[0054] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0055] FIG. 1 is a drawing for explaining a dental prosthesis design brokerage system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0056] Referring to FIG. 1, a dental prosthesis design brokerage system (1) may include a prosthesis design brokerage device (100), a client terminal (200), and a designer terminal (300).
[0057] A dental prosthesis design brokerage system (1) may be a system that provides requests and orders for prosthesis designs by connecting at least one prosthesis design brokerage device (100), at least one client terminal (200) of a prosthesis design client, and at least one designer terminal (300) of a prosthesis design designer to an Internet network (10) via wired or wireless communication.
[0058] The client for the prosthesis design can be a dental clinic or dental laboratory. The prosthesis design designer can be a dental CAD designer who creates CAD files based on intraoral scans.
[0059] FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining a dental prosthesis design mediation device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0060] The prosthesis design mediation device (100) may include a communication unit (110), a processor (120), and a memory (130).
[0061] The communication unit (110) can transmit and receive data with the client terminal (200) and the designer terminal (300) using wired and wireless communication technology.
[0062] The processor (120) can determine at least one executable operation of the prosthesis design mediation device (100). The processor (120) can then control components of the prosthesis design mediation device (120) to perform the determined operation.
[0063] The memory (130) can store data supporting various functions of the prosthesis design mediation device (100). For example, the memory (130) can store prosthesis design request information for each client and prosthesis design work history information for each designer.
[0064] FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining a method for designing a dental prosthesis according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0065] The communication unit (110) of the dental prosthesis design intermediary device (100) can receive prosthesis design request information from the client terminal (200) (S310).
[0066] The prosthesis design request information may include tooth type information for the prosthesis treatment target, prosthesis type information for the type of prosthesis being requested, request number information for identifying each prosthesis design request, processing method information for the processing method for the requested prosthesis, prosthesis shade information for the prosthesis shade, an oral scan file generated by an oral scanner, and detailed description information which is description information entered by the requester for the requested prosthesis.
[0067] Meanwhile, the request number can be combined with at least one number or symbol to protect the patient's personal information. Therefore, pseudonymization and de-identification of patient information are possible, protecting patient information during the prosthesis design process.
[0068] The dental prosthesis design intermediary device (100) can receive prosthesis request information input through the prosthesis design request information input interface (400).
[0069] FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining a prosthesis design request information input interface according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0070] The processor (120) of the dental prosthesis design intermediary device (100) can provide a prosthesis design request information input interface (400) to the client terminal (200) via the communication unit (110).
[0071] The prosthesis design request information input interface (400) may include a tooth type input interface (401) for inputting tooth type information that is the target of prosthesis treatment, a prosthesis type input interface (402) for inputting the type of prosthesis, a request number input interface (403) for identifying each prosthesis design request, a selected tooth type display interface (404) for listing and displaying selected tooth types, a processing method selection interface (405) for inputting prosthesis processing method information, a prosthesis shade input interface (406) for inputting prosthesis shade information, a detailed description input interface (407) for inputting a detailed description of the prosthesis, a phrase input interface (408) for inputting preset frequently used phrases, a file input interface (409) for attaching files including an oral scan file, and a preview interface (410) for providing a preview of the request form.
[0072] Meanwhile, the tooth selection interface (401) can display tooth graphics and tooth numbers indicated by the FDI (federation dentaire internationale) numbering system.
[0073] FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining a tooth selection interface according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0074] When a tooth selection is input from the client terminal (200), the tooth selection interface (500) can display the selected tooth so that it can be distinguished from the unselected tooth.
[0075] In addition, the tooth selection interface (500) can indicate that the teeth selected from the client terminal (200) are adjacent teeth by displaying a line connecting each tooth to indicate that it is a bridge prosthesis (501).
[0076] In addition, when the tooth selection interface (500) receives an input from the client terminal (200) to select a line connecting each tooth, it can indicate (502) that the selected teeth are to be manufactured as a single by deleting the line. Accordingly, the client can intuitively and conveniently select a tooth and whether or not to use a bridge by using the tooth selection interface (500).
[0077] Again, referring to FIG. 3, the processor (120) of the dental prosthesis design intermediary device (100) can recommend at least one prosthesis design designer to the requesting terminal (200) based on the received prosthesis design request information (S302).
[0078] FIG. 6 is a drawing for explaining a method for recommending a prosthesis design designer according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0079] Referring to FIG. 6, the processor (120) of the dental prosthesis design intermediary device (100) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth information into at least one tooth group based on at least one combination of classification criteria (S601).
[0080] At least one combination of classification criteria may include at least one classification criterion. The classification criterion may refer to a criterion that can classify dental forms into groups based on the characteristics of the dental forms.
[0081] For example, the classification criteria may include a tooth number classification criterion, an occlusal line classification criterion, anterior tooth classification criterion, a meridian classification criterion, and a tooth form classification criterion.
[0082] In addition, for example, the dental group may include various groups such as each dental number group classified based on the dental number classification standard, the maxillary group and the mandibular group classified based on the occlusal line classification standard, the incisor group and the molar group classified based on a predetermined anterior tooth classification standard, the left group and the right group classified based on the meridian classification standard, the central incisor group, the lateral incisor group, the canine group, the first premolar group, the second premolar group, the first molar group, the second molar group, and the third molar group classified based on the dental form classification standard, etc. The above-described classification standards and dental form groups are merely examples and are not limited thereto.
[0083] FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining a method for classifying a dental group according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0084] The processor (120) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth information into at least one tooth group, which is a tooth number group, based on a tooth number classification criterion. For example, the processor (120) can classify tooth number 11 into group 11.
[0085] Additionally, the processor (120) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth form information into at least one tooth form group, which is a tooth form group, based on a tooth form classification criterion. For example, the processor (120) can classify tooth form 11 into the central incisor group.
[0086] Additionally, the processor (120) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth information into at least one tooth group, namely a left and right group, based on the standard line classification criterion (701). For example, the processor (120) can classify tooth number 11 into the right group.
[0087] Additionally, the processor (120) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth information into at least one tooth group, i.e., the maxillary group or the mandibular group, based on the occlusal line classification criterion (702). For example, the processor (120) can classify tooth number 11 into the maxillary group.
[0088] Additionally, the processor (120) can classify at least one tooth included in the tooth information into at least one tooth group, which is a pre-dental group, based on the pre-dental line classification criterion (703). For example, the processor (120) can classify tooth number 11 into a pre-dental group.
[0089] Meanwhile, a tooth group may be a group in which teeth are classified based on a combination of classification criteria. The combination of tooth classification criteria may include at least one classification criterion. In addition, the combination of classification criteria may be a combination in which at least one classification criterion is applied as an AND condition. For example, if the combination of classification criteria includes an occlusal line classification criterion and a tooth form classification criterion, the processor (120) may classify tooth form No. 11 into the maxillary central incisor group. Alternatively, if the combination of classification criteria includes an occlusal line classification criterion and anterior tooth classification criterion, the processor (120) may classify tooth form No. 11 into the maxillary anterior group.
[0090] Referring again to FIG. 6, the processor (120) can acquire at least one designer having a work history for at least one classified dental group (S602). The processor (120) can recommend information about the acquired at least one designer to the requesting terminal (200) via the communication unit (110).
[0091] The processor (120) can acquire at least one designer having a work history for at least one dental group based on the work history information of each of at least one designer stored in the memory (130).
[0092] For example, if the tooth pattern included in the request information is tooth pattern number 11, the processor (120) can obtain information about designer 'A' who has a work history for tooth pattern group number 11 classified based on the tooth pattern number classification criterion, which is a first classification criterion combination. In addition, the processor (120) can obtain information about designer 'B' who has a work history for maxillary central incisor group classified based on the occlusal line classification criterion and tooth pattern shape classification criterion, which are a second classification criterion combination. In addition, the processor (120) can obtain information about designer 'C' who has a work history for maxillary anterior group classified based on the occlusal line classification criterion and anterior tooth classification criterion, which are a third classification criterion combination.
[0093] Meanwhile, in another embodiment, if the designer's work history information is insufficient, the processor (120) may not be able to obtain information about a designer who has a work history for the 11th tooth group classified based on the tooth number classification criterion, which is the first classification criterion combination. In this case, the processor (120) may obtain information about a designer who has a work history for the classified tooth group by applying other classification criterion combinations, such as the second classification criterion combination and the third classification criterion combination. That is, the processor (120) may sequentially apply multiple classification criterion combinations until it obtains a designer who has a work history for the classified tooth group. Accordingly, the prosthesis design mediation device (100) may recommend a designer who has a work history similar to the request, even for a request including various tooth types.
[0094] Additionally, the processor (120) can determine the recommendation order of at least one designer based on the priority recommendation order assigned to each of at least one combination of classification criteria (S603).
[0095] Referring to the example described above, the first classification criterion combination, the tooth number classification criterion, can be given priority as 1st, the second classification criterion combination, the occlusal line classification criterion and tooth form classification criterion, can be given priority as 2nd, and the third classification criterion combination, the occlusal line classification criterion and anterior tooth classification criterion, can be given priority as 3rd, and the designers 'A', 'B', and 'C' obtained according to each classification criterion can be recommended as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively, based on the corresponding priorities.
[0096] In addition, the processor (120) can determine the recommendation order based on whether the type of prosthesis in the request information and the type of prosthesis in the work history of each of the plurality of designers are the same when the recommendation order of the plurality of designers is the same.
[0097] Meanwhile, the processor (120) can provide at least one piece of designer information and recommendation ranking to the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110) (S604).
[0098] FIG. 8 is a drawing for explaining a designer recommendation interface according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0099] Referring to FIG. 8, the processor (120) can provide a designer recommendation interface (800) including at least one designer information and a recommendation ranking to the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110).
[0100] The designer recommendation interface (800) can display designer information (801, 802, 803) in the order of recommendation ranking of each of the recommended multiple designers.
[0101] Again, referring to FIG. 3, the communication unit (110) of the prosthesis design mediation device (100) can receive at least one piece of selected designer information from the client terminal (200) (S303).
[0102] A prosthesis design client can select a designer to whom a quotation request will be made through a designer recommendation interface (800) provided on the client terminal (200).
[0103] The client terminal (200) can transmit at least one piece of selected designer information to the prosthesis design mediation device (100), and the prosthesis design mediation device (100) can receive at least one piece of selected designer information from the client terminal (200).
[0104] Meanwhile, the processor (120) of the prosthesis design mediation device (100) can generate recommended quotation information including at least one of a delivery request price, a quotation request expiration time, or a delivery deadline time based on at least one selected designer information or request information, and provide the generated recommended quotation information to the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110) (S304).
[0105] The processor (120) can generate a delivery request price based on selected designer information and request information.
[0106] The processor (120) may generate a delivery request price based on the number of each tooth type, tooth type group (e.g., tooth type number group, tooth type group, tooth pre-dental group, etc.) or prosthesis type information included in the request information, and the quotation response price information according to the tooth type and prosthesis type included in the work history of the selected designer. In this case, the processor (120) may set the average quotation response price for the tooth type group and prosthesis type of the selected designer as the delivery request price. Therefore, the matching success rate can be increased by allowing the client to understand the delivery request price for matching with the selected designer.
[0107] Meanwhile, the processor (120) can generate a quotation request expiration time based on the selected designer information.
[0108] The processor (120) can obtain the average quote response time of the selected designer based on the quote history information of the selected designer and generate the average quote response time as the quote request expiration time. Therefore, by allowing the client to identify the quote request expiration time required to be matched with the selected designer, the matching success rate can be increased.
[0109] Meanwhile, the processor (120) can generate a delivery deadline based on the selected designer information and request information.
[0110] The processor (120) can generate a delivery deadline based on the number of each tooth form, tooth form group (e.g., tooth form number group, tooth form shape group, tooth form precursor group, etc.) or prosthesis type information included in the request information, and the delivery completion time according to the tooth form group and prosthesis type included in the work history of the selected designer. In this case, the processor (120) can set the average delivery deadline time for the tooth form group and prosthesis type of the selected designer as the delivery deadline time. Therefore, the matching success rate can be increased by allowing the requester to understand the delivery deadline for matching with the selected designer.
[0111] Meanwhile, the processor (120) of the prosthesis design mediation device (100) can provide a quotation request information input interface (900) including recommended quotation information to the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110).
[0112] FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a quotation request information input interface according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0113] Referring to FIG. 9, the quotation information input interface (900) may include a delivery deadline input interface (901), a preferred CAD software input interface (902), a quotation request expiration time input interface (904), and a delivery request price input interface (905).
[0114] Meanwhile, recommended quotation information may be displayed in the delivery deadline input interface (901), the quotation request expiration time input interface (904), and the delivery request price input interface (905).
[0115] Meanwhile, the communication unit (110) of the prosthesis design mediation device (100) can receive quotation request information provided from the client terminal (200) to the designer terminal (300), transmit the quotation request information to the designer terminal (300), and receive quotation response information for the quotation request information from the designer terminal (300) (S305).
[0116] The quote response information may include information about the designer's quote proposals and rejections in response to the client's quote request.
[0117] The quotation response information may include representative CAD file information set by the designer terminal (300). The representative CAD file may be a file that allows the designer to show the client an example of completed work. Furthermore, the processor (120) may provide the representative CAD file information to the client terminal (200) via a viewer interface. The viewer interface is an interface that allows the client terminal (200) to view the CAD file through server-side rendering without having to download the CAD file itself. Therefore, leakage of the representative CAD file can be prevented.
[0118] Meanwhile, the processor (120) can provide quotation response information to the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110).
[0119] Meanwhile, the processor (120) can receive matching acceptance information from the client terminal (200) through the communication unit (110) and perform matching between the client and the designer (S306).
[0120] The matching acceptance information may include quote response information selected from the client terminal (200). The matching acceptance information may also include information regarding modified quote details.
[0121] FIG. 10 is a drawing for explaining a matching performance method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0122] When matching a client and a designer, the processor (120) sequentially performs the quotation confirmation step, electronic contract step, request receipt step, CAD file upload step, payment step, and file receipt step, thereby mediating the prosthesis design between the client of the dental prosthesis design and the dental prosthesis design designer.
