and a status data acquisition unit 13 for acquiring status data indicating the work status of plant maintenance related to the arranged placement data. The computer 10 also includes, as a memory unit, a data storage unit such as a hard disk, a semiconductor memory, a recording medium, a memory card, etc. The computer 10 includes, as processing units, various devices that execute various processes, a designation unit 14 that designates a desired location on the output drawing data, a placement unit 15 that links the placement data to the designated desired location and places it on top of the drawing data, and a modification unit 16 that changes the attention level of the placed placement data based on the acquired status data.

[0024] In the computer 10, the control unit loads a predetermined program to cooperate with the communication unit to realize a drawing data acquisition module, an output module, and a status data acquisition module. Also, in the computer 10, the control unit loads a predetermined program to cooperate with the memory unit to realize a memory module. Also, in the computer 10, the control unit loads a predetermined program to cooperate with the processing unit to realize a creation module, a designation module, a placement module, a judgment module, a status data acquisition module, and a change module.

[0025] The worker terminal 3 is a terminal device managed by the worker 2 performing plant maintenance, such as the terminal device described above. The worker terminal 3 includes a CPU, GPU, RAM, ROM, etc. as a terminal control unit, a device that enables communication with other terminals and devices, etc. as a communication unit, and various devices that receive predetermined inputs and input / output various data and drawings, etc. as an input / output unit.

[0026] Below, we will explain the processes executed by the plant maintenance work attention level change system 1, along with the processes executed by the above-mentioned modules. In this specification, each module may execute its processing content as its own function, or may execute it via a predetermined application.

[0027] [Drawing Data Acquisition Processing Executed by Computer 10] The drawing data acquisition processing executed by the computer 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of the drawing data acquisition processing executed by the computer 10. This drawing data acquisition processing is a detailed description of the drawing data acquisition processing (step S1) for acquiring drawing data.

[0028] The drawing data acquisition module acquires drawing data (step S10). The drawing data is data on drawings for plant maintenance (maintenance of machinery, civil engineering, etc. that constitute the plant), and is at least one of machine drawing data for machinery maintenance and premises drawing data for civil engineering maintenance. Note that the drawing data is not limited to these, and may be data related to components that constitute the plant. The drawing data acquisition module acquires this drawing data from the worker terminal 3, etc. The worker terminal 3 transmits the drawing data stored therein to the computer 10 based on a transmission request from the computer 10, receipt of input from the worker 2, etc. The drawing data acquisition module receives this drawing data and acquires the drawing data.

[0029] The creation module creates layer data to be placed over the drawing data (step S11). The layer data is a transparent virtual sheet that is placed over the drawing data and can output icons, images, notes, etc. The creation module creates layer data that transparently displays the drawing data and places the created layer data over the drawing data. Note that the structure of the layer data is not limited to the example described above. The number of layer data is not particularly limited and may be one or multiple sheets. If there are multiple sheets, the creation module may create the number of layer data according to the content to be output, or may create a preset number of layer data regardless of the content.

[0030] The storage module stores the drawing data (step S12). The storage module stores the drawing data in which the layer data is arranged, together with the identifier of this drawing data (such as the name of the plant, the name of the site, the management number, or the ID).

[0031] The above is the drawing data acquisition process. The computer 10 can also be configured not to create layer data. In this case, the computer 10 can omit step S11 in the drawing data acquisition process and execute the attention level change process (described later) using drawing data in a state where no layer data is arranged.

[0032] [Attention Level Change Processing Executed by Computer 10] The attention level change processing executed by the computer 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of the attention level change processing executed by the computer 10. The attention level change processing includes details of an output processing (step S2) that outputs acquired drawing data, a designation processing (step S3) that designates a desired location on the output drawing data, a placement processing (step S4) that links placement data to the designated desired location and overlays it on the drawing data, a status data acquisition processing (step S5) that acquires status data that indicates the status of plant maintenance work related to the placed placement data, and a change processing (step S6) that changes the attention level of the placed placement data based on the acquired status data.

[0033] The output module outputs the acquired drawing data (step S20). The output module transmits the drawing data acquired by the drawing data acquisition process and with the layer data arranged therein to the worker terminal 3. The worker terminal 3 receives this drawing data and displays it on its own display unit. The output module outputs the acquired drawing data by displaying this drawing data on the worker terminal 3.

[0034] The designation module designates a desired location on the output drawing data (step S21). The desired location is, for example, a point on the drawing data desired by the worker 2 or a predetermined point on the drawing data. The designation module designates this desired location based on the point designated by the worker 2 or a predetermined point (see FIGS. 5 and 6). When designating the desired location, the designation module further designates work content data related to the work content, such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds, for the desired location. This work content data is designated together with the worker 2 when he / she designates the location, or is linked in advance to the set location. Note that the work content data is not limited to the above example, and can be designed as appropriate as long as it is related to plant maintenance.

[0035] A case in which the worker 2 specifies a desired location will be described with reference to FIG. 5 . FIG. 5 is a diagram schematically illustrating a state in which the worker 2 specifies a desired location 21 in the drawing data 20 displayed by the worker terminal 3. The worker terminal 3 accepts input of the desired location 21 from the worker 2 in the displayed drawing data 20. The worker 2, for example, taps on the desired location 21 to input the desired location 21 in the drawing data 20. Here, the worker 2 may input only one location or multiple locations. Furthermore, the worker terminal 3 accepts input of work content data from the worker 2 regarding work content such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds for the desired location 21. For example, after tapping on the desired location 21, the worker 2 inputs the work content data such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds for the desired location 21 by directly inputting the work content data for the desired location 21 using a virtual keyboard or by inputting options using a multiple-choice form. The worker terminal 3 identifies position information (coordinates, etc.) of the desired location 21 on the drawing data 20 for which input has been accepted. The worker terminal 3 identifies the coordinates of the desired location 21 using, for example, an XY coordinate system with an arbitrary point (an arbitrary position on the drawing data 20, etc.) as the origin, and identifies the position information of the desired location 21. The worker terminal 3 transmits this position information and work content data to the computer 10. The computer 10 receives this position information and work content data and acquires the position information and work content data of the desired location 21 designated by the worker 2. The designation module designates a point that matches the acquired position information of the desired location 21 on the drawing data 20 as the desired location on the output drawing data 20. Furthermore, the designation module designates the accepted work content data, such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds for the desired location 21, as work content data, such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds for the designated desired location.

[0036] A case in which the computer 10 specifies a desired location based on a predetermined location will be described with reference to FIG. 6 . FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state in which a desired location 31 is specified on drawing data 30, which is an enlarged portion of the drawing data 20 output by the output module to the operator terminal 3. The desired location 31 may be a location previously set on the drawing data 30, or a location where plant maintenance will actually be performed. If the desired location 31 is a location previously set on the drawing data 30, position information of the set location may be identified. If the desired location 31 is a location where plant maintenance will actually be performed, a location on the drawing data 30 corresponding to a location in the actual plant may be identified, and position information of the desired location 31 may be identified based on the identified location. The designation module identifies position information (such as coordinates) of the predetermined location on the drawing data 30. For example, the designation module uses an XY coordinate system with an arbitrary location (such as an arbitrary location on the drawing data 30) as the origin to identify the coordinates of the predetermined location, and then identifies the position information of the predetermined location. The designation module designates a point on the drawing data 30 that matches the identified position information as a desired location 31 on the output drawing data 30. Furthermore, the designation module designates work content data such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds at the designated desired location 31. The designation module designates, for example, work content data such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds that are preset for each plant as work content data such as maintenance items and measurement value thresholds at this desired location 31.

[0037] Returning to FIG. 4 , the attention level change process will be described in more detail. The placement module links the placement data to the specified desired location and overlays it on the drawing data (step S22). The placement data is data to be placed on the drawing data, and is at least one of icons (symbols, marks, illustrations, shapes, etc.), images (the image itself, thumbnails linked to the image, etc.), and memos (text, etc.). The placement data may be preset, may correspond to the maintenance content acquired in advance, or may be specified by the worker 2, a system administrator, or the like. In this specification, "linking" refers to associating the placement data to be placed at the specified desired location with this location. The placement module links the placement data to the specified desired location. The placement module overlays this placement data on the layer data placed on the drawing data and places it near the desired location (see FIG. 7 ). As a result, the placement module also links the work content data linked to the desired location where the placement data was placed to the placement data. As described above, if layer data is not created, the placement data can be placed directly on the drawing data. Furthermore, the placement module may place the placement data in the vicinity of a desired location, or may connect the desired location and the placement data with a leader line or the like, and place the placement data at any point.

[0038] The state in which the computer 10 places the placement data will be described with reference to FIG. 7 . FIG. 7 is a diagram schematically illustrating the state in which placement data 41 is placed near the desired location 31 in the drawing data 30 described above. In FIG. 7 , the placement data 41 consists of a camera icon and an arrow icon indicating the location of the desired location 31. The placement module links the placement data 41 to the desired location 31 and places the placement data 41 near the desired location 31, superimposed on the layer data placed on the drawing data 30. In this embodiment, "nearby" means that the tip of the arrow icon is in a position that at least contacts the desired location 31. Note that the location in which the placement module places the placement data on the drawing data is not limited to the example shown in FIG. Furthermore, the type of placement data is not limited to the example shown in FIG. It may be a single icon, three or more icons, or something other than an icon.

[0039] Returning to FIG. 4 , the attention level change process will be described next. The status data acquisition module acquires status data indicating the work status of the plant maintenance related to the deployed placement data (step S23). The work status indicates the state of the plant maintenance and is at least one of "not started," "ongoing," and "completed." In this specification, "not started" refers to the state before the plant maintenance work begins (the state before the actual work is performed), and is, for example, at least one of the states before the plant machinery is disassembled and before the civil engineering damage is repaired. In this specification, "ongoing" refers to the state after the plant maintenance work begins and before the end (the state while the actual work is being performed), and is, for example, at least one of the states after the plant machinery is disassembled and repaired and the civil engineering damage is repaired. In this specification, "completed" refers to the state after the plant maintenance work is completed (the state after the actual work is performed), and is, for example, at least one of the states after the plant machinery is assembled, repairs are completed and a trial run is underway, and civil engineering damage repairs are completed. The status data acquisition module acquires this status data by receiving input of the work status from the worker 2 or by determining the work status.

[0040] A case where input of a work status is received from the worker 2 will be described. The computer 10 transmits drawing data in which placement data has been placed to the worker terminal 3. The worker terminal 3 receives this drawing data and displays it on its display unit. The worker terminal 3 receives input of the work status for the placement data from the worker 2. The worker 2, for example, taps on the desired placement data to select the placement data for which the work status is to be input. The worker 2 inputs the work status for this placement data by directly inputting data using a virtual keyboard or by inputting options using a multiple-choice form. The work status input here is input as either not started, in progress, or completed. Note that it is not necessary to input a status for not started, and the status before input may be considered as not started. The worker terminal 3 transmits the received work status to the computer 10 along with location information for the placement data for which the work status input was received. The status data acquisition module receives the work status and the location information of the placement data, and acquires the work status and the location information of the placement data as status data indicating the work status of the plant maintenance related to the placed placement data. Note that the work status is not limited to the above example and can be designed as appropriate. Furthermore, if a predetermined identifier (symbol, control number, ID, etc.) is set in advance in the placement data, the status data acquisition module may acquire this identifier instead of the location information.

[0041] A case where a work status is determined will be described. The computer 10 transmits drawing data in which placement data has been arranged to the worker terminal 3. The worker terminal 3 receives the drawing data and displays it on its display. The worker terminal 3 accepts input of the work status for the placement data from the worker 2. The worker 2, for example, taps on the desired placement data to select the placement data for which the work status is to be input. The worker 2 inputs the work status for the placement data by directly inputting the work status using a virtual keyboard or by inputting options using a multiple-choice form. The work status here refers to the execution status of a preset maintenance item or a predetermined measurement value of a plant machine or civil engineering project. The worker terminal 3 transmits the accepted work status to the computer 10 along with location information of the placement data for which the work status input was accepted. The computer 10 receives the work status and the location information of the placement data. Note that if a predetermined identifier (such as a symbol, control number, or ID) is set in advance in the placement data, the computer 10 may acquire this identifier instead of the location information. The judgment module judges the work status. The judgment module judges the work status based on the completion status of the maintenance items set in the placement data, whether the measured values are within the normal value range, etc. The status data acquisition module acquires this judgment result as status data indicating the work status of the plant maintenance related to the placed placement data. Specifically, the status data acquisition module determines that the work has not started if all maintenance items are incomplete or if no measurements have been input, and acquires "not started" as this status data. The status data acquisition module determines that the work is in progress if any of the maintenance items are incomplete or if the measured values are not within the normal value range, and acquires "in progress" as this status data.Furthermore, if all maintenance items are completed and the measurement values are within the normal range, the status data acquisition module determines that the work is complete, and acquires "completion" as this status data. Note that the work status determined by the determination module is not limited to the above-described example and can be designed as appropriate. Furthermore, the method by which the determination unit determines the work status is not limited to the above-described example and can be designed as appropriate.

[0042] The change module changes the attention level of the placed placement data based on the acquired status data (step S24). The change module changes at least one of the color (hue, brightness, saturation, etc.), size (enlarged, reduced, etc.), and shape (prominent shape, inconspicuous shape, etc.) of the placement data to change the attention level. The change module changes the attention level of the placement data based on the acquired work status. The change module changes the attention level of the placement data to different levels for each work status: not started, in progress, and completed (see FIG. 8). Here, the change module may change the attention level to a more prominent level (highlighted color, enlarged, prominent shape, etc.) in the order of not started, in progress, and completed, or conversely, to a less prominent level (subdued color, reduced, inconspicuous shape, etc.). The change module may also change the attention level regardless of the order of work status.

[0043] The state in which the computer 10 has changed the attention level of placement data will be described with reference to FIG. 8 . FIG. 8 is a diagram schematically illustrating a state in which the attention level of placement data 41 placed in the above-described drawing data 30 has been changed. In the diagram, placement data 51 is in an unstarted state, placement data 52 is in an in-progress state, and placement data 53 is in a completed state. The change module identifies the work status of each piece of placement data 41 based on the acquired status data. The change module classifies the placement data 41 into the work statuses of unstarted, in-progress, and completed. The change module changes the attention level of the placement data 41 classified as unstarted, to make it placement data 51. The change module changes the attention level of the placement data 41 classified as in-progress, to make it placement data 52. The change module changes the attention level of the placement data 41 classified as completed, and sets it as placement data 53. The change module changes the color as a method of changing the attention level of the placement data 51 to 53. That is, the change module changes the colors of the camera icon and arrow icon in placement data 51, the camera icon and arrow icon in placement data 52, and the camera icon and arrow icon in placement data 53 to different colors.

[0044] Returning to Fig. 4, the attention level change process will be continued. The output module outputs the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed (step S25). The output module transmits the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed to the worker terminal 3. The worker terminal 3 receives this drawing data and displays it on its own display unit. The output module displays this drawing data on the worker terminal 3, thereby outputting the drawing data in which the placement data with the changed attention level has been placed.

[0045] This completes the attention level changing process.

[0046] The above-described means and functions are realized by a computer (including a CPU, an information processing device, and various terminals) reading and executing a predetermined program. The program may be provided, for example, from a computer via a network (Software as a Service (SaaS)) or as a cloud service. The program may also be provided in a form recorded on a computer-readable recording medium. In this case, the computer reads the program from the recording medium, transfers it to an internal or external recording device, records it, and executes it. The program may also be pre-recorded on a recording device (recording medium) and provided to the computer from the recording device via a communication line.
