Abstract
Description
Smart drawing creation system and method
[0001] The present invention relates to a smart drawing generation system and method, and more particularly, to a technology for generating a smart drawing through a process of automatically extracting various element data from an irregular drawing.
[0002] Traditional drawing work was primarily done using CAD software or by hand. For these irregular drawings, extracting and utilizing the various element data displayed on the drawing was cumbersome and time-consuming.
[0003] For example, if the irregular drawing is a parking lot drawing, parking spaces and entry / exit areas may be displayed in various forms depending on the drawing style of the drawing creator, so there may be many errors when the computer recognizes this as element data within the parking lot, and even if an artificial intelligence model is utilized, there is a disadvantage in that a lot of learning data is required.
[0004] Also, in the case of a single parking lot with a small number of parking spaces, it may be possible to sufficiently extract element data manually, but recently, the size and shape of buildings have become more diverse, and parking lots are generally composed of multiple floors rather than a single floor. If this is expanded to numerous buildings and a smart drawing is to be created, it will be impossible for a person to manually extract element data one by one.
[0005] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a smart drawing creation system and method that can selectively apply and utilize various types of element data on an irregular drawing by repeatedly performing a process of automatically extracting and subtracting multiple element data from an irregular drawing.
[0006] However, the problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems described above, and other problems may exist.
[0007] A smart drawing generation method based on extraction of irregular drawing elements according to a first aspect of the present invention for solving the above-described problem comprises the steps of: receiving an irregular drawing prepared in advance; extracting and subtracting at least one target element data from among a plurality of element data included in the irregular drawing; and, when extraction and subtraction of target element data from the irregular drawing are completed, configuring a smart drawing based on the extracted and subtracted element data.
[0008] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting and subtracting at least one target element data from among the plurality of element data included in the atypical drawing may include the steps of: extracting first element data from among the plurality of element data included in the atypical drawing; subtracting the extracted first element data from the atypical drawing; extracting second element data from the atypical drawing from which the first element data has been subtracted; and subtracting the extracted second element data from the atypical drawing.
[0009] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting first element data from among the plurality of element data included in the atypical drawing may include the step of extracting a parking lot from among the plurality of element data as the first element data, recognizing element data of a predetermined shape on the atypical drawing and extracting an outline; and the step of extracting an outline that satisfies a preset range from among the extracted outlines as the parking lot.
[0010] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of recognizing element data of a predetermined shape on the irregular drawing and extracting an outline of a predetermined shape may include the steps of: extracting an outline of a predetermined shape from a predetermined area on the irregular drawing; arranging a plurality of outline extraction results within the predetermined area based on a hierarchy; and setting relationship information between inner and outer outlines of the aligned outline extraction results.
[0011] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting an outline satisfying a preset range among the extracted outlines as a parking surface may include a step of extracting an inner outline existing within the outline satisfying the preset range.
[0012] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting an outline satisfying a preset range from among the extracted outlines as a parking lot may include extracting the outline as a parking lot when the length or size of a discontinuous area among the pixels constituting the outline satisfying the preset range is less than a reference pixel length or size.
[0013] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting and subtracting at least one target element data from among the plurality of element data included in the atypical drawing may further include the step of extracting third element data that is not displayed on the atypical drawing based on the extracted first element data after extracting a parking surface from among the plurality of element data as the first element data.
[0014] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting the third element data may include the steps of: extracting at least one line segment having a first direction and a predetermined length and area or more on the irregular drawing from which the parking lot is extracted; extracting at least one line segment having a second direction different from the first direction and a predetermined length and area or more on the irregular drawing; setting an intersection point between the line segments having the first and second directions as a node; and extracting a combined state of the line segment and the node as the third element data, which is a road within the parking lot.
[0015] In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of extracting the third element data may include a step of grouping at least one parking space that satisfies at least one of a predetermined interval and a predetermined structure condition among the parking spaces extracted on the irregular drawing.
[0016] In addition, a smart drawing generation system according to a second aspect of the present invention includes a communication module for receiving a previously prepared non-standard drawing, a memory storing a program for extracting element data on the non-standard drawing to generate a smart drawing, and a processor for extracting and subtracting at least one target element data from among a plurality of element data included in the non-standard drawing by executing the program stored in the memory, and generating a smart drawing based on the extracted and subtracted element data when the extraction and subtraction of the target element data on the non-standard drawing is completed.
[0017] In addition, a computer program according to another aspect of the present invention is coupled with a computer as hardware to execute the smart drawing creation method, and is stored in a computer-readable recording medium.
[0018] Other specific details of the present invention are included in the detailed description and drawings.
[0019] According to the present invention described above, the task of extracting element data, previously performed manually, can be automated. This reduces work time and costs, and minimizes errors frequently encountered during manual processes, such as mistakes or subjective interpretations.
[0020] In addition, it has the advantage of ensuring consistency of extracted element data and being able to manage extracted element data by providing accurate location and attribute information.
[0021] Furthermore, since the element data extracted from smart drawings exists in digital form, it can be utilized in conjunction with various computer-based systems. For example, parking space information in a parking lot drawing can be used to automatically allocate parking spaces, calculate the number of vehicles a space can accommodate, provide necessary information to autonomous vehicles, or graphically output necessary information to other users or administrators.
[0022] Additionally, element data can be extracted to create smart drawings managed in digital form, making them easier to modify and update compared to unstructured drawings.

[0037] Hereinafter, a smart drawing creation method based on extraction of atypical drawing elements according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9b.
[0038] FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a method for generating an atypical drawing smart drawing according to one embodiment of the present invention. While each step illustrated in FIG. 1 may be understood to be performed by the atypical drawing smart drawing generation system (100) described below, the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto.
[0039] First, a pre-prepared irregular drawing is input (S110).
[0040] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing an example of an atypical drawing (200) in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] In the case of an irregular drawing (200) created through CAD or manual work, since numerous different types of element data are mixed together, it was difficult for a computer to understand and utilize the various element data on the irregular drawing (200). In particular, the expression method and grouping method on the irregular drawing (200) differed depending on the production company, such as the construction company or the construction company, making it very difficult to standardize them.
[0042] In addition, since the non-standard drawing (200) exists in the form of paper or files, it is difficult to share information or collaborate between various devices and apparatuses, and it is also impossible for multiple users to access and utilize it simultaneously.
[0043] In addition, when modifying or updating a drawing, all changes must be reflected manually, and in the case of an irregular drawing (200), since it only contains visual information, it is impossible to define relationships or attribute information between elements, and there are limitations in additional data analysis or automated processing.
[0044] To address these issues, one embodiment of the present invention aims to transform inputted, unstructured data into a smart drawing. In the description of the present invention, the unstructured drawing (200) is assumed to be a parking lot drawing.
[0045] Next, at least one target element data among the plurality of element data included in the irregular drawing (200) is extracted and subtracted (S120).
[0046] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating examples of element data according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0047] In one embodiment of the present invention, the target element data for extraction means an element indicated by a specific symbol, mark, or other identifier on an irregular drawing. For example, in the case of a parking lot drawing, the target element data that can be extracted may be, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a parking space and a road (coordinates (310), angle (320), width (width) / height (340), etc.), parking space characteristics (350), parking space groups (330), parking areas (360), road movement direction (370), and structure characteristics (380, walls, pillars, etc.). Depending on the type of drawing, various elements can be extracted as element data.
[0048] FIG. 4a and FIG. 4b are diagrams for explaining a process of extracting and subtracting multiple element data in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0049] In one embodiment of the present invention, the process of extracting and subtracting multiple element data from an irregular drawing can be automatically performed using image processing technology, pattern recognition algorithm, object recognition artificial intelligence, etc.
[0050] In one embodiment, the present invention extracts first element data from among a plurality of element data included in an atypical drawing (410), and subtracts the extracted first element data from the atypical drawing (420).
[0051] Next, second element data is extracted from the non-standard drawing from which the first element data has been subtracted (430), and the extracted second element data is subtracted from the non-standard drawing (440).
[0052] At this time, in the description of the present invention, the first element data and the second element data are not limited to a specific order. That is, the first element data may be element data that is extracted initially, or may be element data extracted after the extraction of at least one element data is completed. In addition, the second element data refers to element data extracted from an irregular drawing from which the first element data has been subtracted after the first element data has been extracted and subtracted. If the difference in characteristics between the first element data and the second element data is large, the first element data subtraction process may be omitted after or simultaneously with the extraction of the first element data, and the second element or a plurality of element data may be extracted.
[0053] Additionally, in embodiments of the present invention, the extraction order of element data may be determined according to certain conditions. For example, the extraction order of element data may be determined based on the number, complexity, and total area of element data having the same shape, form, color, etc. present on an irregular drawing. In this case, the number and area may be subject to variable weighting.
[0054] Referring to Figures 4a and 4b, parking spaces are first extracted from multiple element data from an unstructured drawing. Once the parking space extraction is complete, the extracted parking space element data is subtracted from the unstructured drawing. Subtracting parking space element data from an unstructured drawing further simplifies the drawing, enabling the computer to recognize (extract) the next element faster and with fewer errors, using fewer resources.
[0055] Columns are extracted and subtracted as second element data on an irregular drawing from which parking lot element data has been subtracted. This process can be repeated as many times as necessary or a preset number of times to generate a smart drawing (450). In this case, the preset number of times may match the number of element data types.
[0056] FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b are diagrams for explaining a process of extracting parking lot element data in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0057] In the case of a parking lot, since parking spaces are the most numerous and important elements, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first element data extracted first may be a parking space. Referring to FIG. 5a, in the case of a parking space, an outline for recognizing element data of a predetermined shape is extracted from an original irregular drawing (510) (520), and among the extracted outlines, an outline that satisfies a preset range (size, shape, etc.) may be extracted as a parking space (530). At this time, one embodiment of the present invention may apply not only a rectangle recognition algorithm but also multiple outline recognition algorithms. For example, it is possible to recognize element data of various shapes such as polygons, circles, ellipses, and straight lines by applying a contour-based recognition algorithm, a Hough transform algorithm, a template matching algorithm, and other deep learning-based algorithms. In addition, in the case of elements other than a parking space, the shape of the recognized outline is not necessarily limited to a rectangle.
[0058] Referring to Fig. 5b, the method for extracting the outline of a parking lot element will be described in more detail. First, an outline of a predetermined shape is extracted from a predetermined area on an irregular drawing (540). At this time, the predetermined area may be a window set to have a certain size. That is, although one embodiment of the present invention may perform outline extraction targeting the entire area of the irregular drawing, it requires excessive computer resources, so the entire irregular drawing may be divided into predetermined areas and the outline may be extracted. Meanwhile, the predetermined area does not necessarily have to be set to be smaller than the irregular drawing, and of course, it can be set to the entire area of the irregular drawing depending on the computer resources.
[0059] In the outline process, one embodiment of the present invention can hierarchically sort multiple outline extraction results within a given area according to a hierarchical structure. Furthermore, relationship information between the inner and outer outlines of the sorted outline extraction results can be established.
[0060] For example, the contour extraction results can be sorted by size, and this can be sorted in the form of an array. In this case, the array can be expressed in the structure [next contour, previous contour, inner contour, outer contour]. For example, the next contour of contour 0 is contour 1, and since there is no previous or inner contour, it can be expressed as -1, and the outer contour corresponds to contour 4.
[0061] When the outline extraction results are sorted in this way, the outlines among the extracted outlines that satisfy the preset range are set as parking surfaces (550). In the example of Fig. 5b, rectangles that fall within a specific range are displayed as distinct, and rectangles that do not satisfy the specific range are not recognized separately.
[0062] Meanwhile, in the example described above, the present invention extracts element data included in a predetermined area window. In this process, all target element data can be extracted from a first predetermined area. Next, element data identical to the element data extracted through the first predetermined area are extracted from the remaining n-1 predetermined areas excluding the first predetermined area.
[0063] Next, it is determined whether non-extracted element data exists for the second predetermined area, and if so, non-extracted element data is additionally extracted for n-2 predetermined areas.
[0064] By performing this process up to a predetermined area, the present invention has the advantage of being able to extract element data more quickly for the entire area of an irregular drawing.
[0065] Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention may utilize additional information to further improve the recognition accuracy of element data. Figures 6a to 6c are diagrams illustrating additional information applicable to extracting element data in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0066] First, referring to FIG. 6A, one embodiment of the present invention extracts an inner contour within a contour that satisfies a preset range to extract a parking space during the contour extraction process. Furthermore, if an inner contour within the inner contour has a size range corresponding to a car stopper configured within the parking space, the contour satisfying the preset range can be extracted as a parking space.
[0067] In addition, one embodiment of the present invention determines whether there is a discontinuous pixel area among pixels forming an outline that satisfies a predetermined shape element condition and a preset range, and if there is, if the size of the discontinuous pixel area is less than a reference pixel size, an outline corresponding to the preset range can be extracted as a parking lot (610). Meanwhile, the discontinuous pixels can be converted into an outline of continuous pixels approximated by a predetermined shape element, and the outline can be finally extracted as a parking lot.
[0068] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, when there are multiple outlines that satisfy a preset length or size range as in FIG. 6b, the parking space can be recognized by further considering the ratio information of the square (620).
[0069] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, when a parking space is extracted and subtracted as the first element data as shown in FIG. 6c and then a pillar is extracted as the second element data, in order to more accurately recognize whether it is a pillar or not, in the case of a square outline existing between the parking spaces extracted as the element data and the parking spaces, it can be extracted as pillar element data (630).
[0070] As such, one embodiment of the present invention can improve the efficiency and accuracy of element data extraction by utilizing various additional information during the process of extracting and confirming element data. Specifically, the additional information enables accurate and automated extraction of elements such as parking spaces and pillars as element data, and enhances consistency and reliability during the element data extraction process.
[0071] FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a process for extracting non-exposed element data (road) on an amorphous drawing in one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a process for extracting non-exposed element data (parking lot group) on an amorphous drawing in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0072] Meanwhile, when the irregular drawing is a parking lot, it's natural that the parking spaces within the parking lot should be accurately displayed. However, in many cases, the roads leading to the parking spaces aren't displayed separately. In this case, humans would naturally perceive the area between parking spaces, with a width corresponding to the size of the vehicles, as a road (or vehicle path) within the parking lot. However, for computers, this is not displayed, making it impossible to recognize it as element data.
[0073] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention extracts a parking surface as first element data among a plurality of element data, and then extracts third element data that is not displayed on an irregular drawing based on the extracted first element data.
[0074] Specifically, in order to extract a road within a parking lot as third element data as a third element, one embodiment of the present invention extracts at least one line segment having a first direction and a certain length and area or more on an irregular drawing from which a parking lot has been extracted (710). In addition, at least one line segment having a second direction different from the first direction and a certain length and area or more on the irregular drawing is extracted (720). In the case of the example of Fig. 7, first, six line segments having a certain length and area in a horizontal direction in the first direction were extracted, and two line segments having a certain length and area in a vertical direction in the second direction were extracted. For reference, the extracted line segments are indicated by hatching to be distinguished. In the line segment extraction process, various conditions other than length and area may be further utilized as needed.
[0075] Next, after setting the intersection point between the line segments having the extracted first and second directions as a node (730-1), the combined state of the line segment and the node (730-2) can be extracted as the third element data, which is the road (730-2) in the parking lot (730).
[0076] In this way, one embodiment of the present invention extracts parking spaces as element data, and then constructs a smart drawing by extracting roads, which are hidden elements within the parking lot, as element data based on the extracted parking space element data. This can provide the advantage of enabling a computer to recognize roads within the parking lot even in hidden areas, and accurately distinguish between roads and parking spaces.
[0077] Referring to FIG. 8, one embodiment of the present invention can group at least one parking space within a predetermined interval among parking spaces extracted from an irregular drawing as third element data to be extracted as third element data (810). Alternatively or separately, grouping can be performed targeting at least one parking space satisfying a predetermined structural condition. In this case, the predetermined structural condition may be element data extracted from an irregular drawing, and refers to, for example, location conditions with respect to pillars, entrances and exits, and roads.
[0078] This is a process of grouping adjacent parking spaces on an irregular drawing, and the grouped parking spaces refer to parking spaces that are connected to each other or are located in close proximity. By extracting parking space groups as element data, one embodiment of the present invention can improve user convenience. That is, the user has the advantage of easily identifying parking space groups within a parking lot and quickly checking and understanding the structure and layout of the parking space through each group. This can provide high efficiency, such as calling parking spaces according to groups, such as parking spaces between A and B pillars or parking spaces right in front of escalator entrances and exits, when parking lot users or drivers select or move to a parking space.
[0079] Additionally, parking space groups can be clearly distinguished from roads within the parking lot on the application GUI, allowing users to clearly distinguish vehicle movement and parking routes. Furthermore, parking space groups can enhance the UX / UI visibility of the smart drawing (820). Parking space groups can be managed with different group IDs as needed, and each group can be differentiated by color, pattern, and label. Differentiated colors, patterns, and labels allow users to quickly understand the parking lot drawing and easily access necessary information.
[0080] Next, when the extraction and subtraction of target element data on the irregular drawing is completed, a smart drawing is constructed based on the extracted element data (S130).
[0081] FIGS. 9A and 9B are drawings for explaining a smart drawing generated in one embodiment of the present invention.
[0082] Smart drawings are constructed through repeated extraction and subtraction of element data from an unstructured drawing. Smart drawings contain various extracted element data and can accurately represent information such as location, size, and attributes for each element.
[0083] Once element data extraction is complete, the smart drawing layout can be configured based on the extracted element data, and any additional information or functions can be included in the smart drawing. Smart drawings exist in a digital format that is easy to modify and offers a variety of features, and can be integrated with other systems or applications as needed.
[0084] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 9a, each element data can be managed as a text message including information such as ID, coordinates, and type (910), and as illustrated in FIG. 9b, the text message can be graphically provided as needed, and all or part of the element data can be selected on the graphical screen and then easily converted back into a text message and configured (920). In principle, the text message is managed for each element data, but of course, it can also be managed in a form that includes all or part of each element data.
[0085] Meanwhile, in the above description, steps S110 to S130 may be further divided into additional steps or combined into fewer steps, depending on the implementation of the present invention. Furthermore, some steps may be omitted as needed, and the order of the steps may be changed. Furthermore, even if other omitted details are present, the contents of FIGS. 1 to 9b may also be applied to the contents of the smart drawing generation system (100) of FIG. 10, which will be described later.
[0086] FIG. 10 is a block diagram of a smart drawing creation system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0089] A program for extracting element data on an irregular drawing and creating a smart drawing is stored in the memory (120), and the processor (130) executes the program stored in the memory (120).
[0090] Here, memory (120) refers to a non-volatile storage device and a volatile storage device that maintains stored information even when power is not supplied. In addition, such codes may further include memory reference-related codes regarding which location (address address) of the internal or external memory of the computer should reference additional information or media necessary for the processor of the computer to execute the functions. [0094] The above storage medium refers to a medium that stores data semi-permanently and can be read by a device, rather than a medium that stores data for a short period of time, such as a register, cache, or memory.
