Description

Massage device with adjustable length of leg massage part

[0001] The present invention relates to a massage device capable of adjusting the length of a leg massage part, and more particularly, to a massage device capable of freely adjusting the length of the leg by separately driving a foot massage part and a calf massage part.

[0002] Massage is a medical auxiliary therapy that regulates the body's tone, helps blood circulation, and relieves fatigue by applying various forms of mechanical stimulation to parts of the body, such as kneading, pressing, pulling, tapping, or moving the body.

[0003] The growing demand for massage has led to a surge in demand for massage devices or appliances that offer artificial massage functions, driven by economic and time constraints. In other words, as demand grows for massage to relieve fatigue and stress by loosening tense muscles, a variety of time- and cost-effective massage devices are being released.

[0004] Recently, people's interest in health has increased, and massage devices are evolving from simply providing massage functions to electronic devices that provide various additional functions and / or medical functions.

[0005] Meanwhile, the massage device provides a massage function to the user's legs, but there was a problem in that the massage effect was reduced because the user's calf massage part and foot massage part were fixed and moved together, making it difficult to reflect the user's various leg lengths.

[0006] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a massage device capable of adjusting the length of a leg massage part, which can freely adjust the elongation and / or expansion distance of the leg massage part according to the length of the user's legs by independently moving the calf massage part and the foot massage part, thereby improving the massage effect.

[0007] However, the problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems described above, and include problems that can be easily understood by a person having ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention pertains from this specification and the attached drawings.

[0140] Specifically, the shaft portion (2110) can be rotatably connected on both sides to the frame portion (1100), specifically, the seat frame (1120). A hinge bracket (not shown in the drawing) to which both sides of the shaft portion (2110) can be connected can be formed on the seat frame (1120).

[0141] The hinge bracket according to one embodiment of the present invention is formed integrally with the seat frame (1120), but is not limited thereto. It may be formed separately from the seat frame (1120) and may be subject to various modifications, such as being combined with the seat frame (1120).

[0142] Referring to FIGS. 2, 5 to 7, a shaft portion (2110) according to one embodiment of the present invention is rotatably connected to a frame portion (1100) and can be hinged (or rotated) clockwise and / or counterclockwise with respect to a preset rotation center axis (AX1).

[0143] Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the rotational center axis (AX1) of the shaft portion (2110) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be formed identically to the longitudinal center axis of the shaft portion (2110).

[0144] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a shaft portion (2110) can be coupled to a leg base body (2150), and the leg base body (2150) can receive power generated from a hinge driving portion (2700) to be described later and rotate around the longitudinal central axis of the shaft portion (2110) as a rotational central axis (AX1).

[0145] Accordingly, the leg base body (2150) to which the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) are movably connected can rotate clockwise and / or counterclockwise with respect to the frame unit (1100), specifically the seat frame (1120), with respect to the rotation center axis (AX1).

[0146] That is, when the leg massage part (2000) is rotated forward or backward (based on the user (10) seated on the massage device (100)) based on the rotational center axis (AX1) formed identically to the longitudinal center axis of the shaft part (2110), there is an effect of being able to adjust the leg angle when the leg massage function is provided through the massage device (100).

[0147] A seat frame (1120) may be formed with a groove (drawing symbol not set) in which a leg base portion (2100), specifically a shaft portion (2110), can be seated, and a shaft cover (drawing symbol not set) may cover the shaft portion (2110) seated in the groove and be fastened to the groove.

[0148] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7 and 12, a shaft portion (2110) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a shaft body (2111), a shaft retaining portion (2113), and a fastening member (2117).

[0149] The shaft body (2111) is formed to extend along the length direction, is connected to the leg base body (2150), and can form a rotation center axis (AX1) of the leg base body (2150).

[0150] The shaft body (2111) may be formed of metal and / or plastic material. When the shaft body (2111) is formed of plastic material, the leg massage part (2000) and the massage device (100) can be made lighter.

[0151] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft body (2111) is coupled to the leg base body (2150) and can rotate together when the leg base body (2150) rotates by receiving power from the hinge driving unit (2700).

[0152] However, it is not limited to this, and various modifications can be implemented, such as the leg base body (2150) and the shaft body (2111) rotating relative to each other within the technical concept that the longitudinal central axis of the shaft body (2111) forms the rotational central axis (AX1) of the leg massage part (2000).

[0153] Since the shaft body (2111) is connected to the leg base body (2150), the leg base body (2150) and the calf massage part (2200) and foot massage part (2300) movably connected to the leg base body (2150) can be hinged clockwise and / or counterclockwise with respect to the frame part (1100) with the longitudinal center axis of the shaft body (2111) as the rotation center axis (AX1).

[0154] That is, when a user (10) is seated on a massage device (100), the leg massage unit (2000) that receives the user's (10) legs can be hinged at a preset angle.

[0155] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the shaft body (2111) can be rotatably connected to the shaft retaining portion (2113). Specifically, both sides of the shaft body (2111) can be connected to a pair of shaft retaining portions (2113).

[0156] Referring to FIG. 7, the shaft body (2111) can be inserted into the insertion groove (2114) formed in the shaft bearing portion (2113).

[0157] The insertion groove (2114) can be formed with a depth preset in the shaft-bearing portion (2113), and the end of the shaft body (2111) can be inserted into the insertion groove (2114) formed in the shaft-bearing portion (2113).

[0158] The end of the shaft body (2111) can be rotatably positioned inside the insertion groove (2114) formed in the shaft bearing portion (2113).

[0159] As an optional embodiment, the outer surface of the shaft body (2111) may be in surface contact with the inner surface of the insertion groove (2114) formed in the shaft housing (2113). As a result, the shaft body (2111) can rotate while maintaining the rotational center axis (AX1) within the insertion groove (2114).

[0160] Referring to FIG. 7, both ends of a shaft body (2111) according to one embodiment of the present invention are rotatably connected to a pair of shaft retaining portions (2113) and can be inserted into insertion grooves (2114) formed in each of the pair of shaft retaining portions (2113).

[0161] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the shaft bearing portion (2113) according to one embodiment of the present invention is disposed between the shaft body (2111) and the frame portion (1100), and can support the rotation of the shaft body (2111).

[0162] A plurality of congratulatory seals (2113) may be provided, and the plurality of congratulatory seals (2113) may be connected to each of the two ends of the shaft body (2111). The congratulatory seals (2113) may be formed of a plastic material.

[0163] This has the effect of making it possible to reduce the weight of the leg massage unit (2000) and the massage device (100).

[0164] Referring to Fig. 7, the shaft body (2111) may be formed with an insertion groove (2114) having a depth preset so that the shaft body (2111) can be inserted into the shaft insertion groove (2113). The depth-direction central axis of the insertion groove (2114) may be formed to be identical to the length-direction central axis of the shaft body (2111).

[0165] One end of the shaft body (2111) can be inserted into the insertion groove (2114), and the shaft body (2111) can be rotatably positioned inside the insertion groove (2114). In addition, since the shaft body (2111) is inserted into the insertion groove (2114), the shaft body (2111) can rotate while maintaining the rotational center axis (AX1).

[0166] In addition, the leg base part (2100) coupled with the shaft body (2111) and the calf massage part (2200) and foot massage part (2300) coupled to the leg base part (2100) have a hinge-able effect.

[0167] Referring to FIG. 6, a fastening hole (2115) may be formed through the congratulatory seal (2113) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0168] The fastening hole (2115) formed in the concentric ring (2113) can be arranged to overlap with a hole (not shown in the drawing) formed in the frame (1100), specifically, a seat frame (1120), and a fastening member (2117) to be described later can penetrate the fastening hole (2115) and the hole formed in the seat frame (1120) to fasten the concentric ring (2113) and the seat frame (1120).

[0169] The coupling center axis (AX2) of the fastening member (2117) can form a preset angle with the rotation center axis (AX1) of the leg massage part (2000). Specifically, the coupling center axis (AX2) and the rotation center axis (AX1) can be perpendicular.

[0170] The insertion groove (2114) formed in the congratulatory holder (2113) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be spaced apart from the fastening hole (2115) by a preset distance.

[0171] Specifically, the shaft body (2111) is inserted into the insertion groove (2114) formed in the congratulatory groove (2113) to the depth of the insertion groove (2114), and since the end of the insertion groove (2114) is spaced apart from the fastening hole (2115), the shaft body (2111) can be prevented from interfering with the fastening member (2117) penetrating the fastening hole (2115).

[0172] In addition, one side of the congratulatory seal (2113) is fixed to the frame (1100), specifically the seat frame (1120), through a fastening member (2117), and an insertion groove (2114) is formed on the other side opposite thereto, into which the shaft body (2111) can be rotatably inserted.

[0173] In addition, since the insertion groove (2114) formed in the congratulatory groove (2113) is formed to surround the outer surface of the shaft body (2111) and one side is positioned and fixed to the frame (1100), specifically the seat frame (1120), a separate cover member for covering the shaft body (2111) is not required, thereby simplifying the hinge structure of the leg massage part (2000).

[0174] As an optional embodiment, a shaft bracket (2113) is arranged on a hinge bracket formed on a seat frame (1120), and a shaft cover (not shown in the drawing) rotatably connected to the hinge bracket covers the shaft bracket (2113), thereby providing an effect of stably maintaining the longitudinal center axis of the shaft bracket (2113) and the shaft body (2111).

[0175] Referring to FIG. 6, a fastening member (2117) according to one embodiment of the present invention penetrates and fastens the axial support portion (2113) and the frame portion (1100), specifically the seat frame (1120), and can fasten the axial support portion (2113) and the seat frame (1120) by passing through a fastening hole portion (2115) formed in the axial support portion (2113) and a hole portion formed in the seat frame (1120).

[0176] The fastening member (2117) according to one embodiment of the present invention is a bolt type, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made within the technical concept of being able to position and fix one side of the axial support member (2113) to the frame member (1100), specifically, the seat frame (1120).

[0177] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a fastening member (2117) may be spaced apart from a shaft body (2111) inserted into an insertion groove (2114) formed in a shaft-bearing portion (2113).

[0178] That is, as the fastening hole (2115) formed in the concentric ring (2113) is spaced apart from the insertion groove (2114), the fastening member (2117) passing through the fastening hole (2115) is also spaced apart from the insertion groove (2114), and has the effect of being spaced apart from the shaft body (2111) that can be inserted into the insertion groove (2114).

[0179] As a result, in a state where one side of the congratulatory support member (2113) is fixed in position to the frame member (1100), specifically the seat frame (1120), the shaft body (2111) inserted into the insertion groove (2114) formed on the other side opposite thereto can freely rotate while being spaced apart from the fastening member (2117).

[0277] The fixed shaft (2410) may have threads formed along the outer circumference. A screw groove may be formed on each inner circumference of the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) that are in surface contact with the outer circumference of the fixed shaft (2410).

[0278] The fixed shaft (2410) and the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) can be connected by a screw connection method, and when power is generated in the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450), the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) can move on the fixed shaft (2410).

[0279] A fixed shaft (2410) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be positioned and fixed to the leg base body (2150). Specifically, the fixed shaft (2410) may be positioned and fixed to the leg base body (2150) so as not to rotate about the longitudinal central axis.

[0280] As a result, even if the fixed shaft (2410) does not rotate or move, the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) can move on the fixed shaft (2410) by the power generated from the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450), respectively.

[0281] In addition, as the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) to be described later are coupled with the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300), the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300) coupled to the first driving body part (2430) and the second driving body part (2450) respectively have the effect of being able to move stably on the leg base part (2100).

[0282] Referring to FIG. 6, the first driving body part (2430) can be connected to the calf massage part (2200), specifically, the lower part (based on FIG. 6) of the first connecting part (2210). The first driving body part (2430) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), and since the first driving body part (2430) is connected to the lower part of the first connecting part (2210), the calf massage part (2200), specifically, the upper part of the first connecting part (2210), can move to a position that is relatively higher than the upper part of the fixed shaft (2410), thereby effectively stretching the user's hip joint.

[0283] Also, referring to FIG. 6, the second driving body part (2450) can be connected to the foot massage part (2300), specifically, the upper part of the second connection part (2310) (based on FIG. 6). The second driving body part (2450) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), and since the second driving body part (2450) is connected to the upper part of the second connection part (2310), the foot massage part (2300), specifically, the lower part of the second connection part (2310), can move to a position relatively lower than the lower part of the fixed shaft (2410), thereby providing the effect of enabling a wider range of leg stretching. Referring to FIG. 7, the fixed shaft (2410) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be arranged at the center of the leg base body (2150) and arranged between a plurality of guide parts (2151).

[0284] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 11, a first driving body (2430) according to one embodiment of the present invention is connected to a calf massage unit (2200) and is movable on a fixed shaft (2410).

[0285] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, a first driving body unit (2430) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a first driving source unit (2431), a first moving unit (2433), a first power transmission unit (2435), a first cover housing (2437), and a first support member (2439).

[0286] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 11, a first driving source unit (2431) according to one embodiment of the present invention receives power from the outside to generate power, and can transmit the power to a first power transmission unit (2435).

[0287] The first driving source (2431) may be a motor type. Specifically, it may be formed of a linear motor, an electric motor, a DC motor, an AC motor, a linear actuator, an electric actuator, etc., but is not limited thereto.

[0288] The first driving source (2431) generates rotational force and can transmit the power to the first moving part (2433) through the first power transmission part (2435). The first moving part (2433), which will be described later, can rotate by receiving power from the first driving source (2431), and can move on the fixed shaft (2410) as the first moving part (2433) rotates, and specifically, can move linearly.

[0289] Specifically, referring to FIG. 9, the first driving source unit (2431) can generate power by receiving power from the outside and generate rotational force along a preset rotational center axis (AX4).

[0290] The rotational power generated in this way is transmitted to the first moving part (2433) through the first power transmission part (2435) connected to the first driving source part (2431), and the first moving part (2433) can rotate clockwise and / or counterclockwise based on a moving center axis (AX3) different from the rotation center axis and move on a fixed shaft (2410).

[0291] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first driving source unit (2431) is electrically connected to the control unit (1200) and can be driven by receiving an electrical signal from the control unit (1200).

[0292] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 11, a first moving part (2433) according to one embodiment of the present invention is movably connected to a fixed shaft (2410), and can move on the fixed shaft (2410) by receiving power from a first driving source part (2431).

[0293] The first moving part (2433) can be connected to the first power transmission part (2435) and can rotate by receiving power generated from the first driving source part (2431) through the first power transmission part (2435). The inner surface of the first moving part (2433) can be in surface contact with the outer surface of the fixed shaft (2410), and the first moving part (2433) and the fixed shaft (2410) can be connected by a screw connection.

[0294] Specifically, screw threads are formed along the outer circumference of the fixed shaft (2410), and a screw groove can be formed on the inner circumference of the first moving part (2433) facing the outer circumference of the fixed shaft (2410) on which the screw threads are formed to correspond to the shape of the screw threads.

[0295] As a result, the first moving part (2433) in which the screw groove is formed receives power generated from the first driving source part (2431) through the first power transmission part (2435) to rotate, and can move linearly along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 6) on a fixed shaft (2410) in which screw threads are formed and positioned to correspond to the screw groove.

[0296] The center of the first moving part (2433) can be located on the longitudinal central axis of the fixed shaft (2410), and the first moving part (2433) can rotate clockwise and / or counterclockwise with the longitudinal central axis (AX3) of the fixed shaft (2410) as the rotational center axis.

[0297] As the first moving part (2433) rotates on the fixed shaft (2410) where the position is fixed, the first moving part (2433) can move linearly in a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 9) on the fixed shaft (2410). As the first moving part (2433) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), the first cover housing (2437) and the calf massage part (2200) to be described later can move together.

[0298] From another perspective, there is an effect in which the calf massage part (2200) can move on the leg base part (2100) as the first moving part (2433) moves on the fixed shaft (2410).

[0299] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 10, a first power transmission unit (2435) according to one embodiment of the present invention connects a first driving source unit (2431) and a first moving unit (2433), and can transmit power generated from the first driving source unit (2431) to the first moving unit (2433).

[0300] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first power transmission unit (2435) is formed in the shape of an endless track belt and can connect the first moving unit (2433) and the first driving source unit (2431).

[0301] The first power transmission unit (2435) can transmit power generated from the first driving source unit (2431), specifically, rotational power, to the rotational power of the first moving unit (2433).

[0302] Specifically, referring to FIG. 9, a first power transmission unit (2435) according to one embodiment of the present invention transmits a rotational force generated from a first driving source unit (2431) and formed along a preset rotational center axis (AX4) to a first moving unit (2433), and the first moving unit (2433) can be rotated clockwise and / or counterclockwise based on a moving center axis (AX3) different from the rotational center axis (AX4).

[0303] In the present invention, the first power transmission unit (2435) is formed in a belt shape, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications, such as forming it in a rack-and-pinion gear manner, are possible within the technical concept of being able to transmit power generated from the first driving source unit (2431) to the first moving unit (2433).

[0304] Referring to FIGS. 7, 9, and 11, a first cover housing (2437) according to one embodiment of the present invention can cover a first moving part (2433), and the first moving part (2433) can be rotatably connected to the first cover housing (2437).

[0305] Referring to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the first cover housing (2437) accommodates the first moving part (2433), and holes (drawing symbol not set) can be formed on both sides (upper and lower sides based on FIG. 10) through which a fixed shaft (2410) can pass.

[0306] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, a first cover housing (2437) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be connected to a calf massage unit (2200), specifically, a first connection unit (2210).

[0307] Referring to FIG. 7, the first cover housing (2437) can be connected to the first connecting body (2211), specifically, the first-1 body (2211a).

[0308] Accordingly, when the first moving part (2433) and the first cover housing (2437) that accommodates the first moving part (2433) move along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 9) on the fixed shaft (2410), the calf massage body (2250) that is connected to the first connecting part (2210) and on which the user's calf can rest can move together.

[0309] Referring to FIGS. 7, 9, and 11, a first cover housing (2437) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a first upper cover (2437a) and a first lower cover (2437b). At least one of the first upper cover (2437a) and the first lower cover (2437b) may be coupled to a first connecting portion (2210), specifically, a first-1 body (2211a) provided in a first connecting body (2211).

[0310] The first upper cover (2437a) is coupled to the first lower cover (2437b) and can accommodate one side (upper side as shown in FIG. 10) of the first moving part (2433). The first moving part (2433) can be rotatably connected to the first upper cover (2437a).

[0311] Referring to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, a first sensor coupling portion (2438) may be formed to protrude outward on a first upper cover (2437a) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0312] The first sensor coupling unit (2438) can be connected to the length sensor unit (2500) to be described later, specifically, the first sensor body (2530).

[0313] As a result, when the first cover housing (2437) that accommodates the first moving part (2433) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), the first sensor body (2530) can also move together, and as the first sensor body (2530) moves on the sensor plate (2510) to be described later, there is an effect of being able to sense information about the position of the calf massage part (2200).

[0314] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first sensor coupling unit (2438) is formed on the first upper cover (2437a), but is not limited thereto, and various modifications are possible, such as being formed on the first lower cover (2437b) within the technical concept of being able to move together with the first cover housing (2437) in which the first moving unit (2433) is accommodated.

[0315] In addition, the first sensor coupling part (2438) can be modified to be positioned in various locations close to the sensor plate (2510), such as being coupled to the upper and lower parts as well as the front, rear, and side parts of the first cover housing (2437).

[0316] The first lower cover (2437b) is coupled to the first upper cover (2437a) with the first moving part (2433) interposed therebetween, and can accommodate the other side (lower side as shown in FIG. 10) of the first moving part (2433) opposite to the side accommodated by the first upper cover (2437a). The first moving part (2433) can be rotatably connected to the first lower cover (2437b).

[0317] Since the first upper cover (2437a) and the first lower cover (2437b) accommodate the first moving part (2433), the first moving part (2433) can stably rotate on the fixed shaft (2410) and be supported so as to move along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 9).

[0318] A groove (not specified in the drawing) for accommodating a first support member (2439), which will be described later, may be formed in the first upper cover (2437a) and the first lower cover (2437b). Since the first support member (2439) is positioned in the groove and can come into contact with the first moving member (2433), there is an effect of stably supporting the rotation of the first moving member (2433).

[0319] In addition, the friction between the first cover housing (2437) and the first moving part (2433) can be reduced due to the first support member (2439), and damage to the first moving part (2433) and the first cover housing (2437) due to such friction can be prevented.

[0320] Referring to FIG. 10, a plurality of first support members (2439) according to one embodiment of the present invention are provided, and can be respectively placed on the first upper cover (2437a) and the first lower cover (2437b), and are respectively connected to both sides (upper and lower sides based on FIG. 10) of the first moving part (2433) and can support the rotation of the first moving part (2433).

[0321] As an optional embodiment, the first support member (2439) may be formed in a bearing manner, and may specifically be a ball bearing.

[0322] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8 and 11, the second driving body (2450) according to one embodiment of the present invention is connected to the foot massage unit (2300) and is movable on a fixed shaft (2410).

[0323] A second driving body unit (2450) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a second driving source unit (2451), a second moving unit (2453), a second power transmission unit (2455), a second cover housing (2457), and a second support member (2459).

[0324] Referring to FIG. 6, a second driving source unit (2451) according to one embodiment of the present invention receives power from the outside to generate power, and can transmit the power to a second power transmission unit (2455).

[0325] The second driving source (2451) may be a motor type. Specifically, it may be formed of a linear motor, an electric motor, a DC motor, an AC motor, a linear actuator, an electric actuator, etc., but is not limited thereto.

[0326] The second driving source (2451) generates rotational force and can transmit power to the second moving part (2453) through the second power transmission part (2455). The second moving part (2453) can rotate by receiving power from the second driving source (2451), and can move linearly on the fixed shaft (2410) as the second moving part (2453) rotates.

[0327] Specifically, referring to FIG. 7, the second driving source unit (2451) can generate power by receiving power from the outside and generate rotational force along a preset rotational center axis.

[0328] The rotational force generated in this way is transmitted to the second moving part (2453) through the second power transmission part (2455) connected to the second driving source part (2451), and the second moving part (2453) can rotate clockwise and / or counterclockwise based on a moving center axis (AX3) different from the rotation center axis and move on the fixed shaft (2410).

[0329] The second driving source unit (2451) according to one embodiment of the present invention is electrically connected to the control unit (1200) and can be driven by receiving an electrical signal from the control unit (1200).

[0330] Referring to FIGS. 6, 8, and 10, a second moving part (2453) according to one embodiment of the present invention is movably connected to a fixed shaft (2410), and can move on the fixed shaft (2410) by receiving power from a second driving source part (2451).

[0331] The second moving part (2453) can be connected to the second power transmission part (2455) and can rotate by receiving power generated from the second driving source part (2451) through the second power transmission part (2455). The inner surface of the second moving part (2453) can be in surface contact with the outer surface of the fixed shaft (2410), and the second moving part (2453) and the fixed shaft (2410) can be connected by a screw connection.

[0332] Specifically, screw threads may be formed along the outer circumference of the fixed shaft (2410), and a screw groove may be formed on the inner circumference of the second moving part (2453) facing the outer circumference of the fixed shaft (2410) on which the screw threads are formed to correspond to the shape of the screw threads.

[0333] As a result, the second moving part (2453) in which the screw groove is formed receives power generated from the second driving source part (2451) through the second power transmission part (2455) to rotate, and can move linearly along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 6) on a fixed shaft (2410) in which screw threads are formed and positioned to correspond to the screw groove.

[0334] The center of the second moving part (2453) can be located on the longitudinal central axis of the fixed shaft (2410), and the second moving part (2453) can rotate clockwise and / or counterclockwise with the longitudinal central axis of the fixed shaft (2410) as the rotational center axis.

[0335] As the second moving part (2453) rotates on the fixed shaft (2410) where the position is fixed, the second moving part (2453) can move linearly in a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 6) on the fixed shaft (2410). As the second moving part (2453) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), the second cover housing (2457) and the foot massage part (2300) to be described later can move together.

[0336] From another perspective, there is an effect in which the foot massage part (2300) can move on the leg base part (2100) as the second moving part (2453) moves on the fixed shaft (2410).

[0337] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8 and 11, a second power transmission unit (2455) according to one embodiment of the present invention connects a second driving source unit (2451) and a second moving unit (2453), and can transmit power generated from the second driving source unit (2451) to the second moving unit (2453).

[0338] The second power transmission unit (2455) according to one embodiment of the present invention is formed in the shape of an endless track-type belt, and can transmit the power generated from the second driving source unit (2451), specifically, the rotational force, to the rotational force of the second moving unit (2453).

[0339] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a second power transmission unit (2455) according to one embodiment of the present invention transmits a rotational force generated from a second driving source unit (2451) and formed along a preset rotational center axis to a second moving unit (2453), and the second moving unit (2453) can be rotated clockwise and / or counterclockwise based on a moving center axis (AX3) different from the rotational center axis.

[0340] In the present invention, the second power transmission unit (2455) is formed in a belt shape, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications, such as forming it in a rack-and-pinion gear manner, are possible within the technical concept of being able to transmit power generated from the second driving source unit (2451) to the second moving unit (2453).

[0341] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8 and 11, a second cover housing (2457) according to one embodiment of the present invention can cover a second moving part (2453), and the second moving part (2453) can be rotatably connected to the second cover housing (2457).

[0342] Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, the second cover housing (2457) accommodates the second moving part (2453), and holes (drawing symbol not set) can be formed on both sides (upper and lower sides based on FIG. 8) through which a fixed shaft (2410) can pass.

[0343] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, a second cover housing (2457) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be connected to a foot massage unit (2300), specifically, a second connection unit (2310).

[0344] Specifically, the second cover housing (2457) can be connected to the second-1 body (2311a) provided in the second connecting body (2311).

[0345] As a result, when the second moving part (2453) and the second cover housing (2457) that accommodates the second moving part (2453) move along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 8) on the fixed shaft (2410), the second connecting part (2310) is combined, and the foot massage body (2350) on which the user's foot is placed and insertable can move together.

[0346] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8 and 11, a second cover housing (2457) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a second upper cover (2457a) and a second lower cover (2457b). At least one of the second upper cover (2457a) and the second lower cover (2457b) may be coupled to a second connecting portion (2310), specifically, a second-1 body (2311a) provided in a second connecting body (2311).

[0347] The second upper cover (2457a) is coupled to the second lower cover (2457b) and can accommodate one side (upper side as shown in FIG. 11) of the second moving part (2453). The second moving part (2453) can be rotatably connected to the second upper cover (2457a).

[0348] Referring to FIG. 11, a second sensor coupling portion (2458) may be formed to protrude outward in a second upper cover (2457a) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0349] The second sensor coupling unit (2458) can be connected to the length sensor unit (2500) to be described later, specifically, the second sensor body (2550).

[0350] As a result, when the second cover housing (2457) that accommodates the second moving part (2453) moves on the fixed shaft (2410), the second sensor body (2550) can also move together, and as the second sensor body (2550) moves on the sensor plate (2510) to be described later, there is an effect of being able to sense information about the position of the foot massage part (2300).

[0351] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second sensor coupling unit (2458) is formed on the second upper cover (2457a), but is not limited thereto, and various modifications are possible, such as being formed on the second lower cover (2457b) within the technical concept of being able to move together with the second cover housing (2457) in which the second moving unit (2453) is accommodated.

[0352] In addition, the second sensor coupling part (2458) can be modified to be positioned in various locations close to the sensor plate (2510), such as being coupled to the upper and lower parts as well as the front, rear, and side parts of the second cover housing (2457).

[0353] The second lower cover (2457b) is coupled to the second upper cover (2457a) with the second moving part (2453) interposed therebetween, and can accommodate the other side (lower side as shown in FIG. 11) of the second moving part (2453) opposite to the side accommodated by the second upper cover (2457a). The second moving part (2453) can be rotatably connected to the second lower cover (2457b).

[0354] Since the second upper cover (2457a) and the second lower cover (2457b) accommodate the second moving part (2453), the second moving part (2453) can stably rotate on the fixed shaft (2410) and be supported so as to move along a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 11).

[0355] A groove (not specified in the drawing) for accommodating a second support member (2459), which will be described later, may be formed in the second upper cover (2457a) and the second lower cover (2457b). The second support member (2459) is positioned in the groove and can come into contact with the second moving member (2453), thereby providing an effect of stably supporting the rotation of the second moving member (2453).

[0356] In addition, the friction between the second cover housing (2457) and the second moving part (2453) can be reduced due to the second support member (2459), and there is an effect of preventing the second moving part (2453) and the second cover housing (2457) from being damaged due to such friction.

[0357] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of second support members (2459) are provided, and can be respectively placed on the second upper cover (2457a) and the second lower cover (2457b), and are respectively connected to both sides (upper and lower sides based on FIG. 11) of the second moving part (2453) and can support the rotation of the second moving part (2453).

[0358] As an optional embodiment, the second support member (2459) may be formed in a bearing manner, and may specifically be a ball bearing.

[0359] Referring to FIGS. 5, 7, 11, and 12, a length sensor unit (2500) according to one embodiment of the present invention measures the gap between a calf massage unit (2200) and a foot massage unit (2300), and may include a sensor plate (2510), a first sensor body (2530), and a second sensor body (2550).

[0360] A length sensor unit (2500) according to one embodiment of the present invention can measure the relative movement length between a calf massage unit (2200) and a foot massage unit (2300) that move independently on a leg base unit (2100).

[0361] The length sensor unit (2500) is electrically connected to the control unit (1200), and can transmit information about the distance between the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300), and the relative movement length between the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) to the control unit (1200) as an electrical signal.

[0362] The control unit (1200) can control the operation of the length driving unit (2400) by processing information regarding the distance between the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) and the relative movement length between the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) received from the length sensor unit (2500).

[0363] Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 11, a sensor plate (2510) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed on a leg base portion (2100), and a first sensor body (2530) and a second sensor body (2550) can move on the sensor plate (2510).

[0364] Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 11, a sensor plate (2510) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have a sensor hole (2511) formed through the longitudinal direction (upper and lower direction based on FIG. 11).

[0365] A light source generated from the first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550), which will be described later, can pass through the sensor hole (2511) formed in the sensor plate (2510), and the light source can be received by the first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550) and transmitted to the control unit (1200) as an electrical signal.

[0366] The control unit (1200) can generate information about the positions of the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) where the first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550) are installed, based on the electrical signals received from the first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550), and can control the movement of the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) by transmitting electrical signals to the first driving source unit (2431) and the second driving source unit (2451) based on the information.

[0367] Referring to FIG. 11, a first sensor body (2530) according to one embodiment of the present invention is connected to a calf massage unit (2200), is movable on a sensor plate (2510), and can sense the position of the calf massage unit (2200). The first sensor body (2530) may include a light emitting unit (not shown in the drawing) and a light receiving unit (not shown in the drawing), and may receive a light source irradiated from the light emitting unit in the light receiving unit.

[0368] Specifically, the light source irradiated from the light emitting portion can pass through the sensor hole portion (2511) formed in the sensor plate (2510) and be transmitted to the light receiving portion, thereby sensing the position of the first sensor body (2530) and the calf massage portion (2200) to which the first sensor body (2530) is connected.

[0369] Referring to FIG. 11, a second sensor body (2550) according to one embodiment of the present invention is connected to a foot massage unit (2300), is movable on a sensor plate (2510), and can sense the position of the foot massage unit (2300). The second sensor body (2550) may include a light emitting unit (not shown in the drawing) and a light receiving unit (not shown in the drawing), and may receive a light source irradiated from the light emitting unit in the light receiving unit.

[0370] Specifically, the light source irradiated from the light emitting portion can be transmitted to the light receiving portion through the sensor hole portion (2511) formed in the sensor plate (2510), thereby sensing the position of the second sensor body (2550) and the foot massage portion (2300) to which the second sensor body (2550) is connected.

[0371] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550) may have a passage slit (2531, 2551) formed in the shape of a groove, and a sensor plate (2510) may be placed on the inside of the passage slit (2531, 2551).

[0372] This has the effect of enabling the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550) to move stably on the sensor plate (2510) and preventing interference between the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550) and the sensor plate (2510).

[0373] In the present invention, the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550) irradiate and receive a light source to generate a signal regarding the position of the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300), but this is not limited to the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550), which are formed of magnets and detect changes in the magnetic field as they move on the sensor plate (2510), thereby measuring the relative movement length between the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300) moving on the leg base part (2100), and measuring changes in leg length, etc., and various modifications are possible.

[0374] As an optional embodiment, the first and second sensor bodies (2530, 2550) can be modified in various ways, such as a touch sensor, a pressure sensor, an infrared sensor, an LED sensor, a photo sensor, and an electrostatic sensor, within the technical concept of measuring the relative movement length between the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300) moving on the leg base part (2100) depending on the measurement position.

[0375] As an optional embodiment, the first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550) may be installed in the first driving source unit (2431) and the second driving source unit (2451), respectively, and may be formed in an encoder manner. The first sensor body (2530) and the second sensor body (2550) may detect the rotation of the first driving source unit (2431) and the second driving source unit (2451), respectively, to detect the relative positions of the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300).

[0376] In the present invention, the first sensor body (2530) is connected to the first driving body (2430), but is not limited thereto. Various modifications are possible, such as being connected to the lower part, upper part, side part, etc. of the first connecting part (2210) within the technical concept of preventing interference with other components including the second sensor body (2550) and being arranged close to the sensor plate (2510).

[0377] In the present invention, the second sensor body (2550) is connected to the second driving body (2450), but is not limited thereto. Various modifications are possible, such as connecting to the lower part, upper part, side part, etc. of the second connecting part (2310) within the technical concept of preventing interference with other components including the first sensor body (2530) and being arranged in close proximity to the sensor plate (2510).

[0378] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, a hinge drive unit (2700) according to one embodiment of the present invention is capable of contacting a leg base unit (2100) and can transmit power to the leg base unit (2100) to rotate the leg base unit (2100) around a preset rotation center axis (AX1).

[0379] The hinge drive unit (2700) can transmit power to the leg base unit (2100) while in contact with the leg base unit (2100). Specifically, the leg base unit (2100) can be rotated by a predetermined angle with the longitudinal central axis of the shaft unit (2110), specifically the shaft body (2111), as the rotational center axis (AX1).

[0380] As a result, the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300) connected to the leg base part (2100) rotate together, so that the angle of the leg massage part (2000) on which the leg of the user (10) using the massage device (100) is placed can be adjusted.

[0381] As an optional embodiment, a roller (not specified in the drawing symbol) may be placed at one end of the hinge driving part (2700) that can come into contact with the leg base part (2100), and since the roller comes into rolling contact with the leg base part (2100), there is an effect of reducing friction between the leg base part (2100) and the hinge driving part (2700).

[0382] Referring to FIG. 2, the hinge drive unit (2700) is an actuator type that can adjust the length in a preset direction, but is not limited thereto, and can be formed in a motor type within the technical concept of being able to rotate the leg base unit (2100) and the calf massage unit (2200) and foot massage unit (2300) coupled to the leg base unit (2100) by transmitting power to the leg base unit (2100) through linear motion. Various modifications can be implemented, such as the hinge drive unit (2700) being formed in a motor type.

[0383] The operating principle and effect of the massage device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention as described above are described.

[0384] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 12, a massage device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a leg massage unit (2000) into which a user's (10) leg can be inserted, and the leg massage unit (2000) may include a leg base unit (2100), a calf massage unit (2200), a foot massage unit (2300), a length driving unit (2400), a length sensor unit (2500), and a hinge driving unit (2700).

[0385] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length driving unit (2400) transmits power to the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300), so that the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) can be moved independently and separately along a preset direction (up-down direction based on FIG. 12).

[0386] The length driving unit (2400) may include a first driving body unit (2430) and a second driving body unit (2450). The first driving body unit (2430) may be coupled to a calf massage unit (2200), specifically, a first connecting unit (2210), and the second driving body unit (2450) may be coupled to a foot massage unit (2300), specifically, a second connecting unit (2310).

[0387] Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, the first driving body part (2430) can be coupled to the 1-1 body (2211a) provided in the first connecting body (2211), and the second driving body part (2450) can be coupled to the 2-1 body (2311a) provided in the second connecting body (2311).

[0388] Accordingly, as the first driving body part (2430) is driven, the first driving body part (2430) and the calf massage part (2200) coupled with the first driving body part (2430) can move up and down (based on FIG. 12) on the leg base part (2100).

[0389] In addition, as the second driving body part (2450) is driven, the second driving body part (2450) and the foot massage part (2300) coupled with the second driving body part (2450) can move up and down (based on FIG. 12) on the leg base part (2100).

[0390] Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 12, the calf massage unit (2200) is configured to be inserted and positioned so that the user's calf can rest on it, and the position of the first sensor body (2530) connected to the first driving body (2430) coupled with the calf massage unit (2200) is defined as the first position when the position is at the first reference position (BL1).

[0391] Referring to FIG. 5, the foot massage unit (2300) is configured to be a place where the user's foot can be placed and inserted, and the position of the second sensor body (2550) connected to the second driving body (2450) coupled with the foot massage unit (2300) is defined as the second position when the position is at the second reference position (BL2).

[0392] Fig. 5 illustrates a state in which the calf massage unit (2200) and the foot massage unit (2300) do not move, and the first reference position (BL1) and the second reference position (BL2) can be spaced apart by a first distance (d1).

[0393] Referring to FIG. 12, as power is generated from the length driving unit (2400), specifically, the first driving body unit (2430) and the second driving body unit (2450), the first moving unit (2433) and / or the second moving unit (2453) can move on the fixed shaft (2410).

[0394] Referring to FIG. 12, as the first moving unit (2433) and the second moving unit (2453) move away from each other, the first moving unit (2433) can move to the first moving position (BL1`) and the second moving unit (2453) can move to the second moving position (BL2`).

[0395] Referring to FIG. 12, the first movement position (BL1`) and the second movement position (BL2`) can be spaced apart by a second distance (d2), and the state in which the calf massage part (2200) and the foot massage part (2300) are the farthest apart is illustrated.

[0396] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length driving unit (2400) has a first driving body unit (2430) and a second driving body unit (2450) that are independently driven, so that the calf massage unit (2200) coupled with the first driving body unit (2430) and the foot massage unit (2300) coupled with the second driving body unit (2450) can move independently of each other.

[0397] That is, when the calf massage part (2200) moves in the first direction (from the lower side to the upper side in FIG. 12) by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the first driving body part (2430), the foot massage part (2300) moves in the same direction as the first direction by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the second driving body part (2450), thereby moving the user's knee toward the upper body, thereby providing a hip joint stretching function.

[0398] In addition, when the calf massage part (2200) moves in the first direction (from lower to upper in FIG. 12) by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the first driving body part (2430), the foot massage part (2300) moves in the second direction (from upper to lower in FIG. 12) opposite to the first direction by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the second driving body part (2450), thereby providing a stretching function by lengthening the user's legs or having the effect of adjusting the leg length to suit the body type of the user (10).

[0399] In addition, when the calf massage part (2200) moves in the second direction by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the first driving body part (2430), the foot massage part (2300) moves in the same direction as the second direction by driving the length driving part (2400), specifically the second driving body part (2450), and can provide a stretching function by pressing the user's thigh toward the seat part (1000a).

[0400] In addition, when the calf massage part (2200) moves in the second direction (from the upper side to the lower side in FIG. 12) by the driving of the length driving part (2400), specifically the first driving body part (2430), the foot massage part (2300) moves in the first direction, which is the opposite direction to the second direction, by the driving of the length driving part (2400), specifically the second driving body part (2450), thereby having the effect of being able to adjust the leg length to suit the body shape of the user (10).

[0401] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a massage device (100) is formed with a calf massage unit (2200) and a foot massage unit (2300) that are formed integrally and do not move together, but can be driven separately on a leg base unit (2100), thereby providing a stretching function to a user (10) or having the effect of adjusting the leg length to suit the body shape of the user (10).

[0402] In addition, since the foot massage unit (2300) and the calf massage unit (2200) can be driven separately, the hip joint stretching effect can be increased in the minimum extension state, and the leg length can be increased in the maximum extension state to increase the stretching effect.

[0403] As an optional embodiment, the calf massage body (2250) may be provided in multiple pieces and may be separated in the up-down direction (based on FIG. 5), and the first driving body part (2430) may be provided in multiple pieces to correspond to the multiple calf massage bodies (2250).

[0404] This allows multiple calf massage units (2250) to be driven separately, and the massage modules provided in each of the multiple calf massage units (2250) to move along different positions on the user's calf to provide a massage function, or to adjust the length of the calf massage unit (2200) to suit the length of the user's calf.

[0405] As an optional embodiment, the foot massage body (2350) may be provided in multiple pieces and may be separated in the up-down direction (based on FIG. 5), and the second driving body part (2450) may be provided in multiple pieces to correspond to the multiple foot massage bodies (2350).

[0406] This allows multiple foot massage units (2350) to be driven separately, and the massage modules provided in each of the multiple foot massage units (2350) to move along different positions on the user's foot area to provide a massage function, or to adjust the length of the foot massage unit (2300) to suit the length of the user's foot area.

[0407] The multiple foot massage bodies (2350) can be placed in various variations, such as being separated up and down based on the area where the user's peach bones are located.
