Abstract
Description
Buoy assembly for seaweed farms with improved gantapdae assembly structure
[0001] The present invention relates to a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping-plate assembly structure, and more particularly, to a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping-plate assembly structure in which two or more buoys are assembled at a distance from each other through stepping-plates so as to float on the water surface and fix the seaweed in an unfolded state.
[0002] As you know, a buoy, also called a floating device or buoy, is a structure that has buoyancy so that it floats on the water surface. It is used to indicate the route of a ship, the presence of navigational hazards such as reefs, as well as to mark the location of underwater objects such as fishing gear or anchors, and to secure nets installed for cultivating fish, shellfish, and algae.
[0003] In general, to cultivate seaweed in the ocean, seaweed is cultivated by connecting seaweed bales to floating buoy assemblies. The buoy assemblies are constructed in a form in which buoys are assembled at set intervals through a siding, and the seaweed bales are maintained in a spread-out state by floating on the sea at set intervals by the buoyancy provided by the buoy assemblies.
[0004] Here, the seaweed bed is one of the beds installed to help the seaweed seeds grow when cultivating seaweed. It is made up of a net and ropes connected to both sides of the net, and the seaweed bed is kept spread out through the interlocking bars placed at regular intervals between the ropes.
[0005] Traditionally, buoys are made of buoyant Styrofoam compressed into a spherical or cylindrical shape, covered with a mesh for fastening, and each buoy is connected to a rope through the mesh.
[0006] However, these styrofoam buoys require a lot of time and money to install a net to connect the ropes of each buoy, and the styrofoam is easily damaged by work boats, waves, and marine life attachment or penetration. In addition, broken styrofoam pieces float on the water surface, causing environmental pollution.
[0007] Accordingly, various buoys for seaweed harvesting are being proposed to prevent environmental pollution by making them less likely to break.
[0008] One of them is Republic of Korea Patent Application No. 10-2021-0027186 (Title: Aquaculture Buoy and Installation Structure Thereof / 2021.03.02.), and as announced in the official gazette, when installing an aquaculture net for cultivating seaweed, a floating buoy that floats on the sea surface and can be identified, and one submerged buoy is connected to each of the end rings of a tow bar integrally formed on both sides below the floating buoys, and the upper part of the aquaculture net is connected to the end ring of the tow bar formed at the bottom of the submerged buoy with a rope, thereby minimizing the shock of the movement of the floating buoy due to the swell of the seawater from being transmitted to the aquaculture net, and at the same time, a measuring scale that identifies the amount of submergence of the buoy is formed on the floating buoy to check the growth level of fish and shellfish.
[0009] And, in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2017-0066202 (Title: Buoy for seaweed farming / May 29, 2017), as announced in the official gazette, a buoy for seaweed farming is described, which includes a pair of support rods formed in the shape of rods of a set length; a fixing portion made of a synthetic resin material, through which a pair of support rods are respectively passed and fixed in the front-back direction on one side; and a body formed in the shape of a sealed cylinder having a through hole communicating the inside and outside and a cap for opening and closing the through hole.
[0010] Meanwhile, in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2017-0163118 (Title: Connection Structure of Gimbal-yong Stepping-Stage and Buoy / November 30, 2017), as announced in the official gazette, a stepping-stage support groove is formed in which two stepping-stage buoys made of cylindrical pipes are positioned, and a gimbal is formed in which a buoy is fixed to the stepping-stage with a buoy fixing strap in the groove of the gimbal-yong buoy made of a protrusion and a groove, and a net reinforcement line at both ends corresponding to the width of the stepping-stage is fixed to the stepping-stage; a blocking connecting shaft and an outer diameter connecting port formed at both ends of the stepping-stage, each of which is coated with a synthetic resin coating layer with an outer diameter of a mixed inner diameter layer, and a gimbal connecting member protruding from the connecting port, and a connection structure of a gimbal-yong stepping-stage and a buoy is described in which the entire inner surface of the buoy of the gimbal-yong buoy fixed to the stepping-stage is coated with a buoy coating layer.
[0011] In addition, Korean Patent Application No. 10-2009-0015846 (Title: Marine Aquaculture Buoy / 2009.02.25.), as announced in the official gazette, describes a marine aquaculture buoy having a cylindrical bamboo flagpole that is erected underwater so that an indicator flag is provided on the upper portion and the indicator flag is exposed, a center of gravity means that is fastened to the lower outer surface of the flagpole to submerge the lower portion of the flagpole and maintain the center of the flagpole, wherein the center of gravity means has a fastening groove formed on the outer surface of both sides of the outer surface of the cylindrical bamboo flagpole for fastening to a wire, a pair of submerged pipes that are connected at the top and bottom, a weight element that is filled inside the submerged pipes and is a mixture of iron pieces and concrete that submerges the submerged pipes, and a buoy in which the submerged pipes are formed to have a semicircular inner surface that surrounds the outer surface of the cylindrical flagpole so as not to be eccentric from the outer surface of the flagpole.
[0012] The purpose of the present invention, which was devised to solve the above-mentioned problem, is to provide a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping board assembly structure in which stepping boards are arranged to penetrate each assembly hole of buoys arranged at a distance from each other so that the buoys are fixed in a state where the spacing set by the stepping boards is maintained, and the buoys are fixed in a fixed position while floating on the water surface to form a stable fixing state of the seaweed, and in particular, the phenomenon in which the fixing state of the buoys becomes poor due to impacts applied by waves or currents is prevented through easy assembly of the buoys and stepping boards and stable durability is secured.
[0013] The above-mentioned object is achieved by the following configuration provided in the present invention.
[0014] A buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved gantapdae assembly structure according to the present invention,
[0015] A buoy having one or more assembly brackets in which assembly holes are formed longitudinally in the buoy body; an assembly end formed on the outside to be fixed by penetrating into the assembly holes of the assembly bracket of the buoy, and one or more interlocking members formed on the inside to which a serial joint is formed,
[0016] The assembly end of the above-mentioned step plate is characterized in that a step support rim is formed at an inner point to be supported by a step structure at the entrance of the assembly bracket of the buoy, an outer screw thread is formed at an outer point of the assembly end that extends along the assembly hole of the above-mentioned assembly bracket, and a pressure support nut that pressurizes and supports the exit of the assembly bracket with a step structure is fastened to the outer screw thread, so that the assembly end of the step plate that passes through the assembly hole of the above-mentioned assembly bracket is fixed in place by being pressed in both directions by the step support rim and the pressure support nut.
[0017] Preferably, the assembly bracket is formed with an oval or square assembly hole penetrating therethrough, and the assembly end of the stepping member penetrating the assembly hole is configured with an oval or square shape corresponding to the assembly hole, so that the stepping member is configured to prevent free rotation with the assembled buoy by engaging the outer diameter surface with the inner wall of the assembly hole.
[0018] More preferably, a fixing groove is formed in the assembly hole of the assembly bracket, and a scalloped fixing projection is formed on the outer wall of the assembly end of the stepping member penetrating the assembly hole to be fixed to the fixing groove.
[0019] And, the serial joint of the stepping member that assembles the buoy to the above assembly section is configured to include an outer diameter screw thread formed on the outer diameter of the serial joint end of the stepping member that requires a joint or the serial joint end of the extension rod, and a sleeve-type serial joint nut that is configured to serially connect the serial joint ends that are formed by a sleeve body that is open on both left and right sides and has screw threads formed on the inner diameter so that the outer diameter screw threads that rotate in the longitudinal direction are formed on both sides.
[0020] In addition, on the outer side of the above-mentioned serial joint, a step support rim is formed that is supported by a step structure on the serial joint nut.
[0021] In addition, the buoy body is formed with two rows of assembly brackets formed to have assembly holes extending in the left and right longitudinal directions, and the assembly ends of the stepping stones are fixed to each of the assembly brackets formed in the buoy body in a standardized manner, so that the buoy body is fixed by a pair of parallel stepping stones.
[0022] As described above, in the present invention, the phenomenon of the buoys becoming unstable due to impact from waves or currents is prevented by ensuring simple assembly of the buoys and the buoy stand and stable durability.
[0023] In addition, by extending the buoy assembly through an extension rod, the spacing between buoys can be adjusted, and the phenomenon of the buoy being bent due to the buoy being formed too long can be prevented, so it has the unique feature of ensuring improved assembly stability and durability.

[0025] FIG. 5 shows the state of fixation of the assembly bracket and the stepping board formed on the buoy in a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping board assembly structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0026] Figure 6 is an enlarged view showing the detailed assembly state of parts 'A' and 'B' in Figure 4.
[0027] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved step assembly structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0028] FIGS. 1 to 4 show the overall configuration of a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping board assembly structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 shows the state of fixation of an assembly bracket formed on a buoy and a stepping board in a buoy assembly for a seaweed farm having an improved stepping board assembly structure proposed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 shows an enlarged view of the detailed assembly state of parts 'A' and 'B' in FIG. 4.
[0029] The buoy assembly (1) for a seaweed farm having an improved step assembly structure proposed as a preferred embodiment in the present invention comprises, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a buoy (10) in which an assembly bracket (12) of a buoy body (11) is formed, respectively; and one or more step plates (20) that penetrate an assembly end (20A) formed on the outside of an assembly hole (12a) of an assembly bracket (12) formed on the buoy (10) and fix the buoy (10) to the assembly end (20A), thereby assembling two or more buoys (10) at a distance from each other through the step plates (20).
[0030] The above buoy body (11) is composed of a hollow plastic molded product that is injection-molded or blow-molded, and a plurality of assembly brackets (12) for assembly with a float (20) are formed on the buoy body (11).
[0031] In addition, the above-mentioned guide plate (20) is composed of a rod-shaped body made of plastic or aluminum, and buoys (10) are each fixed to the assembly end (20A), so that the buoys (10) are fixed at set intervals through the guide plate (20).
[0032] Preferably, the buoy body (11) is provided with a pair of inner assembly brackets (12) and a pair of outer assembly brackets (12) arranged in the left and right longitudinal directions in two rows, so that a pair of assembly ends (20A) of a parallel step (20) are fixed through the buoy body (11) in a standardized manner, so that the joint state between the buoy (10) and the step (20) is not deteriorated or the step (20) is not deformed or damaged due to impacts repeatedly applied by waves or currents.
[0033] And, each assembly bracket (12) formed on the buoy (10) is formed with polygonal or elliptical assembly holes (12a) penetrating left and right, and the assembly end portion (20A) of the stepping member (20) is configured in a polygonal or elliptical shape corresponding to the assembly hole (12a) formed on the assembly bracket (12), so that, as shown in FIG. 5, the assembly end portion (20A) of the stepping member (20) penetrating the assembly hole (12a) is configured to fit into the inner diameter of the assembly hole (12a) to prevent the float (10) and the stepping member (20) from rotating freely.
[0034] In addition, a step support rim (21) is formed on the inside of the assembly end (20A) of the above-mentioned step (20) and is supported by a step structure at the entrance of the assembly bracket (12) formed on the inside of the buoy (10).
[0035] And, an outer diameter screw thread (22) is formed on the exit end (20A-a) of the assembly end (20A) that is advanced through the exit of the assembly bracket (12) formed on the outside of the buoy (10), and a pressure support nut (23) that supports the exit of the assembly bracket (12) in a step structure by pressing is fastened to the outer diameter screw thread (22).
[0036] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 6a, the buoy (10) is supported and pressed in both directions by the step support rim (21) and the pressurized support nut (23) formed at the assembly end (20A) of the step (20), so that it does not move left and right along the assembly end (20A) and is fixed in a standardized position at the assembly end (20A) of the step (20).
[0037] More preferably, a fixing groove (12b) is formed in the assembly hole (12a) of each assembly bracket (12) through which the assembly end (20A) of the step (20) passes, and a sharp-shaped fixing projection (24) that is fixed to the fixing groove (12b) is formed on the outer wall of the assembly end (20A) of the step (20) passing through the assembly hole (12a).
[0038] Accordingly, the assembly end (20A) of the step (20) penetrating the assembly hole (12a) of the above assembly bracket is more firmly fixed to the buoy (10) through the engagement of the scale-shaped engagement projection (24) and the engagement groove (12b).
[0039] And, a serial joint (20B) is formed on the inner side of the above-mentioned step (20) so that the step (20) or extension rod (30) that fixes the buoy (10) to the assembly end (20A) through the serial joint (20B) is serially connected.
[0040] The above-mentioned serial joint (20B, 31) includes an outer diameter screw thread (26, 33) formed on the outer diameter of the serial joint end (25) of the joint (20) requiring the joint, or the serial joint end (32) of the extension rod (30), and a sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) in which inner diameter screw threads (28a) are formed open on each of the two sides.
[0041] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 6b, the serial joint end (25) of the step (20) or the serial joint end (32) of the extension rod (30) formed with the outer diameter screw thread (26, 33) is connected by entering the open sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) and is serially connected through the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28).
[0042] At this time, on the outer side of each serial joint end (25) where the outer diameter screw thread (26) is formed, a step support rim (34) supported by a step structure on a sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) is formed, so that the depth of entry of the serial joint end (25) of the step (20) that is inserted into the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) through the step support rim (34) is limited.
[0043] In addition, by placing a spring support member (29) inside the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28), the serial joint ends (25, 32) that are inserted longitudinally from both sides and fastened to the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) are fixed to the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) while elastically pressing the spring support member (29), thereby preventing the serial joint ends (25, 32) that are fastened to the sleeve-type serial joint nut (28) and serially fastened from loosening.
[0044] In addition, the stepping member (20) assembled with the buoy (10) to the above assembly section (20A) can be connected in series with the stepping member (20) that requires connection through a serial joint (20B), and if extension of the stepping member (20) is required, it can be connected in series with an extension member (30) having serial joints (31) formed at separate ends, thereby allowing extension of the gap between the buoys (10) through the extension member (30).
[0045] In particular, by configuring the extension member (20) to be extended through the extension member (30), the problem of increased manufacturing costs due to injection molding of a long extension member (20) is resolved, and in particular, the phenomenon of the extension member (20) bending due to the adoption of a long extension member (20) can be prevented, thereby providing improved durability.
[0046] In addition, the present invention further includes a support arm (40) that supports between the mutually parallel support bars (20) in fixing the buoy (10) through a pair of mutually parallel support bars (20).
[0047] As shown in Fig. 7, the above-mentioned support arm (40) is composed of a female body (41) in which a press-fitting head (42) having a hook-shaped press-fitting slot (42a) for elastically press-fitting a stepping member (20) is formed at each end of the female body (41), and is configured to be placed between stepping members (20) to which a buoy (10) is fixed at an assembly end (20A) to support these stepping members (20).
[0048] In this way, when the buoys (10) are fixed to the assembly end (20A) through the support rock (40) and the support bars (20) are mutually supported, the strength of the support bars (20) is mutually reinforced, preventing the buoys (20) from being twisted or deformed by external impact, and consequently, the buoy assembly (1) for seaweed farms including this has improved durability.
[0049] In addition, the support rock (40) placed between the above-mentioned gantry blocks (20) can be used as a carrying handle during the lifting and transporting process of the buoy assembly (1), and can be placed at a required interval according to the worker's body type, etc., so that the worker can easily grasp it and lift and transport the buoy assembly (1).
[0050] While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, these are merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true scope of technical protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
